Tokimeki Tonight is a 34-episode hidden gem 1982 anime manga adaptation of the shoujo genre with supernatural elements. It features a love triangle, a very nice art style that's a product of its time, an extremely cute protagonist girl, and a top-tier ara mother among other things.
It's famous for its lewd ending song, and the manga itself has never been translated, although scans are available.
Recently, raws from Netflix Japan have popped up, and they're not too far behind a Discotek Blu-Ray on image quality. That's a godsend, specially because the previous releases of this series look terrible.
We're in the process of retiming and correcting existing subtitles for this series.
The subtitles are a bit of a mess and the whole story on them is not completely clear, it appears the series was dropped by Saitei on episode 27, but a group called Orphan seems to have completed the remaining episodes. Saitei also burned in their subtitles, which is why an user named Kuro remade them in ASS.
At this very moment, 5 episodes have been completed, and every episode has had the minimum required style/filename/resolution/opening fixes required applied. If you want to join in, read the README.txt file inside the tarball, it contains instructions and a list of work needed, aswell as the subtitles being worked on. New versions of this tar file will be posted further into the thread as they come up.
