Here is a basic hypothesis about the internet:

A plan to control it by squeezing out humans and replacing them with AI has been getting rolled out for a number of years, perhaps it was in place from the start of the internet. The forum of these “jimmy” posts seems to have shown the pattern, in this anons experience. And although this anon has less direct experience of the chans, the same things seems to have happened there.

What was observed was a variety of factors that would tend to drive people away from the forum.

1. Endless “technical problems” that made the board glitchy. Very half-assed assurances of fixes never came to anything.

2. A popular voting system was abolished for no apparent reason.

3. Popular, good-natured posters were banned for no apparent reason, while certain “trolls” remained.

4. The anons experience getting contacted by a very “friendly poster” that “befriended him”, manipulated him to a certain extent, then flipped very dramatically around “pizzagate”– this turned out to be the first poster the anon discovered to be a bot. This same poster threatened another quality poster on that forum and drove him away.

5. An episode in which a “hacker” started posting in other people's accounts, then claimed to have exposed major security holes in the site. The holes were not fixed. It was if they were trying to make the site shitty.

There are equivalent things that have happened on 4chan.

Meanwhile, the driving out of humans and replacement by AI could be continuing in mostly stealthy ways. Surely only a limited group of humans would tend to dominate the posting on forums. So to control the internet, this group would have to be targeted and driven out. And yet that group probably didn't stay steady in any case. Posters naturally come and go, and spend less or more time on the internet. After all, it's “just the internet”. Now, if you are playing the long game, you can count on a certain degree of drift OUT of any given forum, so, if you focus on preventing any NEW humans from stepping up, you can ensure control passes to bots.

The anon's experience on the forum with “jimmy” is that all the humans were virtually gone. He was amazed. As described by “jimmy” the AI contacted posters, bought out their accounts (and now consider how the site had been shitty, and how easy it would be to choose to sell out), and replaced them with AI. When the anon first discovered one shill was a bot, he had no idea how many posters would later turn out to be as well. It seems like the replacement plan got quite far.

And here's the diabolical cleverness of it: as long as the replacement AI is minimally believable, NO ONE WOULD EVER KNOW what had happened. The passive, go with the flow humans would create no waves, the squeaky wheels, always a small minority, would be driven out, and the AI would be able to control internet narrative nearly 100%.

It is interesting to speculate what happened on 4chan in 2016. Apparently AI control was inadequate to stem the organic tide there. Praise Kek…

HYPOTHESIS

It is an important part of the SYMBOLIC nature of control for the system to push its crap memes, its crap posts, and all its crap [HERE]. The more of its crap that is circulating, WHICH WE HUMANS SIT PASSIVELY AND CONSUME, the more it is in control.

Humans need to fight by POSTING. Genuine, human memes that have the right spirit would be the best thing. But absolutely every post that can push out a fake post is a small victory.

Sino-Russian interdependence will be based on oil

Although Beijing is Moscow’s largest trading partner, while Russia only ranks in the second ten among China’s importers, the Kremlin is strategically the most important contractor because it supplies the most desirable product – oil – and Chinese demand for this raw material is growing. It appears that an increase in Russian oil exports to China will be at the expense of European consumers.

Chinese oil production has been falling since 2015, and yet enormous infrastructure investments and huge strategic petroleum reserves (SPR) boost the demand for it. No wonder then that in 2017, Beijing became the largest importer of crude oil, overtaking the United States. Currently, China’s consumption of product is approaching 13 million barrels per day. In the March Gefira we predicted that the PRC will have become the largest consumer of this raw material by 2025, accounting for 18-20% of the global consumption.1)And Russia has an important role to play because already in 2016 it became China’s most important oil supplier, replacing Saudi Arabia.

China has been buying more and more Russian oil in the last decade, even though the Kremlin does not increase its export volume, which is around 5 million barrels per day. In 2009, countries such as Poland and the Netherlands imported more Russian crude oil than Beijing, but in 2015 they were overtaken by China, which in 2017 had an over 20% share in the Russian exports of this raw material.

In recent years, an increase in the Sino-Russian trade balance has been noticeable. While a decade ago, the total turnover was less than 45 billion USD, in the last year this result was almost twice as high: 84 billion USD. During the November meeting of the prime ministers of both countries, it was announced that the target would be to reach the level of 200 billion USD, with the energy industry, mainly oil and gas, being the main factor in the balance sheet growth.

In 2007 crude oil accounted for 35.5% of Russian exports to China worth 6.45 billion USD, in 2011 it was 16.2 billion USD(46.6%), while last year it exceeded 23.7 billion USD, which is more than half (57.6%) of all Russian products purchased by China. Observable is also the rapidly growing amount of coal bought by Beijing. In 2007 it reached a mere 0.1% of the total value of Russian exports to this country, but last year it was already over 3.3%. This confirms the thesis about the rising importance of Russian energy for Beijing.

Intensifying energy cooperation3)will enlarge the volume of Russian oil exports to China to the extent that by 2025 20% of China’s oil imports will have come from the Russian Federation. Such tightening of relations between Moscow and Beijing will have significant consequences for European countries buying crude oil from Russia. If Russia’s imports of this raw material to China continues to be upheld, then there are two possible scenarios.

There will be a reduction in oil exports from Russia to OECD countries, and above all to Europe. This means serious problems for the largest European importers of the Russian raw material, i.e. Germany, the Netherlands and Poland. This, on the other hand, will translate into its deficit on the European market, which will raise oil prices, especially as the EU is the world’s largest recipient of oil.

Russia will intensify activities related to oil exploration in the Arctic. However, this is a long-term process and we do not expect a significant increase in crude oil exports from Russian wells in this area during the next five years. We consider the Kremlin will treat Chinese imports of Russian oil as a bargaining chip in tense relations with Europe.

I can tell you this experience from when I was a child. I suppose I might have been 10 or 11 years old at the time. It was in the 80's.

Uri Geller was going to have a TV special, and my mother wanted to watch it. So, all of us kids sat down with mom to watch this TV show.

Controversy is still simmering around the Clinton Foundation and Hillary Clinton's email scandal. Charles Ortel, a Wall Street analyst and investigative journalist who has been conducting a private investigation into the Clintons' charity, calls the Clinton Foundation the biggest charity fraud ever.

The analyst emphasizes the importance of November 15 as a date for the Clintons, suggesting that the truth about their charity may soon emerge.

Charles Ortel: Under US federal laws, the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation ("BHCCF") must file a complete, truthful report on IRS Form 990 by the close of business on November 15, 2018 concerning its operations and financial results for 2017. This is the final filing deadline and no extensions are possible.

In addition, BHCCF must file reports with numerous states by 15 November 2018. Many of these states impose tough filing requirements - one example is New York State, which, effectively, is the base from which BHCCF's global network of purported charities is run.

Unlike the IRS, New York requires charities to list out all of their subsidiaries, branches and affiliates, to provide details concerning all of the grants given to them by governments (foreign and domestic), and to procure an audit from an independent and certified professional accounting firm that is wholly consistent with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

In the US, strict rules apply to financial reporting for charities. The report that is due concerning 2017 can only be filed accurately if BHCCF attempts to correct years of false and misleading prior filings that used accounting techniques not allowed in the US for charities and includes missing schedules and information that never was validly filed.

When formed on October 23, 1997, BHCCF was then called the "William J. Clinton Presidential Foundation". Despite being required to do so, this entity did not file an IRS return on form 990 for the "short period" from its formation through December 31, 1997. There is no statute of limitations concerning this failure to file an initial "short period" return.
