The Food and Drug Administration states that the recall affects cheeses produced on May 4, 5, and 6 and contains the lot codes of 05042022, 05052022, or 05062022.

According to the FDA, the recall affects the following products.

A “wonderful father” pays his child support, Hillary. USA Today reports -Rodham had numerous financial difficulties, including failed businesses, a string of shaky investment projects as well as nagging child support payments.

In 2000, as the Clinton administration was coming to a close, Rodham successfully lobbied his brother-in-law, the president, to override the objections of the Justice Department and pardon a Tennessee couple convicted of bank fraud, according to The New York Times. A congressional investigation later found that Edgar Allen Gregory, Jr. and his wife, Vonna Jo, who were in the carnival business, had paid him almost $250,000 as a “consultant” in their bid to get a pardon.

In 2010, former President Bill Clinton helped Rodham, then short of cash, get a job raising investments in GreenTech Automotive, an electric car company then owned by Terry McAuliffe, an old Clinton friend and later governor of Virginia, the Times reported in 2015.

“I was complaining to my brother-in-law. I didn’t have any money. And he asked McAuliffe to give me a job,” Rodham said at a court proceeding involving unpaid legal bills to his lawyer in a child support case, the newspaper said.

He also drew scrutiny as co-chairman of Haiti’s recovery commission, following the devastating 2010 earthquake, for allegedly seeking a multimillion-dollar deal to rebuild homes in the ravaged country with funding from the Clinton Foundation.

In court proceedings in an unrelated lawsuit, Rodham explained how someone in Haiti had “donated” 10,000 acres of land to him. In court testimony, he said he had pressed Clinton for helping in breaking through red tape to get funding for the rebuilding project. Sitting in a courtroom three years ago, after skipping out on a sizable legal bill, Hillary Rodham Clinton’s youngest brother struck a reassuring tone: Don’t worry, the money is coming.

“I deal through the Clinton Foundation,” Tony Rodham said, according to court transcripts uncovered by the New York Times. He gave his word that Hillary and Bill were setting him up with Haitian-government permits to build a $22 million housing development in the earthquake-stricken country.

“I hound my brother-in-law because it’s his fund that we’re going to get our money from,” Rodham explained, promising a $1 million check once the Haitian-government paved the way, enough both to cover the outstanding legal fees and take his family to Disney World.

China nears launch of third carrier, turning up pressure on Taiwan

China reportedly plans to launch its third aircraft carrier as early as this month, allowing Beijing to maintain a constant military presence in the East and South China seas and erode U.S. clout in the region.

Expected to be named Jiangsu, following the convention of naming carriers after coastal provinces, the vessel is China's second domestically built aircraft carrier. It will likely be commissioned as early as 2024, giving China the world's largest fleet of carriers after the U.S.

Satellite photos taken by Maxar Technologies indicate changes at the shipyard where the carrier is being built. Those changes suggest the vessel could be afloat in weeks or even days. "Its launch will be a seminal moment in China's ongoing modernization efforts and a symbol of the country's growing military might," the Center for Strategic and International Studies said in a report. The carrier is also China's first to be outfitted with an electromagnetic catapult. The system can launch aircraft in quick succession using a limited amount of deck space, leaving room for more aircraft and increasing the vessel's strike capabilities. China's other two carriers, the Liaoning and the Shandong, use ski jumps. These are easier to build but take up more space.

Electromagnetic catapults are currently only used in the newest U.S. nuclear-powered carriers. They require sophisticated technology to operate and are prone to breakdowns. "The U.S. military has had a difficult time with developing and operating the catapult," a Japanese government source said. "It's hard to believe that China will put it to practical use." There are also doubts on whether the new Chinese carrier, which runs on conventional fuel, can power the energy-intensive system. Still, having three aircraft carriers will significantly expand China's strategic options, allowing the country to have one vessel on a mission, another in training and a third undergoing repairs. It could deploy a carrier strike group, including destroyers and submarines, to multiple regions at once.

China deployed the Liaoning to waters south of Okinawa in May, where it staged over 300 plane takeoffs and landings. The new carrier is expected to boost Chinese military demonstrations in the South China Sea, where Beijing faces numerous maritime disputes, as well as in the East China Sea, home to the Japan-administered Senkaku Islands claimed by China as the Diaoyu.

D1 Capital Partners, the hedge fund firm that wagers on public and private companies, has tumbled 22.5% this year through May, according to people familiar with the matter. The fund fell 4% last month, with its portfolio of stocks sinking 13% while its book of private investments was about flat, the people said, declining to be identified because the information isn’t public. The returns are for the fund’s biggest share class which invests half of its assets in equities and the rest in startups.

The team announced Saturday evening that Gabe Plotkin, Founder and Chief Investment Officer, Melvin Capital, and Daniel Sundheim, Founder and Chief Investment Officer of D1 Capital, will join HSE in a transaction subject to NBA approval. The organization oversees the Charlotte Hornets as well as the Spectrum Center.

Melvin Capital said it is finally shutting down after getting clobbered by Reddit investors last year — and now clients are doubly angry because its founder Gabe Plotkin is still charging them fees, The Post has learned.

Plotkin — whose massive short positions in “meme stocks” like GameStop made him a surprise punching bag for day traders during the throes of the pandemic — told investors in a Wednesday letter obtained by The Post that he will continue to charge fees to clients through June 1.

One angry client speculated that Plotkin has spent most of April and May considering whether or not to keep the fund open instead of making investors money, adding that the continued fees were “beyond greedy.”

“I’m sure he spent the last two weeks on lawyers and paperwork and not on the fund or making us money,” the source fumed. “Meanwhile he’s charging us fees for the entire month?”

The source adds that Plotkin can afford to reimburse the management fees for May. “The guy has made billions over the last many years — he’s not pinched for cash.”

Investors will begin getting some money back as soon as May 31 and will receive the rest of their funds the first three weeks of July, according to Plotkin’s letter.

French President Emmanuel Macron warned against humiliating Russia, despite its “historic” mistake of invading Ukraine, in an interview published Friday by French press.

"We must not humiliate Russia so that the day when the fighting stops we can build an exit ramp through diplomatic means," Macron said. London Transport Advises Against Monday Travel Because of Strike

London’s transport operator warned of “severe disruption” on Monday as a 24-hour strike is expected to shut down much of the city’s Tube network. Kishida looks to be first Japanese leader to attend NATO summit

Prime Minister Fumio Kishida is planning to attend a NATO summit slated for late June in Spain, a development that would make him the first Japanese leader to take part in a gathering of the Western alliance, a government source said Saturday.
