There’s something weird I’d like to know about but I’m not sure I can even describe it properly.

My astral double sometimes is a woman.

This happens mostly with seeing my own energy. Say I’m doing a particular action or gesture, and I spontaneously see it in parallel in my mind’s eye. Usually the trick to get things done is that you can't just "will" it, you have to make a trade. So basically you'd have to take the situation when you're alone and bored and "trade" it for the situation where you meet the lolis and get amused. The universe doesn't care if you're bored or happy, as long as the time/situation you trade is of equal size. So you can trade something you don't want for something you want.

14. The Enterprising Spirit

As a rule, people who are active and enterprising are luckier · than those who are not so inclined, provided destiny does not get in their way. I've been burning lavender candles in my bedroom for days now non-stop and my lucidity is top-tier. Vivid dreams and a stronger mind in general. Once in awhile I have to step out of the room for a bit and put some saline solution in my nostrils and clean them out and go outside for awhile then come back in for perfectly optimal results but lavender is the gift that keeps on giving. Unlike mint which has equal parts cure and headache, lots of lavender does me a lot of good over a long period of time, and the reset time is very little. Well, that's my problem with that post I was replying to. "Jumping dimensions" is not a thing, although the techniques under that label do work for changing reality.

Any ritual you can do in the physical you can do in the astral, either while doing full astral projection or simply using your imagination (mental projection, some would call it).

But doing it in the physical is much more efficient (you achieve a stronger effect with less effort).

Oh, I apologize. I was quite sleepy when I wrote my post. Anyway, everything I asked is related to dimension jumping, or shifting, as some people calls it.

I was under the impression that in dimensional jumps, using rituals or Law of Attraction meant shifting your counscieness to your desired reality, more of a metaphysical realization. That's why I asked if using astral projection and lucid dreaming was theoretically possible, since your supraphysical body wouldn't be chained to this "reality".

Besides, when you are astral projecting, you've left behind a good chunk of your consciousness (you've split it, technically) since you can't completely disconnect from your body without dying.

You want to have as much of your consciousness possible unified towards the same goal, involved in the new timeline, so to speak. That's why doing it in-body is more efficient. And doing it in ritual, easier, although more bothersome for some people.

You know in my case I have three spirits that intervene in my life. One is a horse (takes me away from dangers), one is a bear (scares people off and creates trouble for them), and one is a turtle (gives me knowledge). My health is fugged and I really need someone's help but can't obtain help getting back into good health. I feel like I'm going to die prematurely because of this if I can't succeed in overcoming my problems which just get worse.
