It's not an insult to suggest that your path is with djinn, they will just tell you what they think is right for you based on what they saw. Djinn are very ethereal beings and easy to work with, if you are mentally stable enough to not be effected by their trickery.

I wouldn't call them "fancy", it's literally just joining fingers or repeating a phrase. But you shouldn't discard them like that. Holding different positions will effect the energy flow in your body and it will directly change your state of mind, while you are not actively doing anything to change it. It's a method where you can achieve different states while simply resting mentally. Maybe comparable to a session with a physical therapist where he stretches your body in different ways, putting you in different positions while you remain passive.

When holding a yoga stance (mudras are stances) you move the activity to the body and the mind is passive, while still taking on different states. I don't know how to properly illustrate it, maybe as if pouring an amount of water into different containers. If your mind has a "stiffness" anywhere, it can't move into certain shapes, you can then get rid of the blockage by holding that position and relaxing.

I'd say the goal is transformation. Lucidity is relative to where you are. Being lucid in what dimension? Some of them are best avoided.

It's a 3 step approach.

The 0D godparticle is your base constitution. By focusing on it you can strengthen your own ability to use it and also produce more of them. This is likely what is happening when you experience religious euphoria. Maintain this state for longer periods to increase your spiritual power level, either by yogic practices or prayer. Either way works.

Step 2 is to channel your power or energy into something. This is not to channel it into the effect you want, rather you are activating yourself. It's an internal process of assuming a form. The energy can be shaped into an artifact or a skill. The form you develop is only active when you channel energy into it using the 0D as the power source.

3rd step is the outward effect. This is to use the artifact or skill to create effects outside of yourself. In personal practice this step is not needed, unless you are being attacked or blocked by external beings. (This tends to happen a lot when you aim higher however.)

Step 3 is simalar to step one, you are strengthening yourself again, but this time it's an external mirror version of yourself you are working against. It can be compared to building a shield in step 1, then lifting it up and learning to handle it in step 2, then last you are holding it up and pressing it against an external opposition in step 3. By doing this you are having an effect, but also gaining experience and becoming stronger. The 0D particles created by this external battle are of a different nature than those produced in meditation, and may be sought after specifically. It is adviced to apply a mentality of non-action, wu wei as you perform outward actions to avoid negative energy being created.

My bad. It seems that part didn't make it into the text file. It was a channelling after all so not everything was super clear. It was about the fluids of the body becoming receptive to certain frequencies of radiation after injection.
