The game today would look very very different if Big L was never murdered particularly for Jay Z. Same thing for BIG and Tupac but most people don't know about BIG L.

Jay Z killed hip hop. He destroyed every hip hop label and backstabbed a lot of major producers. Virtually all his competition was killed or died young throughout the 1990s. By 2009 there wasn't a single black owned hip hop label outside of Def Jam. Jay Z literally destroyed them all.

Kanye borrowed 20 mill and Jay Z co-signed and hit Kanye with his own interest Kanye refused to pay. Kanye went backrupt but eventually had a breakthrough in the fashion industry and paid back the loan but never paid Jay Z his loan shark interest.
