Court Orders FDA To Comply With FOIA and Release Information On Pfizer Vaccine – First Batch of Documents Shows Over 1,200 Vaccine Deaths WITHIN FIRST 90 DAYS

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) released the first batch of documents related to Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccine after a federal judge ordered that they must comply with a massive Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request that was filed by a government accountability group called Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency.

The esteemed group of more than 30 professors and scientists asked the federal government to share any and all data that factored into the agency’s hasty decision to grant Pfizer’s experimental mRNA vaccine an emergency use authorization (EUA) – which amounts to a trove of over 329,000 documents.

In a shameless effort to bury the information, the FDA challenged the FOIA request in court. After the agency was told that it must turn over the documents, Justice Department lawyers representing the FDA asked a federal judge to allow them an unthinkable 55 years to process the request, saying that they would be able to release just 500 pages a month.

In other words, Elon will make it to Mars way before the documents would be fully released – in the year 2076.

A motion that was also filed by the same group of doctors and scientists is currently pending in federal court that would force the FDA to expedite processing and releasing these documents.

Meanwhile, the FDA still has to comply with the original order to begin turning over documents. Lo and behold, the first release is a bombshell.

According to an official Pfizer document that is titled Cumulative Analysis of Post-Authorization Adverse Event Records Reports, in just the first 90 days of the vaccine’s roll out under the FDA’s EUA – from December 1st. 2020 – February 28th, 2021 – there were TENS OF THOUSANDS of reported adverse reactions, including OVER 1200 DEATHS.

The report only included adverse events to the vaccine that researchers considered “serious cases,” there were thousands more submissions that were left out of this data.

Any cases deemed “non-serious” would be processed within 90 days, but this report was released before 90 days of Pfizer’s vaccine being available had even passed.

“Due to the large numbers of spontaneous adverse event reports received for the product, the MAH has prioritised the processing of serious cases, in order to meet expedited regulatory reporting timelines and ensure these reports are available for signal detection and evaluation activity.

Non-serious cases are processed as soon as possible and no later than 90 days from receipt. Pfizer has also taken a multiple actions to help alleviate the large increase of adverse event reports.”

In all, the report states that there were a total of 42,086 case reports of individuals who had an adverse reaction to Pfizer’s vaccine worldwide, with the largest number (13,739) coming from the United States and from the UK (13,404).

According to the documents women (29,914) were over 3x more likely to experience a reaction than men (9182). A total of 1223 individuals had a fatal reaction to the experimental Pfizer vaccine.

Georgia election workers sue Gateway Pundit, alleging defamation

Wandrea “Shaye” Moss, a voter registration officer in the Fulton County, and her mother, Ruby Freeman, who served as a temporary worker for the 2020 elections, filed a lawsuit in St. Louis Circuit Court against the Gateway Pundit, according to Reuters.

The pair alleges the Gateway Pundit published "lies" about them that "devastated" their reputations, the outlet reported, noting the lawsuit alleges the Gateway Pundit “instigated a deluge of intimidation, harassment, and threats that has forced them to change their phone numbers, delete their online accounts, and fear for their physical safety.”

A meeting between US and Ukrainian diplomats was thrown into darkness as the US secretary of state began to speak. A similar incident took place later as Russian and Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe reps spoke.

A meeting room hosting American and Ukrainian diplomats was suddenly plunged into darkness on Wednesday as US Secretary of State Antony Blinken began his remarks to his Ukrainian counterpart Dmitry Kuleba.

Blinken was in the midst of reassuring Kuleba of Washington’s “unwavering commitment” to Ukrainian sovereignty when the lights went out. Their meeting was set to take place on the sidelines of the OSCE conference in Stockholm.

A similar blackout seized the room later that day as Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov spoke with OSCE Secretary General Helga Schmid and other officials. Lavrov suggested the problem was caused by an official brushing up against the light switch with their rear end.

Scientists believe they have solved the mystery behind the extremely rare blood clots caused by the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine.

A team of international experts, involving researchers from AstraZeneca, say that in a very small number of cases — about one in 100,000 in the UK — the vaccine can set off a chain reaction which leads to the body confusing its own blood platelets for fragments of virus.

The British-made vaccine is thought to have saved about a million lives from Covid and was the backbone of the UK's initial rollout earlier in the year, helping it to become the most vaccinated country in the West.

But concerns about clots saw its restriction in under-40s in the UK in spring and led Pfizer and Moderna's vaccines being favoured for young adults and as boosters. It was outright banned in many European countries and the US decided not to purchase a single dose.

The UK Government gave an emergency grant to a team of scientists led by Cardiff University to investigate the clotting phenomenon.

They found that the shell of the vector vaccine — the weakened cold virus used to teach cells how to neutralise Covid — sometimes acts like a magnet and attracts platelets, a protein found in the blood.

For reasons the scientists are still probing, the body then mistakes these platelets as a threat and produces antibodies to fight them. The combination of the platelets and the antibodies clumping together leads to the formation of dangerous blood clots.

But they stress this is extremely rare, with only 426 cases in the UK recorded the cases so far out of about 50million doses of the vaccine, equivalent to less than one in 100,000. The side effect has been linked to 73 deaths in the UK.

Researchers are now doing further work to learn more about the process that causes these clots and if the vaccine can be tweaked to reduce this risk.

Child sex abusers at CIA avoiding prosecution: What we know

A scolding expose based on a trove of internal CIA documents indicates an apparent pattern of failure by the federal government to prosecute CIA employees and contractors suspected of child sex abuse crimes.

The article published by BuzzFeed is based on over 3,500 pages of declassified materials it obtained through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.

How many pedophiles are we talking about?

At least 10 cases of credibly suspected crimes were identified over the course of 14 years, according to BuzzFeed.

The trove of documents details investigations by the CIA’s Office of the Inspector General (OIG). The spy agency watchdog deals internally with all sorts of crimes, including those committed by third parties, like possession of a fake agent badge. The documents were heavily redacted and the release of some pages under FOIA was fully denied.

BuzzFeed focused its investigation on alleged sexual crimes involving minors. Of the 10 identified individuals, one admitted to sexually abusing two girls aged two and six. Most cases involve crimes related to child pornography, like possession, smuggling, and procurement of outlawed content.

Was the self-confessed child abuser prosecuted?

The documents state that the CIA employee in question admitted to the OIG that he had engaged in “inappropriate sexual activity” involving a two-year-old girl and had “inappropriate sexual contact” with a six-year-old girl on two occasions. The first victim was not identified. The second one apparently was. The employee was also “found to have extensively downloaded child pornography” and admitted to searching for abuse images featuring 12 to 14-year-old victims.

In August 2009, an assistant US attorney declined prosecution “based on taint issues” and “the lack of previously identified child pornography victims” in videos found in the man’s possession. In March of the same year, the CIA decided to terminate the employee and revoke his clearances.

Why no federal prosecution for CIA employees?

The US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia, which declined prosecution, would not comment on individual cases, but said that “the occupation or employer of the suspect does not factor” in its decision of whether to file charges. The reference to “taint issues” may indicate mishandling of evidence, BuzzFeed suggested.

A CIA insider told the outlet that the agency is concerned that in a criminal trial, classified information may be disclosed. “We can’t have these people testify, they may inadvertently be forced to disclose sources and methods,” the former official was cited as saying.

The two teams refused to continue with the match until they had received positive news about the fan's fate. The individual suffering the heart attack was eventually stretchered out of the stadium and taken to the nearby Watford General Hospital for further treatment.

House Reaches Deal To Avoid Government Shutdown Till February

House Appropriations Committee Chair Rosa DeLaurio (D-CT) announced the deal early Thursday, saying that an agreement had been reached on a continuing resolution (CR) which would maintain funding at the most recent level until a larger bipartisan agreement is eventually reached.

According to DeLaurio, the legislation "includes virtually no changes to existing funding or policy" - which will instead be included in a spending omnibus in the months ahead, according to The Hill. "However, Democrats prevailed in including $7 billion for Afghanistan evacuees. The end date is February 18. While I wish it were earlier, this agreement allows the appropriations process to move forward toward a final funding agreement which addresses the needs of the American people," she added.

Given the Friday night deadline, House Democrats plan to put it to a vote later Thursday, with a Senate vote soon to follow.

Apparently, the US intelligence community published a new report on how difficult and challenging it was working with President Trump during his years in the White House.

The CIA was shocked that Trump was upset and leery of the organization after they launched their investigation on his campaign and administration based on complete lies. They point out that Trump was particularly upset with the dossier that was completely made up and accused him of paying hookers in Moscow to pee on a bed in his hotel room. We now know the entire dossier was paid for and manufactured by Hillary Clinton and the DNC.

It was first published in 1996 and is a running historical account, dating back to the Truman administration, of how the intelligence community briefs newly elected presidents. Its latest chapter includes insights from the senior intelligence officials who oversaw the pre-election briefings offered to the presidential candidates in 2016, as well as briefings during the presidential transition and the delivery of the President’s Daily Brief (PDB) throughout Trump’s presidency.

“For the Intelligence Community, the Trump transition was far and away the most difficult in its historical experience with briefing new presidents,” Helgerson says. “Trump was like Nixon, suspicious and insecure about the intelligence process, but unlike Nixon in the way he reacted. Germany Imposes Strict Curbs On Unvaccinated, Limits Gatherings, Will Mandate Covid Shots

Confirming several days of rumors and speculation, moments ago Germany imposed stringent nationwide restrictions on people who aren’t vaccinated against Covid-19 and limited attendance at soccer games and other public events to check the latest surge in infections which naturally should not be happening as most of Germany is vaccinated and wearning masks. According to Bloomberg, in one of her final acts as chancellor, Angela Merkel held talks with her incoming successor, Olaf Scholz, and Germany’s 16 regional premiers on Thursday, where they agreed on new curbs including allowing only people who are vaccinated or recovered into restaurants, theaters and non-essential stores.

“We are seeing something of an easing but at a level that’s far too high,” Merkel said in Berlin. “That’s why we needed to agree these measures today.”

The politicians also backed a plan to make Covid shots compulsory, saying that the lower house of parliament would vote on it soon.

A vaccine mandate is merely the latest flipflop from those in control and marks a major departure after Merkel and other officials insisted shots would be a personal choice. The soft tone may have contributed to Germany’s relatively tepid uptake, with less than 70% of the population fully inoculated. As a reminder, just a few months ago 60% was viewed as the herd immunity threshold. But with government drunks with power and desperate to extend their control, numbers are changing day by day.

American DNA May Land in China As Authorities Continue COVID Testing with CCP-Linked Firms.

The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors is continuing to offer COVID-19 testing and vaccinations from Fulgent Genetics despite LA County Sheriff Alex Villanueva and the FBI stating that genetic material gathered by Fulgent can be used by the Chinese Communist Party, their military, and other affiliated groups.

A letter composed by Sheriff Villanueva to the Board of Supervisors was posted to social media this week, detailing information from the FBI Weapons of Mass Destruction Coordinator, who explicitly stated Fulgent’s links to BGI, WuXi, Huawei Technology, the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, the PRC State Council, all of whom can use genetic material gathered from LA citizens in future studies and other research:

Villanueva has refused Fulgent access to testing and vaccination data from first responders across LA County.

Despite being made aware that they are potentially providing citizen’s genetic material to the Chinese Communist Party via Fulgent’s free testing and vaccination programs, the County of Los Angeles website is still working with the third-party provider.

The website states LA citizens qualify for free testing and vaccinations by Fulgent genetics, so long as they have symptoms of COVID-19 and are either older than 65 or are unable to leave their home.

Nancy Mace’s Chief of Staff Resigns amid South Carolina Congresswoman’s Feud with Conservatives

The chief of staff for Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) has resigned amid the congresswoman’s feud with House conservatives, Breitbart News has learned exclusively.

Mara Mellstrom, Mace’s chief of staff in her congressional office, turned in her resignation on Wednesday, a senior congressional aide confirmed to Breitbart News. Mellstrom has not replied to a request for comment on Wednesday evening. Sources familiar, however, told Breitbart News that Mellstrom had been pursuing other opportunities in the 2022 election cycle for a long time before this episode emerged.

This development comes while the congresswoman is mired in drama and infighting with Reps. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) and Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA).

Mace condemned Boebert for comments she made about Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), a member of the socialist so-called “Squad,” prompting Greene to attack her as “the trash in the GOP conference.”

Boebert’s feud with Omar got particularly nasty this week as videos surfaced of the Colorado conservative making tasteless terrorist jokes about the Muslim congresswoman. Boebert apologized publicly for the comments, and after House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) and House Democrat Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) intervened, Boebert and Omar had a phone call which reportedly quickly went off the rails. In it, Omar reportedly demanded more out of Boebert, which Boebert reportedly responded to with a demand for an apology from Omar for past discretions including antisemitism. Omar hung up on Boebert, and that became the narrative—with even former President Donald Trump jumping in on the fun to bash Omar more with a demand for an apology for a number of outlandish things and the story seemed to be slipping off the front pages before House Democrats could mobilize an effort to vote to strip Boebert of her committee assignments like they had previously done to Greene and Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) earlier this year.

But, then, Mace, in a Monday CNN appearance, ripped Boebert by saying that she has “time after time condemned my colleagues on both sides of the aisle for racist tropes and remarks that I find disgusting and this is no different than any other.”

“We all have a responsibility … to lower the temperature, and this does not do that,” Mace told CNN.

In response, on Tuesday, Greene lashed out at Mace calling her “the trash in the GOP conference” and saying that Mace should “back up off of” Boebert and instead “go hang with your real gal pals, the Jihad Squad.”

Nearly 50 years ago, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled the Constitution essentially allows abortion during any stage in pregnancy on-demand across the nation.

The ruling prohibits states from outlawing abortion before “viability,” the point at which a fetus can survive outside the womb.

This week, the high court will examine a 2018 Mississippi law, the Gestational Age Act, which prohibits abortions after 15 weeks. The statute was never implemented after it was blocked by a federal appellate court

On Wednesday, the high court will examine Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Dobbs, the most consequential challenge to the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision as Mississippi urges the justices to overturn the longstanding verdict.

Most Americans vehemently oppose partial-birth abortions and would never condone Roe vs. Wade if they weren’t misled about what the ruling actually entails, contends Fr. Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for Life.

“I always say, America will not reject abortion until America sees abortion,” Fr. Pavone told Steve Bannon on Tuesday’s edition of the War Room. “Bring them to see it. Let them watch a video of a baby being aborted. Show the baby being ripped apart limb to limb while still alive. Nothing changes the truth of that and nothing changes the fact that when people see that, they reject it.

“If I stood on a street corner, as I have done… and hold up a picture of an aborted baby. They are going to know I am objecting to it. Why? Because it’s so darn offensive. You look at it and it’s horrifying.”
