Trump Gives 'Most Important Speech,' Charges Election Rigged

Delivering what he called "the most important speech" of his presidency, President Donald Trump rebuked the "rigged" election, saying the system was under a "coordinated assault and siege."

"This colossal expansion of mail-in voting opened the flood gates to massive fraud," Trump said in his 46-minute address Wednesday, recorded in the White House Diplomatic Room.

"It's a widely know fact that the voting rolls are packed with people who are not lawfully eligible to vote, including those who are deceased, have moved out of their state, and even are non-citizens of our country.

"Beyond this the records are riddled with errors, wrong addresses, and many other issues. This is not disputed. It has never been disputed."

President Trump, making the case for a "rigged election," stressed many of the following points, among several:

We have "an Election Day," but we were told months before the election to expect the ballot counting to take weeks, if not months.

There appeared to be "an orchestrated effort to anoint a winner," despite votes still being counted.

Democrats mailed out tens of millions of ballots, permitting "fraud and abuse on a scale never seen before," he claimed.

Bloated voter rolls were used to send out ballots, he further asserted, despite reliance on names of the dead, and on voters who had moved out of the specific voting districts.

Using "the pandemic as a pretext," Democrats and courts overrode constitutional election law in some case without the permission of the state legislatures.

"Dozens of counties in key swing states have more registered voters on the rolls than they have voting age citizens, including 67 counties in Michigan," Trump said.

"Wisconsin could not confirm the residency of more than 100,000 people," Trump said, adding they refused before the election to clean up the registrations, "I knew why, because they're illegal voters."

Key battleground states, like Wisconsin, saw a "massive dump of votes" overnight, swinging the lead from Trump to his opponent. "Mostly Biden, almost all Biden," Trump said. "I went from leading by a lot to losing by a little."

Michigan had a dump of 149,772 votes overnight (6:31 a.m.), flipping Trump's lead to Biden, he maintained.

He said hundreds of thousands of votes were unlawfully counted without meaningful observation, or no observation at all.

He also described "tens of thousands" of voters who showed up to vote on Election Day, but were told they had already voted by mail-in ballot, despite not having done so.

Democrats ballot harvesting mass mail-in ballots, which is illegal in some states.

Dominion Voting Systems, he said, has technology that can flip votes from one candidate to the other, which can go undetected without forensic examination. The company's CEO has denied these claims.

"They called it a glitch," where 6,000 votes in Michigan were discovered to have been incorrectly flipped from Trump to Biden.

Dominion Systems might have counted votes on overseas servers, which were vulnerable to hacking and fraud. The company has again denied these allegations.

Republicans across the U.S. won and flipped many seats in states and the U.S. House, suggesting a massive GOP voter turnout that was not equally represented in the presidential election. "It is statistically impossible, the person that led the charge, me, lost," Trump said. "We led the country to victory and you are the only one that was lost. It's not possible."

Lacking mail-in ballot signature verification that is unlawful.

Recounts that are failing to check signatures and matching them with envelopes that have been separated from the ballots.

Many people received multiple ballots from error-prone voter rolls.

Dead voters have been found to have voted.

Illegal votes cast in many battleground states.

"We're showing you hundreds of thousands," Trump said. "Far more than we need. Far more than the margin. Far more than the law requires. We can show many times what is necessary to win the state.

Allies Of President Trump Concerned DOJ Will Not Conduct Meaningful Investigation Into Voter Fraud

UPDATED 7:15 PM PT – Wednesday, December 2, 2020

Allies of the President are calling on the Justice Department to step up efforts to investigate election fraud.

On Wednesday, Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) told One America News that while he’s optimistic the Department of Justice will conduct a thorough review, he’s still a little cynical.

President Trump’s campaign continues to maintain that it has evidence of voter fraud in at least six key states despite recent comments by Attorney General William Barr.

Biggs also noted shortcomings by the Justice Department, which have prompted concerns about its ability to fulfill its duty.

“We’ve expected the Durham report for a year now… and we never got it,” Biggs said. “They’re not out there really busting things to break this thing down to try to resolve some of these issues.”

He added that although we’re seeing more specific allegations, affidavits and evidence, there is still no proof that the attorney general is actively investigating these incidents.

Biggs mentioned he hopes the search for evidence of voter fraud continues. He noted that audits would help determine if further remedies are needed.

Meanwhile, political consultant Roger Stone also took aim at Barr, calling him “part of the deep state.”

In a video Tuesday, Stone claimed Barr is blocking the nation’s two-tiered justice system. This came after Barr’s remarks, which claim the Justice Department found no substantial voter fraud thus far.

Stone went on to cite Barr’s failure to prosecute former FBI Director James Comey as well as former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

Additionally, Stone criticized the ongoing ‘Durham’ probe by calling it a ploy.

Stone said there is overwhelming and compelling evidence of voter fraud in the election despite Barr’s claims.

More than 1,000 Chinese researchers have left the United States amid a U.S. crackdown on alleged technology theft, top U.S. security officials said on Wednesday, adding that Chinese agents had already been targeting the incoming Biden administration.

John Demers, chief of the U.S. Justice Department's National Security Division, told a discussion hosted by the Aspen Institute think tank the researchers had left the country while the department launched multiple criminal cases against Chinese operatives for industrial and technological espionage.

A Justice Department official said they were a different group to those mentioned by the State Department in September, when it said the United States had revoked visas for more than 1,000 Chinese nationals under a presidential measure denying entry to students and researchers deemed security risks.

The official said the researchers Demers referred to, who U.S. authorities believed were affiliated with China's People's Liberation Army, fled the United States after the FBI conducted interviews in more than 20 cities and the State Department closed China’s Houston consulate in July.

"Only the Chinese have the resources and ability and will" to engage in the breadth of foreign influence activity that U.S. agencies have seen in recent years, Demers said.

William Evanina, chief of the counterintelligence branch of the office of the U.S. Director of National Intelligence, told the same event Chinese agents were already targeting personnel of the incoming administration of President-elect Joe Biden, as well as "people close" to Biden's team.

He did not elaborate.

Biden's transition team declined to comment. His campaign team said over the summer that it expected cyber attacks and was prepared for them.

Evanina said Chinese researchers in the United States who were under scrutiny of U.S. agencies were "all coming here at the behest of the Chinese government."

China described the visa crackdown earlier this year as "naked" political persecution and racial discrimination that seriously violated human rights.

Sino-U.S. relations have deteriorated to their worst in decades during outgoing U.S. President Donald Trump's tenure with disputes simmering over issues from trade and technology to Hong Kong and the coronavirus.

Australia To Sign Military Pact With US Ally Japan Amid Spiraling China Tensions

Australia is using its formative military alliances as the only leverage it has in the worsening trade spat with China which has grown into a full-blown crisis for Aussie commodities exports.

It also comes after Secretary of State Mike Pompeo traveled to India and southeast Asian countries last month seeking to shore up coordinated regional resistance against Chinese economic and military influence and hegemony.

"Australia plans to sign a military exchange deal with U.S. ally Japan so troops from both sides could pool their firepower if needed to counter China, which has become enmeshed in disputes with Australia over the past two weeks," reports state-funded Voice of America.

"Both sides said after a senior-level meeting November 17 they would sign a reciprocal access agreement next year," VOA continues. It would allow for each to train and operate from the other's sovereign territory.

The agreement is seen as greatly bolstering the common readiness of a loosened defense pact known as the Quad which has as its purpose information and intelligence coordination and cooperating on military exercises. India, Japan, Australia and the US formed the group in 2007.

Assuming the deal when signed gets successfully approved by Japan's parliament it would mark the first time since WWII that Tokyo formally and willingly approved of inviting foreign troops to operate on its soil. Previously Japan’s prime minister, Yoshihide Suga, said it would be toward the two regional militaries cooperation for "a free and open Indo-Pacific," according to Kyodo news.

We play a very important role together in working in the Southwest Pacific together."

China's state media, which often reflects the internal government official statements of high Communist Party officials, condemned the deal, saying it "clearly targets China" and "further accelerates the confrontational atmosphere in the Asia-Pacific region."

Some COVID relief money could be tied to following Colorado's health ordersDENVER — Millions of state-funded grant dollars for small businesses could be tied to a county enforcing public health orders related to COVID-19.

One of the COVID-19 relief bills being considered by Colorado lawmakers in the special session is Senate Bill 20B-001, which would provide $37 million for small businesses and sole proprietors. Those businesses would have to prove at least a 20% revenue loss since March 26, 2020, due to COVID-19 restrictions.

The money would be distributed through counties through an application process that would be set up in early January, with relief payments made no later than February 12, 2021.

However, there is language in the legislation that would require counties to enforce public health orders for businesses in those counties to qualify for the aid.

Weld County has made headlines in the last few weeks, as commissioners have repeatedly said the county would not enforce the state's dial restrictions, and that the governor and the state would need to enforce rules set by the state, and not by Weld County.

The legislation currently states that an eligible county is "in good-faith compliance with the executive orders pertaining to the public health emergency due to covid-19 and all applicable statewide and local public health orders that establish severe capacity restrictions, as determined by the Division in consultation with the Department of Public Health and Environment."

It goes on to say that the county makes "good-faith efforts to enforce or promote compliance with applicable executive and public health orders within the scope of its authority and in consideration of available resources, including engaging law enforcement to enforce executive and public health order violations."

What would be a "good-faith effort to enforce?"

"Agreeing to try and abide by the executive orders and the public health orders," said bill sponsor Sen. Faith Winter, D-Westminster. "To those businesses that are in unincorporated Weld County, I would ask that you call up your commissioners. As every politician knows there's consequences to your decisions."

There is an exception for municipalities that follow the guidelines within counties that do not.

"When you tie money to the following of certain orders, in a state that prides itself on local control, it puts all of that control in the hands of either the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPHE or the governor's office," said incoming House Minority Leader Rep. Hugh McKean, R-Loveland.

McKean was encouraged by a different portion of the 28-page bill.

"It's actually on page three, line 10," said McKean.

That section reads: "The general assembly further declares that the executive branch will continue to develop a framework to certify businesses that demonstrate exemplary compliance with public health orders during the pandemic through an evidence-based certification program that is aligned with the state's objectives to contain the COVID-19 virus."

That's a reference to the Mesa County Five-Star Variance Protection Program. A program that Douglas County has considered, to allow businesses to meet certain COVID-19 safety practices so they can expand capacity beyond the county's restrictions.

"I think Mesa County's Five-Star program is the exact place to look. You have a program that encourages the absolute best practice of those businesses. It says that if you follow this and if you can pass an inspection, just to show that you are doing everything you say you are doing, then you're going to be able to operate at that increased capacity," said McKean. "One; it helps that businesses survive. Two; it protects the public's health."

Once again, table tennis helped illustrate the important role Detroit has played in Chinese-American relations.

State Rep. Cynthia Johnson and Chinese Consul General Zhao Jian had a friendly game earlier this month at the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center during an event to celebrate the 40th anniversary of diplomatic ties between the U.S. and China.

It was 47 years ago when a series of table tennis exhibitions were held in Detroit, Ann Arbor and other cities. Known as “ping-pong diplomacy” it showcased world-class table tennis players from the United States and the People's Republic of China.

The Chinese government had invited the American team to visit. It marked the first time Americans were formally invited to the country since it adopted communism in 1949.

The Detroit China Day event was held Sept. 13 to celebrate that anniversary. It was hosted by the City of Detroit along with the North American Chinese Coalition as leaders from Detroit, Lansing, Chicago and a delegation from Chongqing were on hand.

The Detroit China Business Association has been paving the way for two-way economic relations.

I was a teenager, growing up in the Richard Allen housing project of North Philadelphia, when Emmett Till was lynched in Money, Mississippi, on Aug. 28, 1955, and his brutalized, unrecognizable body later recovered from the Tallahatchie River.

From 1882-1968, 4,743 lynchings occurred in the United States. Roughly 73%, or 3,446, were Black people, and 27%, or 1,297, were white people.

Many whites were lynched because they were Republicans who supported their fellow Black citizens and opposed the lawless act of lynching. Tuskegee University has the best documentation of lynching. It records an 1892 high of 69 whites and 161 blacks lynched. By the 1940s, occurrences of lynching fell to single digits or disappeared altogether.

At the time of my youth, today's opportunities for socioeconomic advancement were nonexistent for Black people. For all but a few, college attendance was out of the question because of finances and racial discrimination.

If you were not admitted to the Black colleges of Lincoln University or Cheyney State College, forget about college. I do not know of any student of my 1954 class at Philadelphia's Benjamin Franklin High School who attended college.

Though the quality of education at Benjamin Franklin is a mere shadow of its past, today, roughly 17% of its graduating class has been admitted to college. The true hope for a youngster graduating from high school during the 1950s was a well-paying and steady job. My first well-paying job was as a taxi driver for Yellow Cab Company.

Younger Black people today have no idea of and have not experienced the poverty and discrimination of earlier generations. Also, the problems today's Black people face have little or nothing to do with poverty and discrimination.

Political hustlers like to blame poverty and racism while ignoring the fact that poverty and racism were much greater yesteryear, but there was not nearly the same amount of chaos.

The out-of-wedlock birth rate among Blacks in 1940 was about 11%. Today, it is 75%. Black female-headed households were just 18% of households in 1950, as opposed to about 68% today.

In fact, from 1890 to 1940, the Black marriage rate was slightly higher than that of whites. Even during slavery, when marriage was forbidden, most Black children lived in biological two-parent families.

In New York City, in 1925, 85% of Black households were two-parent households. A study of 1880 family structure in Philadelphia shows that three-quarters of Black families were two-parent households.

There's little protest against the horrible and dangerous conditions under which many poor and law-abiding Black people must live. It is not uncommon for 50 Black people to be shot over a weekend in Chicago – not by policemen, but by other Black people.

About 7,300 Black people are murdered each year, and not by white people or racist cops, but mostly by other Black people. These numbers almost make our history of victimization by racist lynching look like child's play.

The solutions to the many problems that Black Americans face must come from within our Black communities. They will not come from the political arena. Blacks hold high offices and dominate the politics in cities such as Philadelphia, Detroit, Baltimore, Chicago, Washington, D.C. and New Orleans. Yet, these are the very cities with the nation's worst-performing schools, highest crime rates, high illegitimacy rates, weak family structure and other forms of social pathology

I am not saying that Blacks having political power is the cause of these problems. What I am saying is the solution to most of the major problems that confront Black people will not be found in the political arena or by electing more Blacks to high office.

One important step is for Black Americans to stop being "useful tools" for the leftist, hate-America agenda. Many Black problems are exacerbated by guilt-ridden white people. Often, they accept behavior and standards from Black people that they would not begin to accept from white people.

In that sense, white liberal guilt is a form of disrespect in their relationships with Black Americans. By the same token, Black people should stop exploiting the guilt of whites. Let us all keep in mind that history is one of those immutable facts of life.
