Anyway - Fresenius updated their recommended procedures, saying that no patients should be undergoing dialysis while a machine on the RO loop was being disinfected (they did not even specify chemical disinfection).

Now… If this was a car or something, it would be no big deal. However, it is a medical device. That means the manufacturer's recommendations immediately become law, because the law points to the manufacturer's recommendations and says "if you're not doing that, you're wrong."

The impact was immediate. Most clinics were disinfecting as patients completed their last treatment for the day. They didn't have supplies for the disinfectant containers connected to the machines, and there was a nationwide shortage inside of a day with inventory exhausted back to the factory line. Clinics had to immediately revise their staffing to keep people around to handle the mass wave of disinfection at the end of the day.

It was a mess, all because one of the techs at a company forwarded it as a policy proposal to limit their liability in the event of a suit, and it was pushed to publish without much review.

Is that what Q means? Future proves past. We'll probably find all manner of things that this could be pointing to, and the genius of it is that Q may have only intended half of them.

Anons, this was posted as a twat video a couple breads ago. Did some quick searches on PG&E + Rothschild and Edison International + Rothschild as recommended by the woman in the video. There's a LOT to dig on and I haven't gotten far yet. But it is interesting to note that some California officials believe PG&E to be responsible for the California fires. Faulty power lines, transformers, etc. (sauce: see attached PDF)

All this got me thinking about the new power meters installed that were causing a lot of push back a couple years ago. It would make sense if those were faulty and caused the house fires. It would explain why only the houses burned and not surrounding foliage. Is this a last ditch effort by cabal to cause so much mayhem to force POTUS hand? I believe Q and POTUS are firmly in control. Democrats Escalate Push For Matt Whitaker’s Recusal From Mueller Probe

Top Democrats in the House and Senate continued Sunday to press for acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker’s recusal from the Mueller investigation over his remarks criticizing the probe.

In a letter sent to the Department of Justice’s top ethics official, California Rep. Nancy Pelosi, New York Sen. Chuck Schumer and five leading committee Democrats asked whether Whitaker was advised to recuse himself from the investigation.

“There are serious ethical considerations that require Mr. Whitaker’s immediate recusal from any involvement with the Special Counsel investigation of the Russian government’s efforts to interfere in the 2016 presidential election,” reads the letter, which was sent to Assistant Attorney General Lee J. Lofthus.

“Regrettably, Mr. Whitaker’s statements indicate a clear bias against the investigation that would cause a reasonable person to question his impartiality.”

The Democrats pointed to remarks that Whitaker made in 2017 when he ran the Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust (FACT), a conservative non-profit group. Whitaker was hired as Jeff Sessions’s chief of staff, reportedly after President Donald Trump saw him on CNN criticizing the Mueller investigation.

“The official supervising the Special Counsel investigation must be — in both fact and appearance — independent and impartial,” reads the letter, which was signed by Pelosi, Schumer, Adam Schiff, Mark Warner, Dianne Feinstein, Jerold Nadler and Elijah Cummings.

Trump forced Sessions to resign Wednesday. Trump has been heavily critical of Sessions’s decision on March 2, 2017, to recuse himself from the Russia investigation. That move allowed the Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to oversee all investigative decisions. He appointed Robert Mueller, a former FBI director, as special counsel on May 17, 2017.

While working at FACT, Whitaker gave interviews in which he cautioned that the Mueller probe would cross a “red line” if the investigation began digging into Trump’s finances. He has suggested that one way to end the special counsel’s investigation would be not to fire Mueller, but to sap investigators’ resources by cutting funding.

Democrats also asserted that Whitaker has a conflict of interest because of his relationship with Sam Clovis, a former Trump campaign official who has appeared as a witness before Mueller’s grand jury.

“Mr. Whitaker’s relationship with Mr. Clovis, who is a grand jury witness in the Special Counsel investigation, as well as Mr. Whitaker’s other entanglements, raise additional concerns about his ability to supervise the investigation independently and impartially,” reads the letter.

Whitaker, a former U.S. attorney from Iowa, has reportedly said he has no plans to recuse himself from the probe.

Gowdy, who led the House investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's handling of the attack that led to the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi, is retiring from Congress at the end of the year and was a prosecutor before coming to Congress. McCarthy has also written that acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker could be amidst an “audition” for the permanent gig. Whitaker, Sessions former chief of staff, has spoken negatively about the Russia probe when he was an analyst on CNN.

But Whitaker’s appointment is unlikely, unless he is removed from the acting position. Under the Federal Vacancies Reform Act, a person appointed to the position of Acting Attorney General who has not previously been confirmed by the Senate must step out of the acting position in order to be confirmed on a permanent basis.
