I'd repeat 'loyalty' over and over, but I'd just fill the post limit.
Physical
1) Short and with pronounced neoteny. Cuteness is better over 'hotness'.
2) Long hair. Like knees long. Graceful and feminine.
3) Natural coloring. Fake browns/reds/blondes look just as bad as Tumblr neon.
4) Clear skin that is either pale as snow or touched with inner warmth like Mediterraneans. Freckles a plus.
5) Low BMI, and wide hips.
6) Breasts no smaller than A, no larger than C. Pleasant without being obnoxious.
Mental
1) Clear-minded and self-aware of the difference between impulse and desire.
2) Natural sense of chain of command; forward when she needs to be, but typically submissive to a mate
3) Lewd enough to secretly want to try all the things her mate does and add a few of her own. A prude enough to be bashful about it.
4) Feminine aesthetic preferences, including demure clothing. Prioritize grace and simplicity without being Spartan.

A long-term serial killer ERP is tough. The victim player could take the role of a new victim each session, but that loses some of the continuity, since only one character is recurring. Instead of a killer, the villain could be a kidnapper, keeping the victim in his basement, etc.

Two enemy soldiers on an active but abandoned frontline (think remote South Pacific islands in late WWII) are the last survivors of their respective units. One captures the other and awaits further orders or reinforcements. Days turn to weeks turn to months, and the POW develops Stockholm syndrome for their captor, becoming obedient to help them survive with limited supplies, but not so obedient that the captor doesn't keep them in some kind of restraint.

You can have your cake and eat it, too. I once had a game set up (fell through for reasons) where I'd kidnap a girl and slave-train her into complete obedience, at which point she would go out with me and act as my wingman to hunt for other girls. The other player would play both the broken slave wingman and the target of the week. The intended theme of that game was hunting girls for vore purposes, but you could play it as a plain serial killer thing too.

I tend to favor certain aesthetics that I end up returning to. A typical character for me is a classically well-dressed just shy of middle age "dadhot" man of gentlemanly demeanor but with a pronounced capacity for violence, typically ex-military or something similar. They do well with DD/lg types that want to be both taken care of and completely dominated, or extreme subs who look for brutal subjugation. They also tend to have something paranormal about them; shapeshifting, or being a well-disguised ghost, or something else. All of which facilitate humanly impossible fetishes like tentacles, possession, or the aforementioned vore. Very cordial, and even well-meaning, but has some deeper force-of-nature need that's only fulfilled by his predation in some way. Maybe knowledge from his victims, maybe literal sustenance, maybe some perverse sense of affection attended to by permanently absorbing/engulfing girls. Kind of whatever I feel like at the moment.
A recently popular character does a pretty good job of giving an idea of personality.

Generally, males work better. Monsters especially, because people love monsters.
