Been a while since I've seen any ANON callsigns and really only count those when they are in the air..not on the ground unless it arrived that way-Ima not a trained ATC person but I gotta believe they have a protocol for seeing ACs who have not input a callsign.

The RC-135U Combat Sent provides strategic electronic reconnaissance information to the president, secretary of defense, Department of Defense leaders, and theater commanders. Locating and identifying foreign military land, naval and airborne radar signals, the Combat Sent collects and minutely examines each system, providing strategic analysis for warfighters. Collected data is also stored for further analysis by the joint warfighting and intelligence communities. The Combat Sent deploys worldwide and is employed in peacetime and contingency operations. There are only two Combat Sent aircraft in the Air Force inventory and both are assigned to the 55th Wing at Offutt AFB, Neb. The RC-135U aircraft are manned by Air Combat Command crews from the 45th Reconnaissance Squadron and the 97th Intelligence Squadron (of the Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency).

HOUSTON/WASHINGTON, June 5 (Reuters) – Italian oil company Eni SpA and Spain’s Repsol SA could begin shipping Venezuelan oil to Europe as soon as next month to make up for Russian crude, five people familiar with the matter said, resuming oil-for-debt swaps halted two years ago when Washington stepped up sanctions on Venezuela.
The volume of oil Eni and Repsol are expected to receive is not large, one of the people said, and any impact on global oil prices will be modest. But Washington’s greenlight to resume Venezuela’s long-frozen oil flows to Europe could provide a symbolic boost for Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro.
The U.S. State Department gave the nod to the two companies to resume shipments in a letter, the people said. U.S. President Joe Biden’s administration hopes the Venezuelan crude can help Europe cut dependence on Russia and re-direct some of Venezuela’s cargoes from China. Coaxing Maduro into restarting political talks with Venezuela’s opposition is another aim, two of the people told Reuters.
The two European energy companies, which have joint ventures with Venezuelan state-run oil company PDVSA, can count the crude cargoes toward unpaid debts and late dividends, the people said.
A key condition, one of the people said, was that the oil received “has to go to Europe. It cannot be resold elsewhere.”
Washington believes PDVSA will not benefit financially from these cash-free transactions, unlike Venezuela’s current oil sales to China, that person said. China has not signed onto Western sanctions on Russia, and has continued to buy Russian oil and gas despite U.S. appeals.
The authorizations came last month, but details and resale restrictions have not been reported previously.
Eni ENI.MI and Repsol REP.MC did not immediately reply to requests for comment.
OTHERS EXCLUDED
Washington has not made similar allowances for U.S. oil major Chevron CorpCVX.N, India’s Oil and Natural Gas Corp Ltd (ONGC) ONGC.NS and France’s Maurel & Prom SAMAUP.PA, which also lobbied the U.S. State Department and U.S. Treasury Department to take oil in return for billions of dollars in accumulated debts from Venezuela.
All five oil companies halted swapping oil for debt in mid-2020 in the midst of former U.S. President Donald Trump’s “maximum pressure” campaign that cut Venezuela’s oil exports but failed to oust Maduro.
PDVSA has not scheduled Eni and Repsol to take any cargoes this month, according to a June 3 preliminary PDVSA loading program seen by Reuters.
Venezuela Vice President Delcy Rodriguez tweeted last month she hoped the U.S. overtures “will pave the way for the total lifting of the illegal sanctions which affect our entire people.”
OUTREACH TO CARACAS
The Biden administration held its highest level talks with Caracas in March, and Venezuela freed two of at least 10 jailed U.S. citizens and promised to resume election talks with the opposition. Maduro has yet to agree on a date to return to the negotiating table.
Republican lawmakers and some of Biden’s fellow Democrats who oppose any softening of U.S. policy toward Maduro have blasted the U.S. approach to Venezuela as too one-sided.
Washington maintains further sanctions relief on Venezuela will be conditioned on progress toward democratic change as Maduro negotiates with the opposition.
Last month, the Biden administration authorized Chevron, the largest U.S. oil company still operating in Venezuela, to talk to Maduro’s government and PDVSA about future operations in Venezuela.
About that time, the U.S. State Department secretly sent letters to Eni and Repsol saying Washington would “not object” if they resumed oil-for-debt deals and brought the oil to Europe, one of the sources told Reuters.
The letters assured them they would face no penalties for taking Venezuelan oil cargoes to collect on pending debt, said two people in Washington.

Höegh Autoliners Joins First Movers Coalition

Norwegian roll-on/roll-off shipping company Höegh Autoliners has joined the First Movers Coalition, a initiative led jointly by the World Economic Forum and the U.S. Government to accelerated decarbonization in hard-to-abate sectors such as heavy industry and long-distance transport.
In joining the coalition, Höegh Autoliners has committed to running at least 5 % of its deep sea operations on either green ammonia or green methanol by 2030.
More than 50 companies including Ford Motor Company, Volvo Group, Aker ASA, Yara International, Amazon and A.P. Moller–Maersk now make up the coalition to help commercialize zero-carbon technologies. Höegh Autoliners is now the first member representing the ro/ro shipping sector.
“I am delighted to announce that we have joined the First Movers Coalition. This is a proud moment for our company and a decisive step on our path to zero and our ambitious target of being carbon neutral by 2040,” says Höegh Autoliners CEO Andreas Enger.
“Through our Aurora new building program, we firmly believe we will be able to meet or exceed the aim of having 5% of our deep sea operation on carbon neutral fuels, and we encourage both our customers and competitors to also join the FMC. The quest for a greener future is more important than ever, and something we must all contribute to,” Enger adds.
The First Movers Coalition was launched during COP-26 in Glasgow in November 2021 and was initiated by the US State Department, through Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry, and the World Economic Forum.
“We are very happy to welcome Höegh Autoliners into the coalition. The US fossil fuel industry had harsh words for President Joe Biden after OPEC announced dramatic production cuts, saying that the administration now has no choice but to encourage more domestic output.
'The White House has one option left and it is the one option they should have never turned away from in the first place - the US-based oil and gas industry,' tweeted the US Oil and Gas Association on Wednesday.
'Life comes at you pretty fast....' the trade group added in a mocking jibe, following OPEC's announcement that it will slash oil production by about 2 million barrels per day, constraining supply at a time when gas prices are already painfully high.
On the campaign trail in 2020, Biden vowed to 'end fossil fuel' due to concerns about climate change, and his administration has proposed and enacted a number of stricter regulations that have discouraged new investment in drilling and refining.
Now, with gas prices averaging a painful $3.83 nationwide and poised to rise rapidly over supply concerns, the energy crunch could come back to hurt Democrats in the looming midterm elections.
Meanwhile, the White House denied reports that it plans to ease sanctions on Venezuela in a desperate bid to boost oil exports from the socialist dictatorship.
'Our sanctions policy on Venezuela remains unchanged. We will continue to implement and enforce our Venezuela sanctions,' White House National Security Council Spokesperson Adrienne Watson told Reuters on Wednesday.
Watson said the United States has no plans to change its Venezuela sanctions policy 'without constructive steps' from Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro to restore democracy
It followed a report from the Wall Street Journal that Washington was preparing to ease some sanctions on Venezuela to allow Chevron Corp to resume pumping oil there.

Housing October 31st Weekly Update: Inventory Increased, New High for 2022
Active inventory increased again, hitting another new peak for the year. Here are the same week inventory changes for the last four years (usually inventory is declining at this time of year): 2022: +5.2K (still increasing!), 2021: -9.1K, 2020: -6.6K, 2019: -9.9K. Inventory bottomed seasonally at the beginning of March 2022 and is now up 139% since then. Altos reports inventory is up 0.9% week-over-week. As of October 28th, inventory was at 577 thousand (7-day average), compared to 572 thousand the prior week.
Compared to the same week in 2021, inventory is up 39.5% from 414 thousand, and compared to the same week in 2020 inventory is up 6.3% from 543 thousand. Compared to 3 years ago, inventory is down 37.2% from 919 thousand. of the inventory change vs 2021 (milestone 2 above), 2020 (milestone 3) and 2019 (milestone 4).

US NatGas Spikes As Temperatures Are About To Dive Nationwide
US natural gas prices catapulted into the stratosphere Monday morning after new two-week weather forecasts showed average temperatures across the country would begin to dive next week, driving up heating demand.
NatGas for December delivery soared as much as 13% to $6.40 per million British thermal units in New York. Prices have come off the highs at the start of the US cash session, still up 10%, around $6.27. Bloomberg cited data from private forecaster Maxar Technologies that shows cold weather in the West will traverse the country into the Midwest next week.
The two-week outlook for the US Lower 48 shows average temperatures will begin to sink Sunday and fall well below a 30-year mean through the second half of the month. By Nov. 15, average temperatures across the US could average in the mid-30s US Lower 48 heating degree days will rise well above a 30-year trend line, indicating heating demand via households and businesses will soar as colder temps swoop across the nation. "The gas rally underscores how sensitive traders are to potential cold blasts as below-normal stockpiles and booming exports stoke concern about whether supplies will be enough to meet demand in a deep freeze," Bloomberg said.
Eli Rubin, an analyst at EBW AnalyticsGroup, said the prospect of colder weather means traders are buying back into NatGas markets. Prices have slumped by more than 35% since August, with hedge funds trimming bullish bets to the lowest in two years -- all because of warmer weather. NatGas appears to have found a near-term bottom as 'Old Man Winter' is set to make an entrance.
As a reminder, soaring energy prices mean US households are about to pay 47% more for electricity than a year ago -- making it very costly to heat homes.

Air Force to send six nuclear-capable B-52s to Australia amid tension with China: Report
The Air Force is preparing to send six B-52 bombers and build supportive facilities for the aircraft in northern Australia amid heightened tensions with China, according to a report.
The United States will create a "squadron operations facility" for the use and storage of the planes during Australia's dry season, which will include a maintenance center and a parking area for the six nuclear-capable planes. The facilities will be constructed on the Tindal air base, approximately 190 miles south of Darwin, the capital of Australia's Northern Territory. "The ability to deploy US Air Force bombers to Australia sends a strong message to adversaries about our ability to project lethal air power," the Air Force said in a report to Four Corners ABC.
The bombers are part of a larger upgrade to U.S. defense capabilities in Australia, including an expansion on the Pine Gap intelligence base that would play an important role in potential conflicts with China should it attack Taiwan. B-52s have played important roles in previous Air Force operations and can deliver long-range strikes of nuclear and conventional missiles.
Experts predict that China will attack Taiwan between 2025 and 2027, according to the report. China condemned the U.S.'s plans to expand its presence in Australia Monday, claiming that the report could trigger an arms race and warned the actions could undermine peace and stability in the region. "The relevant practices of the U.S. side have increased tensions in the region, seriously undermined regional peace and stability, and may trigger an arms race in the region,” Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian said, according to Reuters. "China urges the parties concerned to abandon the old Cold War zero-sum mentality and narrow geopolitical concepts, and do more to contribute to regional peace and stability and to enhance mutual trust."

Well, moments ago the Treasury just added fuel to that particularly fiery question when in its latest Marketable Borrowing Estimate it unveiled that in the current October – December 2022 quarter, the US Treasury now expects to borrow $550 billion in marketable debt, assuming an end-of-December cash balance of $700 billion. The borrowing estimate is $150 billion higher than announced in August 2022, and is due primarily due to changes to projections of fiscal activity, greater than projected discount on marketable securities, and lower non-marketable financing. It doesn't end there of course, and in its first estimate for borrowing during the January – March 2023 quarter, the Treasury expects to borrow $578 billion in new debt, assuming an end-of-March cash balance of $500 billion. Said otherwise, another $1.1 trillion in debt issuance in the next six months. As for the historical, July – September 2022 quarter, the Treasury borrowed a relatively modest $457 billion in marketable debt and ended the quarter with a cash balance of $636 billion**. In August 2022, Treasury estimated borrowing of $444 billion and assumed an end-of-September cash balance of $650 billion. The $13 billion difference in privately-held net market borrowing resulted primarily from lower net fiscal flows, somewhat offset by the lower end-of-quarter cash balance.
As usual, the Treasury will announce additional financing details relating to Treasury’s Quarterly Refunding this Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, just hours before the FOMC announcement.
The news that the Treasury will need to issue an additional $150BN was disappointed the market, and sent yields to session highs, while stocks and other risk assets briefly tumbled. '(And don't ferget that everyone trying to manage thier shitty imploding currencies will be selling "Foreign Reserves" aka as US Debt-herro BoJ and Cheerio BoE as well as own internal debt-and the NYFRB and Treasury are gonna try to manage the rest of the non-Sov.holders trying to front-run all of this too.)

Leaked documents: British spies constructing secret terror army in Ukraine

Documents obtained by The Grayzone reveal plans by a cell of British military-intelligence figures to organize and train a covert Ukrainian “partisan” army with explicit instructions to attack Russian targets in Crimea.
On October 28th, a Ukrainian drone attack damaged the Russian Black Sea fleet’s flagship vessel in the Crimean port of Sevastopol. Moscow immediately blamed Britain for assisting and orchestrating the strike, as well as blowing up the Nord Stream pipelines – the worst acts of industrial sabotage in recent memory.
The British Ministry of Defense issued a blustery denial in response, branding the accusations “false claims of an epic scale.” Whoever was behind those specific attacks, suspicions of a British hidden hand in the destruction are not unfounded. The Grayzone has obtained leaked documents detailing British military-intelligence operatives inking an agreement with the Security Service of Ukraine’s Odessa branch, to create and train a secret Ukrainian partisan terror army.
Their plans called for the secret army to conduct sabotage and reconnaissance operations targeting Crimea on behalf of the Ukrainian Security Service (SSU) – precisely the kind of attacks witnessed in past weeks.
As The Grazyone previously reported, the same coterie of military-intelligence operatives was responsible for drawing up plans to blow up Crimea’s Kerch Bridge. That goal was fulfilled on October 8th in the form of a suicide truck bomb attack, temporarily disabling the sole connecting point between mainland Russia and Crimea, and triggering a major escalation in Moscow’s attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure.
These blueprints were produced by a military veteran named Hugh Ward, at the request of Chris Donnelly, a British military-intelligence operative best known for hatching the covert, Foreign Office-funded Integrity Initiative information warfare program.
The plans were circulated throughout Donnelly’s private transnational network of military officials, lawmakers and intelligence officials. Such high-level connections underline that he is far from a passive observer in this conflict. He has used his position and contacts to secure the resources necessary to train up the secret saboteur battalion in order to attack Russian targets in Crimea. This wrecking strategy is certain to escalate the war, and undercut any momentum toward negotiation.
Branded “support for maritime raiding operations,” the planned assault on Crimea aims to “degrade” Russia’s ability to blockade Kiev, “erode” Moscow’s “warfighting capability”, and isolate Russian land and maritime forces in Crimea by “denying resupply by sea and overland via Kerch.”
The documents obtained by The Grayzone show that these plans are conducted in close coordination with the Odessa-SSU, while a politically influential Ukrainian oligarch was tapped to fund the malign endeavor.
Since a Western-backed coup toppled Ukraine’s elected government in 2014, Donnelly has worked tirelessly to foment proxy war against Russia in Ukraine. Private memos authored by Donnelly and obtained by The Grayzone this October reveal his lust for escalation has only intensified since the Russian military invaded Ukraine in February.
In a September 21st letter to his inner circle, Donnelly fretted that the Biden administration was not wholly committed to total war with Russia. Citing public statements by officials in Washington hoping for a negotiated settlement between Ukraine and Russia, Donnelly declared (see below): “This US position must be challenged, firmly and at once.”
In a separate communique, Donnelly blasted Biden as “so unwise as to beggar belief” for warning the Ukraine conflict could lead to “armageddon.”
