The billboard is definitely a good spot. My issue is how are we going to narrow down where a building with non-standard masonry (could we get an architect or builder to comment what that structure is made of? I presume 'marble') would be located, given pine trees are pretty common, and this might not even be Arizona (could be Alaska, for example).
There's not enough photo to work out location using time + sun azumith, and reflections aren't helping.
How do we get the exact location of a building we can't even narrow down to a given region?

I still think this location is in Syria. The YouTube video the person linked earlier with the additional masonry shots mentioned a village by name (in the audio), but I don't know Arabic and wouldn't know how to transcribe what Mouaz said.
We have two possibilities here - either it's in Arizona (billboard lead + botanics) or it's in Syria (masonry + marble type + Arabic + video). isnt there a way to determine gps from shadows in a picture and time of day, i think the exact time of day would need to be known, if you were off by 15 mins it might make a difference of 15 miles or 15 feet im not sure.

Bab al-Salam border crossing.
In 2012, images were taken showing Free Syria members at the Bab al-Salam crossing in Syria waving flags and pointing guns at a torn picture of Assad. Note the outside walls of the building, the floor pattern inside, and the courtyard windows. Roof top view clearly shows it was taken from the large building nearby the gate.
Jump forward to 2017, when the Bab al-Salam crossing was handed over to the Syrian Interim Government. A symbolic walk was taken from the gate to the same large building. Inside a ceremony took place in a certain room. Note the similarities to the No Name meeting room.
Satellite pictures of the building in question show something around the back that could be a set of stairs, or the sloped wall in the spiderweb picture… or not.
Everything else looks circumstantial enough to pin point the meeting place, but no smoking gun. Personally, if this is the building, I think any other pictures showing the spiderweb have already been scrubbed from the net.
And, in regards to Q asking about the buildings to the East of the spiderweb - that would be the refugee warehouses.
Total speculation, but they would be a perfect place to hide weapons, chemicals and other contraband. Red Crescent (Red Cross) and the UN are involved with this camp.

This is why Europe was desperate to save the Iran deal. They want cheap natural gas. Putin is against the pipeline. Hence, the reason for the US wanting to kill Assad and put in a puppet government in to Syria. The US effectively created ISIS to topple Assad, but no one imagined we would get an honest president in Donald Trump. He has stopped the CIA's support for ISIS.
The U1 deal that Qanon is talking about is directly connected. How? From what I can tell from Qanon's posts, Hildabeast, Obama, Mueller and Kerry all worked together to create a deal where Iran would get some of the Uranium from the Uranium 1 deal, unbeknownst to anyone, they would also gets lots of money and possibly information about how to build a nuclear bomb.
