Screwy Louie shows up on from gate and proceeds to get into a fight with another rat Wolf Allan Varner. Had there not been a ton of news crews parked right at the front gate he would have been shot. So Screwy Louie heads on down to the refuge buildings where he meets another rat Blaine Cooper and Blaine punches him and breaks his nose!
