“The easing of tensions between Israel and its Arab neighbors subsequent to the Abraham Accords has provided a strategic opportunity for the United States to align key partners against shared threats in the Middle East,” the Pentagon said. “Israel is a leading strategic partner for the United States, and this will open up additional opportunities for cooperation with our U.S. Central Command partners while maintaining strong cooperation between Israel and our European allies.”

The Pentagon did not say how the move will affect operations and planning, noting it is part of a biennial review of its command plan based on assessments of “all boundaries and relationships against the operational environment.”

The U.S. Air Force and Israeli Air Force regularly train together, including in the October 2020 exercise Enduring Lightning III—the third time the two nations have trained together with F-35s.

Changing the piece of the military that collaborates with Israel won praise from some defense watchers.

“I think moving Israel to CENTCOM makes sense from a U.S. policy perspective in that many Israeli issues are tied to the other countries in CENTCOM’s [area of responsibility],” retired Army Maj. Gen. A barn in Loudoun County, Virginia, was destroyed after an explosion on Friday night, according to a fire official.

An old barn on an undeveloped parcel of land in the 45700 block of Maries Road in Sterling was fully engulfed in flames when fire crews arrived on the scene late Friday night.

The barn was about 30 by 50 feet in size and “burned to the ground” in the fire, Loudoun County Assistant Fire Chief John Caussin told WTOP.

Firefighters used a large hose stream to control the flames and had the scene under control in about 20 minutes, Caussin said.

He said some challenges included nearby brush that started to catch fire because of the location of the barn in an open field.

Firefighters returned to the scene on Saturday morning around 10:20 a.m. because a passerby saw smoke coming from the area.

Caussin said that firefighters reported that the fire was “smoldering.” One unit remained on the scene to respond.

There were no reported injuries from the fire.

Based on explosion, Caussin said the fire department believes it was possibly from a propane cylinder.

He said about a week or two ago there was a fire in a similar structure “adjacent to this property.”

I think these are the variables, in some combination:

Resurrection Act allows the president to use military forces domestically

Martial Law would allow a military unit within the US to maintain order, solve various critical failures, and reestablish a working government. I think it's so bad that Trump will have to suspend the entire federal government except for SCOTUS. Even though SCOTUS is comped, certain justices could be arrested, and the states would need a judicial body to handle interstate or constitutional issues within the state.

14th Amendment basically sweeps up all of the traitors in one fell swoop.

20th Amendment codifies the inauguration. It ends the first term of Trump. It specifies who is inaugurated, in order: President-elect; Vice President-elect; Congress picks somebody with majority vote

25th Amendment comes into play if somebody is actually sworn in and then removed for whatever reason. Note that if Biden is sworn in then the only way to remove him would be to impeach him. He's basically immune from the Judicial and congress obviously wouldn't remove him. And Commander in Chief.

So, I think the order is:

Insurrection

Martial Law

Suspend the federal government and get it rebuilt

Have a new election

End the Martial Law once a president is sworn in
