Pentagon calls Individual Ready Reserve a ‘mobilization asset’ in new policy

The new Pentagon policy was likely in the works before the Iran war broke out, but it still holds relevance as the military plans for any future mass mobilization, experts say.

A new Pentagon policy for veterans still in the Individual Ready Reserve puts a sharper tone on how the Pentagon views inactive soldiers, moving from a last resort to a backup source for manpower.

“First and foremost, the [Individual Ready Reserve] is a mobilization asset. Deliberative plans will be in place that account for the use of the IRR, especially in plans for full mobilization,” according to a Department of Defense instruction released March 23.

The Individual Ready Reserve, or IRR, is made up of service members who have left active duty or traditional reserve roles with remaining time on their original service contract. IRR members return to civilian life and are considered veterans rather than military members, but are subject to recall to active duty in times of war or national emergency if needed.

The updated IRR rules arrive just months after Congress directed the military to do a 21st-century mass mobilization exercise.

Though the day-to-day policies in the new guidance are largely unchanged from the last decade, including the rules around attending musters, the language reflects a “new philosophy” for the Inactive Ready Reserve, said Steve Minyard, director at Reserve Organization of America.

“The IRR used to be a place where you would just go and sit and the military didn’t really care what you did, and they didn’t care your skill set, because you just sat there to fulfill your full contract,” said Minyard, a former senior enlisted advisor for the Pentagon office that oversees IRR policy and guidance. “You may have done four years on aPost too long. You can just add a image on top of your image, try to change the file name, or resize it, or wait and post in ten minutes, as for some reason, the spam message seems to have a pulse on it, and allows images once the pulse is off.

This is another example of how they want to say people are their kids in this way 4 and 6 years old is this Biden so to speak in numbers.

Scams in this way and I will be suing AA for these things and the people that we find doing this this will be an areas that I want to research that has taken place that complaints of this going on to an extreme that it is seriously effected them for years and they are being human trafficked so to speak this is where they just want to human traffic people they are not wanting to have them for any other reason this is now what it is as like they do not want to do work they want to exploit others to do things for them and then take credit for this going on on.

Only in the most extreme cases limited in ways not for 10 years I could see this going on not like this not to me and not by these people that obviously are AA games that they are playing.

Go ask how good of researcher I am and this is going to be the first thing I am going to be researching after this is done is the thing. That they are trying to “pass the ball 10 times” so they do not get caught doing this is now the language in this respect of things now.

That this is secret service like mk ultra playing basketball in this way saying that you need to brain wash your victims so much that you can pass the ball 10 times so no one knows what you are doing to your victims and that the law enforcement and nsa will not be able to pick it up.

This is now what is going on in all ways with them aka pass the ball mult things to play messages off like different videos like these 3 this is all to avoid being noticed in this aspect to avoid being sued and then caught to then be in trouble so to speak.
