“Dark Winter” Was The Code Name For A Scenario In Which A Biological Weapon Was Used Against The American Populace

Could it be possible that the phrase “dark winter” has some sort of deeper meaning that most of us are not meant to understand? We have heard that phrase over and over again in recent weeks, and usually it has been used in discussions regarding the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic. But it also turns out that “Dark Winter” was also a code name for a high level simulation that was conducted back in 2001. That simulation envisioned a scenario in which a widespread smallpox attack was unleashed inside the United States. As you will see below, the simulation was “designed to spiral out of control”, and the hypothetical consequences were absolutely disastrous.

The reason why this is a concern is because so many of these “simulations” and “exercises” end up mirroring real life events that happen at a later date.

For example, most of you have probably heard about Event 201 by now. On October 18th, 2019 a group of prominent individuals gathered in New York City to simulate what would happen during a worldwide coronavirus pandemic…

Event 201 simulates an outbreak of a novel zoonotic coronavirus transmitted from bats to pigs to people that eventually becomes efficiently transmissible from person to person, leading to a severe pandemic. The pathogen and the disease it causes are modeled largely on SARS, but it is more transmissible in the community setting by people with mild symptoms.

Of course COVID-19 started spreading in China just a few weeks later.

We have seen this same pattern happen so many times, and now we are being told over and over again that a “dark winter” is ahead.

For example, Joe Biden specifically warned us about a “dark winter” during the final presidential debate in October…

Joe Biden warned at Thursday night’s presidential debate that the U.S. was “about to go into a dark winter,” echoing the concerns of public health experts who caution about increased daily Covid-19 case counts converging with the annual flu season.

“We’re about to go into a dark winter. A dark winter,” Biden said. “And he has no clear plan, and there’s no prospect that there’s going to be a vaccine available for the majority of the American people before the middle of next year.”

It is interesting to note that he repeated the phrase twice.

It is almost as if he was determined to make sure that he said it correctly.

And then he started using the phrase over and over again on the campaign trail and he kept using it even after the voting was over.

Michigan Illegally Counted or Ignored 500K Ballots, Lawsuit Claims

In the wee hours of Thanksgiving Day, the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society filed an explosive election lawsuit asking Michigan’s Supreme Court to prevent Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson from certifying the election results until the Michigan legislature can fully investigate fraud claims and to force election officials to hand over all election materials to the legislature for this purpose. The lawsuit claims that officials illegally counted or threw out no fewer than 508,016 ballots, far more than Joe Biden’s 154,000-vote margin over Donald Trump.

“State and local officials brazenly violated election laws in order to advance a partisan political agenda,” Phil Kline, director of The Amistad Project, said in a statement. “The pattern of lawlessness was so pervasive and widespread that it deprived the people of Michigan of a free and fair election, throwing the integrity of the entire process into question.”

The Amistad Project is representing two female Michigan voters, Angelic Johnson and Linda Lee Tarver, who claim that election officials effectively robbed them of their votes by illegally undermining a fair election. In an interview with PJ Media, Ian Northon, an attorney representing Johnson and Tarver, explained the seven types of illegal counting the lawsuit alleges.

Citing state records, the lawsuit claims that Benson’s office sent out 355,392 unsolicited ballots. Northon explained that Michigan law requires two signatures for absentee voting: a signature on an application form and a signature on the security sleeve for the ballot. In this election, officials mailed out more than 300,000 ballots that no one had requested.

“They didn’t request them. You’ve just flooded the market with unsolicited ballots. No good can come of that,” Northon insisted.

Perhaps more concerning, almost 30,000 voters said they had sent in absentee ballots but Michigan’s voting records show those ballots were not counted. The lawyer explained that Matthew Brainard conducted a survey and found “29,682 people said they requested a ballot, said they voted, and their ballot wasn’t counted. The state’s records show it wasn’t counted.”

Why did their ballots not make it to the final tally? Northon said the Amistad Project has “more than three dozen affidavits” testifying that officials threw out ballots when they did not like the result. It is unclear whether or not the officials threw out ballots for Trump while counting ballots for Biden, but “when government officials are not following the laws as written, you’ve got a problem.”

Michigan officials counted another 35,109 ballots that were not associated with any address. This statistic is nothing short of mindboggling. According to Northon, voters “were sent an absentee ballot, but there’s no address on file. They voted. That violates the law.”

Michigan officials also counted 13,248 ballots cast by individuals who were registered to vote in another state. They also counted 317 ballots from people who voted more than once and 259 ballots from voters who listed only an email address instead of a physical address. Finally, election officials mailed out at least 74,000 absentee ballots that voters requested online.

“The statute requires a signature, all they’re doing is checking a box,” Northon explained.

These illegal tabulations and omissions add up to more than three times the margin of victory in the State of Michigan. While it is far from clear whether or not the alleged illegal tabulations helped Biden clinch victory in the Wolverine State, the allegations are disturbing nonetheless.

Arizona State Rep Issues Call to Withhold State’s Electoral College Votes to Joe Biden Due to Significant Evidence of Fraud

Arizona state representative Mark Finchem (district 11) on Monday issued a call to withhold the state’s Electoral College votes for Joe Biden because “he believes there is enough significant evidence of fraud to invalidate the state’s votes.”

President Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani and Trump campaign senior legal advisor Jenna Ellis appeared before Arizona state lawmakers in a public hearing on Monday.

The hearing was chaired by Representative Mark Finchem with a number of House and Senate members on the hearing panel.

Trump’s legal team brought out many credible witnesses again on Monday who testified on the Dominion voting machines and other irregularities that point to outright Democrat voter fraud.

Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai presented very powerful data to Arizona lawmakers that completely obliterated the Biden victory narrative.

In the middle of the hearing on Monday, Arizona’s crooked Secretary of State certified the false election results.

However, Rep. Finchem said not so fast.

Finchem called on his colleagues to withhold Arizona’s Electoral College votes for Joe Biden due to significant evidence of voter fraud presented at Monday’s hearing.

“We are clawing our electoral college votes back, we will not release them. That’s what I’m calling our colleagues in both the House and the Senate to do,” added Finchem. “Exercise our plenary authority under the U.S. Constitution.”

He added, “There is a legal brief out there that says we are not tethered to state statue. When it comes to this one question, a simple majority can call the House and Senate back, and in a day pass a resolution, and cause those electors to basically be held. And it is binding. I’ll see you all in court.”

Pennsylvania Lawmakers Formally Introduce Resolution to Dispute 2020 Elections Results

Republican state lawmakers in Pennsylvania on Monday introduced a resolution to dispute the results of the 2020 election. The text of the resolution, first previewed in a memo on Nov. 27, states that the executive and judicial branches of the Keystone State’s government usurped the legislature’s constitutional power to set the rules of the election. “Officials in the Executive and Judicial Branches of the Commonwealth infringed upon the General Assembly’s authority under the Constitution of the United States by unlawfully changing the rules governing the November 3, 2020, election in the Commonwealth,” the resolution states. The resolution calls on the secretary of the Commonwealth to withdraw the “premature certification” of the presidential election and delay certifying other races, declares the 2020 election to be in dispute, and urges the U.S. Congress “to declare the selection of presidential electors in this Commonwealth to be in dispute.” Members of the Pennsylvania General Assembly said in a statement, “A number of compromises of Pennsylvania’s election laws took place during the 2020 General Election. The documented irregularities and improprieties associated with mail-in balloting, pre-canvassing, and canvassing have undermined our elector process and, as a result, we cannot accept certification of the results in statewide races.” They added, “We believe this moment is pivotal and important enough that the General Assembly needs to take extraordinary measures to answer these extraordinary questions. We also believe our representative oversight duty as Pennsylvania’s legislative branch of government demands us to re-assume our constitutional authority and take immediate action.” The proposed text lists three steps taken by the judicial and executive branches to change the rules of the election.

First, on Sept. 17, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court “unlawfully and unilaterally” extended the deadline by which mail ballots could be received, mandated that ballots without a postmark would be treated as timely, and allowed for ballots without a verified voter signature to be accepted, the resolution says. Second, on Oct. 23, upon a petition from the secretary of the commonwealth, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that signatures on mail-in ballots need not be authenticated. And third, on Nov. 2, the secretary of the commonwealth “encouraged certain counties to notify party and candidate representatives of mail-in voters whose ballots contained defects,” the resolution says. All of the changes are contrary to the Pennsylvania Election Code, which requires mail-in ballots to be received at 8 p.m. on Election Day, mandates that signatures on the mail-in ballots be authenticated, and forbids the counting of defective mail-in ballots. The resolution also lists a variety of election irregularities and potential fraud, including the issues brought up by witnesses during the hearing before the Pennsylvania Senate Majority Policy Committee on Nov. 25. “On November 24, 2020, the Secretary of the Commonwealth unilaterally and prematurely certified results of the November 3, 2020 election regarding presidential electors despite ongoing litigation,” the resolution states. “The Pennsylvania House of Representatives has the duty to ensure that no citizen of this Commonwealth is disenfranchised, to insist that all elections are conducted according to the law, and to satisfy the general public that every legal vote is counted accurately.” Pennsylvania State Sen. Doug Mastriano, a Republican, said Friday that the GOP-controlled state legislature will make a bid to reclaim its power to appoint the state’s electors to the Electoral College, saying they could start the process on Nov. 30. “So, we’re gonna do a resolution between the House and Senate, hopefully today,” he told Steve Bannon’s War Room on Friday.

CIA Director Gina Haspel lamented how the Justice Department's review of the Russia investigation would be a "nightmare" for her agency, according to veteran journalist Bob Woodward's new book.

Haspel and then-Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats made an appointment with Attorney General William Barr after he announced the investigation in May 2019, which would look, in part, into alleged spying into President Trump's 2016 campaign, possibly by law enforcement and intelligence agency officials.

Special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation, Woodward wrote in Rage, "had already torn inconclusively through the intelligence agencies, they said. Why did this need to be done? It will be very disruptive to the agencies." Barr told the pair there was more out there that had not been investigated in the review that was being taken up by U.S. Attorney John Durham.

Haspel said such an investigation would have a negative effect on morale at the CIA, and some of her people were wondering if they needed to get an attorney, Woodward wrote.

Dr. Scott Atlas, President Trump’s special adviser on the coronavirus pandemic, formally resigned from his post on Monday, Fox News has learned.

Atlas, who spoke with the president on Monday, joined the administration in August, and was considered a Special Government Employee (SGE), serving a 130-day detail. Atlas’ role is set to expire this week.

Fox News exclusively obtained Atlas’s resignation letter Monday, which was dated Dec. 1. In it, Atlas touted the Trump administration's work on the coronavirus pandemic, while wishing "all the best" to the incoming Biden administration.

“I am writing to resign from my position as Special Advisor to the President of the United States,” Atlas said, thanking him for “the honor and privilege to serve on behalf of the American people.”

“I worked hard with a singular focus—to save lives and help Americans through this pandemic,” Atlas wrote, adding that he “always relied on the latest science and evidence, without any political consideration or influence.”

“As time went on, like all scientists and health policy scholars, I learned new information and synthesized the latest data from around the world, all in an effort to provide you with the best information to serve the greater public good,” Atlas wrote. “But, perhaps more than anything, my advice was always focused on minimizing all the harms from both the pandemic and the structural policies themselves, especially to the working class and the poor.”

Atlas, who had been criticized throughout his tenure for calling for a reopening, and saying that lockdowns are “extremely harmful” to Americans, said that “although some may disagree with those recommendations, it is the free exchange of ideas that lead to scientific truths, which are the very foundation of a civilized society.”

“Indeed, I cannot think of a time where safeguarding science and the scientific debate is more urgent,” Atlas said.

Atlas went on to tout his work at the White House, and his work with “several selfless colleagues in designing specific policies to heighten protection of the vulnerable while safely reopening schools and society.”

Atlas pointed to their efforts in increasing and prioritizing “extra personal protective equipment and tens of millions of extra tests to nursing and assisted living facilities,” as well as implementing “more frequent monitoring updates using clinical guidelines to intensify testing,” and instituting outreach to independent seniors in communities.

“We also successfully designed rational guidelines for safely opening schools, a strategic use of the newly developed testing program, and a national stockpile of drugs for future crises,” Atlas wrote.

Shifting to lockdowns he has warned against throughout his tenure, Atlas said they “identified and illuminated early on the harms of prolonged lockdowns, including that they create massive physical health losses and psychological distress, destroy families and damage our children.”

Ontario Premier Doug Ford has said that he expects families to avoid “holiday parties or large family dinners” for 2020, in a politically correct announcement about “Holiday Season Safety” which did not mention Christmas at all.

“I know there are many people looking forward to their traditional family celebrations at this time of year, but to keep your loved ones safe, traditions will have to be adjusted,” said Ford last week in a government press release.

“We're asking everyone to please stick to your own household when celebrating. Avoid big holiday parties or large family dinners to help us stop the spread of this deadly virus. By following this public health advice, we can all have a safe and fun holiday season.”

The “Celebrate the Holiday Season Safely” guidelines from the Ford government are, for now, only suggestions for most of the province, except for the Toronto and Peel Region.

The Toronto and Peel regions are currently the only areas in Ontario under the most restrictive “Lockdown-Grey” category, and the government has said they will most likely remain at this level until at least a few days before Christmas.

In early November, the Ontario government introduced a new framework with five different levels of color-coded lockdown classifications.

The most restrictive level, the “Lockdown-Grey” category, states that “No indoor organized public events and social gatherings, except with members of the same household,” are allowed. Outdoor gatherings are limited to 10 people, and indoor worship at churches is banned. Restaurants are only allowed take-out.

“Individuals who live alone, including seniors, may consider having exclusive, close contact with another household to help reduce the negative impacts of social isolation,” reads the “Lockdown-Grey” restrictions.

“While the above is recommended advice from public health officials, please remember you must adhere to public health and workplace safety measures and rules in your region.”

The green “Prevent,” yellow “Protect,” and orange “Restrict” levels allow for social gatherings of 10 people indoors and 25 people outdoors, with churches being allowed to operate at 30 percent capacity.

The red “Control” level lowers indoor social gatherings to five people while keeping the same amount as before at 10 for outdoors. Church capacity remains the same as the lesser levels.

At a public hearing in Arizona with select members of the state legislature and members of President Donald Trump’s legal team, lawmakers called for their colleagues to back an upcoming resolution that would hold off the release of the state’s electoral colleges votes. Arizona state Rep. Mark Finchem told reporters during the Nov. 30 hearing that they hope to have a resolution “within the next 24 to 48 hours.” The state holds 11 electoral college votes. “We are clawing our electoral college votes back, we will not release them,” Finchem said. “That’s what I’m calling on our colleagues in both the House and Senate to do—exercise our plenary authority under the U.S. constitution.” “There is a legal brief out there that says we are not tethered to state statute when it comes to this one question,” he added. According to Finchem, the move would be easy to do and would be legally binding. “A simple majority can call the House and Senate back, and in a day can pass a resolution and cause those electoral votes to basically be held,” he added. “And it is binding—I’ll see y’all in court.” In total, nine Republican state lawmakers attended the meeting. They had requested permission to hold a formal legislative hearing at the Capitol but were denied by the Republican House speaker and Senate president, according to The Associated Press. Trump’s attorneys Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis, alongside witnesses, appeared in front of members of the Arizona Legislature alleging that considerable voter fraud occurred in the state. They also pushed for the GOP-majority state House and Senate to hold a vote on the certification of the election.

During the hearing, a cybersecurity expert said that the user manual for Dominion Voting Systems machines guides users on how to connect to the Internet, and that the machines, used by multiple states, were connected to the Internet during the election. “The Dominion suite user manual is about an inch and a half thick. My team went back through the user manual and looked at all the instances where in the user’s manual, it tells operators to connect the ethernet cords to the router, and it is, the systems are connected to the Internet,” Phil Waldron, a cybersecurity expert and retired Army Colonel said. “Our teams looked at spirographs on the Dominion network on Election Day and showed the increased web traffic, Internet traffic on Election Day for Dominion servers,” he said, adding: “In a nutshell, these systems are not what you’ve been told, if you’ve been told anything. “They are connected to the Internet. There is no transparency of how the voter information is processed, moved, and stored. And, as a matter of fact, these companies have refused to allow any type of inspection into their code and they always decry, it’s our IP, it’s IP protection.”

In 2016, Trump won the state’s 11 electoral votes by less than 100,000 votes. In the 17 presidential elections between 1952 and 2016, only one Democratic candidate won Arizona—Bill Clinton in 1996. Arizona’s secretary of state on Nov. 30 certified the state’s presidential election results. Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a Democrat, said in a press conference that despite the pandemic and other complexities, “we had an extremely well-run election and saw historically high voter participation.” During the hearing, a volunteer poll observer and worker in Arizona’s Pima County told GOP Arizona State legislators that she had been told by state election officials to allow people to vote who may not have been properly registered to vote in Arizona on Election Day. “I was having to allow people to vote who literally had just moved here. A large percentage had addresses from two apartment complexes,” Anna Orth said. Orth remarked that “many” of these individuals were “residents for not more than a month,” adding that from her observations, she estimated that about 2,000 people appeared to be out-of-state voters. According to Pima County’s elections website, people can vote if they have “live[d] within Pima County at least 29 days prior to the general election.” These people, she said, had “out-of-state drivers licenses” but attempted to show proof they could vote by presenting an “electric bill” or another kind of bill that suggested they lived in the precinct. Orth then alleged she had spoken to a poll observer who said he was from Los Angeles and told her “he was there to turn Arizona blue,” meaning Democratic.

Recent reporting from The Federalist has revealed that Central Intelligence Director (CIA) Director Gina Haspel is preventing the declassification of documents detailing corruption at the highest levels of the intelligence community during the 2016 election. “I’m told that it is Gina Haspel personally who is blocking continued declassification of these documents that will show the American people the truth of what actually happened,” said Sean Davis, co-founder of the news site.

Most of the speculation concerning this revelation has focused on the theory that Ms. Haspel is blocking the release of documents out of some misguided sense of loyalty to the CIA. Per this theory, her motive is to spare the Agency embarrassment.

I would like to suggest another explanation. She’s blocking the release of information on the first attempted coup in American history because it is her job. Her job, not as head of the CIA, but her job as a member of the group that attempted to unseat President Trump and is still working against him from inside this government.

Per multiple press reports, including those from the Federalist, Gina Haspel was the CIA’s London Chief of Station under former CIA Director John Brennan during the 2016 election. She was handpicked for that job by Brennan himself.

Federal judge reapproves emergency order blocking Georgia from wiping state voting machines

A federal judge issued a temporary restraining order late Sunday night barring Georgia election officials from resetting or otherwise altering Dominion Voting Systems machines used during the November presidential election.

The order was issued as a part of attorney Sidney Powell's ongoing election lawsuit in Georgia and was the third emergency order issued Sunday night to ensure "voting machines be seized and impounded immediately for forensic audit by plaintiffs' experts," according to Powell's suit.

However, Judge Timothy Batten Sr. told Powell that her request to seize and impound the voting machines failed because the voting equipment she wants to impound is in the possession of county election officials. So any injunction the court issues would extend only to the defendants and those within their control.

"Plaintiffs have not demonstrated that county election officials are within defendants' control," the judge wrote. "Defendants cannot serve as a proxy for local election officials against whom the relief should be sought."

Still, Batten told Powell she could amend her complaint by adding election officials in relevant counties to the list, and in the meantime, defendants are "enjoined and restrained from altering, destroying, or erasing, or allowing the alteration, destruction, or erasure of, any software or data on any Dominion voting machine in Cobb, Gwinnett, and Cherokee counties."

The effect of the judge's order is that the voting machines will not be allowed to be touched for the sake of resetting or reprogramming by election officials until Powell has had time to amend her lawsuit.

According to an affidavit from a Republican poll worker, an election official on Nov. 25 said that the Dominion ballot-counting machines were scheduled to be reset on Monday in order to be used in the recount effort requested by the Trump campaign, the deadline for which is midnight on Dec. 2.

The poll worker, according to the affidavit, alerted a supervisor due to concern over wiping the machines.

"I am seeing lots of notices from lawyers about possibly impounding the machines," wrote the poll worker. "Lawyers are now saying that the machines should be confiscated immediately before this happens to protect forensic data. They are saying those machines need to be impounded ASAP. Yikes. Maybe I'm being overly paranoid but let's be sure this is what we're supposed to be doing."

"It's what we are supposed to do," the supervisor replied. "It will take a court order to stop this process — so I guess we need to keep watching the news."

According to the supervisor, Atlanta election officials have already wiped their voting machines.

CNN reporter calls for Twitter to label Trump's account as election disinformation

For some "journalists," you just cannot censor President Trump enough.

Oliver Darcy, who covers the media for the liberal-leaning network CNN, says Twitter should flat-out declare all of the information that Trump shares on Twitter is misleading.

"Nearly every tweet from the president at this point is labeled for misinfo," Darcy wrote in a newsletter. "Which had me thinking. Why doesn't Twitter just take the step of labeling his entire account as a known source of election disinfo? And why stop there? Why not label accounts that repeatedly spread claims the platform has to fact-check?"

Darcy said by doing so, Twitter would "help users weed out reliable sources from bad-faith actors."

"Think of it as a version of NewsGuard for Twitter," Darcy wrote, referring to what some say is a liberal website that rates other sites.

Media Research Center Vice President Dan Gainor blasted the call.

"CNN and the rest of the leftist media won't be happy until they silence any voice that dares disagree with them," Gainor told Fox News. "Labeling accounts won't be considered strong enough by liberals in the press. Then they will want so-called 'misinformation' accounts limited and then shut down altogether."

"If we actually labeled disinformation accounts, we'd have to hit most traditional media outlets, especially CNN," Gainor said, noting three journalists from the cable news network blew a story about Russia and collusion with Trump.

"They pushed the bogus Russian conspiracy narrative to the point where CNN had to let go of three editorial employees," Gainor said. "Journalists have become some of the worst censors on the internet — but only of conservative content."

Jake Tapper, another CNN host, also called Trump a liar.

"The (conservative) National Review: 'it's hard to find much that is remotely true in the president's Twitter feed these days. It is full of already-debunked claims and crackpot conspiracy theories about Dominion voting systems.' The problem isn't bias, it's Trump lying," Tapper tweeted Monday.

As of Thursday, Twitter had added warnings labels to 200 of Trump's posts or retweets, saying that they contain false, disputed or misleading information.

"Overall since polls closed Nov. 3, about 30% of Trump's posts on Twitter have been flagged by Twitter as containing or potentially including misinformation," according to a Variety analysis. "That goes back to Trump's claim in the wee hours of Nov. 4 asserting without any evidence that Democrats were trying to 'STEAL' the election."

DETROIT—A contractor for Dominion Voting Systems who performed IT work at the TCF Center in Michigan and a former state senator who was a poll challenger both say that the voting machines used in the Nov. 3 election were connected to the internet. Melissa Carone—a freelance IT worker who submitted a sworn affidavit on Nov. 10 detailing a barrage of what she called fraudulent actions during her time at the voting center—said she was called into a hotel in Allen Park on Nov. 2 where the whole Dominion team was staying in order to attend a training of sorts. In that hotel conference room, there was a tabulator and an adjudication machine the team was told to walk around the room and look at. Carone said a Dominion manager (the man who initially contacted her for the position) talked for around an hour telling the team where they were going to be assigned for the election. “They gave us a binder that they told us to go through, which actually was very beneficial to me and a lot of the attorneys because it gave a lot of information regarding their software and image cast and how, yes, the machines were connected to the Wi-Fi. Absolutely,” she told The Epoch Times. “It even says it in there.” In the bottom right-hand corner of the computers used to tabulate and adjudicate ballots there is a Wi-Fi signal but it doesn’t show if the machines were connected to the worldwide web or if they were just connected to a network, Carone said, unless a mouse hovers over it. She was not allowed access to it, she said. “In the manual that they provided me with it says to make sure that every tabulating machine is connected via Ethernet cable,” Carone added.

Carone’s affidavit was submitted as a supplement to a lawsuit in Michigan. The suit was brought in early November by the Great Lakes Justice Center on behalf of Cheryl Costantino and Edward McCall. Plaintiffs allege that because of multiple irregularities, the election in Wayne County should be voided. Carone’s main role was to assist Dominion with IT work: it involved inspecting the tabulating machines or adjudication machines and to help anybody who needed it. She would often open the tabulators to fix any paper jams or other issues with the machine. Patrick Colbeck, a former state senator, aerospace engineer, and a poll challenger at the TCF center in Detroit, said in a sworn affidavit that the machines appeared to have been connected to the internet. Colbeck said the area had wireless routers set up with networks called “CPSStaff” and “AV Counter” broadcast in the area. All it takes to confirm the connectivity status of a Windows computer “is to roll the cursor over the LAN connection icon in the bottom right corner of the display. When there is no internet connection, a unique icon showing a cross-hatched globe appears. I proceeded to review the terminal screens for the Tabulator and Adjudicator computers and I observed the icon that indicates internet connection on each terminal,” according to Colbeck’s affidavit. “All the tabulator computers were connected via Ethernet cables to a network router,” Colbeck told The Epoch Times. “And that router, in turn, was connected to another router that was connected to the adjudicators. Those were connected to another router/firewall which was connected to the internet, which was connected to the local data center.” “Anybody who understands IT knows that if one computer is connected on a network to the internet, all the computers on that network are connected to the internet. And I know that the local data center was connected to the other networks,” he added.

President Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani and Trump campaign senior legal advisor Jenna Ellis appeared before Arizona state lawmakers in a public hearing on Monday.

Several credible witnesses testified on the Dominion voting machines and other irregularities that point to outright Democrat voter fraud.

One witness testified that the signatures on the ballots “didn’t even resemble” what they were matching to on file.

The same witness also said that truck loads of ballots kept coming in for 10 days after elections officials thought they were done counting votes.

Georgia Federal Judge Allows Defendants To Challenge His TRO in Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals

Earlier today I traced yesterday’s sequence of events in federal district court in Georgia that led to the issuance of a TRO by District Court Judge Timothy Batten, whereby he directed officials in Cobb, Gwinnett, and Cherokee Counties to not take any action to alter or delete electronic data stored on the Dominion voting system machines that were used in the Nov. 3 election. Judge Batten reserved, for now, the question of whether to allow the machines to undergo forensic examination by experts hired by the Plaintiffs in the case and gave the State and County Defendants until Wednesday to file legal opposition to the Plaintiffs’ request that he allow such an examination.

Late in the afternoon on Monday, Judge Batten issued another order which is likely confusing to non-attorneys — he authorized the State and County Defendants to appeal his TRO to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in order to resolve a particular question of law that might implicate the legal basis of the TRO he has entered.

Earlier in the day, the Democrat Party of Georgia sought leave to intervene in the case, and filed a proposed motion to dismiss. Among the grounds raised in the motion is that the Plaintiffs — the electors selected by the GOP to attend the Electoral College on behalf of Pres. Trump had he prevailed in Georgia — lack standing to pursue the claims raised in the complaint. In addition, the motion claims that Georgia state law bars election contest matters from being litigated in federal court.

There is no filed request for permission to file an interlocutory appeal yet available from the District Court’s ECF system that I can find. So it is uncertain at this point what question of law Judge Batten has identified that might dictate his course of action here depending on the outcome of an appeal to the 11th Circuit, as he does not specify what it is in his order.

Generally speaking, only “final” orders are appealable. This is to prevent piece-meal appeals of individual matters from an ongoing case. Once a “final” order in the case is entered, all matters which have been “preserved” by way of objection may be subject to an appeal.

If during the course of the litigation, however, the district court judge identifies a particular legal issue which is disputed between the parties, and resolution of that issue will significantly impact the course of the proceedings in the trial court, the district court judge can authorize the taking of an “interlocutory” appeal in order to get a decision from the appeals court on the issue in question.

It is possible that Judge Batten wants the Appeals Court to decide the question of standing on the part of these particular Plaintiffs, especially in light of the fact that another judge in the same court dismissed an earlier action brought by attorney Lin Wood, with himself as named Plaintiff, on the basis that simply as a voter in Georgia, Wood lacked standing to pursue the claims he raised. The Complaint before Judge Batten has many of the same claims from the earlier case, but the Plaintiffs are no longer just voters like Wood — they are the losing “electors” who would have voted for Pres. Trump in the Electoral College.

If the 11th Circuit rules that the Electors lack standing, then Judge Battan will dismiss the case with no further proceedings.

But if the 11th Circuit finds they do have standing, then Judge Battan will need to go forward with making a decision on the motion to allow inspection of the Dominion voting system.

One unmistakable fact that can be taken away from this saga is that the State and County Defendants — and now the Democrat Party of Georgia — really don’t want the Plaintiffs’ experts to have a chance to examine the Dominion system and devices.

The Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) on Monday signed paperwork to determine the state’s 2020 presidential election results, which fell in favor of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden after a partial recount in two counties, Milwaukee and Dane. Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers, a Democrat, announced later Monday that he signed the certificate of ascertainment, which formally awards electoral votes to Biden. Meagan Wolfe, administrator of the WEC and Wisconsin’s chief election official, said that WEC Chairperson Ann Jacobs is not certifying the presidential race. “This is a very different process than for the other contests on the November 3 ballot where the WEC Chair does determine the winner and issues certificates of election. There is no certificate of election in a presidential contest,” Wolfe said. The law requires that the chair determine the result, or the numbers, of the recount and the contest based on the certified result statements submitted by each of the 72 counties, according to an announcement from the WEC. Wolfe said that the determination or the statement of ascertainment can be modified if ordered by a court upon appeal. “This determination is what can be appealed. If there is not a determination, then parties to a recount do not have anything to appeal,” the announcement read.

The Trump campaign now has five days to appeal the results, which has shown a gain of 87 votes for Biden. The campaign has alleged that there was widespread fraud and illegal activity in the state, and promised it will file a lawsuit to challenge the results. On Saturday, Trump said he would file a lawsuit either on Monday or Tuesday seeking to disqualify as many as 238,000 ballots. The president wrote on Nov. 28​, “The Wisconsin recount is not about finding mistakes in the count, it is about finding people who have voted illegally, and that case will be brought after the recount is over, on Monday or Tuesday. We have found many illegal votes. Stay tuned!” Milwaukee and Dane counties started recounts after the WEC approved Trump campaign’s request for a recount, at a cost of $3 million to the campaign. While Dane County’s recount saw a 45 vote gain for Trump, Milwaukee County saw a 132 net gain for Biden. Results show Biden in the lead by more than 20,680 votes, or about 0.7 percentage points. Republican elections commissioner Bob Spindell said that a final certification of the results would not take place until all legal challenges are resolved. “To clarify, today the Wis Elec Com Chair will ‘make determination’ of elect & recount – NOT A ‘CERTIFICATION’ allowing party 5 days to file appeal of this Determination. After resolution of appeal only then can WEC Commissioners meet to certify election. Will keep you informed!” he announced on Twitter.

Two lawsuits were filed in Wisconsin last week seeking to disqualify ballots. The Wisconsin Supreme Court has not taken action on the cases. Earlier on Monday, Arizona officials certified Biden’s win in the state. Wisconsin has 10 electoral votes while Arizona has 11. Trump won both states in 2016 but lost to Biden this election, according to the contested results. Biden has declared victory in presidential election and media outlets have begun referring to him as “president-elect.”

The ultimate solution to find out the source of the virus is to accept inspections by the world’s medical teams. The Chinese Communist Party media “People’s Daily” published an article today saying that 99.5% of global infections originated from the Italian North Corona variant, not Wuhan, and wanted to shirk responsibility and divert attention.

According to the article, the famous German virologist Alexander Kekulé said in an interview with German TV station ZDF that there are many variant strains of the coronavirus spreading around the world, and 99.5% of the variant strains can be traced back to a specific mutation of a pathogen in northern Italy. He also pointed out in the interview that the difference is, when the coronavirus was first discovered in Wuhan, the whole world, including China, did not know what it was; but when the virus was spreading in northern Italy, the Italian side ignored the warning from China for a long time.

Regardless whether there is a scientific basis for the saying that “99.5% of the global infections originated from the northern Italian Corona variants”, according to the article, Mr. Kekulé did not clarify the time of the pathogen appeared in northern Italy is before or after the outbreak of the CCP virus, but based on the following reasoning, the earliest time for the CCP to warn Italy should be after the outbreak of the CCP Virus in Wuhan, and Mr. Kekulé came to the conclusion that the northern part of Italy was the starting point of the virus is really ridiculous. In addition, Dr. Limeng Yan, the whistle blower of the CCP virus, used the genes, structure and literature of the CCP virus as evidence in her first report in September, and proposed that the virus is a highly possible artificial enhancement of the function and was synthesized in the Chinese military laboratory. In October, in her second report, Dr. Yan further investigated the source of the virus and exposed the large-scale fraud cover of the CCP and related people. The views in the two reports have not been positively debated by relevant virus experts, nor have they received a positive response from the Chinese government.

On Monday, China’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian posted a doctored image on Twitter depicting an Australian soldier holding a bloodied knife to the throat of an Afghan child, in reference to allegations in the Brereton war crimes report.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison slammed the image as “repugnant” and demanded an apology from the Chinese government. “It is deeply offensive to every Australian, every Australian who has served in that uniform, every Australian who serves in that uniform today,” he said at an unscheduled press conference.

The U.S. Constitution vs The Communist Party USA Constitution Through The Eyes of a Teenager

This is the most critical time in U.S. history. Right here. Right now. Election and voter fraud have reached a level of criminality that we will never come back from if this battle is not won. The constitution is being stomped on by authoritarian governors and people are losing their freedoms, rights, businesses, and sanity over an alleged virus with a 98.1% survival rate overall. There is ultimately no risk left, because we’ve already unwillingly sacrificed so much, so now more than ever people must stand firm, speak up, blow the whistle, take action, and fight like your life depends on it – because it does.

If the constitution is not upheld, the U.S. is headed for communism. That’s not conspiracy, that is fact, well laid out by the World Economic Forum for a one world governance. They themselves like to refer to it as the “New World Order” and “The Great Reset.” All anyone need do, is go review all of their videos or their “Great Reset” interactive map of how they plan to control the world and all of the people in it.

It is so important for the younger generation to understand what is at stake and what we are fighting for, and for teachers to be brave enough to have open discussions about it. Whereas many teachers are caught up in the indoctrination system, there are still some wonderful teachers fighting for this country and for the next generations. One such example, is a history teacher in a small town who spent 12 weeks examining the U.S. Constitution in finite detail with his students, followed by a test and written paper the students were required to submit.

Afterward, the teacher asked if the students would be interested in comparing the U.S. Constitution with the Communist Party USA Constitution that was written in 2014. The students were intrigued, reviewed the information, and each wrote up their analysis. This is the analysis and observations through the eyes of a seventeen-year-old on how he compares the two constitutions. This has not been edited.

The U.S. Constitution vs The Communist Party USA Constitution

The U.S. Constitution was written in 1789 is the greatest government setup in all of history. On the other hand the Communist Constitution which was written in 2014 is possibly one of the worst things I have ever had the opportunity to read. Top to bottom I’ve never seen something so ignorant and destructive to our free nation. I love our constitution and all the liberties it grants us and I hope no one gets enough power and corruption to alter or abolish it.

One of the few similarities between both constitutions is that they are set up similarly, starting with a preamble and the government is setup article by article. The communist constitution copies the American Constitution in this aspect, but the words inside of the preambles are infinitely different.

To start the U.S. Constitution the words “we the people” is written. This ensures all the people no matter your race, religion, or wealth, are all equal under the law and jurisdiction of the United States. The preamble of the communist constitution begins with “the communist party of the U.S. is of and for the people,” it does not include anything about equality under the laws and goes further to clearly discriminate against straight white males later under in the preamble.

The Communist Constitution is not for freedom, equality, and a strong united people. They assume the human race is perfectible, while our U.S. Constitution acknowledges that it is not, we will strive for perfection no matter what. The U.S. Constitution states we will provide for the common defense, on the other hand, the Constitution of the Communist says nothing that could lead to a strong military to protect the people, instead they attack capitalism argue for minority and reproductive rights.

NASA Centers Collaborate to Advance Quiet Supersonic Technology During Pandemic

wo NASA centers on opposite sides of the countries are finding new ways to work together to support the agency's mission to develop quiet supersonic technology, in spite of thousands of miles of distance and a global pandemic.

Using their available labs, Kennedy Space Center in Florida is building tools in collaboration with Armstrong Flight Research Center in California, which NASA will use in support of the X-59 Quiet SuperSonic Technology X-plane, or QueSST.

Flying at faster-than-sound speeds over communities around the U.S., the X-59 will demonstrate technology to reduce the loud sonic booms, typically heard below aircraft flying at supersonic speeds, to a quieter noise similar to a car door closing in the distance. The X-59 will demonstrate to regulators through collected data that quiet supersonic flight is possible.

However, before the X-59 begins community overflights, NASA researchers need to validate the X-plane's acoustic signature through tests.

A project under NASA's Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate called SCHAMROQ, which stands for Schlieren, Airborne Measurements, and Range Operations for QueSST, is preparing the tools and test techniques to execute these tests at Armstrong. When a reduced capacity to develop these tools materialized during the COVID-19 pandemic, Armstrong turned to Kennedy to provide a helping hand, and to help ensure the project's progress.

"It's neat working with a space center," said Matthew Moholt, deputy project manager for SCHAMROQ. "Their willingness and eagerness to help out a sister center is welcomed and appreciated. When you have another center willing to help out and do critical work that's critical to your schedule, that's really significant."

During supersonic flight, planes create shockwaves that merge together as they travel through the air to produce the sonic boom. Moholt says SCHAMROQ aims to build and test multiple tools to help researchers observe and validate these same shockwaves during quiet supersonic flight.

These tools include the Shock Sensing Probe, a device that will evaluate the characteristics of the X-59's shockwaves while in flight, a schlieren photography technique to visualize the X-59's shockwaves as they distort light through a camera, and a navigation software that will allow pilots to fly accurately during X-59 tests.

Moholt said all of this technology will be placed on a NASA F-15 research aircraft, which will take on the role of a chase plane, following the X-59 in the sky during flight tests to collect data.

"We have this big effort to instrument and put all the research systems into the F-15 that allows it to fly all of these technologies," Moholt said. "As the pandemic hit, it was right in the peak of getting instrumentation wiring put through it so that all of our instrumentation systems could get put in, and our electronic fabrication shop was impacted by that."

This SCHAMROQ technology needs to be tested to ensure it can withstand the demands of supersonic flight while onboard NASA's F-15. Deputy instrumentation lead Matthew Waldersen said part of the testing process requires the usage of a network switch with cables - similar to an ethernet network, but for airplanes.

Waldersen explained that, to help ensure the project remained on schedule, Kennedy Space Center was contacted to build cables for the network switch.

"We reached out to their branch chief, and they said 'yeah, we want to take this work on,'" Waldersen recalls. "'We have the capacity, we've got the staff, we've got the ability to do it', so this is fantastic."

Jeff Crisafulli, branch chief of testing and design in Kennedy Space Center Engineering, said Kennedy identified onsite subcontractors capable of building these cables.

"These are highly skilled technicians, with 25-30 years of experience fabricating and designing, the NASA way," Crisafulli said. "They're considered part of the team."

Crisafulli said each center at NASA has their own unique skillsets that they bring to the table, and that it is good to share knowledge. This collaboration between an aeronautics center like Armstrong and a space center like Kennedy reinforces one of NASA's goals - working together for the benefit of the future.

"This is a unique opportunity to help out our buddies at Armstrong by providing this fabrication service," Crisafulli said. "It goes back to the 'One NASA' idea - we are 'One NASA'. This is a good example of pathfinding and opening up the door to some potential future work together."

Articles of Impeachment Filed Against Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine Over Abuse of Power During Coronavirus Pandemic

A total of 12 articles of impeachment have officially been filed against Ohio Governor Mike DeWine over abuse of power during the Chinese coronavirus pandemic.

Ohio State Rep. John Becker (R) was joined by Representatives Candice Keller (R), Nino Vitale (R), and Paul Zeltwanger (R) in filing articles of impeachment against Governor DeWine, according to a report by Cleveland 19 News.

The representatives argue that DeWine has abused his power during the pandemic, noting that the governor vetoed Senate Bill 55 — and threatened to veto other General Assembly legislation, including Senate Bill 311 — which seeks to severely limit the governor’s power during a pandemic.

“Governor DeWine’s mismanagement, malfeasance, misfeasance, abuse of power, and other crimes include, but are not limited to, meddling in the conduct of a presidential primary election, arbitrarily closing and placing curfews on certain businesses, while allowing other businesses to remain open,” said Rep. Becker’s office in a statement.

“He weaponized the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation to bully and harass businesses and the people; to enforce a statewide mask mandate and other controversial measures of dubious ‘value,’ making Ohio a hostile work environment,” the statement added.

The statement goes on to cite the governor’s inclusion of places of worship during shutdown orders, as well as the implementation a statewide mask mandate, which has been in effect in one way or another since the summer.

“Rather than hearing the cries of Ohioans, Governor DeWine continues to stifle those cries by finding more inventive ways to use masks to muffle the voices of the people,” said Rep. Becker in his statement.

“He continues to have callous disregard for the fact that his isolation policies have led to a shockingly high number of suicides, alarming rates of drug abuse, persistently high unemployment, and the forced abandonment of the elderly by their loved ones,” the representative added.

Becker first announced his decision to file articles of impeachment against DeWine in August, citing the same issues.

According to Ohio’s Constitution, the State House of Representatives has the sole power of impeachment, but a majority of members are needed in order for impeachment to concur. It would then go to the State Senate, with a two-thirds vote needed to convict a governor of impeachment.

UAE Condemns "Heinous" Killing Of Iran Scientist In Rare Break From Israel-Gulf Axis

Last Friday's assassination of top Iranian nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh is putting immense strain on the newly 'normalized' ties between the United Arab Emirates and Israel.

The UAE late on Sunday issued a statement strongly denouncing the attack that it called a "crime" that could destabilize the region. This after Tehran has vowed to retaliate, yet without giving details of what form this might take.

The UAE "condemns the heinous assassination of Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, which could further fuel conflict in the region," the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation said, as cited in Bloomberg.

"The state of instability our region is currently going through, and the security challenges it faces, drive us all to work towards averting acts that could lead to escalation and eventually threaten the stability of the entire region," it added.

Signed on September 15, the 'Abraham Accords' opened up formal diplomatic relations and economic dealings between Israel and the tiny oil-rich Gulf country for the first time in history.

Bahrain was also involved, and Sudan is said to be the next Arab League member to normalize ties, with the State Department now urging Saudi Arabia to follow.

As Bloomberg notes of the significance of the UAE condemning this latest attack:

"The denunciation late Sunday was significant both because of the historically strained relations between Sunni Gulf Arab states and Shiite Iran, and the fact that Tehran has blamed the attack on Israel, which recently signed a normalization deal with the UAE."

Jordan is also the latest regional voice to condemn the brazen assassination which occurred east of Tehran last week.

Some current and former diplomats in the West have also condemned the killing, widely suspected to have Israeli or even US intelligence involvement, as it sets a precedented that could open tit-for-tat illegal assassinations as a modus operandi for score settling among rival powers in the region.

New York Times Op-ed: Challenging Election Results Makes Trump Hitler

The New York Times published an op-ed Monday that suggested President Donald Trump is like Nazi dictator and mass murderer Adolf Hitler because he is challenging election results in court.

The Times won the Pulitzer Prize in 2018 for its reporting on “Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and its connections to the Trump campaign, the President-elect’s transition team and his eventual administration.” There was no evidence of collusion, though the Times‘ reporting, which was never tested in a court of law, was used to cast doubt on the legitimacy of the 2016 election.

Nevertheless, the Times has decided that Trump’s legal challenges warrant comparison to Nazi Germany. Contributing writer Jochen Bittner, who is also affiliated with Germany’s Die Zeit, argued that Trump’s claims of voter fraud are like Germany’s belief that sabotage led to defeat in World War I:

[W]atching President Trump’s “Stop the Steal” campaign since Election Day, I can’t help but see a parallel to one of the most dreadful episodes from Germany’s history.

One hundred years ago, amid the implosions of Imperial Germany, powerful conservatives who led the country into war refused to accept that they had lost.

Among a sizable number of Germans, it stirred resentment, humiliation and anger. And the one figure who knew best how to exploit their frustration was Adolf Hitler.

Bittner acknowledges that comparing Trump to Hitler is “absurd,” then proceeds to do exactly that, noting that stories about the supposed sabotage were “the heart of Nazi propaganda, and instrumental in justifying violence against opponents.”

He concludes that what happened in Germany in the 1920s and 1930s is “exactly what is happening in the United States today.”

The Times has never apologized for its Russia coverage.

Addressing her guest former Republican Party Chairman Michael Steele, Wallace said, “It is always dangerous when he lies to his voters, but it is creating an unprecedented and perhaps unsustainable instability to make his supporters, to make half of this country doubt the validity of Joe Biden’s victory.”

Steele said, “I think we have to step back a moment and say that Donald Trump didn’t have to do a lot of convincing here. Donald Trump didn’t have to do a lot of lying to his supporters. He picked a scab in which they already believed a lot of this.”

Wallace said, “I understand the how. What I don’t understand is the why. Because this isn’t just, you know, an anti-elite world view, stick it to the mainstream media, they’re out to get us. This is a lie. It is a lie. I don’t understand why Roy Blunt goes along with the lie. I don’t understand why Asa Hutchinson says, ‘Oh, we got to let this play out.’ There’s nothing to play out. “Rather than hearing the cries of Ohioans, Governor DeWine continues to stifle those cries by finding more inventive ways to use masks to muffle the voices of the people,” said Rep. Becker in his statement.

“He continues to have callous disregard for the fact that his isolation policies have led to a shockingly high number of suicides, alarming rates of drug abuse, persistently high unemployment, and the forced abandonment of the elderly by their loved ones,” the representative added.

Becker first announced his decision to file articles of impeachment against DeWine in August, citing the same issues.

According to Ohio’s Constitution, the State House of Representatives has the sole power of impeachment, but a majority of members are needed in order for impeachment to concur. It would then go to the State Senate, with a two-thirds vote needed to convict a governor of impeachment.

The Army Saturday morning identified the five soldiers killed Thursday in a helicopter crash while on a peacekeeping mission in the Sinai.

Capt. Seth Vernon Vandekamp, 31, from Katy, Texas, Chief Warrant Officer 3 Dallas Gearld Garza, 34, from Fayetteville, North Carolina, Chief Warrant Officer 2 Marwan Sameh Ghabour, 27, from Marlborough, Massachusetts, Staff Sgt. Kyle Robert McKee, 35, from Painesville, Ohio and Sgt. Jeremy Cain Sherman, 23, from Watseka, Illinois, were among seven killed when the helicopter crashed.

A French and Czech service member were also killed in the crash, officials said.

The Czech Republic’s military confirmed one of the fatalities of the Black Hawk’s crash was Czech Sgt. Maj. Michaela Ticha. French military officials identified lieutenant-colonel Sébastien Botta as the French casualty.

One U.S. service member was also injured in the crash, but has not been identified.

A defense official told Military Times on Thursday that there is “zero indication of malicious activity” involved in the crash.

An Egyptian official said the UH-60 Black Hawk was on a reconnaissance mission and crashed near the island of Tiran, apparently because of a technical failure. MFO officials said an investigation was underway but gave no further details.

Big Tech Has Some Invoices for Joe Biden

The presidential election of 2020 may have had more moving parts than any other in the history of the United States. There was the baggage from 2016. There was the ever-present potential for fraud with mail-in ballots. There was the Chinese Bat Flu. There was the complete abdication of journalistic responsibility by the mainstream media. One factor that is becoming more and more apparent is the role Big Tech played in placing a heavy thumb on the scale to help Joe Biden.

My colleague Victoria Taft wrote last week that Google’s machinations alone may have been worth 6 million votes for The Masked Groper. Add to that the full-scale suppression by social media giants Twitter and Facebook of the damaging news about Hunter Biden in October and Big Tech may have influenced this election as much, if not more, than the stupid pandemic.

That kind of help isn’t given to politicians by corporations and industries with out asking for something in return. Usually a lot of something. Get ready for the multi-headed Big Tech monster to show up in Washington with a heavy list of demands for Biden’s puppeteers if he makes it to Inauguration Day.

Google is crafting plans to convince the incoming Biden administration to allow it to continue its growing monopoly over the internet.

The company, facing an antitrust suit from the Department of Justice and heightened public opposition to its power, will conduct an aggressive campaign on the Biden administration, including deploying an army of lobbyists paid millions of dollars and mobilizing tech insiders within the administration.

Google will find it far easier to influence the Biden administration than the Trump administration. While the Trump administration pursued a policy of toughness against Google, including filing the antitrust suit accusing the company of unlawfully maintaining monopolies in search and search advertising, Biden will surely be friendlier to the company’s monolithic power, as he spent his eight years in an administration entirely deferential to Big Tech.

Leaving Twitter and Facebook out of the conversation for the moment, just ponder the idea of Google becoming even more powerful. The Democrats spent the last four years caterwauling about Russian influence on our elections. It never happened, but we were all supposed to be oh-so-concerned.

The Google influence most definitely did happen. While Google may not be a foreign agent, undue influence on American elections from any source is something to be feared. The American electorate is only truly empowered when it is adequately informed of the stakes. Big Tech has enormous control over what the public does and does not see when it comes to information. Google is far and away the most powerful company in the mix.

President Donald Trump called in to a hearing with Republican lawmakers in Arizona Monday, praising them for fighting back against Democrat election fraud.

“What they did is they played game, and games like nobody has ever seen before,” Trump said, referring to the Democrats. “This is the first time that Republicans or the first time anyone has fought back.”

The audience applauded and cheered when they heard the president’s voice, as his attorney Jenna Ellis held the phone to a microphone.

The president claimed that he won the swing states of Arizona, Michigan, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, reminding supporters that he earned 11 million more votes than he did in 2016.

“I’ve been watching the hearings and they’re fascinating, incredible,” he said.

The president praised all of the in-person witnesses who noted voting and counting anomalies in the state, where Biden finished with a lead over Trump of 10,457 votes.

“I know some get heat, but many more get praise from the American public,” Trump said.

Trump appeared furious that Arizona certified the election results on Monday as the Republican hearing about fraud was taking place. He accused Republican Gov. Doug Ducey of rushing the certification process, despite questions about the election’s integrity.

“On top of it, you have a governor named Ducey,” he said as the crowd booed. “He just rushed to sign certificates … what’s that all about? He didn’t have to sign it. I say, why would he sign when you have these incredible hearings going on that’s showing such corruption and such horrible fraud?”

The audience applauded in agreement.

“You have to figure out what that’s all about with Ducey. He couldn’t go fast enough,” Trump said, He added, “We’re not going to forget what Ducey just did.”

The president repeated allegations of voters who arrived to cast their ballot to find out it was already filled out, people paid to vote, and mail-in ballots that were processed without Republican election observers.

“This shows how arrogant the Democrats and others were in taking away and stealing an election,” he said.

Trump noted that he also faced criticism for fighting for voter integrity, noting that people repeatedly urged him to choose the “easier route” and focus on 2024.

“I said, ‘No,'” he recalled. “I have to focus on two weeks ago. This is the greatest scam ever perpetrated on our country.”

The president praised Arizona Republicans for holding the hearing, despite widespread criticism from corporate media.

“We admire all of the people, and that includes all of these representatives that are up there and doing a great job,” Trump said. “What they don’t realize is that they might hear some things, but they’re becoming legend for taking this on.”

The president again praised Rudy Giuliani for having the courage to fight when other lawyers backed down.

“This is the most important thing that you’ve ever done,” he said.

New York is preparing to recruit retired doctors and nurses to staff hospitals dealing with a surge in coronavirus cases, Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) said Monday.

The governor called it a “new phase in the war against COVID [Chinese coronavirus],” according to the New York Post, adding that daily hospitalizations across the state are almost quadruple what they were in June.

Cuomo said every hospital in New York must compile a list of retired doctors and nurses they can call on because of staffing problems in some areas.

“I am very worried about staff shortages. I’m more concerned about the staff shortage than I am the [number of hospital] beds. We can build beds. We can’t create more staff. And the staff is starting tired,” he explained.

In a tweet Monday morning, the governor shared an infographic titled Initiate Emergency Hospital Procedures, with the first point reading, “Staff shortage: identify retired nurses and doctors NOW”:

In a subsequent post, Cuomo told residents to stop attending small gatherings immediately.

“Hospitalizations are climbing — statewide. What can you do? Cut out the small gatherings. Now. 65% of all cases are traced to small gatherings. Gov’t can’t enforce who’s in your living room. But you can,” he wrote.

As his state prepares to go into another lockdown that could put thousands out of work, Cuomo accepted his International Emmy Award last week by claiming victory and saying his press conferences offered “authentic truth and stability,” according to Breitbart News.

“In what became a Cuomo love-in for the so-called ‘Love Gov,’ a chorus of celebrities joined in to sing the governor’s praises,” the report continued:

Absent from the ceremony was any mention of Gov. Cuomo’s March directive ordering New York nursing homes to accept COVID-19 patients, which caused the virus to spread like wild fire among that state’s elderly and infirm population. His decision contributed to the state’s COVID-19 mortality rate, which currently ranks as the second highest in the nation.

“Cuomo’s nursing home mandate reportedly led to 6,000 nursing home deaths from the coronavirus,” the article read.

WASHINGTON – U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is preparing for a surge in anticipated fraud by criminal networks related to COVID-19 vaccines and treatments. In response, ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) has launched Operation Stolen Promise 2.0, the next phase of strategic efforts to identify and prevent the production, sale and distribution of unapproved or unauthorized COVID-19 products and drugs.

ICE HSI has been actively working with many of the leading pharmaceutical companies that are currently developing vaccines and treatments.

“We are committed to protecting the American public and global supply chain from fraud related to COVID vaccines and treatments. We will continue to use our broad legal authorities and longstanding relationships with domestic and international law enforcement agencies and private sector partners to address this emerging public health threat, and will sustain our efforts to disrupt and dismantle criminal networks seeking to profit from the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Derek Benner, Executive Associate Director for HSI. “ICE HSI has been at the forefront of the government’s investigative response to COVID-19-related crime since the onset of the pandemic and will remain a leader in the fight to prevent vaccine fraud and to protect the health and safety of Americans.”

Based on current trends and through actionable intelligence, special agents anticipate that criminal organizations will continue to adapt and capitalize on public demand for access to vaccines and treatments as they are developed and approved. With that, the agency expects a surge in illicit attempts to introduce counterfeit versions of approved vaccines into U.S. and global marketplaces.

Despite widespread illness and death caused by COVID-19, many individuals and criminal networks are continuing to exploit the pandemic for illegal financial gains, using fraudulent schemes to source, produce, export or sell fake vaccines and related products, according to investigators.

To counter this emerging public safety threat, Operation Stolen Promise 2.0 will build upon Operation Stolen Promise, with the specific goal of countering the threat of counterfeit vaccines, treatments and supplies. ICE HSI will do this by disrupting and dismantling fraud schemes, removing illicit websites and other online marketplaces and seizing counterfeit or illicit vaccines and treatments. As part of this effort, the agency is also highlighting ways that the public can protect itself against fraud involving counterfeit vaccines and treatments. ICE encourages the public to visit ice.gov for additional information.

“Many people, both in government and in industry, are working hard to ensure that the vaccines are properly developed, and once approved, properly and efficiently distributed through a secure supply chain,” said Steve Francis, director of ICE HSI’s Intellectual Property Rights Center. “From production to distribution, these vaccines will require a great level of care and technology along the way in order to ensure they will be effective when they reach the patient. The public should not accept anything from an unapproved source, as an unapproved source can never guarantee that the vaccine is legitimate or that it has been properly stored and transported,” he said.

ICE launched Operation Stolen Promise in April 2020 to protect the Homeland from the increasing and evolving threat posed by COVID-19-related fraud and criminal activity.

As of November 25, 2020, the agency has seized more than $26 million in illicit proceeds; made 170 arrests; executed 148 search warrants and analysed more than 69,000 COVID-19 domain names. Working with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, more than 1,600 shipments of mislabelled, fraudulent, unauthorized or prohibited COVID-19 test kits and other related items have been seized.

Pennsylvania House GOP leaders: Lawmakers won't meet again this year

The Republican leaders of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives announced late Saturday that they will not be returning to session this year, a move that would appear to preclude any possibility of lawmakers interceding in the 2020 election. House Speaker Bryan Cutler, R-Quarryville, and Majority Leader Kerry Benninghoff, R-Bellefonte, released a joint statement saying that they would not be calling their chamber to Harrisburg on Monday, the final possible day for the 2019-20 session of the Legislature to meet. “We are physically unable to consider any new legislation before the end of session,” they wrote in the statement. “A simple resolution takes three legislative days for consideration and a concurrent resolution takes five legislative days to move through both chambers, which means we do not have the time needed to address any new resolutions in our current session.”

Article III, Section 4 of the state constitution requires that bills be considered on three different days by each chamber. A simple resolution originates from a single chamber, while a concurrent resolution must move through both. After Monday, there can be no further meetings of the Legislature this year. Article II, Section 4, decrees that the 2021-22 session of the Legislature will begin on the first Tuesday of January, which will be Jan. 5, 2021. Given that the House won’t meet before the Electoral College gathers to pick the next president Dec. 14, President Donald Trump’s hopes that state lawmakers in Pennsylvania would step in and choose electors appear to be dashed. Trump and his allies have alleged that presumed President-elect Joe Biden’s victory in the Nov. 3 election was the result of widespread fraud, including in Pennsylvania. He tweeted that Republican-controlled legislatures in the states where he disputed the results should hold votes to pick a new slate of electors. “Why is Joe Biden so quickly forming a Cabinet when my investigators have found hundreds of thousands of fraudulent votes, enough to ‘flip’ at least four States, which in turn is more than enough to win the Election?” Trump tweeted Nov. 21. “Hopefully the Courts and/or Legislatures will have the COURAGE to do what has to be done to maintain the integrity of our Elections, and the United States of America itself. THE WORLD IS WATCHING!!!”

Trump’s assertions found a receptive audience among several dozen conservative Pennsylvania lawmakers, including state Sen. Doug Mastriano, who called for a Nov. 25 meeting of the Republican-controlled Senate Majority Policy Committee in his district to hear allegations that Pennsylvania’s vote count was hopelessly compromised. Those who spoke at the hearing included Trump himself, via cellphone; his attorneys, Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis; and a number of Republican- and campaign-aligned supporters. Mastriano and his allies also touted resolutions that they said would lead to lawmakers picking the electors, but the statement from Cutler and Benninghoff appeared to end any possibility of that taking place. With the legislative window apparently closed, Trump’s sole remaining path to claiming Pennsylvania’s 20 electoral votes is likely via the federal courts. As of Sunday morning, his prospects were not promising on that front, either.

A federal lawsuit brought by the campaign was dismissed by U.S. District Court Judge Matthew Brann on Nov. 21, and that dismissal was upheld by a federal appeals court Friday. Giuliani and Ellis have vowed to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. The other major lawsuit that could conceivably lead to a Trump victory in the Keystone State, brought by U.S. Rep. Michael Kelly, congressional candidate Sean Parnell and others, was dismissed Saturday by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Parnell indicated on Twitter that the lawsuit would be refiled in federal courts. Meanwhile, Cutler and Benninghoff said in their statement that they remained concerned by the allegations raised about the legitimacy of this year’s election. “It is obvious Pennsylvania’s election processes are in dire need of repair,” they wrote. “Our work to ensure the chaos and confusion of the 2020 election are not repeated will continue in the next legislative session.”

Islamists Massacre Scores of Rice Farmers in Cold Blood in Northeast Nigeria

Militants from the Boko Haram Islamic terror group slit the throats of at least 70 farmers Saturday in Borno State, northeast Nigeria, according to local reports.

Eyewitnesses to the attack said the farmers “were rounded up and summarily slaughtered by the armed insurgents” just as residents of the state were voting to elect local government council officials for the first time in 13 years.

The former leader of the Borno Farmers Union, Hassan Zabarmari, said the farmers were working in rice fields in the Garin Kwashebe village of Borno State when members of the terror group attacked them.

“It was a sad incident that took place at about 11 a.m today,” Mr. Zabarmari said Saturday. “The farmers were attacked at the Garin-Kwashebe rice field, and according to reports reaching us since afternoon, about 40 of them were killed.”

The death toll of the massacre was initially reported as 43 victims but on Sunday, Borno State Gov. Babagana Umara Zulum adjusted the figure, noting that the number of confirmed dead had risen to 70.

According to Ahmed Satomi, a member of Nigeria’s House of Representatives, the militants likely attacked the farmers in retaliation, because on Friday they had disarmed and arrested a Boko Haram gunman who had been tormenting them.

Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari extended his condolences to the victims of the attack and their families, describing the jihadist killings as “senseless.”

“I condemn the killing of our hardworking farmers by terrorists in Borno State. The entire country is hurt by these senseless killings,” Mr. Buhari said. “My thoughts are with their families in this time of grief. May their souls rest in peace.”

Buhari, who has faced criticism for failing to stop the ongoing Islamist terror attacks, said his government is providing the armed forces with all the support needed “to protect the country’s population and its territory.”

Boko Haram launched a bloody insurgency in 2009 in northeastern Nigeria, killing more than 30,000 people and displacing another 3 million in just over a decade, according to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.

An investigation by National File has revealed multiple inconsistencies into the explanations for SharpieGate

Following an election fraud expert vindicating National File’s reporting during Monday’s hearing in Arizona, and having discovered multiple new inconsistencies in the official explanations, National File is issuing a fact check on the Arizona SharpieGate controversy.

The hashtag #SharpieGate went viral during the presidential election in Arizona, with multiple claims that Sharpies would invalidate the ballots of Trump voters, and has been subject to fact checks by various organizations. National File can reveal that within the fact checks, media commentary, statements from election officials and voting machine companies, there are serious inconsistencies within their stories.

In a viral video from Maricopa County, one woman explained how she saw the ballots of two people ahead of her get rejected when using Sharpies, but that hers went through fine using a ballpoint pen. After she began handing out ballpoint pens, the sheriffs were called by poll workers and she was ordered to stop handing them out.

Fact checkers then supposedly “debunked” this viral video. Politifact, Snopes, and Reuters, among others, highlighted a video produced on October 24th by Maricopa County election officials, explaining that Sharpies could be used, and were in fact recommended due to their ability to dry quickly. They also explained that new tabulation machines could read them, and they had a new ballot design that prevented bleedthroughs.
