Investment giant Blackstone BX.N is offering a sweetener to buyers as it tries to speed up the sale of 8,400 properties in Spain in the teeth of the country's deepest recession on record. Two Blackstone units, Aliseda and Anticipa, said on Tuesday they would reimburse buyers up to one tenth of the sale price if their property dropped more than a tenth in value in the three months after a deal is sealed. “We detected the current context was generating uncertainty for buyers, and wanted to provide them with security and send a message of confidence in the Spanish real estate market,” said Aliseda communications director Jaime Navarro.

Blackstone bought the real estate portfolio, known as “Quasar”, in 2017 from Santander, Spain’s biggest lender, which had acquired it for 1 euro in 2016 following the collapse of its previous owner Banco Popular. Aliseda took control of the portfolio and placed it on sale in 2018, but many properties remain on the market as the COVID-19 pandemic plunges Spain into a deep recession. The portfolio being advertised is valued at 1.035 billion euros ($1.22 billion), with 640 million being handled by Aliseda, which is selling 5,700 properties. Hola Pisos - Anticipa’s commercial outfit - is selling 2,700 properties, valued at 395 million. To decide whether a buyer qualifies for the 10% reimbursement, Blackstone will consult the price index compiled by Spain’s infrastructure ministry for each province. Navarro said the offer did not imply a prediction prices would fall in coming months, and that his company did not make forecasts. There are, however, signs that Spain’s economic paralysis has hurt real estate.

The presence of funds as major property owners in Spain is politically controversial, with the current administration decreeing in March a four-month moratorium on rent for tenants whose landlords owned eight or more properties.

Metro Health tweaks instructions to case investigators

In an about-face, the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District is instructing its case investigators to advise those who lack symptoms of COVID-19 but test positive in an antigen test to isolate and quarantine.

That’s a shift from last month, when case investigators were told to inform such patients that they were “not a case.” Those were Metro Health’s instructions despite the high accuracy of antigen positive test results, even in those without symptoms.

The policy had raised red flags for members of a Metro Health contact tracing work group. Mayor Ron Nirenberg called last week for antigen positive cases without symptoms to be counted as probable and investigated; Metro Health then tweaked the instructions to case investigators.

But the health authority still is not counting such patients as “probable” cases or opening public health investigations into their close contacts, as other major Texas cities — including Houston, Austin and Dallas — already do.

In San Antonio, case investigators are instructed to close each case and categorize it as “not a case,” a policy that some public health experts fear is downplaying the extent of COVID-19 in the community and hampering the city’s ability to tamp down the spread of the disease.

“Change ‘Closure Reason’ tab to ‘Not a Case,’” the new instructions read. “Do not inform the person that they are ‘Not a Case,’ this is for reporting purposes only. The individual may still be infectious, so please advise according to CDC guidelines.”

After meeting on Friday, the contact tracing work group — made up of public health experts who are advising Metro Health — voted to recommend that the health authority follow CDC guidelines in the way it treats antigen positive patients without symptoms.

That would mean counting all antigen positive lab reports as “probable” cases; fully investigating them, regardless of whether the patient has symptoms; and informing the patient that they are a probable case, collecting their contacts and telling them to isolate for the rest of the contagious period.

In addition, the work group said contact tracing should be conducted for those close contacts.

Metro Health does open investigations into antigen positive patients if they have symptoms. The district includes those cases in its total COVID-19 case count, classifying them as “probable.”

The steering committee of the COVID-19 Community Response Coalition now must approve the work group’s recommendations before Metro Health can adopt them. Formed in May, the coalition is led by Metro Health Director Colleen Bridger and Dr. Barbara Taylor, associate professor of infectious diseases at UT Health San Antonio.

Taylor was not available to speak Monday.

In a previous interview, Bridger dismissed the concerns of the work group as “a whole lot of ado about nothing,” arguing that the Food and Drug Administration has authorized the use of antigen tests only in people who have symptoms of COVID-19.

Last month, FDA spokesman Jim KcKinney said the reason for those limitations “is the risk of potentially missing cases” — not the risk of falsely detecting positive cases.

Investigating positive cases and tracing their close contacts are critical to slowing the spread of the virus in a community, although case investigators have struggled to reach many COVID-19 patients.

For each new COVID-19 case, a case investigator is assigned to call the patient and collect information on any close contacts. The investigators share that information with contact tracers, who warn the close contacts that they've been exposed to the virus and encourage them to get tested and to self-quarantine.

Last month, Dr. Joseph Petrosino, chairman of the Department of Molecular Virology and Microbiology at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, said that anyone who tested positive in an antigen test should be counted and traced as if they tested positive in a PCR test.

“Counting is important enough because your disease prevalence in the community is what dictates public policy on reopenings,” Petrosino said then. “If they're not even following up on positive antigen cases, then what's the point?”

Revelation undercuts impeachment testimony; conservative watchdog claims coverup.

State Department officials were explicitly ordered in spring 2019 to stop tracking 13 prominent Americans' social media accounts for information about the Joe Biden-Ukraine scandal because the monitoring violated federal law, according to emails that were originally redacted to hide the concerns from the American public.

"We are barred by law from actively monitoring the accounts of American citizens in aggregate — and particularly from identifying and monitoring individual, selected accounts," a State Department official wrote in an April 1, 2019 email to officials in Washington and the U.S. embassy in Kiev

The unredacted emails, obtained by Just the News, raise new questions about the accuracy of State Department officials' testimony during President Trump's impeachment proceedings. They also provide a window into how the department used redactions in a Freedom of Information Act case to hide the potentially explosive information just weeks before Election Day 2020.

The emails show State Department officials under Trump openly worried a year before the 2020 election that the emerging storyline that Vice President Joe Biden may have engaged in a conflict of interest by presiding over Ukraine policy while his son worked for a corrupt Ukrainian gas company might prove to be "the mother load [sic] and main thread to play out, possibly thru Nov. 2020."

The illegal monitoring was, in fact, ordered specifically to counter that narrative as well as another storyline that involved the liberal megadonor George Soros, the newly unredacted passages of the emails show.

The conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch first raised concerns earlier this year that the U.S. embassy in Kiev run by then-Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch had created an "enemies list" by ordering the monitoring of social media accounts of prominent Americans last year when the Ukraine scandal about Joe and Hunter Biden first surfaced.

After a protracted legal fight, the State Department released memos to the group last month confirming the embassy did in fact monitor the accounts of 13 Americans, including Fox News personalities Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham and Lou Dobbs, the president's son Don Jr., his lawyer Rudy Giuliani as well as this reporter, whose articles in The Hill first shined a light on the Bidens' possible conflict of interests in Ukraine.

The April 1 email was among those released, but it was heavily redacted to hide the statements showing the monitoring was ordered shut down specifically because it violated the law.

Criminal Trial in Sicily: How George Soros is Attempting to Lock up Populist Leader Matteo Salvini for Protecting Italy’s Borders

Last Saturday, Oct. 3, former Italian Minister of the Interior Matteo Salvini went on trial in Catania, Siclily, for alleged “kidnapping“ even though the prosecutor calls the case “baseless.“

Gateway Pundit reveals how leftist NGOs backed by George Soros and the EU are trying to lock up the head of Italy’s leading opposition party.

In July 2019, the Italian Minister of the Interior Matteo Salvini refused to let 116 illegal migrants ashore off the coast guard ship “Bruno Gregoretti” in Catania until other European countries agreed to take in the illegal aliens (Italian: “Clandestini”).

For this crime, Matteo Salvini went on trial Saturday for “kidnapping”, which could earn him a sentence of 15 years in prison, even though Salvini technically enjoyed immunity from prosecution as a parliamentarian.

This July, his political enemies voted to suspend his legal immunity – a dangerous precedent for any politician in a position of power.

As Il Giornale reported, the prosecutor in Catania believes the case is “baseless”. Sending a Minister of the Interior to prison for protecting his country’s borders would certainly be unprecedented in legal history.

Salvini voiced confidence Saturday, and was supported by his political rivals Giorgia Meloni (Fratelli d’Italia) and Antonio Tajani (Forza Italia) in Catania. A majority of Italians supports Salvini’s law and order stance on illegal migration, reports Lorenzo Pregliasco on YouTrend .

What few people know however, is that the case against Salvini is not being pressed by the Sicilian DA or the “kidnapped” migrants, but by left-wing NGOs funded by the EU and George Soros Open Society Foundations, as Il Giornale reports.

The only plaintiffs to support the case out of the 116 illegal migrants is the Nigerian couple Jafra and Aishat Saha, who had to wait 20 hours in Catania harbor to go ashore in Europe while pregnant.

The case is actually being filed by NGOs which belong to the leftist Italian “community organizers” ARCI, Associazione Ricreativa e Culturale Italiana, which operates youth, culture and community centers in all of Italy, as well as its allies in the environmental NGO Legambiente. Both organizations are closely tied to the ruling leftist PD party. Legambiente president Gianfranco Zanna was a member of the Communist Youth PCI. “The only plaintiffs in this case are civil society organizations”, boasted Legambiente attorney Daniela Ciancimino.

In 2018 Google helped the Chinese Communists develop a social credit scoring system. The scoring system, first announced in 2014, rates China’s one billion citizens based on their behavior and associations.

Already, nine million people with low scores have been blocked from buying tickets for domestic flights and trains.

As horrible as this sounds the Silicon Valley tech giants are using a similar system here in the United States.

It is clear these tech giants are colluding to target certain prominent conservatives.

And Facebook is using offline behavior to factor into their scoring system.

In 2019 Breitbart’s Allum Bokhari revealed that Facebook is using a similar social credit scoring system on Americans.

This is no surprise to those who have noticed the growing intolerance by big tech to conservative thought leaders and publishers.

Facebook monitors the offline behavior of its users to determine if they should be categorized as a “Hate Agent,” according to a document provided exclusively to Breitbart News by a source within the social media giant.

The document, titled “Hate Agent Policy Review” outlines a series of “signals” that Facebook uses to determine if someone ought to be categorized as a “hate agent” and banned from the platform.

Those signals include a wide range of on- and off-platform behavior. If you praise the wrong individual, interview them, or appear at events alongside them, Facebook may categorize you as a “hate agent.”

Facebook bowed to CNN’s request.

Of course, Facebook took down the information despite its accuracy.

The coronavirus is less lethal for people under 50 than the flu.

The report was on a California man who found ballots from 2018 in a trash dump. The county posted a tweet explaining they were from 2018. We updated our report to reflect this.

But you are not allowed to report on dumped ballots today.

The tech giants will not allow it.

You are not allowed to question any suspicious activity.

Having already goalseeked a narrative how a Democratic sweep would be great news for markets (which, as we reported yesterday, consists of as much as $7 trillion in fiscal stimulus offsetting the net income losses from Biden's proposed corporate tax rate hike from 21% to 28%), Goldman is now moving on to the really important stuff: how much the holy crusade against climate change under the Biden administration will cost.

Now that it is conventional wisdom on Wall Street that Biden will defeat Trump (similarly to how it was a virtual certainty that Hillary would defeat Trump in 2016), big bank strategists are moving on to the key policies of a Biden presidency, where few are more important (or expensive) than Biden's targets to tackle climate change.

Here, a quick aside: while it has long been a favorite trope of Democrats to attack Republicans for destroying the earth with their evil emissions, the reality is that US CO2 emissions are near the lowest levels of the 20th century, and have been declining every year since the mid-2000s. The real culprit, as shown in light blue in the chart below, is China, whose emissions are more than double those of the US, and greater than the US and Europe combined. Which is truly hilarious, because recently President Xi Jinping announced that China is targeting carbon neutrality by 2060. We ask anyone to explain to us how China's soaring CO2 emissions will magically collapse by over 10 million KT/year from the current record level to 0 in just 40 years.

Australians weary of restrictions are out of luck, as the country’s new budget predicts social distancing will continue for two years and long-distance travel is to remain off-limits until everyone is able to get a Covid-19 jab.

Widespread adoption of a vaccine for the novel coronavirus will be a prerequisite for Australians being able to travel long distances again, according to the country’s new budget that was unveiled on Tuesday. Until that vaccine is rolled out, they can expect social distancing, intermittent lockdowns and a stagnant economy.

“It is assumed that over the forecast period material localised outbreaks of COVID19 occur but are largely contained. A populationwide Australian COVID19 vaccination program is assumed to be fully in place by late 2021. General social distancing restrictions are assumed to continue until a vaccine is fully available,” reads the part of the document titled “Key assumptions.”

The budget papers’ attempt to put a positive spin on travel-loving Australians being confined to the continent is to pour $250 million into encouraging anyone feeling wanderlust to explore “their own backyard” – i.e. the rest of Australia. State borders are expected to be open by Christmas, except for Western Australia, which is projected to remain closed until its election in March.

PM Scott Morrison hinted that while long-distance international travel will remain off-limits for the foreseeable future, “our borders will open up at some point to safe locations whether it be New Zealand or parts of the Pacific or places like South Korea or Japan or countries that have had a much higher rate of success” in containing the virus, speaking to reporters on Tuesday.

Overseas travel of any kind is currently banned until December 17, but there are tentative plans in place to create a “travel bubble” with New Zealand that would allow Aussies to visit the neighboring islands by January or February.

With one in every 13 Australian jobs relying on tourism, the collapse of the industry has hit the nation hard, plunging it into the worst recession since World War II. The budget forecasts a $213.7 billion shortfall – but is nevertheless moving up a pair of tax cuts that were set to take effect in 2022 to July.

Despite optimistic predictions that the vaccine will resurrect the moribund Australian economy, the forecast suggests debt will more than double from last financial year by 2024 – but says this level of red ink is “sustainable” and “low in comparison to most other advanced economies.”

Italian nationalist Matteo Salvini has lashed out at his government for rolling back on the harsh migration rules that he’d introduced as interior minister. “We will stop them,” the high-polling politician promised supporters.

A decree, approved by the government late on Monday, drastically reduced the fine applied for aid groups who violate official orders during their marine operations to rescue migrants in the Mediterranean. The penalty, which stood at up to €1 million under Salvini, has been dropped to €50,000.

Asylum seekers who “risk being subjected to torture or inhumane treatment” in their countries won’t face expulsion from Italy anymore under the new regulations. The decree also simplifies the procedure for foreigners to obtain a regular working visa with special residence permits.

Salvini, who served as interior minister between June 2018 and September 2019, posted on Facebook to share his frustration with the move. “Instead of building, they destroy,” he said of PM Giuseppe Conte’s government.

RESISTING THE SPIRITUAL ARM OF THE NEW WORLD ORDER

In a recent letter found on Marco Tosatti ‘s blog, Archbishop Viganò writes:

“In recent days it has been reported in the news that the Jesuits in America have received grants of nearly two million dollars (over four years) from George Soros, and it seems that the same agreement between the Holy See and the Chinese Communist regime has been financed by large annual donations from Beijing to the Vatican coffers that are in a disastrous state. The fact that the Church fell prostrate before the lockdown, suspending liturgical celebrations and closing churches all over the world, has led to considerable collateral economic damage, for which Chinese donations and the lucrative business of welcoming immigrants represent an obvious compensation.

“The United States is witnessing the highest levels and centers of cultural influence of the American Catholic Church shamelessly siding in favor of the Democratic candidate and more generally in favor of the entire apparatus that has been consolidating in recent decades within the public administration. The Deep State, Trump’s sworn enemy, is joined by a Deep Church that spares no criticisms and accusations against the incumbent President while winking indecorously with Biden and BLM, slavishly following the narration imposed by the mainstream. It matters little that Trump is openly pro-life and defends the non-negotiable principles that the Democrats have renounced – the important thing is to transform the Catholic Church into the spiritual arm of the New World Order, so as to have an imprimatur from the highest moral authority in the world, something that was impossible with Benedict XVI.

There’s a lot to unpack here. The first show-stopper in this letter is that Archbishop Viganò implies that China paid the Vatican to make sure that every diocese in the world followed the covid-lockdown: “The fact that the Church fell prostrate before the lockdown, suspending liturgical celebrations and closing churches all over the world, has led to considerable collateral economic damage, for which Chinese donations and the lucrative business of welcoming immigrants represent an obvious compensation.” This is clearly in the same paragraph above where Viganò puts Soros, the Jesuits and China on the same global team together. Viganò echos the news that the American Jesuits have received $4M from Soros.

Secondly, AB. Viganò (who used to be the Nuncio to the United States from the Vatican) remarks in the above link that more of the US hierarchy is publicly siding with Biden than with Trump, despite the latter being pro-life. In fact, Viganò goes so far as to link Biden’s “Deep State” to his liberal Catholic roots in the “Deep Church.” This may be connected to the fact that pro-abortion globalist Jeffrey Sachs has been a welcome guest in the Vatican many times. He was welcomed in 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2020.

‘He was setting me up’: Project Veritas accused of offering $10,000 for activist to say Ilhan Omar involved in voter fraud scheme

A ballot collector featured heavily in a Project Veritas ‘exposé’ that alleges Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar was involved in voter fraud has claimed he was offered $10,000 to say he was illegally ‘harvesting’ ballots for her.

Liban Osman was at the center of the conservative group’s recent investigation claiming that Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar was linked to a cash-for-ballots scheme in Minnesota.

The 17-minute video released by Project Veritas (PV) last month showed Osman in snapchat videos appearing to admit to the scheme. He told Fox 9 KMSP, however, that the clips were maliciously edited and claims he was offered $10,000 to say he was illegally collecting ballots for the Democrat.

Speaking to Fox 9, Osman alleged that he’d been approached by local community activist Omar Jamal and offered a lump sum of $10,000 on behalf of Project Veritas. In exchange, Osman would have to say he was offering to give people money to vote for the congresswoman.

“I told him it was insane and I walked away,” Osman told the channel. “He was setting me up.”

Osman insists he never paid anyone for votes, never told anyone who to cast their vote for and said he was legally gathering ballots from mostly elderly voters, and delivering them to election officials.

He claims Project Veritas used two of his Snapchat videos out of context and edited them together to appear nefarious. In the first, Osman is heard saying “Money is the king in this world … and a campaign is driven by money,” referencing his brother’s run for city council, and comparing his funds with his opponents’ coffers.

In the second video, Osman can be heard bragging about a large number of absentee ballots he had collected, with some envelopes appearing to have been opened. Ballot collecting was legal over a five-week period in Minnesota this year and Osman claimed some voters, afraid of identity theft, had given him their ballots inside of an extra envelope, according to Fox 9.

In an ironic twist, Omar Jamal, the Minneapolis community activist cited as the “insider” by Project Veritas – and who Osman claims had offered him the alleged bribe – was arrested on immigration fraud charges in 2013, according to the Daily Dot.

The ‘Somali Watchdog Group’ which Jamal heads, according to Project Veritas, was only set up in August 2020, seemingly after PV began filming for their investigation. Jamal also claimed to be part of the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Department, though the Daily Dot said that department’s phone line operator could not confirm if he was an employee there.

Project Veritas’ attorney responded to Osman’s claims, calling them a “baseless accusation” and insisting they have never offered him any money.

A shocking new inquiry has found that, not only did the Church of England forgive some 400 pedophiles, but it allowed them to continue working with children.

The Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA) found that between 1940 and 2018, some 390 people employed by the church, as clergymen or in trusted positions, were convicted of child sex abuse.

They were ‘forgiven’ for their crimes by the church and allowed to continue their duties, often in close proximity to children, the IICSA found.

“The culture of the Church of England facilitated it becoming a place where abusers could hide,” the report reads.

The inquiry found the church repeatedly failed to respond in a consistent manner to victims and survivors of abuse, compounding their trauma over a period of decades.

In 2018 alone, there were some 2,504 concerns raised about possible abuse of children or vulnerable adults, including 449 allegations of recent sexual abuse.

“Over many decades, the Church of England failed to protect children and young people from sexual abusers, instead facilitating a culture where perpetrators could hide and victims faced barriers to disclosure that many could not overcome,” chair of the inquiry, professor Alexis Jay said.

The IICSA lambasted the church for regarding forgiveness “as the appropriate response to any admission of wrongdoing.”

One such case highlighted is that of Timothy Storey, a man who was permitted to continue working with children after apologising “for everything he had done wrong.” Storey is currently serving a 15-year prison sentence for multiple offences against young girls, including rape.

Last night, both the NYT, Associated Press and Politico published "scoops" detailing an alleged effort from within the West Wing to improperly shape the FDA's protocols and policies surrounding granting emergency-use authorization (EUA) to COVID-19 vaccines, with the goal of eliminating a provision that would effectively preclude a vaccine before election day.

Politico's report claimed that the White House was interfering at the behest of the big drug makers hoping for more lax restrictions.

Since they were published during President Trump's return to the White House, the reports didn't get much oxygen on cable news. But on Tuesday morning, the FDA surprised observes by releasing the new guidance.

Also, Bloomberg reported last night that the FDA had communicated its new standards directly to the drug makers, eliminating the need to release the new guidance, which was still under White House review.

A spokesman for the FDA told the press that the agency has already reviewed the requirements with individual manufacturers, and any interference with the guidance is really more of a PR issue.

"This does not change how the FDA would evaluate an emergency use authorization request for a Covid-19 vaccine," said Michael Felberbaum, an agency spokesman. "The FDA has already communicated with individual manufacturers about its expectations, data the agency intends to consider, and what we expect to see in a request for an emergency use authorization to demonstrate safety and efficacy."

But as the public backlash intensified, the FDA decided to release a document on its website Tuesday morning making clear that the requirement for two months' of safety data would remain, as would a requirement for an independent panel of experts to weigh in on each candidate before a final decision can be made.

The document is the agency’s most detailed public statement yet on what it will take to get a vaccine cleared under a fast-track emergency use authorization, or EUA. The agency has been working on a separate "guidance” document that details the requirements, but it remains under review by the White House and it’s not clear when or if it will be released.

While the exact contents of that guidance document haven’t been released, the FDA has said that it’s already communicated the requirements to drugmakers. Publishing those requirements in the document released Tuesday essentially makes them public, even if the official document is lodged at the White House. It also makes clear that the FDA will add an extra step to the review.

In Tuesday’s document, the FDA said it will require an additional, follow-up meeting of its Vaccine and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee to look at specific applications by drugmakers. "This discussion will be specific to the particular vaccine that is the subject of the EUA request and will be separate from, and in addition to, any general discussion by the VRBPAC regarding the development, authorization and/or licensure of vaccines to prevent Covid-19,” the FDA said in the document.

Then again, whether the agency requires 8 weeks or 6 weeks of safety data may not make much of a difference. Vaccine approval is a tedious process that typically takes years. The speedy approval process virtually guarantees there will be no study of long term ramifications and side effects.

Fast containment of the Covid-19 outbreak has given Asian countries an advantage over other economies, paving the way for a faster recovery, analysts at Goldman Sachs believe.

“We think Asia’s really the best positioned of the major regions right now, given the good control of the virus in most of the region outside of India and some parts of Southeast Asia,” Andrew Tilton, chief Asia economist at the investment bank, said as cited by CNBC on Monday.

Europe is currently facing a new wave of coronavirus infections, with more and more cities enforcing tougher restrictions, which may hamper their recovery after previous lockdowns. The US is also seeing an increase in average daily cases.

Meanwhile official data from China, one of the main economic drivers of the Asia region, shows the worst impact of coronavirus appears to be over. The country has been reporting only a dozen to two dozen newly confirmed cases every day for the past few weeks, compared to the thousands of daily infections still being reported in the US.

“I think, given the good control of domestic transmission of the virus in China, we are [going to be] seeing services activity come back there as well,” Tilton told CNBC.

That said, consumer spending in the world’s second-largest economy is recovering less quickly than the government had expected. Tourist expenditure in the first half of the “golden week” national holiday plunged by nearly a third from that during the same period in 2019. This could pose a challenge to Beijing’s attempts at boosting domestic spending. Statistics show that, in August, retail sales finally increased by 0.5 percent compared to the previous year, but they were still down over eight percent for the first half of 2020.

Maryland School Board Member To Resign After Reportedly Wishing For Trump’s Death Following COVID-19 Diagnosis

Washington County, Maryland, school board member Jacqueline Fischer will resign after she reportedly made several posts on social media wishing death to President Donald Trump following his positive coronavirus test.

“The Washington County Board of Education (WCBOE) will formally accept the resignation of Board member Jacqueline Fischer at the Board of Education’s public business meeting on Tuesday, October 6, 2020, at 6:00 p.m,” a message on the school board’s website read. The post was noted by LocalDVM.com in a piece published Monday.

“Mrs. Fischer’s resignation comes after posting comments regarding the President of the United States on her personal social media account,” the message added. “The comments do not reflect the views, positions, or opinions of the WCPS or the WCBOE.”

The resignation comes after Fisher reportedly wrote comments on her personal Facebook page following Trump’s announcement that he and first lady Melania Trump had tested positive for COVID-19.

“Since he [Trump] has tested positive for COVID19, maybe the country will get lucky and he will die,” Fisher’s since-deleted post reportedly read. “Wouldn’t that be an act of karma.”

“He [Trump] could care less how many Americans die from this even if he is the one who exposed them,” a second since-deleted post, reportedly read. “I hope he dies from it. That would solve a lot of America’s problems,” per WFMD.

I live in Woodland Hills near Los Angeles. Our family just received our California mail-in ballots and there were two major misprints. Propositions 21 and 22 were duplicated on two different pages. And, more importantly, there was no place on the ballot to vote for US President.

We asked for photos of the ballots.

Sure enough. From what we see Propositions 21 and 22 are listed twice on two different pages.

And there is no question on the 2020 election.

Maybe the county is going to fill that in for you?

800 Pound Meth Seizure Breaks Arizona Port Record

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers assigned to the Nogales Port of Entry in Arizona seized 800 pounds of methamphetamine and fentanyl being smuggling into the United States from Mexico. This sets a new record for the Nogales Port of Entry.

CBP officers working the Nogales Port of Entry on Friday observed a tractor-trailer approaching for entry inspection to the United States from Mexico, according to information obtained from CBP Office of Field Operations staff. The driver, a 55-year-old male, presented documents listing bell peppers, pickles, and cucumbers.

Officers referred the driver to a secondary inspection station where a non-intrusive imaging search of the trailer led to the discovery of multiple “non-factory floor compartments,” officials stated. A physical search of the compartments yielded nearly 650 packages believed to be filled with drugs.

Officers tested the drugs and identified approximately 800 pounds of methamphetamine — the largest such find in the history of Arizona ports of entry, officials declared. In addition, the officers identified nine pounds of fentanyl.

Area Port Director Michael Humphries commended the officers assigned to the Nogales Mariposa Cargo Facility for this record-breaking drug seizure. “This is an enormous amount of very dangerous hard narcotics that Nogales Cargo Officers prevented from reaching communities throughout the United States.”

CBP officials seized the nearly $2 million worth of drugs and arrested the driver.

This seizure shattered the previous record of a nearly 700-pound meth seizure from March, Breitbart Texas reported. The officers also found this shipment of dangerous drugs in false floor compartments inside a trailer filled with produce.

The officers arrested the 34-year-old Mexican national and seized the tractor-trailer and drugs. Officers turned the driver over to ICE Homeland Security Investigations special agents for further investigation.

The scope and breadth of their ambition is stunningly hubristic. “In such a transformation,” they write, “we will need to prioritize changes in those human behaviors that constitute risks for the emergence of infectious diseases. Chief among them are reducing crowding at home, work, and in public places as well as minimizing environmental perturbations such as deforestation, intense urbanization, and intensive animal farming.”

Oh, is that all? No, as a matter of fact, it isn’t. The authors quickly add, “Equally important are ending global poverty, improving sanitation and hygiene, and reducing unsafe exposure to animals, so that humans and potential human pathogens have limited opportunities for contact.”

Holy cow!

Think about what all of that would take! At the very least, the gargantuan task would require unprecedented and intrusive government regulations and the transferring of policy control from the national to international level—nothing less than an international technocratic and authoritarian supra-governing system—with the power to direct how we interact with each other as family, friends, and in community.

This hyper-state would have to control how the economy operates, where we could build factories and plow farms. It would also determine how and where we live, what we eat, and permanently dictate when and if we can travel. And think about the cost and the means it would take to break inevitable popular resistance. No thanks!"

Race-baiting leftists hoping to paint the president as a white supremacist were no doubt shocked with news Monday that completely busted their narrative.

Over the weekend, the National Latino Peace Officers Association Advocacy publicly endorsed President Donald Trump.

The law enforcement group sent a letter on Saturday endorsing the president and his law and order approach to fighting off rioters and looters that have caused destruction and mayhem in cities across the country.

The group’s chairman, Alan Alvarez, and secretary, Darrin Fulton, addressed the letter to President Trump, explaining why exactly he had earned their endorsement.

“The National board of the National Latino Peace Officers Association Advocacy (NLPOAA), on behalf of its member charters, has chosen to endorse your candidacy for reelection for President of the United States,” the letter read.

“The NLPOA-Advocacy supports you because of your fierce and unwavering support for the law enforcement community. In these difficult times for our profession and the repeated calls to defund us, you have continued to have our backs and voice your approval of the men and women of law enforcement.”

“The NLPOAA looks forward to working with you in the future on issues regarding law enforcement, immigration, and issues concerning the Latino community.”

Trump’s 2020 campaign announced news of the endorsement on Monday.

“Whether it’s left-wing rioters wreaking havoc on communities across America or the Democrats’ mission to open our borders to even the most violent criminals, Joe Biden is too weak to stand up to the radicals of his own party and protect the American people,” the Trump campaign said in a statement.

“In stark contrast, President Trump prioritizes safety and stability for all Americans and will always back our brave law enforcement officers.”

This marks yet another law enforcement endorsement for Trump less than a week after he pressed Joe Biden for not having one during the first presidential debate.

It is also an endorsement from a minority group, which is noteworthy in light of the numerous media attacks levied at Trump following the debate calling him racist and claiming that he refused to condemn white supremacy.

When asked if he was prepared to denounce white supremacy by debate moderator Chris Wallace, President Trump confirmed he was, responding in the same words Wallace used to ask the question. “Sure, I’m prepared to do that,” the president said.

The common man grew up and perished in a struggle with Nature and neighbor. Only the elite would challenge the thresholds set by Nature for man.

Prometheus was not Everyman, but a deviant. Driven by Pleonexia, or radical greed, he trespassed the boundaries of the human condition. In hubris or measureless presumption, he brought fire from heaven, and thereby brought Nemesis on himself. He was put into irons on a Caucasian rock. A vulture preys at his innards, and heartlessly healing gods keep him alive by regrafting his liver each night. The encounter with Nemesis made the classical hero an immortal reminder of inescapable cosmic retaliation. He becomes a subject for epic tragedy, but certainly not a model for everyday aspiration. Man's consciously lived fragility, individuality, and relatedness make the experience of pain, of sickness, and of death an integral part of his life. The ability to cope with this trio in autonomy is fundamental to his health. To the degree to which he becomes dependent on the management of his intimacy he renounces his autonomy and his health must decline. The true miracle of modern medicine is diabolical. It consists of making not only individuals but whole populations survive on inhumanly low levels of personal health. That health should decline with increasing health-service delivery is unforeseen only by the health manager, precisely because his strategies are the result of his blindness to the inalienability of health.

The level of public health corresponds to the degree to which the means and responsibility for coping with illness are distributed amongst the total population. This ability to cope can be enhanced but never replaced by medical intervention in the lives of people or the hygienic characteristics of the environment. That society which can reduce professional intervention to the minimum will provide the best conditions for health.

The greater the potential for autonomous adaptation to self and to others and to the environment, the less management of adaptation will be needed or tolerated.

Sputnik: US Director of National Intelligence (DNI) John Ratcliffe has released a Russian intelligence report dated from July 2016 that claimed then-Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton “approved” the spreading of a conspiracy theory linking then-Republican candidate Donald Trump to Moscow, which eventually became the Russiagate scandal. How might the situation develop in the wake of this revelation?

Dr Paul Craig Roberts: Well, first of all, this revelation will not get any attention from the American media. And if the revelation is mentioned at all, it will only be to debunk the report or to use it as evidence of Russian help to Trump.

Secondly, Americans who think for themselves already or are aware of Hillary's role in allying the Democrats with the CIA and the FBI attack on Trump as the Russiagate was something that was orchestrated by the CIA and the FBI. And it served the Democrats. Hillary made sure to join them up, but the media is not going to pick this up. The United States' military security complex needs Russia as an enemy in order to justify its budget and power. So that is the reason that Trump has not been allowed to normalize relations with Russia, and to keep the state of tensions between the two countries is important to the military security complex. And the Democrats have learned how to use it against Trump and so it's a very dangerous situation in terms of geopolitics.

Sputnik: What can you say about the timing of this revelation? To what extent does this further blow up all the pre-election rhetoric?

Dr Paul Craig Roberts: Well, the American media is not interested in facts. It's propaganda. It serves the ruling elites. The current pre-election rhetoric is about discrediting Trump's reelection and forcing him out of office. So that is at the moment seen as a much more powerful weapon against Trump, that he's not going to step down when he loses or the claim that if he wins, it's only because of fraud. That's what's going on now. And the Russian connection is sort of dropped way back.

We’re told that life is never getting back to normal, so we need to suck it up and accept a world of mask-wearing, economic disruption, and social distancing. It’s a denatured echo of the warnings we’ve heard before that government responses to COVID-19 are pushing the world toward authoritarianism—but dressed up as if that’s a good thing.

That’s unfortunate, given that less-intrusive responses to the pandemic are proving at least as effective as heavy-handed ones. And that’s before we even discuss the inherent value of the freedom that looks destined to be pushed aside by public health concerns and by disingenuous government officials.

“As 2020 slides into and probably infects 2021, try to take heart in one discomfiting fact: Things are most likely never going ‘back to normal,'” wrote CNN International Security Editor Nick Paton Walsh last week. In his piece he discusses the likely permanency of mask mandates, telecommuting, reduced physical contact, and similar changes to life.

Some of the alterations Walsh mentions may be matters of personal choice, but a good many of them are imposed by “politicians who pretend that ‘normal’ is just around the corner,” as Babson College’s Thomas Davenport says in the article.

We’re supposed to accept our newly constrained lives as “the new normal”—in a phrasing that’s already very tired, indeed.

Actually, repeated references to a “new normal” aren’t just tired; they’re ominous.

Judicial Watch: Court Hearing Set about Virginia County Democrat Officials’ Secret Meeting on BLM Riot

(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch announced today that a hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 7 in the Prince William Circuit Court in Manassas, VA, regarding the state’s open meetings law was violated by a meeting held by the Democrat members of the Prince William County Board of Supervisors in May which discussed the Police response to BLM riots.

In July 2020, Judicial Watch asked the court to mandate the Prince William County Board of supervisors to comply with Virginia’s Freedom of Information Act/ open meeting law (Gloss et al. v Wheeler et al. (No. 20-7521)). The lawsuit is being brought together with three Prince William County residents and their Virginia counsel, McSweeny, Cynkar and Kachouroff, PLLC.

The Prince William Circuit Court is considering whether the Democrat members of the board violated law by holding a meeting in secret, without notice to any Republican supervisor or advance notice to the public as required by law.

On Saturday night May 30, various protests and rioting occurred in Prince William County, resulting in numerous injuries to police officers and extensive property damage. Police officers reportedly used tear gas, pepper spray and rubber bullets to disperse the crowd. The next day, a meeting of the police department’s Citizen Advisory Board was held. All five Democrat supervisors attended the meeting, but the board’s three Republican members were not notified of the meeting and did not attend. The individual who chairs the Citizen’s Advisory Board is the husband of one of the Democrat supervisors.

As explained in the lawsuit, the Democrat supervisors violated Virginia’s Freedom of Information Act/open meeting law by holding a meeting in secret, without notice to any Republican supervisor nor advance notice to the public as required by law. Virginia law prohibits any gathering of two or more members of the same public body if public business is transacted or discussed. While no votes were cast during the meeting, the Democrat members posed questions and provided directives to the police leadership to curtail the use of crowd control measures in future disturbances. Revelation undercuts impeachment testimony; conservative watchdog claims coverup.

State Department officials were explicitly ordered in spring 2019 to stop tracking 13 prominent Americans' social media accounts for information about the Joe Biden-Ukraine scandal because the monitoring violated federal law, according to emails that were originally redacted to hide the concerns from the American public.

"We are barred by law from actively monitoring the accounts of American citizens in aggregate — and particularly from identifying and monitoring individual, selected accounts," a State Department official wrote in an April 1, 2019 email to officials in Washington and the U.S. embassy in Kiev

The unredacted emails, obtained by Just the News, raise new questions about the accuracy of State Department officials' testimony during President Trump's impeachment proceedings. They also provide a window into how the department used redactions in a Freedom of Information Act case to hide the potentially explosive information just weeks before Election Day 2020.

The emails show State Department officials under Trump openly worried a year before the 2020 election that the emerging storyline that Vice President Joe Biden may have engaged in a conflict of interest by presiding over Ukraine policy while his son worked for a corrupt Ukrainian gas company might prove to be "the mother load [sic] and main thread to play out, possibly thru Nov. 2020."

The illegal monitoring was, in fact, ordered specifically to counter that narrative as well as another storyline that involved the liberal megadonor George Soros, the newly unredacted passages of the emails show.

The conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch first raised concerns earlier this year that the U.S. embassy in Kiev run by then-Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch had created an "enemies list" by ordering the monitoring of social media accounts of prominent Americans last year when the Ukraine scandal about Joe and Hunter Biden first surfaced.

After a protracted legal fight, the State Department released memos to the group last month confirming the embassy did in fact monitor the accounts of 13 Americans, including Fox News personalities Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham and Lou Dobbs, the president's son Don Jr., his lawyer Rudy Giuliani as well as this reporter, whose articles in The Hill first shined a light on the Bidens' possible conflict of interests in Ukraine.

The April 1 email was among those released, but it was heavily redacted to hide the statements showing the monitoring was ordered shut down specifically because it violated the law.

The miracle of America’s surviving its many near death experiences over the years can be attributed less to fate and more to the immense sacrifices by great statesmen over the years… one of whom we will explore in this essay.

Hamilton vs. Burr

As I mentioned in my recent paper on Alexander Hamilton’s Genius, America’s first U.S. Treasury Secretary killed by Aaron Burr (aka: the father of Wall Street) in 1804, was indispensable in the young nation’s survival during the first 30 years after 1776. Even though it hasn’t been taught in any western university in generations, Hamilton’s system of political economy which arose from his four reports of 1791 was premised on the practices of 1) national banking, 2) productive credit generation for long term internal improvements, 3) industrial growth (vs slave-based production) and 4) protective tariffs. Most importantly, this system set “economic value” not upon the worship of money but rather on the creative mental activity of citizens through constant scientific and technological progress.

Between 1776 until his death in 1804, Hamilton used every ounce of his influence to ensure that the many traitorous movements launched by diverse branches of British operations in America (including from his own Federalist Party), and often under the leadership of arch-traitor Aaron Burr, failed to achieve their goals. These operations which included Canadian United Empire Loyalists, New York financiers and southern slave interests, can collectively be defined as the “founding fathers of today’s deep state” which evolved over the years and took over much of the nation after the death of Franklin Roosevelt.

This new plan involved British soldiers working alongside American mercenaries under Burr’s employ who would first take full control of Louisiana, New Orleans, expand the territory by declaring war on Spain. According to testimonies delivered at Burr’s trial, Burr would then turn his attention to the capital where the sitting president would be deposed, and Burr established as Monarch of a new British American confederation. The British had been caught providing boats and money to the mercenaries (40 British boats and 75 mercenaries were apprehended), correspondences were intercepted and soon Burr was standing in front of the supreme court facing treason charges. The diplomat William Eaton testified that Burr told him that “he would turn Congress neck and heels out of doors, assassinate the President, (or what amounted to that,) and declare himself the protector of an energetic Government.”

Unfortunately, these testimonies somehow did not qualify as the sort of hard evidence needed to convict Burr (and Ambassador Merry’s smoking gun letter was only discovered decades later) resulting in Burr’s unfortunate acquittal.

Popular rage towards the former Vice President made life impossible within the republic and using a $40,000 “gift” from John Jacob Astor, Burr soon made his way in disguise to Canada where his nephew George Prevost was serving as Governor General. Prevost gave Burr letters of introduction to Lord Castlereagh as he embarked on a ship from Nova Scotia to London where Burr stayed at Jeremy Bentham’s mansion for the next 5 years and, in between heavy doses of opium and prostitutes, plotted with the highest echelons of British intelligence a new scheme for the dissolution of the Union (Bentham was the head of British Intelligence Services in those days and extended networks across the globe).

While in London, Burr wrote of Bentham (the pervert who wrote such immoral tracts as In Defense of Usury and In Defense of Pederasty): “He is, indeed, the most perfect model that I have seen or imagined of moral and intellectual excellence. He is the most intimate friend I have in this country, and my constant associate. I live in his house and compose a part of his family.”

In defending her claim, Rangappa cited a Justice Department memo stating back in March that the novel Coronavirus “appears to meet the statutory definition of a biological agent” and that those who engage in the “purposeful exposure and infections of others” could be charged for terrorism-related offenses.

While there are some allegations that he knew about his positive diagnosis significantly earlier than he had announced it on Thursday evening, there is no certifiable evidence that he knowingly exposed officials and staffers to the virus.

Late on October 5, a car bomb explosion took place in the city of Afrin. A booby-trapped car reportedly exploded on Jandaris road of Afrin next to the store that sells gas.

According to Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, at least five people were injured in the bombing. No casualties have been reported yet.

It is not the first explosion in Afrin. The last one was reported on October 1. A car bomb was detonated in Afrin city center in the vicinity of Nowruz roundabout, causing some material damage.

Another explosion took place in Syria’s city of al-Bab on October 6 at noon.

A car bomb exploded near the al-Othman mosque in the city center. According to the first reports, at least 7 people were killed and 20 people were injured. Clashes between pro-Turkish armed groups erupted after the explosion.

Afrin and al-Bab remain under the control of the Turkish forces and Ankara-backed Syrian rebels.

The Afrin Liberation Forces, an armed group affiliated with the mainly-Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), are active in the region. This group regularly conducts attacks on the Turkish Army and Turkish proxies in the region of Afrin. The car bomb explosions could be a response to the Turkish-backed forces artillery shelling of SDF positions in the Ain Daghnah and near Shahba dam.

That is the reason why pro-Turkish sources accused the YPG of conducting bomb attacks. However, ISIS can also be the main suspected. Unlike the YPG and its allied groups, which focus their attacks on mostly military targets, ISIS is known to conduct the terrorist attacks targeting civilians.

Other recent developments in Syria include:

An SDF member was killed in the Dhiban village by the unknown gunmen;

SAA artillery shelled Turkish-backed forces positions in the villages of Bara and Kansafra;

US-led coalition sent an arms convoy to US military base in the Omar oil field;

Demonstrations were held at two Turkish posts in provinces of Idlib and Hama demanding the withdrawal of Turkish troops.

Can AI Detect Disinformation? A New Special Operations Program May Find Out

Air Force, U.S. Special Operations Command fund year-long effort to train a neural net to rank credibility and sort news from misinformation.

For all the U.S. military’s technical advantages over adversaries, it still struggles to counter disinformation. A new software tool to be developed for the U.S. Air Force and Special Operations Command, or SOCOM, may help change that.

“If you don’t compete in the information space, regardless of how good your operations are, your activities are, you will probably eat a shit sandwich of disinformation or false reporting later on,” Raymond “Tony” Thomas, a former SOCOM chief, said in an interview. “We certainly experienced that at the tactical level. That was the epiphany where we would have good raids, good strikes, etc. and the bad guys would spin it so fast that we would be eating collateral damage claims, etc. So the information space in that very tactical space is key.

It even “stretches to the strategic space,” said Thomas, meaning that disinformation can spread until it affects larger geopolitical realities.

Thomas now serves as an advisory board member for Primer, a company that on Thursday announced a Small Business Innovation Research contract to develop software over the next year to help analysts better—and much more quickly—survey the information landscape and hopefully detect false narratives that show up in the public space.

Primer’s neural network technology can scan large amounts of text and extract themes and other information based on the frequency and prominence of words and phrases. It’s the sort of thing that can be very useful if you have a lot of text you want to very quickly summarize in an accurate headline, a capability they demonstrate here. To train their headline-writing neural net, they used a corpus “of millions of publicly available document-title pairs: news articles and headlines” according to their paper on the subject.

The new contract will help Primer to build a platform “to automatically identify and assess suspected disinformation,” according to a press release from the company. “Primer will also enhance its natural language processing platform to automatically analyze tactical events to provide commanders with unprecedented insight as events unfold in near real-time.”

A Tyler County Grand Jury has indicted Netflix for promoting the “lewd exhibition” of children.

After speaking out alongside other Texas politicians against the French Netflix film Cuties and asking the state attorney general’s office to investigate the film for violations, Texas Rep. Matt Schaefer (R-Tyler) tweeted a photo of the indictment this morning.

“Netflix, Inc… knowingly promote[d] visual material which depicts the lewd exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of a clothed or partially clothed child who was younger than 18 years of age at the time the visual material was created, which appeals to the prurient interest in sex,” the indictment reads.

The indictment fulfills Schaefer’s prediction that legal experts would classify the film as pornographic. Schaefer had also said the film could potentially face prosecution as “distribution of harmful material” for its inevitable exposure to young boys.

“If this is legal, then literally anybody with a camera can get an underage girl, very young girl, and have her do nearly anything as long as there is the thinnest piece of fabric covering her body,” Schaefer told The Texan last month. “Ultimately, we have to realize that this film is gonna be seen by a lot of 12, 13, 14, 15, 16-year old boys. How is that not material harmful to a minor?”

The controversial release of the fictional film, which follows a twelve-year-old girl’s foray into a provocative dance group, kindled outrage and prompted several Texas Republicans to action.

Senator Bob Hall (R-Canton) swore to file a bill that would outlaw pedophilia in the state constitution, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton joined two other state attorney generals in a letter asking Netflix to remove the film, and U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) asked U.S. Attorney General William Barr to investigate the company for “the filming of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.” State Rep. James White (R-Tyler) likewise wrote Paxton asking for an investigation into the film.

Micala served as AFFEO’s Executive Director since 2010. She is survived by her husband and four daughters. Please join us in praying for the family.

Section 9 of Facebook’s Community Standards states, “We distinguish between public figures and private individuals because we want to allow discussion, which often includes critical commentary of people who are featured in the news or who have a large public audience. For public figures, we remove attacks that are severe as well as certain attacks where the public figure is directly tagged in the post or comment.”

Facebook’s restrictions on “Calls for death, serious disease, epidemic disease, or disability” only apply to private individuals or public figures who are

of minor age, meaning wishing death, serious disease and the other referenced attacks on adult public figures is not considered actionable by Facebook so long as the public figure’s account is not manually tagged in the post or comment.

The political policy direction of the Facebook Community Standards traditionally leans toward the extreme view of censoring all forms of derogatory speech, making the company's stance to allow those same forms of speech towards adult political figures stands out somewhat paradoxically.

Pope Francis’s latest encyclical: Abortion not on list of political concerns

The contrast in the writings of Pope Francis and his predecessors is so striking that it is hard to see it as anything but a rupture with the past.

In Fratelli Tutti, the new encyclical of Pope Francis released yesterday, pro-life Catholics are confronted with a political emphasis that ignores abortion. In line with U.S. bishops who have eschewed the fight for the right to life of unborn children, Pope Francis has explicitly excluded abortion from the political concerns laid out in his latest encyclical.

In paragraph 188 of Fratelli Tutti, Pope Francis says politicians’ “biggest concern should not be about a drop in the polls, but about finding effective solutions to the phenomenon of social and economic exclusion, with its baneful consequences: human trafficking, the marketing of human organs and tissues, the sexual exploitation of boys and girls, slave labour, including prostitution, the drug and weapons trade, terrorism and international organized crime.”

The fact that abortion is left out of this laundry list is scandalous. Especially since he follows up this list by saying, “Such is the magnitude of these situations, and their toll in innocent lives, that we must avoid every temptation to fall into a declarationist nominalism that would assuage our consciences.”

There were two other times in the encyclical where I thought he might at least redeem himself on that score, only to have my hopes dashed.

Paragraph 255 begins, “There are two extreme situations that may come to be seen as solutions in especially dramatic circumstances, without realizing that they are false answers that do not resolve the problems they are meant to solve and ultimately do no more than introduce new elements of destruction in the fabric of national and global society.” Here, surely the Pope would mention abortion? No. “These are war and the death penalty,” he writes.

Finally, there is one other spot in the 194-page document where it seems that the right to life for unborn children would be a no-brainer. It comes in paragraph 279. “One fundamental human right must not be forgotten in the journey towards fraternity and peace,” writes the Pope. “It is religious freedom for believers of all religions,” comes the unwelcome explanation.

Those who have consistently read Pope Francis’s writings, especially as they touch on politics, are not surprised by his approach. In his 2018 exhortation, he ridiculed the Catholic understanding of migration as “secondary” to abortion. “Some Catholics consider [immigration] a secondary issue compared to the ‘grave’ bioethical questions,” he said.

“That a politician looking for votes might say such a thing is understandable, but not a Christian.” Speaking of abortion and immigration, he criticized those who regard immigration as secondary, “as if there are other more important matters, or the only thing that counts is one particular ethical issue or cause that they themselves defend."

Ratcliffe Declassifies Docs Revealing Brennan Briefed Barack Obama on Hillary Clinton’s Plan to ‘Stir Up’ a Scandal Between Trump, Russia

DNI John Ratcliffe declassified documents on Tuesday revealing former CIA Director John Brennan briefed Barack Obama on Hillary Clinton’s plot to ‘stir up’ a scandal to tie Trump to Russia in order to distract from her email scandal ahead of the 2016 election.

This declassification comes after Ratcliffe released a Russian intel assessment in which he asserted that Hillary Clinton hatched the Russia hoax in order to pin the DNC ‘hacking’ on President Trump.

“In late July 2016, US intelligence agencies obtained insight into Russian intelligence analysis alleging that US Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton had approved a campaign plan to stir up a scandal against US Presidential candidate Donald Trump by tying him to Putin and the Russians’ hacking of the DNC. The IC does not know the accuracy of this allegation of the extent to which the Russian intelligence analysis may reflect exaggerations or fabrication,” Ratcliffe wrote to Lindsey Graham.

The Obama-Biden White House was briefed on it by then-CIA Director John Brennan.

Brennan’s handwritten notes were exclusively obtained by Fox News:

“We’re getting additional insight into Russian activities from [REDACTED],” Brennan notes read. “CITE [summarizing] alleged approved by Hillary Clinton a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisers to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service,” Brennan’s notes read.

The notes state “on 28 of July.” In the margin, Brennan writes “POTUS,” but the entire section of the note is redacted.

“Any evidence of collaboration between Trump campaign + Russia,” Brennan’s notes read.

The notes are heavily redacted, except in the margins, which reads: “JC,” “Denis,” and “Susan.”

Arkansas Fugitive and U.S. Marshals 15 Most Wanted Arrested

Washington, DC – Jory Worthen was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Burbank, California. Jory Worthen was wanted for two homicides that occurred in Camden, Arkansas in 2019. Worthen is accused of murdering his girlfriend Alyssa and her 4 year old son Braydon. Immediately after the murders, Worthen fled in Alyssa’s vehicle, which was later found abandoned in a parking lot in Seattle, Washington. The Western Arkansas U.S. Marshals Task Force was brought into the investigation to assist with apprehension since Worthen had crossed state lines and was believed to be armed and dangerous.

The investigative efforts by all agencies involved with Worthen led them to a hotel in Burbank, California this evening. After being identified by law enforcement, Worthen ran from U.S .Marshals and local law enforcement, but was found and taken into custody after a short foot pursuit. Worthen is being held on the state warrant for Murder awaiting extradition back to Arkansas.

These task forces are dedicated to reducing violent crime by locating and apprehending wanted criminals. They also serve as the central point for agencies to share information on fugitive matters. Pro-Government Election Victory Sparks Overnight Revolution in Kyrgyzstan

Enraged over an election they saw as undermined by rampant vote-buying, thousands stormed Kyrgyzstan’s parliament and presidential offices and took over government buildings throughout the country in an overnight revolution that on Tuesday forced election officials to declare the election void, OCCRP member center Kloop reported.

At least one person has died, and more than 600 were injured, in the unrest that erupted after the Central Election Commission announced on Monday the preliminary results of Sunday’s vote, which showed a landslide victory of pro-government parties. Just three of them took 107 of the 120 parliament seats, while opposition parties did not take one.

“These elections were held amid gross violations, massive vote buying, pressure and threats against voters — this is what influenced the voting process,” said a joint letter written by opposition parties to the electoral commission.

Although police employed water cannons, stun grenades, and tear gas, protesters took over the “White House,” which houses the parliament and the presidency, after hours-long clashes. Several floors were seen burning and videos posted on social media showed people throwing papers out of the window of President Sooronbay Jeenbekov’s office.

The crowd then moved toward other state institutions, including the government and the State Committee for National Security.

Seeing the protesters approaching, state security officials stepped out of the building with their hands in the air, declaring that they were “with the people.” The crowd demanded the release of former President Almazbek Atambaev and other political figures who had been jailed on corruption charges and for other crimes.

Atambayev and other prisoners were soon seen stepping out of the building.

As state institutions fell in the capital, protesters throughout the country took over government buildings. Mayors and other officials resigned one after the other. Some who resisted were beaten by the crowd, according to local media.

On Tuesday morning, President Jeenbekov appealed for calm and said that “some political forces tried to illegally seize state power” but that he had ordered law enforcement agencies not to shoot at citizens.

“Calmness in the state, stability of society are more valuable than any deputy mandate,” he said in a televised address to the nation.

“I suggested that the Central Election Commission carefully investigate the violations and, if necessary, annul the election results,” he added.

Preliminary results announced on Monday showed the Birimdik party, led by the brother of President Jeenbekov, and a party called Mekenim Kyrgyzstan taking more than 24 percent of the votes each. Other pro-government parties took less than 10 percent, while none of the opposition parties passed the threshold to enter parliament.

Mekenim Kyrgyzstan is backed by the powerful Matraimov family. One family member, Iskender Matraimov, was a candidate on the party’s list.

House investigators join the Senate in asking the FBI to look into the Biden’s criminal history.

Paul Sperry on just released a tweet noting that House Investigators have now joined the Senate in requesting the FBI open a criminal investigation into possible foreign influence-peddling and embezzlement involving Joe Biden, his younger brother and son Hunter due to suspicious financial activities flagged by the US Treasury.

Last week the Senate released a report on the Bidens and notably Hunter Biden’s actions while his dad was Obama’s Vice President. FOX News reported:

“I look at Hunter Biden today, where he stole millions of dollars, stole millions,” Trump claimed. “His father should leave the campaign because his father was in on it.”

He added: “His father knew everything.”

The president was referring to an interim report released by Republicans on the Senate Homeland Security and Finance Committees on their months-long joint investigation into the younger Biden’s role on the board of Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings, as well as his alleged “extensive and complex financial transactions.” According to the report, an investment firm co-founded by Hunter Biden, Rosemont Seneca Thornton, “received $3.5 million in a wire transfer” from Elena Baturina, the wife of the former mayor of the Russian capital.

Biden’s brother Frank is also a grifter. It runs in the family.

With Christopher Wray as Head of the FBI, this will never be investigated, but it is ready when the next FBI Director is appointed by President Trump.

A grand jury indictment for promotion of lewd visual material depicting a child was filed on September 23 in Tyler County, Texas, according to Texas Rep. Matt Schaefer.NBC News obtained a copy of the indictment Tuesday, confirming Schaefer's tweet.

Abby Rockefeller Withdraws Her Name From Keith Raniere’s Petition

Abby Rockefeller, the great granddaughter of John D. Rockefeller Sr., has requested that her name be removed from the petition supporting the efforts of Make Justice Blind, a group of Nxivm members supporting Keith Raniere, the convicted leader of Nxivm.

Frank Report exclusively reported that the noted philanthropist had signed the petition last week.

The Nxivm-related group removed Rockefeller’s name from the petition and it no longer appears on their website.

Raniere, who founded Nxivm and its associated group, DOS [Dominus Obsequious Sororium [Latin translation: the obedient women under their male master], is in federal custody awaiting sentencing for sex trafficking, racketeering, and other felony crimes. He faces a minimum sentence of 15 years and a maximum of life.

The petition Rockefeller signed along with several others, called upon prosecutors in Raniere’s federal case to sign an affidavit swearing they did not tamper with evidence, intimidate witnesses, or suborn perjury.

Raniere wrote the affidavit from prison and emailed it to his followers.

Rockefeller signed the petition a week ago at a meeting convened to exchange ideas on ecologically-friendly methods to improve agriculture and food systems, according to two people who attended the meeting.

The meeting was unrelated to Nxivm or Raniere.

Make Justice Blind member Michele Hatchette was invited to the meeting.

According to someone who was there, the conversation at one point turned to how the government prosecutes farmers for selling raw milk.

Michele brought up the topic of the unfair prosecution of a friend of hers. She did not disclose the highly controversial nature of the case, according to three people who attended the meeting.

Rockefeller told Frank Report, Michele is “a nice person who I was having a conversation with and who was asking for help with this, whatever this [Raniere] case is about. which I actually know nothing and it was a foolish, wrong thing of me to let my name be on there at all.”

After Frank Report first reported Rockefeller’s signature on the Nxivm petition, the story was widely read.

Rockefeller confirmed that Hatchette removed her name after being requested to do so.

“I didn’t even hear this story [about Nxivm],” Rockefeller told Frank Report. “I was just trying to help her out. I gather it is a big deal, some sort of very bad, big deal, I don’t know the details.”

The petition reads, in part, “Please support prosecutorial accountability … and keeping the pressure on the prosecutors until their transgressions are addressed.”
