I guess there's just a funny paradox. Carl Jung went deeply into the cult and talks about alchemy in terms of individuation. Integrating the shadow, and such.

Thank you for your honesty. I tripped on mushrooms when I was 22 and it has led me down a rabbit hole of meditation practice for about 10 years. It's bound to jar something nasty loose eventually.
