Create emotion of experiencing situation (live it emotionally during visualization)
Verbalize present tense language of what is being created
Then:
Meditate with mind EMPTIED OF THOUGHT
Then go about your day.
Controlled thought is the visualization
Emotion is the 🧲
Discipline is necessary to manage energy
Meditation is for CLEARING the mind, NOT manifesting, visualizing or drumming up the manifestation.
