Subpoenas formally issued for evidence in Georgia ballot trafficking case

Subpoenas ask election integrity group True the Vote and its researchers to turn over identities of ballot harvesters, John Doe whistleblower and suspected funding arms for 2020 ballot trafficking operation.

In a major escalation, Georgia election regulators have issued four subpoenas demanding the identity of a John Doe whistleblower and other evidence concerning an alleged ballot trafficking operation in the 2020 election, Just the News has learned.

Delivered late last week to the election integrity watchdog True the Vote, its founder Catherine Engelbrecht and its researchers, the subpoenas seek evidence that backs up the group's complaint last November alleging that as many as 242 people illegally gathered third-party ballots during the battleground state's November 2020 election and subsequent U.S. Senate races, according to documents obtained by Just the News under a state open records request.

The evidence being sought by the State Elections Board and the Secretary of State's office includes the names, identities and phone records of people True the Vote believes were involved in trafficking ballots. That includes the identity of a man the group said admitted he participated in the ballot trafficking scheme and was paid $10 for each ballot he collected and delivered to ballot drop boxes.

The subpoenas seek "the identity and contact information of the several individuals regarding personal knowledge, methods, and organizations involved in ballot trafficking in Georgia referenced in the Complaint and any recordings, transcripts, summaries, testimony, statements, witness interviews, notes or other documents describing what those individuals said."

That includes the identity of the whistleblower Engelbrecht's group interviewed and "all statements John Doe made regarding his alleged participation in ballot harvesting in Georgia." The subpoena also sought contact information for John Doe's mother and any evidence of whether True the Vote paid any of his medical bills.

The subpoena, signed by acting State Elections Board chairman Matt Mashburn, also appears to target any information the group and its researcher have about the funding streams for the alleged ballot harvesting scheme.

It seeks the identities of the "network of non-governmental organizations that worked together to facilitate a ballot trafficking scheme in Georgia" as well as any information about 10 "hubs" the group alleged coordinated the ballot trafficking.

Ballot harvesting, the act of gathering other voter's ballots, is expressly prohibited in Georgia and many other key election states. On Monday, a new complaint was filed in Green Bay, Wisc., alleging such harvesting occurred in that state's primary election earlier this month.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger originally disclosed the existence of the Georgia harvesting investigation in a January interview with Just the News. In 2019, he led an effort to ensure state law expressly prohibited harvesting, and he told Just the News he believes the probe could lead to criminal charges and the identity of the funding streams for the alleged operation.

Raffensperger is now pushing for a nationwide ban on ballot harvesting.

The DOJ’s Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco was caught using a pseudonymous email while in office. This comes as no surprise since Monaco was part of Obama’s secret team that met in the White House basement in 2016 to discuss Trump-Russia collusion sham.

The Daily Caller reported today that Deputy AG Lisa Monaco has been using a pseudonymous email while in her current role. This is illegal.

Deputy Attorney General Lisa O. Monaco’s alleged use of a “pseudonymous email account” may be breaking “clearly applicable laws,” a lawyer responsible for uncovering Obama EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson’s false identity told the Daily Caller on Monday.

Monaco, confirmed by the Senate in April 2021 with bipartisan support, holds the Justice Department’s (DOJ) number two gig and in part focuses on the DOJ’s Jan. 6 riot investigation.

Buried in an early-Monday morning New York Times article about Attorney General Merrick B. Garland was a revelation about how Monaco conducted business – and Washington, D.C., lawyer Chris Horner says it raises questions similar to those asked when he learned Jackson used “alias” email accounts.

Does this really come as any surprise? Monaco is involved in the Jan 6 indictments which are the most egregious actions taken by the DOJ against innocent Americans in decades, if not ever. Monaco is also famous for being a member of Obama’s team in 2016 that met in the basement behind closed doors to talk about the Trump-Russia collusion scam.

We reported on the secret Obama meetings in June of 2018. These meetings were attended by various Obama lackeys per Yahoo.

For the usual interagency sessions, principals and deputies could bring staffers. Not this time. “There were no plus ones,” an attendee recalled. When the subject of a principals or deputies meeting was a national security matter, the gathering was often held in the Situation Room of the White House. The in‑house video feed of the Sit Room — without audio — would be available to national security officials at the White House and elsewhere, and these officials could at least see that a meeting was in progress and who was attending. For the meetings related to the Russian hack, Susan Rice, Obama’s national security adviser, ordered the video feed turned off. She did not want others in the national security establishment to know what was under way, fearing leaks from within the bureaucracy.

Rice would chair the principals’ meetings — which brought together Brennan; Comey; Kerry; Director of National Intelligence James Clapper; Defense Secretary Ash Carter; Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson; Treasury Secretary Jack Lew; Attorney General Loretta Lynch; and Gen. Joseph Dunford, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff — with only a few other White House officials present, including White House chief of staff Denis McDonough; homeland security adviser Lisa Monaco, and Colin Kahl, Vice President Joe Biden’s national security adviser. (Kahl had to insist to Rice that he be allowed to attend so that Biden could be fully briefed.)

John Kerry and Tony Blinken from the State Department were also present but not the country’s National Security Director at that time, General Mike Rogers, who could not be trusted to push the Trump Russia lie. See more on this below.

Over 200 rounds fired in 'sniper-type' Northwest DC shooting, police say

WASHINGTON - On Monday, D.C. Police Chief Robert Contee said while police don’t know the motive, they do know over 200 rounds were fired Friday from the fifth floor of a Van Ness St. NW apartment building where 23-year-old Raymond Spencer lived.

Spencer sent shots toward the Edmund Burke School just before 3:20 p.m., injuring four people – including a 12-year-old girl. Two of the victims injured, Contee said, are in critical but stable condition.

Chief Contee told reporters the suspect had access to over 800 rounds in the Van Ness St. apartment unit and had altered three of his guns, legally purchased, to become fully-loaded rifles. This allows for rapid-fire with every pull of the trigger, instead of how a semi-automatic rifle operates, where just one round can be fired with each pull of the trigger.

The police chief also confirmed the suspect is an area man. Spencer graduated from Montgomery County’s Wheaton High School, worked as a lifeguard at one point, and did a stint with the U.S. Coast Guard.

The 23-year-old suspect reportedly had access to two apartments: one in Fairfax, Virginia, and the Van Ness-based unit in Washington D.C.

Police said the Fairfax apartment was rented in February 2021. Parts to build three more firearms were found inside after police served a warrant on Friday. FOX 5 has learned the Van Ness apartment was rented this past January. Police said in all, Spencer had access to nine firearms (including the three parts discovered).

Chief Contee said the suspect used a camera in the hallway to see when police were arriving and had an appliance, said to be a refrigerator, blocking the door. He also described some kind of "operation" being run out of the bathroom where a laptop was found.

The bathroom of the fifth-floor Van Ness apartment is where police said Spencer took his own life Friday evening.

FOX 5 went to the Aspen Hill-area address found online where the suspect’s family is believed to live and where Spencer may have once stayed. Several neighbors tell FOX 5 they recognized Spencer’s photo in the news as one of the Montgomery County family’s at least three sons. However, one neighbor said he rejected the idea of a possible connection once police said they were looking for a 23-year-old out of Fairfax, Virginia.

The family mostly keeps to themselves, neighbors told FOX 5. One neighbor expressed grief for the four people injured and for the next-door family now mourning both this horrible crime and the death of their son.

Chief Contee could not say on Monday whether there was any known mental health history or what may have been Spencer’s ideology.

The "sniper-type" style shooting from last Friday comes on the heels of a crime wave that the District has been experiencing since the COVID-19 pandemic forced lockdowns, remote learning, and closures.

Police said 10 shootings took place in the District from Friday to Saturday – one of them included a triple shooting on Kennedy St. NW that unfolded as police were investigating the shooting on Van Ness St. NW.

FBI May Have Made Off With $500 Million In Lost Civil War Gold, Treasure Hunter Group Alleges

A group of treasure hunters is suing the Department of Justice over "several tons of buried Civil War-era gold" that they claim the FBI may have found and made off with. The haul was supposedly lost or stolen during the 1863 Battle of Gettysburg, according to local lore.

The group is called Finders Keepers - and they they wrote in a court filing last week that the FBI has failed to turn over records on its search for the gold. Previously, these records were said to have included 17 videos, but the government is now claiming only 4 such videos exist.

The FBI took place in a March 2018 dig at the supposed site of the gold, but claims they came up with nothing.

Anne Weismann, Finders Keepers' lawyer, told CBS: "This raises the obvious question of whether videotapes were destroyed in the interim." Weismann is trying to have a court order the FBI to explain the discrepancy in videos.

A spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Washington, D.C. declined to comment to CBS.

Weissman wrote: "Its behavior points to one conclusion: The FBI does not want to acknowledge publicly or to plaintiff that it located gold at the Dent's Run site in March 2018."

Finders Keepers has been claiming that the FBI has acted suspiciously about the dig for the last four years. The group is trying to find the videos, which Weismann believes "would confirm the truth or falsity of this claim".

The DOJ says they can turn over records starting at the end of May, in monthly tranches of 500 pages. The DOJ says there is a total of 2,400 pages of records and 1,000 photos regarding the March 2018 dig.

The 1863 shipment of Union gold that was supposedly lost or stolen on its way to the U.S. Mint in Philadelphia has been investigated by Finders Keepers for years. The treasure hunters said they "led the FBI to a remote site 135 miles northeast of Pittsburgh where they say their instruments detected a large hunk of metal".

According to the CBS report, the FBI's contractor said they detected a "9-ton metallic mass suggestive of gold".

Finders Keepers accompanied the FBI on their dig but said they were confined to their car during the process.

Channel 4's Dispatches uncovered evidence of Metaverse users boasting that they are attracted to 'little girls aged between the age of nine and 12' and joking about rape and racism in the virtual reality world.

An investigation has revealed that sexually explicit comments and threatening behaviour were made minutes after a Channel 4 journalist went undercover into Mark Zuckerberg's 3D community.

Yinka Bokinni posed as both a 22-year-old woman and a 13-year-old girl as part of a probe that will be broadcast tonight.

Using the most popular VR headset, the Meta-owned Oculus Quest of which eight million have been sold, she tried out the two most popular apps on its store — VRChat and Rec Room.

However, within minutes of using both apps she became surrounded by other users making sexually explicit comments, while also witnessing the simulation of sexual acts while simply walking around - including between users who appeared to be minors.

One video clip showed the undercover reporter being threatened by a cat avatar, who asks her to reproduce with him and then says ‘who’s going to stop me?', while repeatedly approaching her.

Another saw her enter an 'adult-geared room' with someone saying ‘you like getting head from minors?’ and then simulating a sex act.

A third clip revealed one user saying that they like 'little girls between the age of nine and 12'.

In another scene, a user was seen to use racist language, saying: 'You’re black. Imagine being black — get back to the fields, cotton-picker.'

A woman who had been accused of being biased in favor of abortion when she worked as a CBS reporter announced that she was hired on by Planned Parenthood.

Kate Smith worked as a CBS reporter covering abortion issues until she left the outlet in July 2021. On Monday, she announced that she had been hired on at Planned Parenthood as the abortion provider's senior director of news content.

"Thrilled to be joining Planned Parenthood full-time on this exciting new project. Much, much more to come. Stay tuned!" she tweeted excitedly.

Critics of Smith used the occasion to confirm their previous accusations against her for being biased on abortion.

"I remember getting notes from several reporters upset with me saying Kate Smith has been nothing but a propagandist for the abortion industry at CBS and now this," replied talk show radio host Erick Erickson.

"Almost exactly two years ago, I wrote a piece called 'Planned Parenthood’s Ambassador to CBS News,' critiquing the work of Kate Smith, who billed herself as a reporter covering 'abortion access.' Today, Smith announced she’s joining Planned Parenthood," responded Alexandra DeSanctis Marr of National Review.

Here's what she wrote in Apr. 2020:

Kate Smith is not a reporter at all. She is an advocate for abortion rights who exploits her perch at CBS to disguise as fact the opinions of the country’s most radical abortion-rights activists. She is Planned Parenthood’s ambassador to CBS, posing as a reporter and constructing articles that more closely resemble press releases for the nation’s most powerful abortion-rights advocacy groups. She has traded her objectivity for access to these organizations, offering them the kid-glove treatment so they will permit her to be the first to publicize their PR campaigns, interview their leaders, and scoop their briefs in court cases.

Another critic of Smith was the National Right to Life organization in May 2020.

Did anons figure out what these buildings are? My guess, based on seeing similar layouts on military bases, is this is where Disney stores and preps fireworks for their firework shows and the like. I would expect to see earthen bunkers but who knows. The facilities are remote and I think the "antenna" and other electrical features are safety systems to deal with static electricity and lightening. Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012 - Amends the United States Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 to authorize the Secretary of State and the Broadcasting Board of Governors to provide for the preparation and dissemination of information intended for foreign audiences abroad about the United States, including about its people, its history, and the federal government's policies, through press, publications, radio, motion pictures, the Internet, and other information media, including social media, and through information centers and instructors. (Under current law such authority is restricted to information disseminated abroad, with a limited domestic exception.)

Authorizes the Secretary and the Board to make available in the United States motion pictures, films, video, audio, and other materials prepared for dissemination abroad or disseminated abroad pursuant to such Act, the United States International Broadcasting Act of 1994, the Radio Broadcasting to Cuba Act, or the Television Broadcasting to Cuba Act.

Amends the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1986 and 1987 to prohibit funds for the Department of State or the Board from being used to influence public opinion or propagandizing in the United States. (Under current law such provision applies to the United States Information Agency [USIA].)

Kiev is plotting a false flag attack with weapons of mass destruction to frame Moscow, a senior Russian diplomat has alleged

Ukrainian authorities and their foreign handlers are planning false-flag attacks involving weapons of mass destruction, Russia’s deputy permanent representative to the UN, Dmitry Polyansky said on Monday. For that purpose, instructors of the notorious Syria-based White Helmets group have already been deployed to Ukraine, the official told reporters.

FBI May Have Made Off With $500 Million In Lost Civil War Gold, Treasure Hunter Group Alleges

A group of treasure hunters is suing the Department of Justice over "several tons of buried Civil War-era gold" that they claim the FBI may have found and made off with. The haul was supposedly lost or stolen during the 1863 Battle of Gettysburg, according to local lore.

The group is called Finders Keepers - and they they wrote in a court filing last week that the FBI has failed to turn over records on its search for the gold. Previously, these records were said to have included 17 videos, but the government is now claiming only 4 such videos exist.

The FBI took place in a March 2018 dig at the supposed site of the gold, but claims they came up with nothing.

Anne Weismann, Finders Keepers' lawyer, told CBS: "This raises the obvious question of whether videotapes were destroyed in the interim." Weismann is trying to have a court order the FBI to explain the discrepancy in videos.

A spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Washington, D.C. declined to comment to CBS.

Weissman wrote: "Its behavior points to one conclusion: The FBI does not want to acknowledge publicly or to plaintiff that it located gold at the Dent's Run site in March 2018."

Finders Keepers has been claiming that the FBI has acted suspiciously about the dig for the last four years. The group is trying to find the videos, which Weismann believes "would confirm the truth or falsity of this claim".

The DOJ says they can turn over records starting at the end of May, in monthly tranches of 500 pages. The DOJ says there is a total of 2,400 pages of records and 1,000 photos regarding the March 2018 dig.

The 1863 shipment of Union gold that was supposedly lost or stolen on its way to the U.S. Mint in Philadelphia has been investigated by Finders Keepers for years. The treasure hunters said they "led the FBI to a remote site 135 miles northeast of Pittsburgh where they say their instruments detected a large hunk of metal".

According to the CBS report, the FBI's contractor said they detected a "9-ton metallic mass suggestive of gold".

Finders Keepers accompanied the FBI on their dig but said they were confined to their car during the process.

Prominent COVID Doctor Accused Of $1.5 Million Healthcare Fraud

A prominent Maryland doctor in charge of COVID-19 testing at Baltimore-Washington International Marshall Airport and elsewhere has been accused by federal prosecutors of overcharging Medicare and other insurers by more than $1.5 million.

Ron Elfenbein, 47, who was presented an award last August by Gov. Larry Hogan for his efforts during the pandemic, allegedly overbilled for COVID-19 tests in combination with "more lucrative, but medically unnecessary" services, according to a grand jury indictment reported by the Washington Post, which notes that these services "were purportedly of a 30-minute or longer duration, or involving moderate or high levels of medical decision-making, but did not in fact occur as represented."

The indictment alleges Elfenbein knew many patients were being seen for less than five minutes but directed staffers to bill for the higher-level services anyway, saying they were “the ‘bread and butter’ of how we get paid.”

The indictment, which charges Elfenbein with three counts of health-care fraud, identifies him as an owner and medical director of Drs ERgent Care, a company that also does business under the names First Call Medical Center and Chesapeake ERgent Care.

According to Elfenbein's lawyer, Mikle Lawlor, "In the early days of the pandemic, Dr. Ron Elfenbein rallied his doctor’s office in a time of global fear, to be a leading provider of coronavirus testing and treatment in the community," adding " … A trial in this case will prove not only that Dr. Elfenbein is innocent of the charges hastily brought by the government, but that during a time of unprecedented need, Dr. Elfenbein and his staff saved the lives of numerous Marylanders."
