Does Trust the Plan have Contingencies
Here is my question.
By this point, Biden must suspect (or his handlers, because Sleepy Joe himself probably can't think of anything beyond young girls and ice cream by now) that if he steps foot inside of DC before he is sworn in, then a trap will be sprung. He is not just going to show up in DC without a plan.

I once met a convict in Oregon, I will call him Bob. Bob told me that of the 25 or 26 kids in his middle school. Only 3 were currently living. Oh course this was an alarming statement so I proceeded to ask him why and what had happened. He explained that the backwoods town he lived in (unnamed for this story) was built on top of an old WWII Nazi prisoner of war camp. He claimed that he knew where a large stash old gold was in the town and was attempting to recruit me for a robbery. Being of a curious nature (knowing full well I was not going to go robbing) I entertained his notion to see where it might unfurl. Before long we were on a road trip to the town where Bob proceeded to tell me more about the place we were going. He explained that the town had burned down in the late 40's after there was a prison break of Nazi's from the interment camp. He said we we go scout the location where the foundations of the house remained and mentioned we could collect old bottles and artifacts from the ruins. Bob also told me that the newly constructed dam in the region was actually a secret underground facility and that he was going to show me that too. He explained how the dam project went several millions over budget to complete (Much like Denver International). We reached the town in a couple of hours and Bob directed me towards the old foundations of the burnt out houses. Just as he said, only bottles and brick and cement remained of the area. We then drove past his "target" house to case the joint. It was a regular humdrum house that blended with all the other houses on the block. He then told me there was a house up the street that was built upon hydraulics which could lift, allowing persons access to an underground environment. I didn't believe it, so he had me drive to the house and park the car at the house to have a look. He said the place was uninhabited but as walked onto the property a woman came out of the door asking our business. We politely informed her we had the wrong house, walked to the car, got in and nearly as soon as we took off, a police car came cruising by. Being a bit paranoid of the situation we redirected to go have a look at the dam. Arriving at the dam, it was as he described, complete with high fencing, new concrete and a nifty little road leading under the mountain, blocked by a retractable door. Bob's story was checking out. After a lengthy conspiracy theory discussion, we decided to leave the town but here is the kicker; as we passed back through the town, we were followed by a sleek and clean black Lexus. There were no other really nice cars like that in town and it followed us all the way to the exit for the highway. We thought we were done but as we hit the freeway, the weather turned, gray clouds moved in and in about 10 mins it began to rain. And I don't mean normal rain, it started drenching the road so bad that drivers in front of us began to hydroplane, I too felt our tires hydroplaning, so I slowed down, the water was so heavy it was hard to see through the wipers and the road had at least half an inch of water flooding it. Then the hail began. Bob and I both began a discussion of how crazy the weather becoming and literally, while talking of the storm, it began to hail, small then huge chunks of ice began falling from the sky slamming into the car and window so violently that I feared the window would crack and the car would be dented to shit. I was about to pull over as we watched two whirlwinds form before our very eyes! I hurriedly pulled over the car at the first available spot and we both got out of the car to watch the whirlwinds as best we could while being pelted with hail. One of the two whirlwinds went DIRECTLY over our vehicle as we retreated back into the car. I thought the car was going to be tipped or even picked up of the road and tossed aside for a few terrifying moments. The whirlwind dissipated directly over us and the second one passed us, moving quickly westward. Needless to say, we were both stunned and drove home two hours in relative silence. - True tale from an Anon.

- The real amount of money has been printed is kept in secret, not in the public.
- A single policy from any major central bank can easily change the market.
- It is international money system but nations can easily printed money without veto/agreement.
Etc, the list is endless.
So what is the perfect working solution can satisfy all?
My answer is that: just copy the bank card system where you have domestic and international version.
A Great Fair Example:
Domestic Currencies: In-Nation Chinese Yuan, Domestic US Dollar, Only In Russia Rub.

- Only have value in that nations, unless there is some agreement between nations.
- The local national government is in complete control and allow to print endless money with whatever design/logo.
International Currencies: Global Chinese Yuan, Sky US Dollar, Borderless Russia Rub.

- A fair international group with people from all nations is control.
- Only allow use to buy/sell/trade foreign physical products between nations.
- Issue money to the people in the most fair equal way/chance.

What about the exchange rate between domestic and international currencies?

What if the steel or the plates at the top could be used as transmitters or receivers for some Tesla style free energy?
What if, in conjunction with something else, could perhaps create an electrical field type barrier that could render EMPs and nukes useless? I’m pretty sure somewhere in the Q universe we were told about something that was in place, and that we were 100% safe from EMPs.
There’s one other thing that I can’t really explain my reason for thinking, but CoVFeFe is somehow related. What if these plates had cobalt, vanadium, and 2 iron components in the steel composition? I first heard about this movement less than three months ago from an army ranger friend who was wounded in Iraq. I listened for his sake, and also because I have long believed in the Deep State and the Swamp, the threat of China, the fake MSM and the radical leftists who are steering our country in the wrong direction. Then he had me watch a three-hour long movie by a Dutch woman whose credentials are that she is a crop circle expert. It was all about santaists eating babies. I dismissed it—how could I not? Then the fraudulent election happened. I was angry, and I thought, what if there really are men in the president’s inner circle trying to overthrow these anti-American forces? The idea that a man or a group of men could overcome such monumental odds was almost as implausible as the wacko movie, but it made me want to know more. So I bought several books about Q. The first was filled with nonsense about flying saucers and hidden Nazi cities beneath Antarctica. The second was filled with spelling and grammatical errors and seemed to have been written by an autistic twelve year old. Then I read two books by Dave Hayes that focused only on the political and historical facts that were playing out in front of me. I had worked for years with forensic psychiatric patients (criminal psychopaths). Some were brilliant and could sit down with pen and paper and in an hour compose an elaborate, many-tentacled conspiracy theory that would convince the credulous. Hayes wasn’t like that. A lot of what he said made sense. Now I read your posts in here and I don’t see a cohesive, unanimous sense of what’s going on. It all hangs on this mysterious personage named Q, who may be a high-ranking military intelligence officer or some pedophile living in the Philippines. It’s been gut-wrenching and disturbing following the tribulations of Giuliani and Powell and at the same time hoping in some shadowy and perhaps fictitious personage who has now vanished at the worst possible time. It is quite simple, actually. Make plans independent of Q entirely, such that if Q were to execute a plan, we would not get in the way, but if Q is just a distraction, then we take action ourselves. Be unpredictable, massive, and impossible to manipulate. If Q is indeed on our side, then at some point our plans will merge.
The Constitutional deadline for America being part of the Q plan is January 20th, 2021. Beyond that date, any plans that Q have must either include or be independent of the actions of the people.
The people must prepare for independent survival, non-electric comms, heat-shielded ground travel to avoid spy drones, and not only caches of weapons but, more importantly, methods of procuring weapons from the enemy. If you are not effective with your weapons caches, then you only serve to arm the enemy. I found this on my son's laptop after he died
Before my son died of cancer he was working for a Chinese telecoms company. He told me that his projects were "secret", but I think his work killed him. I'm normally a reader. But I believe the 12-8 Q drop was a double entendre and meant to convey we already have the weapon we need to combat much of what's happening. I tried it and it works very well. Unplug the router, stuff your phone in a drawer, turn on the tunes and in short time your head clears and certain thoughts just stop. My animals started acting less agitated and more normal again. 7 hours and I felt all kinds of better again, my cat actually slept despite the volume. Voting machines must be forcefully disconnected from the internet via NSA satellite software and other means until election is over. Election security is national security.
Paper ballots must be in unbreakable containers and under constant monitoring by all parties. The containers must be such that any opening of containers alert multiple agencies as well as all parties involved and the general public. There cannot be a bottleneck of info.
There must be a centralized standard for the ballots in federal elections. There must be a preservation of State powers over them as well. A transparent and mutual oversight must be established.
There must be uniquely identifiable ballots connected to specific voters for auditing purposes, and there must be printed receipts that voters receive upon voting that contain the ballot ID (GUID), voter ID, date and time, location, chain of custody info, and the selections made. There must not be any other record of this except for the ballots themselves, to prevent targeting of specific party voters.
Counting of votes must be performed in the presence of all parties, and the workers must be separate from the workers who worked on the election during the day when polls were open.
Audits must become tradition for elections going forward. Neither party should ever concede defeat again. It should be accepted that the election is not won until ballots are certified and audited and no other issues present themselves before the electoral college votes.

It is hard to argue against given our current predicament. Also they believe that elites in society never coordinate directly. This is a difficult point to understand, The Cathedral as they call it, is a decentralized power structure that doesn't have a will of its own but is guided by the ideas of the elites that are in charge of these organizations (Media,Universities, Corporations,Hollywood). These organizations have "real" power and have much more influence over American Governance and culture. These top elements do not coordinate but guide society by slowing degenerating it over time to conform to their beliefs. put it more simply what they believe is while it looks like there is a cabal in charge, that just can't be the case.
They wish to recognize and formalize real power just as we know judges have real power, they would like to recognize the power the media, universities, and corporations as formal. Somehow this will make the fake news media, George Soros, and the Communists at Berkley actually care about the people they govern.
