Compelling any employee to take any current Covid-19 vaccine violates federal and state law, and subjects the employer to substantial liability risk, including liability for any injury the employee may suffer from the vaccine. Many employers have reconsidered issuing such a mandate after more fruitful review with legal counsel, insurance providers, and public opinion advisors of the desires of employees and the consuming public. Three key concerns: first, while the vaccine remains unapproved by the FDA and authorized only for emergency use, federal law forbids mandating it, in accordance with the Nuremberg Code of 1947; second, the Americans with Disabilities Act proscribes, punishes and penalizes employers who invasively inquire into their employees' medical status and then treat those employees differently based on their medical status, as the many AIDS related cases of decades ago fully attest; and third, international law, Constitutional law, specific statutes and the common law of torts all forbid conditioning access to employment upon coerced, invasive medical examinations and treatment, unless the employer can fully provide objective, scientifically validated evidence of the threat from the employee and how no practicable alternative could possible suffice to mitigate such supposed public health threat and still perform the necessary essentials of employment.

At the outset, consider the "problem" being "solved" by vaccination mandates. The previously infected are better protected than the vaccinated, so why aren't they exempted? Equally, the symptomatic can be self-isolated. Hence, requiring vaccinations only addresses one risk: dangerous or deadly transmission, by the asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic employee, in the employment setting. Yet even government official Mr. Fauci admits, as scientific studies affirm, asymptomatic transmission is exceedingly and "very rare." Indeed, initial data suggests the vaccinated are just as, or even much more, likely to transmit the virus as the asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic. Hence, the vaccine solves nothing. This evidentiary limitation on any employer's decision making, aside from the legal and insurance risks of forcing vaccinations as a term of employment without any accommodation or even exception for the previously infected (and thus better protected), is the reason most employers wisely refuse to mandate the vaccine. This doesn't even address the arbitrary self-limitation of the pool of talent for the employer: why reduce your own talent pool, when many who refuse invasive inquiries or risky treatment may be amongst your most effective, efficient and profitable employees?

The Navy had a program training SEALs in self-hypnosis. Not sure if the others services were doing so.

This was prior to JSOC.

Premise was, roll 48+ hours hard and break for 30-45 minutes, use the techniques taught, and then awaken fully rested and combat ready. It worked.

They were also looking at this technique for when you were injured. Slowing things down, ect. and how the mind interpreted these injuries.

Saw some of these techniques demonstrated in '91.

To some, it may be considered a form of "magic" or "witchcraft" I guess.

Second, demanding employees divulge their personal medical information invades their protected right to privacy, and discriminates against them based on their perceived medical status, in contravention of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Voter Integrity Groups are Analyzing Video Evidence of Ballot Trafficking on Massive Scale in Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan

Radio host John Fredericks joined Steve Bannon earlier this month to discuss an EXPLOSIVE development in Georgia.

According to John Fredericks, investigators now have video of 240 leftist operatives he called “ballot traffickers” dumping tens of thousands of ballots into drop boxes in the middle of the night in locations across Georgia.

The leftist operatives were identified making numerous drops in the middle of the night. They were filmed emptying their backpacks of ballots into the drop boxes in the middle of the night. Ballot harvesting is not legal in Georgia. This was criminal behavior caught on video!

True the Vote and OPSEC Group have copies of the video and are promising to release it in the near future.

Heather Mullins from Real Americas Voice broke this news earlier this month on the John Fredericks radio show. There is video that captures 240 ballot traffickers in Georgia. Each of the traffickers averaged 23-24 drops where they would empty backpacks into the ballot boxes. This is completely illegal. No harvesting is allowed in Georgia.

This was a massive organized effort by the American left to commit fraud.

The document says that True The Vote has spent the last several months since late last year collecting more than 27 terabytes of geospatial and temporal data—a total of 10 trillion cell phone pings—between Oct. 1 and Nov. 6 in targeted areas in Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Texas. The data includes geofenced points of interest like ballot dropbox locations, as well as UPS stores and select government, commercial, and non-governmental organization (NGO) facilities.

“From this we have thus far developed precise patterns of life for 242 suspected ballot traffickers in Georgia and 202 traffickers in Arizona,” True The Vote’s document says. “According to the data, each trafficker went to an average of 23 ballot dropboxes.”

In other words, what the document says is that True The Vote was able to take cell phone ping data on a mass wide scale and piece together that several people—suspected ballot harvesters—were making multiple trips to multiple drop boxes, raising potential legal questions in a number of these states.

From there, the document continues, True The Vote gathered surveillance video on the drop boxes in Georgia and is attempting to gather similar such surveillance video from other states. The document states that True The Vote has obtained one full petabyte of surveillance footage on drop boxes—two million minutes of video—which it says is broken into 73,000 individual video files. The group is expected to begin releasing some of these videos, which purportedly show the same people going multiple times to the same drop boxes, in the coming weeks.

Heather noted that this investigation covers NUMEROUS swing states including Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. And Heather says the investigation will soon be going public with evidence of illegal activity.

Australian Health Official Shocks Sydney With "New World Order" Comment

Now that Sydney's adult vaccination rate is finally nearing 70%, local officials have started to share plans for reopening the city's economy, allowing patrons to return to bars, restaurants and gyms (in limited numbers, and with proof of vaccination). But they have also caused widespread concern by referring to a "new world order" in post-lockdown Australia.

New South Wales state Premier Gladys Berejiklian said during a media briefing in Sydney on Thursday that Sydney's cafes, restaurants and pubs are set to reopen in the second half of October after months of strict COVID-19 lockdown.

In keeping with Australia's modest shift away from the "COVID Zero" ideology, Berejiklian said leaders must "hold their nerve" as cases are almost guaranteed to rise after the reopening (though mostly continued to climb despite the lockdown, anyway). Some restrictions for the fully vaccinated will be lifted on Monday, as the first step toward reopening for businesses will arrive shortly afterward.

Despite its lockdown efforts, Australia has seen cases continue to climb in the two months since Sydney started what was supposed to be a temporary "snap" lockdown.

While this might seem like the light at the end of the tunnel, there's a catch: Berejiklian said she expects cases to rise when restrictions ease, and warned that more "localized" lockdowns would follow.

"If there is a concentration of disease in any suburb." Lockdown rules in several regions outside greater Sydney have been lifted from Saturday due to low case numbers out there.

Another NSW official triggered a backlash on Thursday when she referred to a "New World Order" that will be established after the lockdown conditions hsve been lifted. Dr. Kerry Chant, the Chief Health Officer of New South Wales made the remark while outlining new vaccine requirements for workers and customers when the city reopens.

Both parties at reopened businesses would have to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, Dr. Chant announced, and workplaces would “have some system of checking that.” But it was her next comment that really stirred up a storm.

"We will be looking at what contact tracing looks like in the new world order," she said.

The clip spread like wildfire on social media in Australia and the UK.

Some users pointed out that this wasn’t the first time an NSW official had used the term during a COVID-related press conference. Minister for Health Brad Hazzard described the pandemic as a “new world order” in July 2020. "This is a world pandemic, it’s a one in a 100-year event, so you can expect that we will have transmission from time to time, and that’s just the way it is. We’ve got to accept that this is the new world order," Hazzard said during a conference, following an outbreak of cases.

The ABC reported last month that Hazzard’s statements had sparked a wave of conspiracy theory videos on TikTok and other platforms. Sydney has been on continuous lockdown since June. And while Australians will be relieved to see some of their freedoms returned to them, in the post-COVID era, things will never be the same as they were - and new "localized lockdowns" can still be imposed at any time.

Mexico’s Supreme Court Decriminalizes Abortion

Mexico’s supreme court on Tuesday decriminalized abortion, ruling that punishing the act runs against the country’s constitution.

“From now on, you will not be able to, without violating the court’s criteria and the constitution, charge any woman who aborts under the circumstances this court has ruled as valid,” Arturo Zaldivar, president of the National Supreme Court of Justice, said after the ruling.

Those circumstances will be clarified when the decision is published, but everything points to that referring to abortions carried out within the first 12 weeks of a pregnancy, the period allowed in the four states where abortion is already legal.

More than a million abortions are done each year in Mexico but most outside of Mexico City, where first-trimester abortion was decriminalized years ago, are done clandestinely, according to the pro-abortion Guttmacher Institute.

Abortion has been a crime in Mexico since at least 1931, according to Human Rights Watch. Federal law made abortion punishable by as many as six years in prison, with women ending their pregnancy and doctors carrying out the procedure both being liable for charges.

Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador later said the decision, which came from 10 judges with the 11th absent, should be respected.

The judges annulled several provisions of a law from Coahuila, a state that shares a border with Texas.

Coahuila’s government said in a statement that the ruling would have a retroactive effect and ordered the release of any women who were jailed for abortion.

Biden to make vaccines MANDATORY for federal workers, with no option for regular testing — reports

President Joe Biden has signed an executive order requiring all federal workers and contractors to be vaccinated against Covid-19, according to multiple reports. The order is one of several measures Biden is expected to announce.

Biden signed the order on Thursday, hours before he was due to give a speech laying out a “six-pronged” strategy to curb the spread of the coronavirus, the Associated Press reported, citing an anonymous source.

A large metal security fence may return to the US Capitol just two months after it was brought down, several outlets reported, amid concerns of violence at an upcoming rally to support those charged over the January 6 riot in DC.

Though the seven-foot-tall steel barrier was only removed from the Capitol in mid-July – first erected in the wake of unrest on January 6 – it is likely to make a comeback ahead of the ‘Justice for J6’ demonstration set for September 18, according to sources cited by the Associated Press, Politico and CNN.

Though security plans for the rally have yet to be finalized, Capitol Police Chief Thomas Manger has recommended new fencing in discussions with officials, Politico reported, noting that the request is likely to be granted.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-California) declined to discuss “specifics” about the security arrangements in comments to reporters on Wednesday, but said “We intend to have the integrity of the Capitol be intact.”

The tentative plan, however, reportedly calls for fencing along streets directly adjacent to the Capitol building and Supreme Court, but would not place barriers around congressional office buildings that dot the area.

The heightened state of alert comes as next week’s ‘Justice for J6’ event fast approaches. The protest is meant to support the some 600 people charged for alleged participation in the Capitol riot – deemed “political prisoners” by rally organizer Matt Braynard.

While anonymously sourced reports relying on “intelligence gathered by federal officials” have warned that “far right extremist groups like the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers” would attend the rally and potentially provoke violence, Braynard has insisted the event would remain peaceful and that he’d coordinated with local police for more than a month.

“There is no possibility of violence from our peaceful protest,” Braynard told Newsweek, adding that he previously organized “two similar rallies in DC – at the Department of Justice and at the prison where these political prisoners are being held. These events occurred without incident.”

Braynard, a one-time campaign operative for ex-president Donald Trump, also urged attendees from promoting any particular candidate or political movement at the rally, suggesting it could distract from the overall message about those charged for the DC riot.

Moreover, the Proud Boys – one of the allegedly “far right” groups officials expect to attend the rally – has strongly urged members not to show up.

Though the Taliban pledged to the Trump administration in 2020 not to support al Qaeda or other extremist groups, officials from the U.S. and many other nations, including several Gulf Arab states, ABC News reported, believe the organization maintains ties to al Qaeda and worry that the Taliban's return to power will invite an al Qaeda resurgence.

But never fear. Our government has "put the Taliban on notice that we expect them to not allow that to happen," Austin added.

Though the Biden administration has downplayed talks about putting forces back on the ground in the region, the secretary did say that "we do have the ability to address threats … using over-the-horizon capability" and that "our capability has evolved dramatically over the last 20 years."

Despite his claims that the military can contain al Qaeda with "surveillance and strike aircraft based elsewhere," ABC News said, Austin acknowledged that it will be more difficult without U.S. troops and intelligence teams based in Afghanistan.

Chinese National Jailed For Smuggling US Marine Tech to China

A Chinese national and businessman has been handed a two-year prison sentence and a $20,000 fine after admitting to illegally exporting more than $100,000 in U.S. marine technology to a Chinese military research institute that has close ties with the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) military.

Shuren Qin, a 45-year-old marine biologist and founder of LinkOcean Technologies, a company that sells oceanographic instruments, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Denise Casper in Boston on Sept. 8. In April, he pleaded guilty to 10 counts, including one count of conspiracy to unlawfully export U.S. anti-submarine warfare devices to China’s Northwestern Polytechnical University (NWPU).

The Chinese military research institute, located in the northwestern Chinese city of Xi’an, works closely with the People’s Liberation Army on the advancement of its military capabilities, the U.S. Justice Department said in a statement.

The U.S. Department of Commerce lists NWPU as an entity posing national security concerns for its involvement in the development of unmanned aerial vehicles, autonomous underwater vehicles, and missile proliferation projects.

Qin, who resides in Wellesley, Massachusetts, was arrested in June 2018 and pleaded guilty on April 28 to one count of unlawful exporting, as well as “one count of visa fraud; two counts of making false statements to law enforcement agents regarding his customers and the types of parts he caused to be exported from the United States to the People’s Republic of China (PRC); four counts of money laundering; and two counts of smuggling hydrophones from the U.S. to the PRC.”

From 2015 to 2016, Qin illegally exported to China at least 60 hydrophones; devices that can be used to monitor sound underwater, prosecutors said.

Due to national security risks, the U.S. Commerce Department requires that a company obtain an export license in order to ship U.S. goods to foreign entities posing a national security concern. Prosecutors said that Qin exported the devices to China, and in doing so, purposely concealed from his U.S. supplier that the hydrophones were going to NWPU.

Qin’s attorneys argued that he was not aware of NWPU’s intentions with the devices, which also include civilian, scientific uses alongside the military ones.

“These are not top-secret technologies,” said Qin’s lawyer, Sara Silva.

Prosecutors initially also accused Qin of exporting unmanned surface vehicles and robotic boats, alleging that he had supplied $8 million in goods to Chinese government-controlled entities from 2015 to 2018. They had also sought a sentence of 7-1/2 years jail.

Qin has admitted only to the charges concerning the 60 hydrophones worth $100,000. His guilty plea was conditional on allowing him to appeal against the judge’s ruling to not suppress evidence against him.

A local Georgia news outlet has been investigating reports of “hundreds” of headless goat carcasses seen floating in the Chattahoochee River.

According to WSB-TV Channel 2 Action News, someone has been dumping “hundreds of decapitated goats” into the river for years. “Lately it’s become a lot more frequent.”

ATLANTA — Channel 2 Action News is investigating headless goats found floating in the Chattahoochee River. Someone has dumped hundreds of decapitated goats over the past few years.

The two traveled along the river when they noticed the decapitated carcass of a goat floating in the water near the Interstate 20 bridge on the border of Fulton County and Cobb County. “There’s a goat,” said Ulseth.

In the video of the report, the two encounter multiple goat carcasses as they cruise up the river. “Lately it’s become a lot more frequent, and on Friday we were out here and saw 30 of them floating down the river,” Ulseth said. A witness provided cell phone video footage of the goats being dumped into the river from a I-20 bridge. The video shows the carcasses splashing into the river after being dumped off the bridge, however it is unclear who was behind it. “He actually hears the body splashing down, not only in the middle of the night, but he told me he hears them in the middle of the day,” Ulseth said.

“These goats have to be coming from somewhere, but we haven’t been able to determine who’s buying the goats, who’s providing the goats or actually how they are making their way here in the river,” said Ulseth.

It is now believed that the situation stems from satanic Santeria ritual blood sacrifices.

In 2019, Channel 2 Action News did a story about people leaving dead chickens, goats’ heads and coconuts near railroad tracks in metro Atlanta.

It turns out it was part of a religious ceremony for the followers of Santeria, a religion that mixes West African culture with Cuban Catholicism.

Channel 2 talked to a Shango priest in 2019, who explained the significance of the goats.

“We use a he goat as also a victory. Then we use she goat for the baby, for the for also for the blessing. That is the significance of all these animals that we use,”Akinton Shingods Anjoula said.

The local news outlet had reached out to law enforcement for answers, but the Georgia State Patrol and Fulton County Police told them they didn’t have any reports about the headless goats. They are currently waiting for an open records request from Cobb County Police.

“Over the past couple of years, I’ve seen a couple hundred, but never more than 20 to 30 at one given time like we’ve started to see here lately,” Ulseth said. “This is drinking water for 5 million people, and we all have to do our part to take care of it.”

Senate Armed Services Committee To Hold Open Hearings With Secretary Austin, Gen. Milley And Gen. McKenzie

The Senate Armed Services Committee announced Thursday it will hold open hearings on President Joe Biden’s withdrawal from Afghanistan and is asking for sworn testimony from Secretary Lloyd Austin, Gen. Mark Milley and Gen. Kenneth McKenzie.

Republican Oklahoma Sen. Jim Inhofe, the ranking member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, and Democratic Rhode Island Sen. Jack Reed, the chairman of the committee, sent out a press release with the dates of the hearings and released separate statements. The Daily Caller first reported Wednesday that a group of Senate Republicans sent a letter to Reed demanding he hold hearings on Biden’s withdrawal and asking for sworn testimony from Austin, Milley, McKenzie and Gen. Scott Miller.

The letter was signed by nine other Republicans. In it, they called on Reed to schedule committee hearings so they can examine Biden and his administration’s handling of the withdrawal from Afghanistan after 13 U.S. service members were killed in a terror attack at the Kabul airport.

In the Thursday announcement, Reed said it is Congress’s job to provide oversight and examine what decisions were made in pulling out of Afghanistan.

“Although we have completed the withdrawal of American military personnel and over 100,000 civilians from Afghanistan, I remain deeply concerned about the events that accompanied our withdrawal and the ongoing humanitarian crisis. It is the duty of Congress—and the Senate Armed Services Committee in particular—to hold hearings to learn lessons from the situation in Afghanistan and ensure accountability at the highest levels,” Reed said.

Unionists Will Collapse Northern Ireland Govt over Sellout to EU ‘In Weeks’

LONDON (AP) – The leader of Northern Ireland’s largest British unionist party heightened post-Brexit political tensions on Thursday, saying the UK’s divorce deal with the European Union could collapse the Belfast government and trigger a new era of violence and instability.

Democratic Unionist Party leader Jeffrey Donaldson said rules for Northern Ireland trade agreed by the UK and the EU last year must be fundamentally changed within weeks.

In a speech in Belfast, he said the agreement known as the Northern Ireland Protocol “fundamentally undermines … the economic integrity of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland’s position in it.”

“We are totally opposed to the protocol as it presently exists,” Donaldson said. “We will neither accept it nor will we work it.”

He said that the problems must be resolved “in weeks and not months or years,” and threatened that DUP ministers would quit Northern Ireland’s Protestant-Catholic power-sharing administration rather than implement the deal in its present form. That would effectively collapse the government, which is run by the DUP and Irish nationalist party Sinn Fein.

He also said DUP ministers would boycott regular meetings with politicians in Ireland as a protest against the new rules.

“I say not as a threat, but as a matter of political reality that our political institutions will not survive a failure to resolve the problems that the protocol has created,” said Donaldson, who was elected DUP leader two months ago.

The crisis straining UK-EU relations stems from trade arrangements for Northern Ireland, the only part of the UK that has a land border with the 27-nation bloc. The divorce deal the two sides struck before Britain’s departure means customs and border checks must be conducted on some goods moving between Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK.

The regulations are intended to prevent goods from Britain entering the EU’s tariff-free single market while keeping an open border between Northern Ireland and EU member Ireland — a key pillar of Northern Ireland’s peace process. But the checks have angered Northern Ireland’s unionists, who say they impose burdensome red tape on businesses and weaken Northern Ireland’s ties with the rest of the UK.

Tensions over the new rules contributed to a week of street violence in Northern Ireland cities in April that saw youths pelt police with bricks, fireworks and gasoline bombs.

Donaldson said the violence had died down, “but I fear that unless we grapple with this issue, this will prove to be merely a pause, rather than an end to the disorder.”

Britain and the EU both say they want to fix the problems, but they remain far apart on solutions.

Britain’s Conservative government has accused the bloc of being needlessly “purist” in implementing the rules. The UK is seeking ultimately to remove most checks, replacing them with a “light touch” system in which only goods at risk of entering the EU would be inspected.

Biden moves to boot Trump loyalists from advisory boards

Requests for resignations and threats of firings were delivered on Wednesday.

The Biden White House has begun the process of removing Trump allies from military advisory boards, months after they were installed into those posts at the end of the last administration.

On Wednesday, Cathy Russell, the director of the White House’s Presidential Personnel Office, sent letters to 18 individuals on three different boards, asking for them to resign. The list includes the Board of Visitors to the Air Force Academy, Military Academy and the Naval Academy, the White House said.

In one letter to Russell Vought, the former director of the Office of Management and Budget in the Trump administration, Russell advised him that he’d be fired from his post on the Naval Academy’s board of visitors unless he chose to resign.

“On behalf of President Biden, I am writing to request your resignation as a Member of the Board of Visitors to the U.S. Naval Academy,” Russell wrote, according to the letter that Vought subsequently posted on Twitter. “Please submit your resignation to me by the close of business today. Should we not receive your resignation, your position with the Board will be terminated effective 6:00 p.m. tonight.”

Vought, who earlier this year founded the Center for Renewing America, tweeted out his refusal to comply. “No,” he responded. “It’s a three year term.”

John Coale, a top Washington lawyer, who was also appointed to the Naval Academy board by Trump on Jan. 5, was also removed and said in a text message he was “pissed off” he was fired, adding that he never even got to go to a meeting.

Other former Trump officials appointed to similar boards were also threatened with firing on Wednesday, such as former national security adviser H.R. McMaster, lobbyist David Urban and retired Gen. Jack Keane, according to one of the fired board members. Later this week McMaster is getting honored by West Point’s Association of Graduates as a Distinguished Graduate of the academy.

Keane said in a text message that it was “very disappointing that President Biden is not upholding the previous president’s appointments which has been pretty much the tradition.”

Meaghan Mobbs, an Afghanistan veteran who was also asked to resign from the West Point board, tweeted her reply to the White House: “I find this whole act unconscionable and not all in the spirit by which this Administration promised to govern. President Biden ran on a supposed platform of unity but his actions speak directly to the contrary. Apparently, unity is only for those who conform.”

When asked if he received a similar letter, Sebastian Gorka, who was named by Trump to the National Security Education Board, only replied to a text message by saying: “Hey CuckBoy go lick some Democrat’s boots.” A former Trump official who was named to a military academy’s board of visitors said he hadn’t received such a letter.

CNN and the Army Times both first reported the news of the potential firings.

Former White House press secretary Sean Spicer was also asked to resign from the Naval Academy board. On his Newsmax show on Wednesday night, he said he would not do so and said he would join a lawsuit challenging Biden's action.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki later confirmed the intended removal of the Trump appointees in a briefing on Wednesday afternoon.

“The president’s objective is what any president’s objective is, which was to ensure that you have nominees and people serving on these boards who are qualified to serve on them and who are aligned with your values,” she said.

Vought’s insistence that he will serve out his term sets up a potentially dynamic legal and political battle over a largely ceremonial position.

The Biden White House has been exploring ways to remove other Trump officials since they took over. The Pentagon moved quickly to suspend some of the appointments, and in March the Department of Homeland Security fired all the members of its advisory council. But, early on, there was a determination that their hands were tied in certain circumstances.

Liberty Counsel confirms FDA lied to Americans with “approval” of Pfizer covid jab

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) pulled a fast one on Americans with its supposed “approval” of Pfizer’s Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccine.”

As it turns out, the Pfizer jab currently in use was not actually approved by the FDA, which Liberty Counsel says pulled a “bait and switch.”

The well-respected law firm released a statement recently explaining that in order to help push draconian vaccine mandates, the FDA essentially lied to the American public about the approval, which never technically happened.

According to Liberty Counsel, all existing Pfizer vials remain under the federal government’s “emergency use authorization” (EUA), which means that people have the “option to accept or refuse” it.

The third “booster” shot being pushed by Pfizer is also identical to the first two, meaning that it, too, is only authorized for emergency use and does not hold full approval.

“BioNTech received FDA approval for people ages 16 and above under the name Comirnaty, but there are no Comirnaty doses available in the United States,” Liberty Counsel further explains.

“In other words, there is currently NO FDA approved COVID-19 injection available anywhere in the United States. Every COVID shot in America remains under the EUA law and thus people have the ‘option to accept or refuse’ them.”

Even if they do get “approved,” covid vaccines can NEVER legally be forced on anyone

Truth be told, there will never be a scenario in which one of Donald “father of the vaccine” Trump’s “Operation Warp Speed” injections can ever be forced on anyone against their will.

This is because once a covid shot does get approved by the FDA, federal and state laws still protect the right of people to reject them for sincerely held religious beliefs or conscientious objections.

There are also medical exemptions to vaccines that allow the immunocompromised to forego them in order to protect themselves against further harm or potential death.

On August 23, the FDA issued two separate letters for two legally distinct injections: one offered by Pfizer and the other offered by BioNTech. The current Pfizer-BioNTech injection being widely administered differs from these two other shots.

“The first letter is regarding FDA’s biologics license application approval for the Pfizer Inc. / BioNTech COVID-19 injection which has been named Comirnaty,” Liberty Counsel explains.

“Yet Pfizer has not started manufacturing or labeling this drug for U.S. distribution, so it is not even available in the U.S. It is unclear whether or not it is protected by a liability shield, but web-based U.S. government communication indicates that the same program that provides compensation for COVID vaccine-related injuries will apply Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) rather than the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.”

As of this writing, there is not believed to be any compensation paid via the CICP to anyone who has been injured by any of the Chinese Virus injections currently being administered under EUA.

“The Pfizer injection, on the other hand, is still considered experimental under U.S. law,” Liberty Counsel further notes. “There is a legal difference between products approved under authorization of emergency use (EUA) compared with those the FDA has fully licensed.”

In essence, nothing currently being peddled by the government or the mainstream media as a “covid vaccine” is approved by the FDA, nor can it be mandated under any alleged “law.”

Covid shots constitute experimental gene therapy drugs that every individual has the right to just say no to, should they choose to do so. Just remember: my body, my choice.

Copies of the “field interview cards” that police complete when they question civilians reveal that LAPD officers are instructed to record a civilian’s Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other social media accounts, alongside basic biographical information. An internal memo further shows that the police chief, Michel Moore, told employees that it was critical to collect the data for use in “investigations, arrests, and prosecutions”, and warned that supervisors would review cards to ensure they were complete.

The documents, which were obtained by the not-for-profit organization the Brennan Center for Justice, have raised concerns about civil liberties and the potential for mass surveillance of civilians without justification.

“There are real dangers about police having all of this social media identifying information at their fingertips,” said Rachel Levinson-Waldman, a deputy director at the Brennan Center, noting that the information was probably stored in a database that could be used for a wide range of purposes.

The Brennan Center conducted a review of 40 other police agencies in the US and was unable to find another department that required social media collection on interview cards (though many have not publicly disclosed copies of the cards). The organization also obtained records about the LAPD’s social media surveillance technologies, which have raised questions about the monitoring of activist groups including Black Lives Matter.

Surveillance concerns

In 2015, the department added “social media accounts” as a line on the physical field interview cards, according to a newly unearthed memo from the previous LAPD chief, Charlie Beck. “Similar to a nickname or an alias, a person’s online persona or identity used for social media … can be highly beneficial to investigations,” he wrote.

While the social media collection has gone largely unnoticed, the LAPD’s use of field interview cards has prompted controversy. Last October, prosecutors filed criminal charges against three officers in the LAPD’s metro division, accusing them of using the cards to falsely label civilians as gang members after stopping them. That unit also has a history of stopping Black drivers at disproportionately high rates, and according to the LA Times, has more frequently filled out cards for Black and Latino residents they stopped.

Meanwhile, more than half of the civilians stopped by metro officers and documented in the cards were not arrested or cited, the Times reported. The fact that a department under scrutiny for racial profiling was also engaged in broad scale social media account collection is troubling, said Levinson-Waldman.
