Donald Trump Suggests Using Defense Production Act for Coronavirus Vaccines

President Donald Trump said Tuesday he was prepared to enact the Defense Production Act to make sure that Americans had enough coronavirus vaccines.

The president made the remarks as he signed an executive order for American companies to prioritize the distribution of coronavirus vaccines to Americans first.

“If necessary, I told you, we will invoke the Defense Production Act,” Trump said. “But we don’t think it will be necessary. If it’s, it’s a very powerful act as you know.”

The White House hosted an event promoting the success of Operation Warp Speed at developing a coronavirus vaccine in record time.

“This is one of the greatest miracles in the history of modern-day medicine,” Trump said.

Prior to the event, the White House played a highlight video of prominent figures questioning whether a vaccine could get approved and distributed by the end of 2020.

Trump said that he expected that the Food and Drug Administration would authorize the emergency use of the Pfizer vaccine within days. Administration officials have promised to have doses shipped out within 24 hours.

The president urged governors to act quickly to distribute the vaccine, noting that it was their responsibility to care for their citizens.

“The ultimate decision rests with the governors of the various states,” Trump said. “And I hope the governors make wise decisions who will decide where the vaccines will go in their states.”

As serious questions surrounding the tabulation process in Fulton County, Georgia, remain unanswered, officials in that county are slow walking critical documents to kill the clock

In a stunningly transparent and disingenuous effort to run out the clock on any challenge to the 2020 General Election, the attorney for Fulton County, Georgia informed an open records petitioner that no information would be available until 24 hours before the January 20, 2021 Presidential Inauguration.

A local news media organization, The Georgia Star News, filed an open records request on December 1, 2020 requesting all ballot transfer records for the November 3, 2020 General Election.

These forms certify the secure chain of custody for absentee ballots, mail-in ballots, and ballots that were submitted via the many drop boxes placed around the state.

On December 7, 2020 the news media outlet received a letter from the Office of the County Attorney for Fulton County which stated:

“Due to the numerous factors like multiple requests related to our prior election, the current pandemic, recounts, and the upcoming election, our response times for election related materials have been significantly delayed. We believe we can have responsive records to you by January 19, 2021. That said, should responsive materials come available sooner, we will provide them to you.”

January 19, 2021 is just one day – 24 hours – before the Presidential Inauguration in Washington, DC. This timetable would effectively make any criminality found in the chain of custody reports moot, thus rendering any vote fraud or ballot tampering unactionable where the results of the presidential election are concerned.

Thereafter, UC-1 and Rosado had numerous communications via the instant messaging platform, text message, and telephone call.

On August 28th, 2015 veterans joined together with Post Commander Gabriel Suarez, Monterey Park Councilmember Stephen Lam, San Gabriel Vice Mayor Chin Ho Liao, Janet Chin representing Senator Ed Hernandez, and Antonio Chapa representing Supervisor Hilda Solis to raise funds for the roof of Post 397 in Monterey Park.

250 guests attended the dinner with live entertainment held on August 28th at the Capital Seafood Restaurant.

The goal was to raise $50,000 to replace the roof on the building that was constructed in 1931.

Scott Shimamoto was the Master of Ceremonies and Stevie Mack, one of the many entertainers for the evening.

Over the past four days, there have been MASSIVE movements of troops, equipment and supplies WITHIN the continental United States (CONUS). Today (Tue.), the US Navy is positioning Aircraft carriers and their strike groups off both the US east and west coasts. It appears we are preparing to defend ourselves from an invasion. China?

Late Saturday, no fewer than 25 C-17 aircraft were in the skies over the USA, carrying troops and equipment from around the nation . . . ALL going to Nellis Air Force Base. (Story Here).

Also late Saturday, no fewer than 12 C-130 aircraft were also on the move, ALSO ALL heading into Nellis.

On Sunday, locals on and around Nellis reported the base was "swarming" with soldiers and Marines. They also reported seeing a vast array of land fighting vehicles coming out of cargo aircraft.

NAVAL DEPLOYMENTS

This morning, according the the US Naval Institute, the Navy has deployed THREE (3) Aircraft Carriers, plus a Landing Helicopter Dock (LHD) off the US West Coast, and TWO (2) Aircraft carriers and their Strike Groups plus another LHD off the US East Coast.

Off the West Coast is the USS Carl Vinson in the Pacific (NOT AT PORT) along the Oregon/Washington Border

Given these new naval deployments, and the very large, sudden, movement of troops into Nellis AFB, one gets the impression that the United States is preparing to defend its homeland from actual invasion.

Hint: That may actually be the case.

I woke up on my DEATHBED Sunday night. Airway was inflamed, fatigue, body aches, etc.

This has been going on about 15 years that I personally know of. I guess the plan is to buy up all of America's small family farm land, then, one year, suddenly refuse to roll out the planting tractors.

By the time we figure out what (((they))) did, planting weeks would be over with. The nation will starve for failure to plant crops.

Went to local map office, and county land recorders office about 15 years ago to find out who was buying all the farm land around us. The county office told me that keeping track of this information had been "CONTRACTED OUT" to the people in the office across the street. She gave me the address to their office. I got there. Nothing but a small strip mall window store; an empty table with one chair and a locked door with no sign. (Shell co?).

Never could find anyone who could tell me who was buying all the farmland here in Ohio. Called state rep. He sounded surprised to hear this "contracted company" information with the dead office. Never heard back from him. This was15 years ago.

Have to add to this:

That this year in Amish country, the Amish did something they have never done. They usually only plant enough of their average 100 acer farms to feed their own families for the year, plus a bit to sell at their veggie stands on their farms. This would never be more than 1/3-2/3 of an acre every year.

This year, as we drove along, we noticed their farms were planted with 3-5 acers of veggies each farm. Spouse anon and I kept stopping to look at the outrageous 300-500% increase in the food production on just our local Amish farms, all of them.

We suspect they know something is happening to our food supply as the Amish are far more connected than people think they are.

Here is the thing.

Family farms owned by American citizens are in fact critical national security infrastructure. NO FOREIGN ENTITY SHOULD BE BUYING OUT OUR LAND CAPACITY TO MAKE FOOD for OUR COUNTRY – EVER. (Especially China)

Huge corporate ownership is also an extremely bad thing, because those corporations can be bought out in a heartbeat, causing the same problem. [think CEO resignations]

Corporations, like China, are in the game to buy up farm land and let it go fallow possibly at the very wrong time. I do not trust corporate owned farms unless the corporate owner is the actual farmer working the land, period.

This issue is as important as the voting issue and we must deal with it asap, or starve within the next 10 years.

The lawsuit asks the Supreme Court to block the “unlawful election results” in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

The analysis comes from Dr. Charles J. Cicchetti, Ph.D, a member of Pacific Economics Group, a senior advisor to Pacific Economics Group Research, and a professor of Economics at the University of Southern California. Though Justin Grimmer, a professor at Stanford University and a senior fellow at the Hoover Institute, says his claim “is based on an embarrassing and basic error in statistical reasoning.”

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has new powers to veto or scrap agreements that state governments reach with foreign powers under laws that could stymie China’s Belt and Road Initiative in Australia and further inflame tensions between the trading partners.

The laws passed by Parliament on Tuesday will give the foreign minister the ability to stop new and previously signed agreements between overseas governments and Australia’s eight states and territories, and with bodies such as local authorities and universities.

Morrison’s government will be able to block or curtail foreign involvement in a broad range of sectors such as infrastructure, trade cooperation, tourism, cultural collaboration, science, health and education, including university research partnerships. An early target is likely to be an agreement the Victoria state government signed in 2018 to join President Xi Jinping’s signature infrastructure-building BRI.

The laws could further worsen ties between Australia and its largest trading partner, which have been in free fall since April, when the prime minister called for an independent probe into the origins of the coronavirus. Beijing has since inflicted a range of trade reprisals, including imposing crippling tariffs on Australian barley and wine while blocking coal shipments.

Relations hit a fresh low last week when a Chinese diplomat tweeted an image purporting to show an Australian soldier holding a knife to the throat of an Afghan child. After Morrison called for an apology for the “repugnant” post, a senior Chinese Foreign Ministry official dismissed the demand, questioning whether the Australian leader “lacks a sense of right and wrong.”

A spokesperson for China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs late Tuesday urged Canberra to take “an objective and logical view on the ‘Belt and Road’ initiative and refrain from creating obstacles that prevent normal communication between China and Australia.”

Mounting Concerns

Victoria Premier Daniel Andrews told reporters last week his government wasn’t considering withdrawing from its BRI agreement due to the worsening ties, the Australian Associated Press reported.

China’s cooperation with Victoria on BRI has brought benefits to both sides, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian said in August. “Australia should have an objective view of such cooperation and BRI, and not set up impediments for China-Australia cooperation.”

Beyond the BRI deal signed by Victoria, which aims to increase Chinese participation in new infrastructure projects, the law may allow the federal government to review and overturn memorandums of understanding between Beijing and the governments of Western Australia, South Australia and Tasmania in sectors ranging from investment, science cooperation and access to the Antarctic.

The states and territories have at least 130 agreements across 30 nations that could be affected by the new law, according to Morrison. The law will establish a public register to provide transparency to the foreign minister’s decisions and states and territories will be given three months to deliver a stock-take of their existing agreements.

Partnerships between Australian universities and Beijing-sponsored bodies could be scrapped. There is mounting concern in intelligence circles about China’s influence in universities, and a program under which academics sign over intellectual property rights to their work in return for research grants, the Australian newspaper reported in April.

Under the law, Morrison won’t be able to scrap deals between state governments and commercial companies or state-owned enterprises. That means the lease of a strategic port in Darwin, used by the U.S. military, to a Chinese company by the Northern Territory government in 2015 could not be overturned.

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) spent the entire (first?) Trump term screaming that the president was cozy with, even a puppet of, Russia and Vladimir Putin. Swalwell practically based his entire presidential run on the tale, even after the Mueller report cleared the president of any alleged collusion.

But as my colleague Stacey Lennox reported earlier today, Rep. Swalwell has a compromising Chinese connection.

Accused Chinese spy Christine Fang successfully targeted several Bay Area Democrats including Swalwell for several years. Her connection to him was deeper than most; according to Axios, which broke the story, Fang engaged in fundraising for Swalwell.

The spy case became so serious and widespread — Fang reportedly slept with more than one of her targets — the FBI stepped in to stop her. She fled the country in 2015 and cut off contact with her dupes.

Donald Trump Jr. has been hammering Swalwell for swallowing Fang’s duplicitous help while later blaming Russia — not China, which actually inserted a spy into his campaign operation — of all manner of evil.

Swalwell (D-Calif.), a member of the House Intelligence Committee, has been a fierce critic of Trump’s during the Russia probe and beyond, and Donald Trump Jr. tweeted about the story repeatedly Tuesday.

He even said, without providing evidence, that Swalwell was ‘sleeping’ with the alleged spy.

‘So Rep Swalwell who spent years saying I was an agent of Russia was literally sleeping with a Chinese spy at the time. You can’t make this stuff up. How can this compromised individual/moron continue to sit on an intelligence committee?’ he asked.

The Axios report doesn’t allege that Swalwell actually slept with Fang, and Swalwell, who was single at the time, denies he did. She did allegedly sleep with at least two mayors, according to the report. One elderly mayor claimed he was teaching her English.

The Mueller report doesn’t allege that any of the Trumps colluded with Russia. In fact, Mueller’s findings include the key conclusion that neither Donald Trump nor any other American colluded with any Russians or agents of Russia to manipulate the 2016 election.

That hasn’t stopped Swalwell from accusing Trump of collusion anyway, nor has it slowed him down from casting Russia — but not China — as a dangerous foe.

Swalwell sits on the House Intelligence Committee. He is in a position to know that by intention, by skill level, and by sheer economic might, China is a far more dangerous foe than Russia could even hope to be. He is in a position to know, for instance, about China’s insidious Thousand Talents Plan, which has successfully recruited some 7,000 American and other Western scientists to work in some capacity to advance China’s military technology. Russia has no such program, and could not afford one. China has reportedly spent about $2 trillion on the TTP.

Has Swalwell deliberately deflected attention away from China, and toward Russia, because of his past association with an accused Chinese spy? It’s a serious question that demands a serious investigation to obtain a serious answer.

While U.S. President Donald Trump is brandishing a tariff stick around the world, the governor of a U.S. state is bucking the trend and seeking cooperation in China at a special time for U.S.-China economic and trade relations in an effort to break through Trump's "tariff taboo." On September 15, local time, Snyder arrived in China for his eighth and final visit to China. During his eight years as governor, Snyder led Michigan's major economic and trade delegations to China almost every year. Back on March 19, Page Six revealed that the daughter of Twisted Sister singer Dee Snider had become terrifyingly stranded in rural Peru after travel bans came into effect as the coronavirus spread across the globe. Now Snider has told us how his 23-year-old daughter Chey who had been visiting a spiritual retreat in Iquitos, in northeastern Peru,alone was dramatically rescued by the US Embassy in Lima which, Dee claims, gave her a military security detail to whisk her to a local airport, where a chartered plane was waiting to take her and some other American travelers to Miami.

“My publicist… just happened to go to camp with the son of [former Secretary of Homeland Security] Tom Ridge… He was able to help get my daughter out,” Snider told us. The “We’re Not Gonna Take It” singer says it took around two weeks to finally get her back to LA, where she lives.

“The first thing she sent [when she was back in the US] was a picture of her at Miami airport. She was in a too-cool-for-school pose,” he told Page Six, “And I said, ‘You know what — I’m so grateful to see that attitude because it could’ve been stolen from her by bad people.”

4 volunteers develop FACIAL PARALYSIS after taking Pfizer Covid-19 jab, prompting FDA to recommend ‘surveillance for cases’

Four trial participants who received the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine experienced facial paralysis, according to the Food and Drug Administration. The FDA said the issue should be monitored as the jab becomes more widely available.

The potentially concerning cases were revealed after the US drug regulator published an analysis of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine ahead of a meeting to consider emergency use authorization for the jab in the United States.
