The jet is registered to "N888KG" LLC, which shares a Lehi, Utah address with the Derek and Shelaine Maxfield Family Foundation, which runs the Saprea non-profit organization to help survivors of sexual abuse. Many have pointed to the foundation's numerous connections to Israel as a cause for suspicion.

Another X user, @jonnysocialism, added that "It appears the private jet that took off after the assassination and stopped tracking was owned by the Derek & Shelaine Maxfield Foundation. They run a nonprofit called Saprea that focuses on victims of child sex abuse & have pictures of themselves visiting Israel on Facebook."

In 2022, Saprea also launched its first-ever "kosher retreat" that offers kr asher-fooch aveloped "closely with Rabbi Avremi Zippel

at Chabad Lubavitch of Utah." The retreat is also "free of charge to any woman who was sexually abused at or before age 18." Chabad Lubavitch is an Orthodox Jewish movement that faced controversy after invitinglsraeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's former Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben-Gvir, and former Minister of Defense, Yoav Gallant, to their headquarters earlier this year.

Chabad is a Hasidic Jewish movement; that is an offshoot of Sabbateanism. Unlike other sects of Judaism, the Sabbateans abolished the Torah and Talmud. The Sabbateans were strictly a Zohar-only cult; they taught sin was fiction! It was Judaism's final descent into pure Satanism. And yet, the Sabbatean movement failed to convert Orthodox Jews. Therefore, the Chabad sect was established; the focus was still on the Zohar, but lip-service was given to the Torah and Talmud. Also like the Sabbateans, Chabad followers are racial supremacists and promote a false Messiah.

India bans use of fraudulent foreign certificates of competency in seafarer crackdown

India’s maritime watchdog has banned its shipowners and licensed recruiters from employing Indian nationals holding certificates of competency (CoCs) from several flag-of-convenience nations, following widespread fraud allegations.

The Directorate General of Shipping (DGS) has barred Indian recruitment and placement service licensees (RPSLs) from deploying Indian seafarers who possess CoCs or certificates of proficiency (CoPs) issued by unvetted foreign maritime administrations, including Honduras, Belize, Togo, Gabon, and others.

The move comes in response to a surge in fraudulent certification practices, where Indian seafarers—particularly those working as ratings—have reportedly been duped by unscrupulous agents promising fast-tracked upgrades to officer-level certifications from foreign jurisdictions, often with little or no training or examination.

“The fundamental principles and objectives of the STCW Convention are being undermined,” the DGS said, referring to the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers.

Investigations by the DGS have revealed a disturbing pattern: “packages” of forged training documents and foreign CoCs being sold to seafarers by agents both in India and abroad. These packages allegedly included course certificates from non-existent maritime institutes, neither approved by India’s maritime authority nor the foreign administrations they claimed to represent.

Some of these seafarers were then placed on foreign-flagged vessels—often through both authorised and unauthorised Indian RPSL companies—without proper vetting. The scam came to light after Port State Control (PSC) inspections flagged numerous cases where Indian crewmembers held suspect credentials.

Yemen’s Houthis Threaten To Target Ships Linked To Firms Dealing With Israeli Ports

July 27 (Reuters) – Yemen’s Houthis said on Sunday they would target any ships belonging to companies that do business with Israeli ports, regardless of their nationalities, as part of what they called the fourth phase of their military operations against Israel.

In a televised statement, the Houthis’ military spokesperson warned that ships would be attacked if companies ignored their warnings, regardless of their destination.

“The Yemeni Armed Forces call on all countries, if they want to avoid this escalation, to pressure the enemy to halt its aggression and lift the blockade on the Gaza Strip,” he added.

Since Israel’s war in Gaza began in October 2023, the Iran-aligned Houthis have been attacking ships they deem as bound or linked to Israel in what they say are acts of solidarity with Palestinians.

In May, the U.S. announced a surprise deal with the Houthis where it agreed to stop a bombing campaign against them in return for an end to shipping attacks, though the Houthis said the deal did not include sparing Israel.

ONE Innovation Sets New Container Loading Record in Singapore

Ocean Network Express (ONE) has achieved a new milestone in container shipping as its vessel ONE Innovation set a new world record by loading 22,233 TEU — the highest loading ever recorded on any containership to date.

The vessel, one of six 24,000 TEU-class mega vessels in the ONE fleet, departed from Singapore and is currently en route to Felixstowe via the FE4 shipping route.

ONE Innovation, delivered in 2023 as the company’s first-ever 24,000-TEU class “Megamax” vessel, was built by Japan Marine United Corporation’s Kure Shipyard. The 400-meter-long ship features a capacity of up to 24,136 TEU, making it the largest vessel in ONE’s fleet.

Singapore to Jail and Cane Tug Crewmember for Aiding Human Smuggling

Singapore’s State Court handed down the punishment for a young Indonesian man who was accused of aiding in smuggling individuals illegally into the country while he had been working on a tugboat. The court ordered Febry Iswanto, age 23, to spend eight months in jail and to be caned, receiving three strokes for his role in the operation.

The Singapore Port Police conducted an operation at the Pulau Punggol Aggregate Terminal and arrested Ferby Iswanto and seven other foreign crewmembers on November 9 on charges that they had abetted persons to enter Singapore unlawfully. The former deckhand ultimately pleaded guilty to one count of aiding three people to enter the country illegally, while the police at last report were still investigating the other crewmembers for possible involvement in the scheme.

The former crewmember said he had begun working on the tug in March 2024 and became friendly with another crewmember, who was later discharged for poor performance. That former crewmember later contacted the defendant and offered to pay him approximately US$90 per person he helped to enter Singapore.

At the end of August, while the tugboat and the barge it was hauling were in Indonesia, a small boat carrying two people came alongside. The two individuals hid in the tug’s anchor compartment during the trip to Singapore. When they reached the terminal, the deckhand reported that he turned off the floodlights, retrieved the two individuals from the compartment, took them to the stern, and instructed them to swim to Singapore.

He told prosecutors that he was only paid about US$60 as the former crewmember who was the organizer of the plot told him only one person had made it to safety.

The tug and barge were back in Indonesia in October to haul a load of granite, and this time, three individuals were brought out on a small boat. The court papers indicated they hid on the barge for the trip to SingapoPost too long. Click here to view the full text.
