America has gone from 30% in the 70's to over 100% nowadays. Since nations have different debt loads and different GDP's, the easiest way to reset would be to take all nations down to the lowest common denominator. Also the 1/3 of debt owned by the Rothschilds gets wipe away. The next 1/3 of the debt owned between governments gets wiped away. The final 1/3 of the debt owned by people and businesses gets paid. I am being overly simplistic of course.

2021 - This is based on many Q posts hinting at such things. They cannot get released overnight or systems would collapse. It will take a year or two to build up distribution.
