There is a difference between realism and internal consistency. In my experiences it's the opposite. I had to completely break it off with one guy because he completely lost interest in an RP if both character's dicks weren't at minimum 16 inches. He also hated odd numbers so I couldn't talk him down to 15, or 13, it had to be 16, sometimes he'd do 17, but even then that was a compromise. He always wanted bigger.
