Regular gorefag here. I share OP's tastes for slaughter and such where I usually play the hapless victim who doesn't deserve anything horrible happening to them, but sometimes I need to fulfill a fantasy just right so I switch roles.
You definitely need to look a little hard to find people into this stuff, but if one thing's for sure, you won't be finding them socializing in the G/D/V room. Love me some good old fashioned guro but yeah, too many people roleplay it horribly or so cliche it's yawn inducing.
One of my favourite roleplays was a Dark Souls inspired piece where my wandering little knight was constantly facing extreme foes that would brutally mutilate, and fuck her mercilessly before snuffing her out, only to have her revive again and be forced to face the enemies so she could continue on her journey.
Not really into the whole permanent snuff thing, most of the characters I play these kinds of scenes with are immortal of some kind so that they remember the pain they went through before being killed off.
I have an original character I play with off F-list that is such and I am debating on bringing her to the site, it's definitely up in the air.

I mean, I'm practically only known on here for wanting weird shit and being mentally fucked so here goes.
"Normal" RP bores me, to be blunt about it. If it's common enough to be found in one google search, I see no reason to waste several hours of my life trying to find somebody and attempting to play it out with skills that are much worse than the pros that have done art/video/writing of it far beyond what my capabilities could provide. "Normal" kinks are fine if the scenario/plot of it is niche enough to where it's something that I want but I can't find it online so I have to find somebody to make it with me.
But anyways, for all you young-ins that don't know my niche, I love Fallout bugs. A trio of Bloatflies, Bloodbugs and Cazadors but mainly Bloatflies. Oh god yes, a combination of so many depraved kinks rolled up into one creature. Living insertions/oviposition (Thanks to it's projectile), chubby, big lips for optimal kissing, group stuff (Considering that they almost always come in packs ingame), you name it. I could go for almost any kind of scenario with these guys, even ones where I'm in a dominating position forcing the bug to do what I please. Feral or anthro, it really doesn't matter (Although an anthro would make more sense for some scenarios). Vore, enslavement, romance, etc. I'd throw everything on the board for a Bloatfly player that doesn't strictly play with pinks and can write a coherent sentence, including gory things like the stuff mentioned by OP. I'm notorious for this creature though so just asking for it would get me laughed at even if I went under a completely different identity.
