People are calling from this phone number to give a free Tracking Devices to protect people from FEAR. They will dispatch emergency services. The device can apparently triangulate your location anywhere. I work in an industry with some background knowledge on emergency services. I believe they are lying. It all seems very evil and sinister. I can give more info. I feel compelled to inform Q. I am asking for guidance - I'm not sure where else to go with this info or what to do next. I am new to this site.
