Markets are generally trading as if we are all sailing fine seas on finer luxury yachts, basking in the sunshine and drinking gold-flecked cocktails. Guess what? We aren’t. In fact, there may potentially soon be an urgent need to find a safe harbour – if one can.

First, the US election (*again*). Sensible media say this is all over, and are focusing on Joe Biden’s socks. However, things might suddenly get stormy in the next 48 hours. Tuesday December 8 is so-called “safe harbor” day. Any state’s election outcome that is undisputed by that date is ‘locked’ into the Electoral College ahead of their actual vote on 14 December, which are sealed until read out and then approved by Congress on 6 January. (The figure who reads out those votes and choses which electors to select, if necessary is the Vice-President: worth remembering). Some constitutional scholars contend only 6 January matters, and some say only 20 January, presidential inauguration day. Regardless, there is a strong under-current of activity ahead of tomorrow’s “safe harbor”.

Supreme Court Justice Alito has moved forward the deadline from 4pm on Wednesday to 9am tomorrow for Pennsylvania to respond over appeals over the constitutionality of its vote-by-mail legislation. This could still mean Alito does nothing. However, having acted twice, and to within the “safe harbour”, there would appear a chance the Supreme Court acts. The question is how if so. Again, it may mean nothing; or it might invalidate some or all mail-in-votes, effectively flipping the state to Trump; or it saying that the election needs to be sent back to where the US constitution says power to appoint electors actually lies – the state legislature.

On which, there is a constitutional battle raging in at least three states: Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania. State Republican leadership is refusing to call special legislative sessions to discuss the election results, yet some state legislators appear close to claiming “plenary” constitutional authority over elections to recall themselves unilaterally. All they would technically need, it appears, is a simple majority. If so, they could *potentially* flip their Electoral College votes, or send competing electors, or not send any at all. This actually has historical precedent. It is unlikely, but far from impossible in the current heated political atmosphere in the US.

Further, with key election court cases still being held in the Arizona, Wisconsin, Nevada, and Georgia state supreme courts, as well as in other courts in those states and in Michigan, it is not unthinkable if still unlikely that the Supreme Court opts to roll several or all of them into one ruling **if it acts to try to find a clear resolution, either tomorrow or at least ahead of 14 December. In short, keep enjoying your gold-flecked cocktails - and maybe rightly so. Yet seasoned sailors know that sudden surprises do sometimes happen at sea.

Brexit presents a salient (and saline?) comparison. Since the day in 2016 when markets first choked on their gold-flecked cocktails at the UK referendum result, the assumption has consistently remained “there will be a deal”. With a timetable not much different from that in the US, the outcome is on even more on a knife’s edge. Access to fishing *may* be sorted, but the core issues of ‘level playing fields’ and ‘UK sovereignty’ certainly are not. Trade talks will continue today, and tonight PM Johnson will have to make a final call…and *potentially* then a statement to the nation that there will be no deal. (The only alternative will be to say talks continue until the EU summit on Thursday, the final deadline.)

In that case, as UK government analysis leaked yesterday makes clear, we end up with the ‘break-up of the USSR’ style border and supply-chain chaos nobody wants, and some food and medicines will be in short supply as soon as 1 January. At least we had a lot of practice during Covid-19.

The Swiss authorities suspend the authorization of Pfizer / BioNTech, AstraZeneca and Moderna vaccines.

The Swiss government ordered several million vaccines from three manufacturers in October. However, Swissmedic now claims that much of the information needed to start using the vaccines is missing and the process is therefore suspended.

The regulator stated that important safety, efficacy and quality data were still lacking and therefore contacted manufacturers again to provide further data from their studies. This was the case for all three coronavirus vaccine suppliers. Authorization to vaccinate in Switzerland is therefore postponed. They will start the licensing process at the beginning of 2021 at the earliest.

A federal judge in Michigan denied ex-Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell’s request to decertify the state’s election result and slammed her claims of a vast election-fraud conspiracy as an assault on hard-fought voting rights.

The suit against Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer and Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is one of those Powell, who is no longer associated with President Donald Trump’s legal team, filed last month and referred to as releasing the Kraken, a mythical sea monster depicted in the 1981 fantasy film “Clash of the Titans.”

Calling Powell’s claims of voting irregularities “an amalgamation of theories, conjecture, and speculation,” U.S. District Judge Linda V. Parker said in a ruling on Monday that the suit didn’t put forth the kind of evidence that would justify placing the election results in doubt to allow inspections of voting machines, software and security footage of polling places.

Judge Parker was appointed by Barack Obama. It’s hard to believe an Obama judge could even spell the word ‘amalgamation’ – lots of letters for liberal and biased judges.

The Daily Mail reported:

In a 36-page ruling, federal Judge Linda V. Parker finds the suit filed by Sidney Powell as part of her ‘Kraken’ lawsuits, lacks standing, proposes a remedy it is far too late to enforce – and critically undermines ‘faith in the democratic process.’

‘For these reasons, the Court finds that Plaintiffs are far from likely to succeed in this matter,’ she wrote in a scathing concluding passage.

World Economic Forum Delayed Until May, Will Take Place In Singapore, Not Davos

Singapore's quest to cement its reputation as the "Switzerland of the East" has just received a huge boost as the World Economic Forum, the international NGO that hosts the eponymous week-long conference in the Swiss ski resort town of Davos. To the financial press and readers alike, the annual event, which has been held every year since the early 70s, has simply become known as "Davos".

In more recent times, the annual extravaganza of panels, events, private parties, etc. has become synonymous with the global monied elite. Every year, the forum attracts not just business leaders and financiers, but academics, politicians, the press - commingling in an orgiastic freak-show of glad-handing and excess.

Every year, big shots from around the world fly to the Swiss mountain villa in droves, their private jets landing and departing by the thousands, as they gather to discuss pressing international problems like 'environmental sustainability', creating a picture of hypocrisy.

Those same jets will need to travel a little further, to Singapore this year.

Last year's forum went off without a hitch, since Davos is the first major event on the calendar in the new year, typically falling in the latter half of January. But this year, organizers have deemed it prudent to delay the event until May, since most of the westerners who typically constitute the vast majority of the audience should already have been vaccinated by then…at least, so they might hope.

The World Economic Forum will hold its 2021 annual meeting in Singapore ("the Switzerland of the east") instead of Switzerland, RTRS reported. Normally held in the ski resort of Davos each Jan, the 2021 gathering had been postponed due to the pandemic and scheduled for May.

Of course, since May isn't exactly ideal ski weather, it's understandable that the forum will need to move this year. And the choice of Singapore, which successfully suppressed several outbreaks rooted in the city-state's community of migrant workers, makes sense.

However, Dr. Fauci and others have warned that these projections aren't prophecies, and given all the complications that have emerged already, it seems presumptuous to schedule this type of an event for May when they could just host an all-virtual series of panels, like pretty much everybody else has done this year.

Georgia Senator David Perdue has become the target of blistering Twitter broadsides after refusing to debate his Democratic opponent, Jon Ossoff – but the senator’s campaign insists Ossoff still lost the one-person verbal duel.

In a scene befitting the strange political and social landscape of 2020, Ossoff debated an empty podium on Sunday night in what was supposed to be the first of two debates before a January 5 runoff election that will decide who will represent the Peach State in the Senate.

Perdue announced last month that he would not attend the debate, hosted by the Atlanta Press Club, but the event went ahead anyway.

The moderator for the verbal fisticuffs noted that Perdue “declined to participate in this debate and is represented by an empty podium.”

The event took on a surreal quality, with Ossoff being invited to ask a question that he would have put to Perdue, and then answer on his behalf. The Democrat used the occasion to rip into the Republican incumbent, accusing Perdue of being too “weak and afraid” to debate him.

Ossoff also argued that Perdue’s decision to skip the event revealed an “astonishing arrogance and sense of entitlement,” and even suggested that the senator declined to attend because he was afraid of “incriminating” himself.

The Democratic challenger has repeatedly pointed to allegations that Perdue made lucrative trades based on insider information that he obtained as a lawmaker, but his campaign insists that the senator has already been cleared of all wrongdoing.

Perdue’s absence seemed to irk many on social media, who seemed to agree with Ossoff’s criticisms.

“How can Georgians trust that their senator will fight for them in Washington if he won’t even show up to a debate to defend himself?” asked one peeved Twitter user.

Many others hurled verbal disapproval at the Republican lawmaker, with one person joking that the empty podium was actually an improvement over Perdue.

That podium is a better debater than Perdue, tells no lies and more courageous. To date it has also made no insider trades.

Gretchen Whitmer Extends Michigan Lockdown by 12 Days

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer extended the three-week coronavirus “pause” on Monday by “12 days” and claimed “hope is on the horizon.”

On November 15, Whitmer announced the state was regressing despite her relentless coronavirus orders and shuttered in-person dining as well as in-person learning for high schoolers.

Whitmer also restricted other activities, such as group exercise classes. Casinos, movie theaters, and bowling alleys were also mandated to be closed.

High school sports were canceled, while professional and college athletics were not.

Today, she said she was lengthening that “pause.”

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) said families should not gather indoors, “and only two households may gather inside, with strict protocols recommended.”

Whitmer recommended individuals wear masks “consistently whenever they are inside with individuals not in their household, and are recommended to pick only a small group to see regularly.”

“Hope is on the horizon, but we need an additional 12 days to determine the full impact of the Thanksgiving holiday on our efforts to mitigate the spread of the virus,” Whitmer said, adding, “This is all about protecting our families and frontline workers until we eradicate this virus once and for all.”

Whitmer said outdoor gatherings and outdoor dining are still permitted during the “pause.”

It is predicted to be as cold as 23 degrees in Lansing this week, according to Weather.com.

Whitmer said retail shopping, public transit, haircuts “by appointment,” and individualized gym exercise “are still allowed.”

Another Missing British Teen Girl Found in Syrian Camp for ISIS Brides

Nasra Abukar, who went missing from her London home aged 18, has been found at the Kurdish-run al-Hol camp for Islamic State family members in Syria, the same location where Shamima Begum was tracked down last year.

Ms Abukar had been persuaded to travel to Syria to marry jihadist Aseel Muthana six years ago, according to information obtained by The Times — the same newspaper that found Ms Begum in February 2019.

Abukar had two sons with the Muthana, Faris and Talha, with the former being killed in a coalition airstrike that also injured her husband. The Somali-heritage 24-year-old wants to return to the United Kingdom with her three-year-old surviving son; however, like Begum, she, too, has reportedly been stripped of her British citizenship after authorities deemed her a security risk.

The newspaper reports that social media posts allegedly attributed to the young woman showed her promoting life in the Caliphate and sneering at the 2015 Bataclan terror attacks, typing the word “Paris” followed by a “crying with laughter” emoji shortly after jihadists slaughtered 130 people.

The report claims that Nasra Abukar and her husband Aseel Muthana were committed to Islamic State to the very end, and were present at the terror group’s last stand at Baghuz in March 2019 when coalition forces drove out the jihadists.

Reports of Abukar’s marriage to Muthana, also 24, were reported by The Mirror two weeks ago when the terrorist told the left-wing tabloid he had last seen his wife at Baghuz.

The jihadist, formerly of Wales, said: “We were separated at that point and she was taken to a camp. I wrote to her and I believe the letter was passed on but I have never received a reply. My hope is that if I get jailed in the UK, her family might visit me.”

The ISIS bride’s mother, Kaha, has distanced herself from her daughter’s choices, claiming that she did not know her daughter had married an ISIS guerilla fighter and had not been in contact with her since she ran away. She said: “When Nasra left here, she was 18. She was an adult. It’s not my fault.”

Asked if she wanted to see her daughter and grandson, Kaha said, according to The Times: “It’s not in my hands if she can return. That’s for the government. I can do nothing for her.”

Journalist Assaulted, Arrested for Recording Police Extortion Act in Mexican Border State

Local police in the border state of Nuevo Leon arrested and roughed up a renowned journalist who photographed the moment when two officers extorted and harassed a street vendor selling Christmas ornaments. The reporter was listed as being under a government protection program for previous threats due to his work exposing corruption.

The case took place on Sunday afternoon in Monterrey when Juan Cedillo, a book author and journalist with Proceso Magazine, spotted two officers harassing and extorting a woman and her son selling Christmas ornaments. Cedillo photographed and documented the incident as the officers threatened the woman with arrest.

According to Cedillo, when the officers spotted him, they began to harass him despite being under the protection of police for his anti-corruption reporting. The program is meant to provide security measures for journalists who are targeted for their investigations.

According to the press freedom organization Article 19, the officers got their personal cell phones and took photographs of Cedillo before arresting him, a move that could be an intimidation tactic. During the arrest, the officers reportedly assaulted Cedillo and broke his computer. Three hours later, the officers released him without pressing charges.

The assault on Cedillo comes at a time when Mexico is considered by several press freedom organizations as one of the most dangerous places for journalists to perform honest reporting. Despite government assurances, there have been eight journalists murdered in Mexico in 2020.

The show recently launched its second season with the theme, “Exploring the Development of a New Socialist Countryside to the World.”

The show summarizes itself as allowing young “entrepreneurs from around the world to become apprentices in China’s remote and mysterious countryside, gaining hands on experience with the vast nation’s diverse ethnic groups.”

The show appears to be pushing propaganda on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party.

The Chinese Communist Party’s provincial government in Hunan boasts the show is a collaborative effort between Discovery and Chinese media company Mango TV but “under the instruction and supervision” of a host of Chinese Communist Party-controlled bodies:

The programme was made by Mango TV and Discovery Channel, and under the instruction and supervision of the Chinese State Council Information Office, National Radio and Television Administration, Hunan Provincial People’s Government Information Office, and Hunan Internet Information Office.

Chinese state-run media outlets have also praised The Day I Ran China, quoting senior party officials who heap praise on the show. Zhou Jihong, Director of the International Cooperation Bureau under the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television, celebrated how “the show is new in its angle of seeing China, its content and way of broadcasting.”

Ivan Raiklin has a plan for contesting the fraudulent election, which he posted on his Twitter account.

One constitutional lawyer has a plan for fighting this year’s election fraud, which he explained in great detail on his Twitter account.

“Here is what the US Constitution, Title 3 of the US Code and #WeThePeople demand occur over the next month,” Ivan Raiklin said, attaching a graphic.

The graphic lays out a serious of challenges, both in court and in Congress, which the GOP and supporters of President Donald J. Trump could execute in order to get to the bottom of exactly what happened on November 3.

The first step, according to Raiklin, is for the Supreme Court to rule in favor of Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA), who brought a lawsuit on behalf of the Trump campaign claiming that a 2019 law passed in Pennsylvania, which allowed for universal mail-in voting, is unconstitutional. According to Kelly, for such a law to be legal, an amendment would have to be passed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. The deadline for Pennsylvania, the defendant in the case, to respond to the Supreme Court is Tuesday.

Michigan will hold an election integrity hearing on Thursday, following similar hearings in other closely contested states.

Raiklin is also calling for the Director of National Intelligence to assess possible foreign election interference and present a report to President Donald J. Trump. That, according to Raiklin, would happen after the Department of Defense and its many federal law enforcement entities fully investigate election fraud, including fraud in the form of mail-in ballots and and absentee ballots.

The Congress, too, is an important piece of Raiklin’s plan, which details how the Senate Intelligence and Judiciary Committees, along with the House Judiciary Committee, could convene to investigate claims of fraud over the next 30 days.

Raiklin also calls for the postponement of the hotly contested Georgia U.S. Senate runoffs, slated for January 5, until full investigations into presidential election fraud are completed.

The final key component to contesting the election results, according to Raiklin, is mass protest by American patriots, particularly in key cities like Philadelphia, Detroit, Milwaukee, and others in swing states where election fraud appears to be most rampant.

Iraqi security forces detained a high-ranking Daesh* militant in the western province of Al Anbar, Yehya Rasool, a spokesman for the Iraqi military, said on Monday.

"Following intensive surveillance and high-level joint intelligence efforts, the Anti-Terrorism Directorate's Special Operations Unit carried out an operation in the Al Anbar province, which ended with the detention of a dangerous terrorist leader who holds the post of the so-called deputy governor of IS in Iraq," Rasool tweeted.

The spokesman also said that security forces had detained two terrorists in the central province of Saladin who took part in the battle of Tikrit in 2014, which resulted in a major Daesh victory and heavy casualties for Iraqi forces.

In late 2017, Iraq declared victory over Daesh, but the armed forces still conduct operations against militants and sleeper cells that are active in different parts of the country.

“The Class A drugs were detected at London Gateway on 12 November - having been concealed within a shipping container transported on a commercial vessel docked at the port - as part of routine inspections,” the Home Office said.

It added that the cocaine, which weighed a total of 1.06 kilos, “was suspected to have been placed in the cargo in Colombia and was bound for Antwerp, via Rotterdam.”

Using hi-tech search equipment designed to combat immigration crime as well as detect banned and restricted goods, Border Force officers were able to identify anomalies within the container cargo.

Home Secretary Priti Patel said that the “significant seizure” sends a “stark message” to drug traffickers, adding that the U.K. would “use every inch of our law enforcement powers to track down and stop drugs from coming” into the country.

The shipment makes for the second largest such seizure by British authorities over the past few months. Earlier in September, border force officers “found 1,155 kilos of cocaine in a shipping container loaded with paper which was bound for Antwerp,” the Home Office included in its statement.

“These significant seizures have taken a large amount of dangerous drugs off the streets, which not only reduces the significant harm they cause to communities but also makes a huge dent in profits of smugglers and dealers,” the Head of Maritime Command for Border Force, Steve Whitton, said.

Branch commander of the U.K. National Crime Agency (NCA), Jacque Beer, also stressed that the recent success of such actions by law enforcement have inflicted “a significant hit to the organized crime groups involved, meaning less profit for them to reinvest” in further criminal enterprises.

California DAs Blast Gov. Gavin Newsom's Apathetic Response to $1 Billion Prisoner COVID Benefit Scam

Frustrated California district attorneys are sounding the alarm about Governor Gavin Newsom’s apathetic response to the California prisoner unemployment scam that’s bilked state taxpayers out more than $1 billion dollars of COVID-19 relief funds. Nine DAs sent the governor a second letter which reveals the governor’s inaction on what could be the “biggest fraud of taxpayer dollars in California history.”

The district attorneys from nine of California’s largest counties recently called out the governor in an attempt to get him to respond to the huge scam that saw some of the worst criminals at San Quentin, such as murderer Scott Peterson, get $20,000 each in COVID related unemployment benefits. There’s so much fraud and there are so few checks and balances in the Employment Development Department program that PJ Media recently reported about a one-year-old baby receiving unemployment benefits.

Sacramento District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert and others held a news conference days ago to apply more pressure on the governor to address the unprecedented prison scam.

It includes rapists and child molesters, human traffickers and other violent criminals in our state prisons. It is perhaps and will be the biggest fraud of taxpayer dollars in California history. We need to turn off the spigot. Right now there is no cross-matching between the incarceration data and EDD [the Employmetn Developent Department] on a routine basis like it’s done in 35 other states.

Newsom’s lack of action on the issue and the DAs calling it out are sending secondary shockwaves.

In addition to Sacramento’s district attorney, the DAs from Ventura, San Diego, Fresno, El Dorado, Monterey, Lassen, Marin, and Riverside Counties signed a second letter outlining the “staggering” extent of the rip-off and strongly requested the governor get with the program to go after the criminals.

The letter claims that no one in Newsom’s administration tipped off the DAs to the huge scam. They had to rely on information from federal subpoenas from a federal task force looking into it.

It is unfortunate that law enforcement and prosecutors were not notified by any state agency of this pervasive fraud and had to rely on federal subpoenas to get the information. It was not until November 12, 2020, that the CDCR data with EDD claims was provided to the statewide task force. This data was provided in response to a federal Department of Labor subpoena served on CDCR in September. This information came to us from the federal government and not from the State of California, which had been previously provided with the data.

Within a matter of days, the statewide task force reviewed the data and found the staggering scope of the fraud. Earlier this week, we learned from media reports that the California Department of Labor set the inmate fraud at $400 million. We also received unverified information that EDD has distributed at least $1 billion dollars to out-of-state claimants. We are deeply concerned that the fraud will continue to grow exponentially.

The deputy principal at a high school in Sydney’s leafy northwest is accused of trying to meet and pay a 14-year-old girl for sex.

The deputy principal at a high school in Sydney’s northwest has been charged after allegedly trying to groom a child for sex.

Damian Wanstall, the deputy principal at Kellyville High School, was arrested in Westmead on Monday, accused of engaging in sexually explicit conversations with a person he thought was a 14-year-old girl – but was actually detectives from NSW Police.

It is alleged he tried to arrange to meet and pay the girl for sex.

Officers searched a home in Rouse Hill later on Monday where they seized several items including a laptop and an electronic storage device.

Mr Wanstall, 47, was taken to Granville Police Station and charged with using a carriage service to procure a child under 16 years for sexual activity and using a carriage service to transmit child abuse material.

He was refused bail and will front Fairfield Local Court on Tuesday.

Mr Wanstall had worked at the school for almost a decade.

Police will address the media later on Tuesday with more information.

Cornell Offers Minority Students Exemption from Mandatory Vaccine

Cornell University offers minority students an exemption from its flu vaccine requirement, citing the United States' "longstanding systemic racism and health inequities" as justification.

Cornell's health-requirement guidelines, which were first reported by Campus Reform, mandate that students studying on campus receive a flu vaccination. The university offers an exemption, however, for "students who identify as Black, Indigenous, or as a Person of Color" and have concerns about being required to take the vaccine.

The university cited current and historical systemic racism as an acceptable reason for minority students to seek an exemption.

"It is understandable that the current Compact requirements may feel suspect or even exploitative to some BIPOC members of the Cornell community," a university outline of the exemption reads. "Additionally, recent acts of violence against Black people by law enforcement may contribute to feelings of distrust or powerlessness."

While the university urges minority students to comply with the flu vaccine requirement to protect their health and that of others in the community, the health guidelines provide contact information for students who "may know the science and still feel distrusting of health care" to request an exemption.

The only other specifically outlined exception from the flu vaccine requirement is for medical or religious reasons. Nonexempt students who arrive on campus without the required vaccinations "will have a temporary hold placed on their registration status," according to Cornell Health. If Cornell finds them to be noncompliant, they will be charged a fee and "dis-enrolled from the university."

America settled into a new rhythm last week. The Left thought that if they repeated “debunked,” “baseless,” and “unproven” enough that we would all roll over. Instead, their prey fought back, and the parasites had to go rage in their impotent hatred for anything not as miserable as they are.

Leftists are — well, if one were to explain them to a child, one would say that they are the unhappy people. No matter how much money or power they get, they are never happy, and they blame the world for their own state of unhappiness.

This serves as their attempt to conceal the fact that the root of their unhappiness is that they keep looking for something external to themselves to make their minds orderly so that they can enjoy life. They have neurotic, solipsistic, individualistic, and neurotic minds.

From that unhappy state of mental disorganization they derive their “impulse to destroy,” namely a need to tear down anything that is not them or subservient to them. Leftists are the ultimate small angry people on a power trip, even if passive-aggressively.

They are the kind of people who vote in an election with zero consciousness of what choice they are making. For them, the election means only a chance to beat down the other guy. Leftists are the source of the football team cheerleader mentality in democracy.

Much of their anger comes from the fact that they are not necessary. If all Leftists died tomorrow, the line at Starbucks would be longer, your HOA would stop harrassing you for having shutters the wrong shade of off-white, and a profound scarcity of “expert opinion” would bless us with silence.

Leftists know this, which is why they use guilt as a weapon. Without guilt, they have nothing. When we feel no guilt for the fact that much of our species is self-destructing, and that Leftists want us to pay attention to their rantings, the Left loses its power and dies out quickly.

The Left also faces a somewhat permanent problem at this point. The Left makes its bread and butter by offering revolutions, or the idea that everything we think is true is wrong, and we can fix everything with this one simple, easy trick called equality.

It works great when Leftists are underdogs, but fails completely when they have been in control for awhile. After the 1960s, Clinton, and then Obama — the three most transformative periods for American society — the Left can no longer claim to be underdogs; rather, they are The Establishment.

Even more however they are suffering from a turnaround, since any unrealistic philosophy inverts a power structure by forcing it to cater to fixing the illusion, rather than applying a functional theory. The party of no rules and free stuff has become the party of regulations and taxes.

Worse even, they have run out of room to expand. Leftists are still hammering on the same ideas that they preached in the 1990s, 1960s, 1930s, and 1780s. They still want a society of no rules, free income, and pluralism, but we have that already and it does not work so well.

They just about had a solution in place — ethnically cleanse the native population by importing the people from the third world who always vote against the majority — but then Americans noticed that this had fundamentally transformed the country, and also wrecked the economy.

It turns out that having one ethnic group means that you have a high-trust society where people do not need to lock doors much, can collaborate even as strangers, and everyone roughly knows what they should be doing. Bring in another group — even the Irish — and your culture, trust, and efficiency go away.

Most people want the 1980s back since America was then still mostly under control by WASPs — Nordid-Cromagnid-Daleofaelids from Western Europe — and it ran a lot better than the mixed-race, mixed-class, and mixed-religion mass of squalling special interest groups that we have now.

Even more, people have wised up to globalism, which turns out to be the same thing as “world federalism” from the 1920s and the dream of Genghis Khan from seven hundred years ago, namely dominating the world in order to standardize, centralize, and dominate it with bureaucracy.

We have seen how that turns out too and we want out. The same “internationalists” who were spreading socialism and parasitic multinational corporations back in the 1930s are doing the same thing today, leaving poverty and chaos in their wake. They are simply parasites.

As a result, first the Tea Party and now the populists have risen against the New World Order, namely the globalist network of market socialist societies controlled by the rules of bureaucrats and the United Nations more than by their national leaders. We are controlled by unelected bureaucrats.

LAREDO, TEXAS – In spite of the dangers, Border Patrol agents from two checkpoints apprehended large numbers of individuals during two failed human smuggling attempts into the United States.

The first incident occurred during the mid-evening of December 4, when a tractor-trailer approached the checkpoint west of Freer, Texas. They were determined to be illegally present in the United States from the countries of Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, and Nicaragua. The individuals along with the driver, a U.S. citizen, were taken into custody pending investigation.

The second incident occurred on the evening of December 5, when a tractor-trailer approached the I-35 checkpoint. The driver failed to stop at primary inspection, but ultimately complied with agents’ commands to stop. A subsequent non-intrusive scan of the vehicle revealed anomalies in the trailer. When the trailer was opened, 80 individuals were discovered crammed inside from the countries of Mexico, Guatemala, and Honduras. In both incidences, most of the 218 individuals were not wearing any personal protective equipment (PPE). All subjects were medically evaluated for their safety and none required medical attention.

Laredo Sector Chief Patrol Agent Matthew Hudak stated, “These two cases illustrate the dangerous amount of human smuggling using large commercial vehicles. These vehicles are not made to carry people, putting the aliens at risk of life threatening injury and offer no protection from COVID-19 or other infectious diseases.”

2 Former Pfizer top Executives Issue Stay Motion to EU Medicine Agency Warning “Vaccines Could Cause Permanent Infertility”

Former Pfizer head of respiratory research, Dr. Michael Yeadon, and the former head of the public health department, Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg, have filed a petition for a stay of action asking the European Medicine Agency to suspend phase III of the clinical trials for Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine and all other clinical trials. They site “significant” safety concerns and request all trials are halted until specific criteria outlined in their stay action is met which will ensure efficiency and safety.

Yeadon and Wodarg claim that it’s not only possible the vaccine could provoke serious unwanted antibody and immune reactions, but it must be “absolutely ruled out” that the vaccine would not render women infertile by disrupting their placentas, should they become pregnant.

The grounds of the statement further states:

“…without the requested stay, the Petitioner and many EU residents/citizens will suffer irreparable harm, (ii) the request is not frivolous and is being pursued in good faith, (iii) the request demonstrates sound public policy, and (iv) the public interest favors granting a stay.”

the petition also states:

“If the vaccines are not properly tested, important public policy decisions regarding its use will be based on misleading evidence. The medical and economic consequences to EU member states and their residents/citizens could hardly be higher.”

Further it goes on to warn about the potential of the vaccine preventing “the formation of a placenta which would result in vaccinated women essentially becoming infertile”

Considering the serious possible side effects of the COVID-19 vaccines, it is critically important it is determined that they are safe before the public is widely expected, and coerce, to be vaccinated.

Since the CDC and agencies in other countries are moving towards sweeping new vaccine requirements, it would be grossly negligent to mandate these vaccines on the unsuspecting public without ensuring that these vaccines are not worse than the virus itself.

A top Clinton insider has revealed that the former president visited the Caribbean home of notorious sex predator Jeffrey Epstein. Band insisted that he knew nothing of Epstein’s misdeeds, but “got enough bad vibes that he advised Clinton to end the relationship,” refusing to travel aboard Epstein’s jet with his employer. Flight logs show Clinton made around two dozen trips on the infamous airplane.

Band is certainly a source in the know. For years he served as Clinton’s most trusted aide and confidant, traveling by his side and arranging his appointments for him. The former president famously did not carry even a cellphone, meaning that everyone from journalists to even Hillary and Chelsea Clinton would have had to go through Band to speak to him.

Band’s testimony adds weight to others who have already said they saw him on the island. Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre previously stated that Clinton “strolled into” Epstein’s private villa with “two lovely girls” in his arms. “There was no modesty between any of them,” she said. “I remember asking Jeffrey what’s Bill Clinton doing here,” Giuffre said in an interview earlier this year, “and he laughed it off and said ‘well he owes me a favor.’” Epstein’s former IT and maintenance contractor also said he saw the former president on the island, an assertion that Clinton has denied. The former president was also photographed receiving a massage from Epstein victim Chauntae Davies while at an airport, on route via the Lolita Express.

While the press might be forgiven for focussing more on the pandemic and the election, the virtual silence from corporate media has been deafening. The bombshell that Clinton’s closest confidant — whom friends describe as being like a “son” to him — has been totally ignored by the New York Times, Washington Post, NBC News, MSNBC, CBS News, and CNN, with no relevant results appearing in searches on their websites. ABC News, which for three years sat on information that could have resulted in an arrest, also did not cover the story.

It was therefore left to more Republican-aligned, anti-Democrat media to play it up, the news appearing in conservative outlets like the Daily Wire, Fox News, and the New York Post. Unfortunately, this reinforces a partisan understanding of the Epstein case. Earlier this year, a MintPress study of one year of Epstein coverage on MSNBC and Fox News found intensely partisan coverage of the predator’s ties to Presidents Trump and Clinton. While MSNBC stressed his connections to the Republicans and downplayed his links to their preferred president, Fox News did the opposite, overwhelmingly focusing on the Clinton connections while failing to inform viewers about his relationship with the sitting president.

China Spreading Misinformation About COVID's Origins As WHO Investigation Lingers

Something strange is going on at the New York Times, in that the paper all of a sudden seems keen on digging hard into the truth about the origins about Covid-19. In fact, as of last week, CNN appears to be doing the same.

This weekend the Times published a lengthy piece that looked into how China is peddling different stories to try and cover up the origins of the Covid pandemic. These efforts come as the World Health Organization readies an investigation into how the virus jumped from animals to humans.

In addition to reporting on China's misinformation, the piece also seemed to lend credence to the idea that the "official narrative" out of China (that got us banned from Twitter for some time) may not be the gospel the mainstream media once thought it was.

The NYT refutes deflections from China, where officials are now blaming everybody but themselves as the culprit for Covid. The article noted that "state news media has published false stories misrepresenting foreign experts" in order to suggest the virus came from outside of China.

One non-peer reviewed paper from the state run Chinese Academy of Sciences suggested that India could be to blame. It states: “Wuhan is not the place where human-to-human SARS-CoV-2 transmission first happened.” The paper was submitted to, and then mysteriously pulled by its authors from The Lancet.

The country is also pushing a narrative that frozen food from other countries could have started the pandemic. Wu Zunyou, the chief epidemiologist at the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention said recently: “More and more evidence suggests that the frozen seafood or meat products probably spread the virus from countries with the epidemic into our country.”

But experts have said "packaged food alone cannot explain why the first major outbreak took place in Wuhan."

Erin Baggott Carter, an assistant professor of political science at the University of Southern California, said the misinformation is to try and skirt blame, plain and simple. She said: “If Xi is able to escape blame for the coronavirus, that reduces one major source of discontent with his rule.”

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — The sheriff who gained national attention for criticizing Michigan’s stay-at-home order attempted to take on the state’s election processes, but his challenge was short-lived. In a request for a restraining order first filed Sunday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Barry County Sheriff Dar Leaf is listed in his official capacity as a plaintiff alongside seven county residents nominated to be a presidential elector for the Republican Party. A second filing showed up in court records for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan, according to online records. It’s not entirely clear when that filing was submitted, but it was sometime on Monday. Western District Chief Judge Robert Jonker, a President George W. Bush nominee, denied the motion by 3:45 p.m. Monday. Jonker noted “the Applications fail to demonstrate an entitlement to ex parte emergent relief even assuming an action has properly commenced. The Applications themselves are not verified.” His denial goes on to say that the “Plaintiffs’ Applications invite the Court to make speculative leaps towards a hazy and nebulous inference that there has been numerous instances of election fraud and that Defendants are destroying the evidence. There is simply nothing of record to infer as much, much less conclude that irreparable injury will occur before the defendants can be heard.”

FILING QUESTIONS MACHINES, MARKERS “Dar Leaf, the Barry County Sheriff, is aware experts have determined markers used in conjunction with Dominion voting machines, Dominion voting machines connected with the internet, in addition to numerous other concerns related to Dominion voting machines, likely impacts the accuracy of the election and his office intends to conduct a full investigation into reports,” Leaf’s filing stated. The exhibit attached to that paragraph is a February 2019 notice related to a review of the technology in Texas, which pointed to concerns that ultimately led to the state deciding not to use Dominion technology. The filing went on to ask the court to order the state “to preserve and maintain all election data, instruments, machines, and materials, electronic or otherwise.” It also wanted an “immediate order to impound all the voting machines and software in Michigan for expert inspection by the Plaintiffs, and any other relief the Court deems appropriate to preserve election evidence.” Relevant election data is always preserved, despite a memorandum circulated last week that has been used to allege Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is ordering election administrators to purge data. Benson rebutted the claims, saying that everything needed for audits is kept. That clarification has been added to the growing list of fact checks on the state’s election security website.

The Leaf filing cited a different lawsuit filed late last month that became known as “the Kraken.” That suit, brought by conservative attorney Sidney Powell, was dismissed Monday morning for being “less about achieving the relief Plaintiffs seek—as much of that relief is beyond the power of this Court—and more about the impact of their allegations on People’s faith in the democratic process and their trust in our government.” Affidavits included in the effort supported by Leaf mainly questioned the use of Sharpie-type markers being used at the polls, a concern that was previously addressed by Republican Kent County Clerk Lisa Posthumus Lyons, who explained they don’t cause any problems during tabulation. News 8 contacted the Barry County clerk Monday afternoon to discuss the same concerns, but had not heard back as of 4:30 p.m. Another assertion questioned the way in which results were reported after the polls closed. The specific affidavit, written by Jada Chadwick, pointed to Eaton County’s results being reported before Barry County’s. Eaton County does not use Dominion technology. Records show the county uses Hart InterCivic as a vendor. “I have no idea if my vote was even counted,” Chadwick’s affidavit concludes.

On influencing the United States, Mr. Di said, he could not provide further details about the work of Chinese agents without compromising their identities. There are still 24 days left in 2020, so of course there’s time for something that hasn’t occurred in nearly 800 years. Jupiter and Saturn, the two largest planets in the solar system, will soon line up and look like a double planet, a sight not seen since the Middle Ages. The rare celestial event will occur after sunset on Dec. 21, 2020, the start of the winter solstice. “Alignments between these two planets are rather rare, occurring once every 20 years or so, but this conjunction is exceptionally rare because of how close the planets will appear to one another,” Rice University astronomer Patrick Hartigan said in a statement. “You’d have to go all the way back to just before dawn on March 4, 1226, to see a closer alignment between these objects visible in the night sky.” Jupiter orbits the sun every 12 years, while Saturn’s orbit takes 30 years, and every couple of decades, Jupiter laps Saturn, according to NASA. The two gas giants have been getting closer and closer since the summer and from Dec. 16-25, the two will be separated by less than the diameter of a full moon. “On the evening of closest approach on Dec 21 they will look like a double planet, separated by only 1/5th the diameter of the full moon,” said Hartigan, a professor of physics and astronomy. “For most telescope viewers, each planet and several of their largest moons will be visible in the same field of view that evening.”

Hartigan said the best viewing conditions will be near the equator, but noted that the event will be observable anywhere on Earth. He also said the planetary duo will appear low in the western sky for about an hour after sunset each evening. “The further north a viewer is, the less time they’ll have to catch a glimpse of the conjunction before the planets sink below the horizon,” he said, although he added that the planets will be bright enough to be seen in twilight, which may be the best time for many U.S. viewers to observe the alignment. “By the time skies are fully dark in Houston, for example, the conjunction will be just 9 degrees above the horizon,” Hartigan said. “Viewing that would be manageable if the weather cooperates and you have an unobstructed view to the southwest.” “But an hour after sunset, people looking skyward in New York or London will find the planets even closer to the horizon, about 7.5 degrees and 5.3 degrees respectively. Viewers there, and in similar latitudes, would do well to catch a glimpse of the rare astronomical sight as soon after sunset as possible,” Hartigan said in his statement. He also said “those who prefer to wait and see Jupiter and Saturn this close together and higher in the night sky will need to stick around until March 15, 2080. After that, the pair won’t make such an appearance until sometime after the year 2400.”

Recall Newsom petition had more security than our election

I volunteered for a movement known as Recall Newsom, or recallgavin2020. It was an attempt at trying to recall California's current Governor, Gavin Newsom. I volunteered at various events hosted by other people, and even organized my own signing event.

I recently left California, so I really don't know what is going on with the movement. We had pages of petition sheets. Each page was for a specific county. Each sheet had room for 5 people to sign. The form needed the signer's full name, signature, and address.

If someone:

- Signed on the wrong county's page

- Didn't write out their name exactly as it is on their voter registration

- Abbreviated anything in their address (example: 123 Some Street > 123 Some ST.)

- let any of their writing go out of any of the proper boxes

- Had anything in an empty box to the right or left

- a few other things I don't remember currently

…their signature would be void.

Additionally, if someone wrote outside of their "area", the whole page was void. We had to get sticky notes to put on the page so people would not void the petition.

Oh, also, 100% of the signatures where matched, by hand.

So California requires signature matching for recalling the governor, but not for electing the next president? Wow.

Six months ago, Apple and Google introduced a new smartphone tool designed to notify people who might have been exposed to the coronavirus, without disclosing any personal information. But for the most part, Americans haven’t been all that interested.

Fewer than half of U.S. states and territories — 18 in total — have made such technology widely available. And according to a data analysis by The Associated Press, the vast majority of Americans in such locations haven’t activated the tool.

Data from 16 states, Guam and the District of Columbia shows that 8.1 million people had utilized the technology as of late November. That’s about one in 14 of the 110 million residents in those regions.

In theory, such apps could bolster one of the most difficult tasks in pandemic control: Tracing the contacts of people infected with the coronavirus in order to test and isolate them if necessary. In practice, however, widespread COVID-19 misinformation, the complexity of the technology, overwhelmed health workers needed to quickly confirm a diagnosis, and a general lack of awareness have all presented obstacles, experts and users say.

“There’s a lot of things working against it,” said Jessica Vitak, an associate professor at the University of Maryland’s College of Information Studies. “Unfortunately, in the U.S., COVID has been politicized far more than in any other country. I think that’s affecting people’s willingness to use tools to track it.”

Cops raid home of scientist who said she was fired for not doctoring COVID-19 data

Florida police on Monday raided the home of a former state data scientist who claimed she was fired from the Department of Health for refusing to doctor coronavirus figures.

Rebekah Jones posted video on Twitter showing officers with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement drawing their guns as they entered her house in Tallahassee.

“They pointed a gun in my face. They pointed guns at my kids,” she wrote.

Jones — who has been a vocal critic of Gov. DeSantis’ handling of the pandemic since she was canned in May — said agents seized her phone and computer.

“They claimed it was about a security breach. This was DeSantis. He sent the gestapo,” she wrote.

A police spokeswoman confirmed that officers served a search warrant at Jones’ home, the South Florida Sun Sentinel reported.

The warrant stemmed from an investigation into an alleged hack of the Department of Health’s messaging alert system used for emergencies.

On Nov. 10, someone used the alert system to send a message stating: “It’s time to speak up before another 17,000 people are dead. You know this is wrong. You don’t have to be a part of this. Be a hero. Speak out before it’s too late,” the newspaper reported.

About 1,750 of the messages went out before delivery was stopped, according to the search warrant.

Agents suspect someone at Jones’ home “illegally accessed the system,” the police spokeswoman said.

Jones denied hacking the system.

“I have never had access to that system,” she told the Sun Sentinel. “I am not a hacker. I do data statistics and analysis.”

George Gascon, L.A.’s Soros-Funded D.A., Sworn in; Ends Cash Bail, Death Penalty

George Gascon, the new George Soros-backed Los Angeles District Attorney, was sworn in on Monday, and immediately ended the use of cash bail for most crimes, while also barring prosecutors from seeking the death penalty in new cases.

Gascon appeared poised to do for L.A. what he did for San Francisco, a city now synonymous with petty crime, drug abuse, and sidewalk defecation. The out-of-town “progressive” ousted Jackie Lacey, the first African American woman to hold the office, with the support of millions from Soros, California’s left-wing establishment, and Black Lives Matter activists.

L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti initially backed Lacey, but then dumped her and backed Gascon after a summer of protests and riots.

The Los Angeles Times reported:

Los Angeles County Dist. Atty. George Gascón announced sweeping policy changes as he took office Monday, including a plan to end the use of cash bail in the nation’s largest court system and a ban on his prosecutors seeking sentencing enhancements in nearly all cases.

Gascón also said he expects to bring an end to misdemeanor prosecutions of most first-time, nonviolent offenders.

During his contentious campaign against the incumbent D.A., Jackie Lacey, Gascón had vowed more big changes, including barring prosecutors from seeking the death penalty in new cases and to end the practice of trying juveniles as adults. He followed through on both of those campaign promises Monday, announcing them among the slew of new policies he is implementing.

The moves have already drawn concerns from the ranks of the 1,200 deputy district attorneys who will now serve under Gascón, some of whom have complained that the new top prosecutor drew up many of these new positions without input from the office he is now set to oversee.

Local Fox affiliate KTTV 11 added:

Prosecutors will no longer request cash bail for any misdemeanor, non-serious or non-violent offense, Gascón announced. Prosecutors will still be able to request bail in very serious offenses articulated in the constitution until Jan 1. By Jan 1, Gascón’s office will detail infrastructure and specifics to end cash bail altogether, instead seeking detention when deemed necessary.

Additionally, the DA’s office will no longer seek enhancements of any kind (i.e. gang enhancements, three strikes, etc.), saying they undermine rehabilitation, exacerbate racial inequities and unnecessarily crowd jails and prisons. This policy will also be retroactive. The office estimates there could be up 30,000 cases eligible for re-sentencing.

Kim Kardashian — who has worked with President Donald Trump on prison reform — praised Gascon on Twitter:

Soros has spent millions backing left-wing prosecutors across the country, reshaping criminal justice as left-wing activists — many also backed by Soros — march in the streets demanding “defund the police.” Crime is up in major cities nationwide.

INDICTED: CEO Paid Former Coach $1.5 Million In Bribes To Get His Sons Accepted To Harvard, Feds Say

BOSTON – The former fencing coach at Harvard College and a Maryland businessman were indicted by a federal grand jury today in Boston with conspiring to secure the admission of the businessman’s two sons to Harvard in exchange for bribes totaling more than $1.5 million.

Peter Brand, 67, of Cambridge, Mass., and Jie “Jack” Zhao, 61, of Potomac, Md., were indicted on one count of conspiracy to commit federal programs bribery. Brand and Zhao were also each charged with one count of federal programs bribery. Brand and Zhao were arrested and charged by criminal complaint on Nov. 16, 2020.

According to the charging documents, Brand, the former head coach of men’s and women’s fencing at Harvard, conspired with Zhao, the chief executive of a telecommunications company, to facilitate the admission of Zhao’s sons to Harvard by recruiting them to join the men’s fencing team in exchange for money.

It is alleged that in or about May 2012, Brand told a co-conspirator, “Jack doesn’t need to take me anywhere and his boys don’t have to be great fencers. All I need is a good incentive to recruit them[.] You can tell him that[.]” In February 2013, as part of the alleged scheme, Zhao made a purported donation of $1 million to a fencing charity founded by a co-conspirator. Zhao’s older son was admitted to Harvard as a fencing recruit in December 2013, and matriculated in the fall of 2014. Shortly thereafter, the charity passed $100,000 on to the Peter Brand Foundation, a charitable entity established by Brand and his spouse. Thereafter, Zhao began making payments to, or for the benefit of, Brand.

In total, Zhao made over $1.5 million in payments to Brand, or for Brand’s personal benefit, even as Brand recruited Zhao’s younger son to the Harvard fencing team. Zhao allegedly paid for Brand’s car, made college tuition payments for Brand’s son, paid the mortgage on Brand’s Needham residence, and later purchased the residence for well above its market value, thus allowing Brand to purchase a more expensive residence in Cambridge that Zhao then paid to renovate. Zhao’s younger son matriculated to Harvard in 2017. Brand allegedly did not disclose the payments to Harvard when recruiting Zhao’s sons.

Michigan attorney general Dana Nessel recently posted a tweet indicating that her adopted son was so triggered after hearing “Merry Christmas,” he nearly broke out in tears.

“Let me begin by wishing you all a very Merry Christmas. Remember the word? Remember we started five years ago and I said “You’re going to be saying Christmas again,” and we say it proudly again although they’ll be trying to take that word again out of the vocabulary. We’re not going to let them do that,” she wrote in her first since-deleted tweet.

Nessel made it clear that President Trump’s support of Christmas has triggered her greatly, as this “empowered” LGBT leader is apparently so weak-minded that she is agitated by the smallest of microaggressions.

“I remember the first time I was at a store with my son and an employee said “Merry Christmas” to us. My son looked devastated as asked “Are we the only people who don’t celebrate Christmas?” I answered “No, and we are just as American as everyone else.” Glad @JoeBiden knows that,” Nessel wrote in a subsequent tweet.

After being humiliated over her initial tweets that were later deleted, she followed up with a defense of “Happy Holidays” on the basis that it honors the diversity that has become America’s de facto state religion as the nation disintegrates:
