Guys, I did a dig on Chauncey Ranch in Arizona and posted it here back in May of 2019. I suspected that some bad stuff was happening there. About five minutes after posting the coordinates 5 military helicopters were flying down the creek heading for the ranch.

I looked into it again recently and the ranch changed hands, I believe it was the same month of May. Americorps volunteers were sent in to clean it up. This Camp was formerly run by the YMCA and is now run by a group who already had an established camp in Tonto National forest.

When I watched the video of the young volunteers cleaning up the garbage along the creek it really warmed my heart. Good things are happening.

The following is a letter sent to Noxandfriends, from a biochemist, E.J.Ledet, who did some looking into Remdisivir.. We will let you make up your own mind on this without commenting…

Subject: Remdesivir is a ligand ionophore transporter of zinc

Comment: We believe that HCQ is in direct competition with Remdesivir and that Gilead, Big Pharma has put a lot of $$ pressure on MDs, Medical Journals, Press, Academia, NIH, CDC to discredit HCQ after 65 yrs of safe use as a malaria drug and 40 years of safe use to treat lupus and some forms of arthritis.

Gilead contributes $$$ to the income of 20% of NIH Board MDs and Fauci heads NIH. Gilead also funds a great deal of $$$ to Academia Medical research and $$ to Medical journal publishers. The ZInc15 Ligand database, a database containing 230 million zinc ligand/ionophores for sale as potential drugs to various pharmaceutical companies and has 750 million viewable zinc ionophores is funded by NIH of which Fauci is the head.

My recent sleuthing into Remdesivir using the Pharmacology Database and comparing homologue/analogue organic structure similarities for binding sites of zinc, show that Remdesivir is also a zinc ligand/ ionophore (carrier molecule). Gilead has not shared that information with the public but I’m quite sure that Gilead Pharmacology Chemist are very aware that Remdesivir is a ligand ionophore for zinc and can help transport zinc across cell membranes to interfere with viral RNA RdRp enzyme and prevent further virion reproduction just like its HCQ competitor. Gilead synthesized Remdesivir so that it mimics ATP which is critical for RNA reproduction . Since Remdesivir’s organic structure is slightly different from ATP, incorporation of its biological transformed homologue or its synthetic structure depicted below by the virus interrupts RNA transcription and produces pieces of viral RNA which can not be reassembled to make new viruses.

I believe that Gilead is not promoting/touting Remdesivir as a zinc ionophore because its afraid of losing out to HCQ which is one hundred times less expensive since its patent ran out many years ago and is currently produced in 12 different pharmacology labs in India.

Gilead has spent $ hundreds of millions in research/marketing/propaganda, and Gilead stands to lose $ Billions in sales as one 5 day treatment costs $2340.

Former Georgia congresswoman Cynthia McKinney is a featured speaker at a convention of conspiracy theorists this weekend on Jekyll Island.

According to our AJC colleague Chris Joyner, speakers at the Red Pill Expo will promote everything from conspiracies about the Federal Reserve, the JFK assassination, vaccines – there’s even a speaker who thinks the sinking of the Titanic didn’t happen.

But the thread connecting the speakers appears to be a belief that the COVID-19 pandemic is a hoax. McKinney, a 9/11 “truther,” is promoting a book of essays she edited about the virus.

McKinney, as a Green Party presidential candidate in 2008, also once claimed that thousands were executed under the cover of Hurricane Katrina in 2005, their bodies dumped into the swamps of Louisiana. Suffice it to say that this is not so.

The expo has been promoted by adherents of the wide-ranging QAnon community that believes President Donald Trump is fighting a secret cabal of elite pedophiles for control of the world. “Red Pill” refers to a scene in the 1999 movie “The Matrix” where the main character takes a red pill is suddenly aware of the hidden world around him.

On Friday, members of both parties in the U.S. House overwhelmingly supported a resolution condemning the false QAnon conspiracy theories that have spread on social media and seeped into mainstream Republican politics. News reports that one of their own, Tom Malinowski, D-N.J., a sponsor of the measure, had death threats might have contributed to the lopsided and largely symbolic vote.

Toyota and Nissan demand UK cover tariffs if no EU deal reached

Japan's Toyota Motor and Nissan Motor are demanding that the British government cover additional tariffs that could arise if the country cannot conclude a free-trade agreement with the European Union, Nikkei learned on Monday. The U.K., which left the EU in late January, is in a transition period that allows the country to enjoy until the end of this year zero tariffs the same as when it was a member of the EU. If the two parties cannot agree on a deal and the transition period ends on Dec. 31 without one, tariffs on passenger cars will jump to 10% from Jan. 1, 2021. Prime Minister Boris Johnson has said that going into next year "without a deal" is acceptable if the U.K. and the EU cannot agree on one by the time of an EU summit on Oct. 15. The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders estimates that increased tariffs will cost automakers an additional 4.5 billion pounds ($5.82 billion) a year. It will be impossible for the manufacturers to cover the increased tariffs if the government refuses to do so, which could cause foreign carmakers to flee the U.K.

In addition to Nissan and Toyota, BMW and Jaguar Land Rover Automotive are making cars in the U.K. Nissan and Toyota executives acknowledge that they are demanding that the U.K. cover an increase in tariffs. European carmakers are also calling on the U.K. government to do the same, according to sources. A BMW spokesperson, however, said the German automaker will not comment on speculation. Britain, for its part, will continue to focus on securing a free trade agreement in talks with the EU. "We remain committed to working with the automotive industry to try to ensure an outcome that reflects business interests across the U.K.," said a government spokesperson. "A negotiated outcome remains our clear preference. We have put forward our proposals and are working hard to reach a deal with the EU – our aim is a zero tariff, zero quota free trade agreement, as avoiding tariffs is beneficial to both sides." About 1.3 million vehicles were made in the U.K. last year, nearly half of which were manufactured by Japanese companies Nissan, Toyota and Honda. Exports to the EU accounted for 44% of British-made vehicles.

Given that Nissan and Toyota's profit margins are expected to be in a narrow range of several percent, it will be almost impossible for them to absorb a rise in tariffs by slashing costs. If an increase in tariffs is reflected in prices, the Japanese carmakers will become less competitive in the EU market and make it difficult to continue doing business in the U.K. Toyota hinted in March 2019 at withdrawing from the U.K. if 10% tariffs are imposed, while a Nissan executive also said in October 2019 that an increase could put the company's business model in Europe at risk. Last year, BMW Chief Executive Oliver Zipse, who was a member of the board of management at the time, said the company will remain in the U.K. if the country and the EU can agree to keep any tariffs under 5%. The German carmaker makes the Mini brand in the U.K. It will be difficult for British government to cover the increased tariffs due to a financial squeeze resulting from the coronavirus pandemic. Bailing out the car industry, which is dominated by Japanese, German, French and Indian companies, could provoke a backlash from other industry sectors such as pharmaceuticals and airlines, which had demanded government support when the country decided to leave the EU. Such pressure is also aimed at pushing the government to resolve the deadlock and strike an FTA with the EU.

Local media reported that the EU will not bend tariff rules for carmakers operating in the U.K., and the two sides haven't been able to find common ground. If talks breakdown, the U.K. will be forced to decide whether it will cover the increased tariffs by the end of the year. Honda Motor has already decided to end production in the U.K. next year. Carmakers and related businesses will have to think of scaling down or closing businesses, depending on the government decision. The automakers' demand for tariff compensation is "an unusual case," in the view of Keisuke Hanyuda, CEO of Owls Consulting Group and who has expertise in trade issues. Compensation would be equivalent to a subsidy and amount to companies operating in the U.K. receiving trade preferences, a possible violation of World Trade Organization rules.

Behind the automakers' strong stance in demanding compensation is that if an FTA cannot be reached, then demands will likely emerge for aid policies for the manufacturing industry. In concrete terms, that could mean measures such as consolidation of automobile testing certification for exports to the EU and tax reductions for investments in research and development.

San Francisco launches program to pay pregnant women $1,000 per month – only if they’re black, Pacific Islander

San Francisco, CA – In what can only be referred to as a “textbook example” of the dictionary definition of racism, San Francisco’s mayor, London Breed has announced a new city-funded project entitled Abundant Birth Project.

The “Project” has set aside $2.25 million cash payments for women. The payments are $1,000 each and are paid for each of the nine months of pregnancy and the first six months of their baby’s life.

The $15,000 cash stipend will be paid to 150 San Francisco women – on one condition. Your ethnicity must be black or Pacific-Islander. White, Hispanic and Asian-American women need not apply.

And the mayor doesn’t want to stop there. She would like to extend the payments an additional 18 months, for a total of $33,000, which would add $2.7 million to the program.

While part of the funding is reportedly contributed by private donations, the city is reportedly contributing taxpayer money to the program as well.

While they tried to use statistics to justify the program’s exclusion of all but two ethnicities, no amount of bloviating will change the fact that providing money to people simply because of their skin color or ethnicity while denying the same benefits to others, for the sole purpose of theirs, is racial discrimination.

“Providing guaranteed income support to mothers during pregnancy is an innovative and equitable approach that will ease some of the financial stress that all too often keeps women from being able to put their health first,” said Mayor Breed.

“The Abundant Birth Project is rooted in racial justice and recognizes that Black and Pacific Islander mothers suffer disparate health impacts, in part because of the persistent wealth and income gap.

Thanks to the work of the many partners involved, we are taking real action to end these disparities and are empowering mothers with the resources they need to have healthy pregnancies and births.”

Though I don’t follow the news in the Netherlands much, I happened to see something the other day that I think is a “beautiful” example of why so many countries get their “measures” wrong, their lockdowns, facemasks etc.

First of all, they all screwed up their initial lockdowns, which pretty much were March-June all over. And second lockdowns are more something they like to threaten people with than actually considered options. Unless things really get out of hand, if for instance numbers of deaths suddenly increase a lot, but given the change towards infections occurring in much younger people than before, that is not likely. Plus, of course, no-one wants even more economic damage.

And now what you see is the politicians don’t know what to do anymore. They turn to “their scientists” again, but many have before given advice that is different from what they say now, that hasn’t worked, and that often contradicts what their colleagues in other countries say. And so everyone starts blaming “the people”.

But the people have mostly obeyed the lockdowns and become experts themselves, or so they think, and seen them go nowhere. That makes the positions of politicians and “experts” much weaker than it was 6-7 months ago. It’s about credibility, and they’ve squandered it. Why “must we listen to the scientists” if that does us no good?

The Netherlands, like many European countries, is in a second wave that is seeing many more new daily cases than in spring. Partly due to more testing, but not entirely:

Several of McKenna’s listeners showed up to photograph the city government workers’ activities promoted by the Biden for President campaign. The poll workers stuffed ballots into “red zipper bags with no security whatsoever. The poll workers witnessed people’s (blank) ballots, just like you would if you did an in-person absentee ballot, threw them in the red zipper bags, and we don’t know what’s become of these ballots since,” McKenna told me.

Leaked Document Reveals Exxon's Plan To Increase Emissions As Energy Space Prepares For Decarbonization

As oil majors prioritize their own decarbonization goals, an internal document viewed by Bloomberg reveals Exxon Mobil Corp. is planning to increase annual carbon-dioxide emissions output by as much as a small country like Greece.

Exxon is one of the biggest corporate emitters of greenhouse gasses globally, and the leak comes as the Texas-based company's rivals, such as BP Plc and Royal Dutch Shell Plc, are planning, or have already begun, to shrink oil and gas operations to become net-zero on carbon by 2050 or before.

The internal document revealed Exxon's stunning investment strategy of more than $200 billion in energy investments that would increase its emissions by about 17% through 2025. These investments are projected to drive higher cash flows and double earnings. However, much of the strategy was developed in pre-virus pandemic times and has yet to be revised for a post-pandemic world of lower oil demand and collapsing energy prices.

But the planning documents show for the first time that Exxon has carefully assessed the direct emissions it expects from the seven-year investment plan adopted in 2018 by Chief Executive Officer Darren Woods. The additional 21 million metric tons of carbon dioxide per year that would result from ramping up production dwarfs Exxon's projections for its own efforts to reduce pollution, such as deploying renewable energy and burying some carbon dioxide.

These internal estimates reflect only a small portion of Exxon's total contribution to climate change. Greenhouse gases from direct operations, such as those measured by Exxon, typically account for a fifth of the total at a large oil company; most emissions come from customers burning fuel in vehicles or other end uses, which the Exxon documents don't account for.

That means the full climate impact of Exxon's growth strategy would likely be five times the company's estimate—or about 100 million tons of additional carbon dioxide—had the company accounted for so-called Scope 3 emissions. If its plans are realized, Exxon would add to the atmosphere the annual emissions of a small, developed nation, or 26 coal-fired power plants. -Bloomberg

Despite Exxon's massive investment plan, plunging oil demand has resulted in a collapse in energy prices, which has in turn weighed on the company's shares, as has being kicked out of the Dow. This drop in demand forced Exxon to slash its spending budget by a third in April, and its share price currently hovers around March lows.

Feds Grant Foreign Oil Company Right to Seize Land from American Property Owners for Pipeline

This past spring, while much of the country focused on COVID-19, three men who work in an obscure corner of the federal government weighed a question with profound effects across the American West. On the docket was a proposal to build a natural gas pipeline that would slice through hundreds of miles of Oregon wilderness, private lands and areas sacred to American Indians. The plan, which had been repeatedly rejected by state and federal regulators for more than a decade, would give a Canadian company the right to seize the land it needed from any American property owner who stood in the way. The government panel that would make the decision can meet in person. But on this March afternoon, it was conducting the people’s business in writing — government by what amounts to dueling memos.

The members of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission are typically the kind of people President Donald Trump has in mind when he derisively talks about the “deep state”: faceless bureaucrats who pull the levers of power with little scrutiny or accountability. Except these were Trump’s bureaucrats. Two of the three members had been appointed by the president, whose enthusiasm for any project that might be cast as boosting America’s fossil fuel industry is nothing if not predictable.

It is hard to argue that the plan to connect the Oregon coast via pipeline to the Canadian Rockies would do much for American frackers hit hard by an international energy glut. For one thing, the gas would come from Canadian wells, at least at first. Also, it was uncertain whether there was much of a market for gas that would be piped 229 miles through Oregon to supertankers docked at a high-tech facility in the fishing town of Coos Bay. Backers of the project had assured FERC that they would find customers in Asia, that many countries would someday stop buying cheap and locally available coal and fuel their industries with far more expensive but cleaner North American gas. Even supporters acknowledged that such a shift was unlikely to happen anytime soon and might not tap American gas wells along the route for years.

The state of Oregon had refused to approve the project, and FERC had rejected it once already. But Jordan Cove, as it’s called, had come roaring back to life with help from a powerful advocate operating from what Trump likes to call “the swamp.” The lead lobbyist for the Canadian company was David Urban, a Republican political operative credited with delivering the traditionally Democratic state of Pennsylvania to the president in the 2016 election. The argument in favor of the project hit two key tenets of Trumpism: It would create jobs in the U.S. and counter the influence China had on its neighbors as an energy exporter.

By law, the question before the FERC commissioners was whether the project served the “public interest.” Simply put, did the benefits of constructing a pipeline and a facility that would turn gas into its more easily transported liquid form, called liquefied natural gas, or LNG for short, outweigh the possible harm?

Gilead contributes $$$ to the income of 20% of NIH Board MDs and Fauci heads NIH. Gilead also funds a great deal of $$$ to Academia Medical research and $$ to Medical journal publishers. The ZInc15 Ligand database, a database containing 230 million zinc ligand/ionophores for sale as potential drugs to various pharmaceutical companies and has 750 million viewable zinc ionophores is funded by NIH of which Fauci is the head.

My recent sleuthing into Remdesivir using the Pharmacology Database and comparing homologue/analogue organic structure similarities for binding sites of zinc, show that Remdesivir is also a zinc ligand/ ionophore (carrier molecule). Gilead has not shared that information with the public but I’m quite sure that Gilead Pharmacology Chemist are very aware that Remdesivir is a ligand ionophore for zinc and can help transport zinc across cell membranes to interfere with viral RNA RdRp enzyme and prevent further virion reproduction just like its HCQ competitor. Gilead synthesized Remdesivir so that it mimics ATP which is critical for RNA reproduction . Since Remdesivir’s organic structure is slightly different from ATP, incorporation of its biological transformed homologue or its synthetic structure depicted below by the virus interrupts RNA transcription and produces pieces of viral RNA which can not be reassembled to make new viruses.

I believe that Gilead is not promoting/touting Remdesivir as a zinc ionophore because its afraid of losing out to HCQ which is one hundred times less expensive since its patent ran out many years ago and is currently produced in 12 different pharmacology labs in India.

Gilead has spent $ hundreds of millions in research/marketing/propaganda, and Gilead stands to lose $ Billions in sales as one 5 day treatment costs $2340.

Trump Urges People To Vote In Tweets From Walter Reed Hospital

President Donald Trump encouraged people to vote Monday in a string of all-capitalized tweets touting his presidential accomplishments.

Tweeting from Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, where he is currently receiving treatment for the novel coronavirus, Trump claimed that “next year will be the best ever,” and that a vote for Democrats would lead to “the biggest [tax increase] in the history of our country.”

Trump also referenced a range of other issues ranging from the stock market to religious liberty and the Space Force in his series tweets, each followed by one word: “VOTE!”

The president also touted his “biggest tax cut ever,” referring to tax law he signed in 2017, and said that another one was coming if he wins reelection.

Trump’s flurry of tweets comes as he has been largely confined to Walter Reed since Friday. He and First Lady Melania Trump tested positive for the coronavirus last week, upending his scheduled rallies and adding uncertainty to the fate of the next debate between him and Democratic nominee Joe Biden, The New York Times reported.

Trump greeted some of his supporters outside Walter Reed Sunday from the inside of a presidential vehicle, prompting criticism from some who argued that he risked the lives of his secret service agents in the car with him, NBC News reported.

ROME — Pope Francis has proposed “a different way of understanding relations and exchanges between countries” that minimizes the idea of citizenship in a particular nation and emphasizes the common humanity of all people.

In a new encyclical letter titled Fratelli Tutti (Brothers All), the pope asserts that the common destination of the earth’s goods “requires that this principle also be applied to nations, their territories and their resources.”

“Seen from the standpoint not only of the legitimacy of private property and the rights of its citizens, but also of the first principle of the common destination of goods,” the pontiff writes, “we can then say that each country also belongs to the foreigner, inasmuch as a territory’s goods must not be denied to a needy person coming from elsewhere.”

Judicial Watch Lawsuit Forces Pennsylvania Counties to Confess They Submitted Inaccurate Data to Government on Eligible Voters

Several counties in the battleground state of Pennsylvania were forced to admit they submitted erroneous information to the government regarding the state’s eligible voters.

Earlier this year, conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit against three counties in Pennsylvania in an effort to clean up their dirty voting rolls after they discovered the number of registered voters was unusually high.

Dirty voter rolls increase the likelihood of fraud.

Judicial Watch discovered Bucks County, Chester County and Delaware County had an unusually low number of voters removed under the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).

Sure enough, these three counties admitted they submitted inaccurate data to the government regarding eligible voters, thanks to Judicial Watch.

Judicial Watch announced today that the State of Pennsylvania and three Pennsylvania counties admitted they reported incorrect information to a federal agency concerning the removal of ineligible voters from their voter rolls.

Federal regulations require Pennsylvania to certify to the federal Election Assistance Commission (EAC) the number of voter registrations removed from the rolls under the NVRA because the voter has moved out of state. According to data the State certified to the EAC in the most recent two-year reporting period:

Bucks County, with about 457,000 registrations, removed a total of eight names under the relevant NVRA procedures;

Chester County, with about 357,000 registrations, removed five names under those procedures; and

Delaware County, with about 403,000 registrations, removed four names under those procedures.

In recent court filings, Pennsylvania admitted it had certified incorrect data to the EAC. The State alleged unverified, revised figures for Bucks, Chester, and Delaware counties. Those three counties also alleged their own unverified, revised figures, which differed, however, from those provided by the State. The new numbers alleged by the State and its counties are still a small fraction of the voter names likely inactive, according to Judicial Watch’s analysis provided to the court. Judicial Watch contends that, “even if these numbers are accurate, which we do not concede, they would still be removing too few old registrations.”

In its revised filings, the State also conceded that eighteen other Pennsylvania counties—which together contain about one quarter of Pennsylvania’s registered voters—had removed a combined total of fifteen names under the relevant NVRA procedures in the most recent two-year reporting period.

“Pennsylvania’s voting rolls are such a mess that even Pennsylvania can’t tell a court the details of how dirty or clean they are. The simple solution is to follow federal law and take the necessary and simple steps to clean up their voter rolls,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

Raising boys as girls and girls as boys has become quite the popular trend among left-wing parents.

Some of these parents are even sending their children to get hormone replacement therapy before they have finished their sexual development.

This practice comes from a set of ideas known as “gender theory” — a philosophy with a long history of child abuse, mental illness and suicide.

What Is Gender Theory?

The proponents of “gender theory” believe that gender is socially constructed; unseen forces within our society have conditioned men to adopt masculine traits and women to adopt feminine ones.

If our society were truly free, then the labels of “male” and “female” would not be assigned at birth. According to gender theory, children and adults would choose which gender they are of their own free will.

While “sex” continues to refer to the biological reality of whether one is male or female, “gender” has been redefined as a person’s chosen masculine or feminine identity.

If a biological man chooses to identify as a woman, his “gender” is female and vice versa.

The activists behind gender theory allow young children with no conception of sex to choose their gender despite the fact that they are too young to understand the long-term ramifications such decisions may have.

Many of these children are then raised as if they are the opposite sex.

Not only does this set of ideas fly in the face of what science tells us about sex differences; it has also led to the suffering — and even deaths — of countless young boys and girls.

Gender Theory’s First Test

The case of David Reimer, one of the first individuals who was transitioned to a different gender as a child, is used by many gender theorists as proof that men can be women and women can be men.

David’s story is a tragic one. As an infant, his penis was irreparably damaged during a horrible accident.

His parents were devastated and didn’t know how to raise their child with such a debilitating injury.

Then came along psychologist John Money, the man many now consider to be the father of gender theory.

Money saw Reimer’s tragic circumstances as the perfect set of conditions for testing the theory that gender is socially constructed.

He then convinced the parents to raise David as a girl.

She described Maxwell as “the real monster” in a recent interview.

Earlier this year after Jeffrey Epstein’s associate Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested, her defense attorneys argued at her bail hearing that she was “not Epstein“ and that she was receiving unnecessarily harsh treatment from the court simply because of her association with the billionaire pedophile.

However, a new accuser has come forward to reveal how she was brutally assaulted and raped by Maxwell because she recruited a 19-year-old girl for Epstein but lied and told them that she was 16.

Maxwell and Epstein were both enraged by the incident, and both participated in the assault, although she says that Maxwell was the one who started it. She described Maxwell as “the real monster” in a recent interview.

The woman is afraid to go public with her legal name, but is communicating with media under the name “Samantha.”

She said that when she was 21-years-old she was going to school at Parsons and getting paid to recruit girls for Epstein and Maxwell. After lying about the age of one of the girls, she was called to Epstein’s Manhattan mansion where she was “gagged, restrained and raped” by Ghislaine Maxwell, before Epstein joined in.

She said that Maxwell began yelling at her in a massage room in Epstein’s home, calling her a “dirty, filthy wh*re,” and a “lying wh*re.”

“The next thing I knew she had a ball gag in my mouth, my hands around my back and she was raping me with a sex toy. She had taken my clothes off. It all happened so fast, I was stunned. She was using the sex toy on me and on herself then she called in Epstein and he joined in,” she said.

She says that after the incident, the pair gave her $300 and told her not to tell anyone, and threatened to kill her if she went to the police.

“I was terrified — I couldn’t do anything to stop them. I remember her giving me $300 and saying, ‘Don’t think about going to the authorities because you won’t be alive to see your day in court,’ or something like that,” Samantha told the Sun.

“When they were done, when it was finally over, I walked out of that door a very different person than what I walked in — I was in shock,” she added.

This was the last time that Samantha would ever see Epstein or Maxwell. After the attack, she fled New York to Los Angeles and is only speaking out now because Epstein is dead and Maxwell is behind bars. All these years she had feared that they would fulfill their promise of taking her life if she told her story.

“They stole my whole life. I had a bright future ahead of me and they took that from me. I feel like they took away my ambition, my drive and my future,” Samantha says.

Her attorney Spencer Kuvin, said that Samantha would be willing to help investigators build their case, and that she was submitting an application to the Epstein compensation fund.

Judicial Watch Sues California to Prevent Enforcement of Race, Ethnicity, Sexual Preference and Transgender Status Quotas for Corporate Boards of Directors

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a lawsuit in the Superior Court of the State of California County of Los Angeles on behalf of three California taxpayers to prevent California from enforcing Assembly Bill 979 (AB 979), which Governor Gavin Newsom signed into law September 30, 2020. The bill requires that boards of directors of California-based, publicly held domestic or foreign corporations satisfy racial, ethnicity, sexual preference and transgender status quotas by the end of the 2021 calendar year. A Senate Floor Analysis says the bill draws distinctions based on race and ethnicity, and therefore, it is “suspect,” and that “the existence of general societal discrimination will not ordinarily satisfy courts.” Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit a few hours after Governor Newsom signed the new quota law.

AB 979 requires publicly held corporations to have a minimum of one director from an “underrepresented community” on its board by the end of the 2021 calendar year and up to three “underrepresented-community” board members by the end of the 2022 calendar year, depending on the size of the board. The bill defines “director from an underrepresented community” to mean “an individual who self-identifies as Black, African American, Hispanic, Latino, Asian, Pacific Islander, Native American, Native Hawaiian, or Alaska Native, or who self-identifies as gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender.”

Judicial Watch filed the lawsuit (Robin Crest, et al. v. Alex Padilla, in his official capacity as Secretary of State of the State of California (No.20ST-CV-37513)) the same day Governor Newsom signed the bill in order to prevent the Secretary of State’s office from expending taxpayer funds and taxpayer-financed resources to implement the law and/or ensure compliance with AB 979’s racial, ethnic, sexual preference and transgender-based quotas. According to the Assembly Appropriations Committee AB 979 “will result in ongoing costs in the hundreds of thousands of dollars to gather demographic information and compile a report on this data on its internet website.”

In its complaint Judicial Watch argues:

Any expenditure of taxpayer funds or taxpayer-financed resources on AB 979 is illegal under the California Constitution. The legislation’s requirement that certain corporations appoint a specific number of directors based upon race, ethnicity, sexual preference, and transgender status is immediately suspect and presumptively invalid and triggers strict scrutiny review by the court.

Because it classifies directors by virtue of their race, ethnicity, sexual preference, or transgender status, AB 979 can only be justified by a compelling governmental interest, and its use of race and ethnicity must be narrowly tailored to serve that compelling interest.

As California cannot make these difficult showings, AB 979 is unconstitutional and any expenditure of taxpayer funds or taxpayer-financed resources in furtherance of, ensuring compliance with, or otherwise effectuating the racial, ethnicity, sexual preference, and transgender quotas required by AB 979 is illegal.

We have learned a lot in the past week about the Russiagate anti-Trump coup plot. The dots are slowly being connected, far too slowly for those who would like the full truth to come out. But any progress in Washington can be counted as a small victory.

One important revelation was that the primary sub-source – used by British spy Christopher Steele to compile his discredited, rumor-filled anti-Trump dossier in 2016 – was linked to Russian intelligence. This was revealed when senators requested that the Justice Department declassify a footnote to Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s 2019 report on FBI FISA abuse against Trump campaign aide Carter Page. Attorney General William Barr then provided a two-page summary of an FBI counterintelligence investigation into Steele’s sub-source, Russian national Igor Danchenko, which lasted from 2009-2011. Danchenko was a known associate of Russian intelligence operatives, but the investigation ended after he left the country in 2010.

Why this information was redacted from the Horowitz report is anyone’s guess since hiding it serves no national security interest; but keeping it from public view did at least keep that part of the Steele dossier coverup alive. In his testimony this week to the Senate Judiciary Committee, former FBI Director James Comey downplayed the role of the Steele dossier in obtaining the FISA warrant, but it is reasonable to assume that the warrant would never have been issued had the FISA court been given the full provenance of the document. No, the dossier was central to obtaining the Carter Page FISA warrant and all that flowed from it through targeting Page’s contacts and tertiary individuals, possibly including Donald Trump himself.

Israel may halt its weapons sale to Azerbaijan, Armenian ambassador says

Renewed hostilities broke out between Armenia and Azerbaijan on September 27, over the contested Nagorno-Karabakh territory.

Israel may halt commercial weapon sales to Azerbaijan, Armenian Ambassador to Israel Armen Smbatyan told the media, as fighting intensified for the ninth day between the two countries.

“In two or three days, they [Israel] seem to be on the way to stopping the supply of weapons,” Smbatyan told the Armenian news site Factor. He added that he had received a verbal promise that this would occur.

Last week, Armenia recalled Smbatyan for consultations to protest the sale of Israeli made weapons, including drones, to Azerbaijan, which have been used against its forces.

The Foreign Ministry said it would not comment on Smbatyan’s words or on Jerusalem’s export policy with regard to defense matters.

Renewed hostilities broke out between Armenia and Azerbaijan on September 27, over the contested Nagorno-Karabakh territory.

Israel has strong ties with both counties and has sought to remain neutral in the conflict, but it receives 40% of its oil supply from Azerbaijan, making its ties with that country particularly important.

The commercial Israeli weapons sales to Azerbaijan have also made it hard for Jerusalem to maintain a position of neutrality, in a conflict that has threatened to involve the larger parties of Russia, which backs Armenia, and Turkey, which supports Azerbaijan.

Fuad Akhundov, head of sector for work with foreign media in the administration of the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan, told The Jerusalem Post that any reports that sales would be halted were “fake news” and he lauded the tight ties between his country and Israel.

“Israel is our partner,” as part of that partnership Azerbaijan had contracts with Israel to purchase military hardware, but that the contracts only dealt with hardware and did not involve greater involvement.

Akhundov confirmed Azerbaijan was using Israeli drones in its battle with Armenia, which he called the aggressor in the situation.

Azerbaijan, once provoked by Armenia, was simply reclaiming its territory and that its right to that land was supported by international law, Akhundov said.

“We are fighting not against the Armenian people,” he said.

It was his presumption that Armenia sought to involve both Russia and Turkey in the conflict, Akhundov said. Armenia has a military pact with Russia, through the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), by which Moscow is bound to come to its aid in certain situations.

ARMENIA and Azerbaijan accused each other on Monday of attacking civilian areas on a ninth day of fighting, the deadliest in the south Caucasus region in more than 25 years.

Arizona U.S. Senate candidate Mark Kelly’s activities with the Chinese Communist dictatorship have become an issue in that state’s senatorial election. Hunter Biden’s acceptance of money from allies in China, Russia and Ukraine has become an issue in the presidential election.

Some Democrats apparently find it hard to understand how ruthless and dictatorial their Communist Chinese business partners are.

In Kelly’s case, riding around China with a Chinese flag on his motorcycle was probably good for selling products and putting money in his pocket, but it also helped legitimize the totalitarian police state Xi Jinping is building. After all, if an American astronaut is comfortable waving the Chinese flag, can the dictatorship really be that bad?

Similarly, selling the giant Chinese conglomerate Tencent a role in Kelly’s surveillance balloon company offers the Chinese dictatorship an opportunity to acquire surveillance technology that will help it further control the Chinese people. At a time when the dictatorship has more than a million Muslims in concentration camps, is systematically destroying the culture of Tibetan Buddhists, and is imposing a police state on Hong Kong, offering surveillance opportunities through Tencent to Xi Jinping is a profoundly bad idea.

Kelly’s business partner, Tencent, is also an investor in the remake of "Top Gun" and it is a sign of the dictatorship’s willingness to censor Americans that Tom Cruise’s pilot jacket no longer carries flags from Taiwan and Japan. No detail of Communist propaganda is too small for Kelly’s Chinese Communist friends.

Remember that all Chinese companies – by law – are subordinate to the communist dictatorship – and Kelly’s relationship with Tencent is really a relationship with the dictatorship.

Hunter Biden’s massively profitable ties with the communist Chinese have become a bigger and bigger national issue (see the 85-page Senate report on Biden’s enormous payments from players in Ukraine, Russia and most agressively China).

These two stories are part of a growing tide of examples of the Chinese Communist dictatorship’s efforts to infiltrate and influence America.

Consider these recent examples:

CNBC reported that 33-year-old, Tibetan-born New York Police Officer and U.S. Army Reservist Baimadajie Angwang was arrested Monday for allegedly “spying on fellow ethnic Tibetans while acting as an illegal agent for China.” Charges allege that he reported the activities of other native Tibetans in the New York area to the Chinese consulate there.

With Donald Trump’s positive coronavirus test casting uncertainty on the final two presidential debates, the pressure is on for Kamala Harris to make the case to American voters that she and Joe Biden belong in the White House when she faces off Wednesday night with Mike Pence in the only vice presidential debate of the election.

Suddenly, this debate matters much more than it did pre-diagnosis. And those who know and study the California senator say Harris will arrive at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City having done her homework.

“I can tell you she is studious and prepared and I’m sure her team is reviewing a lot of tape and they are rehearsing intensely because the stakes for this are way too high,” said Rebecca Prozan, who managed Harris’ successful campaign for San Francisco district attorney in 2003.

The campaign has tapped Pete Buttigieg for debate practice to stand in as Pence, who served as governor of Indiana while Buttigieg was mayor of South Bend. Pence’s camp has reportedly called on former Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker to play the role of Harris during prep.

Walker also served as a stand-in during the 2016 campaign, assuming the role of then-vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine.

“Oh that’s dumb,” Barbara O’Connor, a professor emeritus of communications at Sacramento State University who spent decades working as a debate coach, said of the Walker choice.

Beyond choosing someone who communicates similarly, O’Connor said the Republicans should have chosen a woman and someone with a similar ethnic background. But, she pointed out, there aren’t many examples of someone like Harris in the GOP.

As far as style, O’Connor expects Harris to be measured and exacting; “surgical” was her assessment of the senator’s intense questioning of then-Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

“I think she will probably be very calculating and look directly into the camera and talk to the folks watching and the moderator and pretty much ignore Pence,” she said.

If Pence comes at Harris with a hint of condescension, O’Connor added, “she can slice through him like he does not want to be sliced.”

But, O’Connor warned, the Golden State’s former top cop will also have to be careful not to turn off suburban women who cast their ballots for Trump four years ago but, polling suggests, may opt for Biden this November.

“It’s not prosecutor; it’s vice presidential candidate,” O’Connor said.

Harris is well aware of the double standards she will face. Pence, a White man, does not receive criticism for being too aggressive or too ambitious as Harris has.

“There’s this trope of the angry Black woman and she knows she has to avoid that,” said Melissa Michelson, a political science professor at Menlo College. “She’s had half a century of practice.”

Haspel is hoping Trump loses his re-election bid so she can run out the clock on Russiagate document declassifications, multiple intelligence community officials told The Federalist.

Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director Gina Haspel is personally blocking the declassification and release of key Russiagate documents in the hopes that President Donald Trump will lose his re-election bid, multiple senior U.S. officials told The Federalist. The officials said Haspel, who served under former CIA Director John Brennan as the spy agency’s station chief in London in 2016 and 2017, is concerned that the declassification and release of documents detailing what the CIA was doing during the 2016 election and the 2017 transition could embarrass the CIA and potentially even implicate Haspel herself.

“Haspel and [FBI Director Christopher] Wray both want Trump to lose, because it’s the only chance they have of keeping their jobs,” one senior intelligence official told The Federalist. “They’re banking on Biden winning and keeping them where they are.”

The Federalist first reported last week that Haspel had emerged as the primary roadblock to declassification of materials showing that the U.S. intelligence community knew prior to the 2016 election that the allegations that Trump colluded with Russia were themselves the products of Russian disinformation. Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe released a declassified summary last week that disclosed that Russian intelligence officials were aware that former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton had planned to smear Trump as a treasonous Russian asset to distract from the Clinton’s e-mail scandal. As part of her operation, Clinton hired a foreign agent who was himself working for a sanctioned Russian oligarch to spread unverified smears against Trump. One of the key sources of collusion allegations peddled by that foreign agent via the now-infamous Steele dossier was suspected by FBI authorities of being a Russian spy.

“It’s far more important for Haspel to block any embarrassment of herself or her agency than to have full transparency and accountability,” another senior intelligence official told The Federalist. “She’s just hoping she can get past the election so the documents will never come out.”

“This is not a source protection issue, it’s an embarrassment issue,” the intelligence official added.

Police and SES search Brisbane bushland for missing Federal Circuit Court judge Guy Andrew

The search for missing Federal Circuit Court judge Guy Andrew in Brisbane bushland will resume in the morning.

Judge Andrew was reported missing on Sunday after he drove in the direction of Mount Coot-tha, west of Brisbane, where he normally went for a walk.

His car was found later that day on Dillon Road in neighbouring suburb The Gap.

Police trail bike riders and about 40 SES volunteers spent Monday scouring bushland in the area.

Judge Andrew's family and police hold concern for his welfare, however police said they did not believe his disappearance was suspicious.

Anyone with information is urged to contact police.

Judge Andrew was appointed as Townsville's full-time Federal Circuit Court judge in March last year.

In August this year, the Family Court of Australia set aside Judge Andrew's decision in a parenting and property settlement case, after it was appealed by a man who argued Judge Andrew was "critical, dismissive, sarcastic and rude" to his lawyers and tried to humiliate them.

The Family Court found Judge Andrew's treatment of the man's solicitor was "hectoring, insulting, belittling, sarcastic and rude".

Less than a week later, Judge Andrew was temporarily transferred to Brisbane to receive "counselling [and] mentoring" and for his sittings to be monitored, according to a court spokesperson in September.

A decision was due before Christmas on whether Judge Andrew would return to Townsville next year.

Why Is Fauci Wringing His Hands Over COVID 'Cases' Detected by PRC Tests?

Dr. Anthony Fauci was on CNN Monday morning, lamenting the number of daily positive tests for COVID-19. Of course, these are always called “cases,” which makes people with a medical background want to tear their hair out for several reasons. However, it is crucial to the preferred narrative that you think there are 40,000 new sick people every day. People who could need the type of sophisticated care being given to President Trump at Walter Reed Medical Center.

This idea is ridiculous, misleading, and alarmist for many reasons. First, citing “cases” of illness suggests individuals have symptoms of it. In a significant number of people who are testing positive for COVID-19, this is simply not the case. People who are not and won’t get ill receive a positive test result because of the way the most common type of test used to detect the virus works.

The PCR test does not detect a live virus. For a virus to infect an individual or be transmitted to another person, it must be capable of replication. The PCR does not measure the ability of the material detected to make additional copies of itself. It is appropriate to use the word material because the PCR test looks for pieces of the virus’s RNA. It does not require a complete RNA strand to return a positive result.

The CDC knows this, and so does the FDA. This knowledge is why the CDC no longer suggests retesting recovered patients. The agency acknowledges that a patient will shed virus particles incapable of being transmitted and causing infection for up to 90 days. When you add the research about T-cell immunity to this mix, it is possible to understand why there are so many asymptomatic “cases.”

T cells are immune cells that hang out in the lymph system, and some have a form of “memory.” They recognize parts of viral and bacterial invaders and are activated to eliminate them from the body by a complex immune response. Research demonstrates enough similarity between COVID-19 and other coronaviruses to suggest this reaction takes place in somewhere between 40% and 60% of the population.

As Dr. Beda M. Stadler, a Swiss biologist, emeritus professor, and former director of the Institute of Immunology at the University of Bern, noted that the same virus particles found in a recovered patient will be found in someone with an effective immune response to COVID-19 (emphasis mine):

So if we do a PCR corona test on an immune person, it is not a virus that is detected, but a small shattered part of the viral genome. The test comes back positive for as long as there are tiny shattered parts of the virus left. Correct: Even if the infectious viruses are long dead, a corona test can come back positive, because the PCR method multiplies even a tiny fraction of the viral genetic material enough [to be detected].

Reporting at The New York Times echoed this observation. According to a study done on positive samples in New York, Massachusetts, and Nevada, 90% of tests had very little viral debris in the sample, indicating that infection and transmission are unlikely:

In three sets of testing data that include cycle thresholds, compiled by officials in Massachusetts, New York and Nevada, up to 90 percent of people testing positive carried barely any virus, a review by The Times found.

On Thursday, the United States recorded 45,604 new coronavirus cases, according to a database maintained by The Times. Liberals often mock conservative Christians for supporting a notorious sinner and philanderer in Donald Trump, but the Left has grown increasingly hostile to biblical small-o orthodox Christianity. Even the ostensibly moderate Democratic nominee Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. represents an insidious threat to the religious freedom of conservative Christians. He also represents a threat to Roman Catholics, even though he is himself a practicing Catholic.

How could this be? Biden’s rhetoric and policies single out those who adhere to traditional religious beliefs and moral convictions, aiming to limit their ability to live by their consciences and ostracizing them from polite society. The Democrat may outwardly campaign on a platform of unity and diversity, but his candidacy truly represents a threat to traditional religious believers.

Disqualified from the Supreme Court?

The most recent evidence of this insidious threat came last week, when a Biden staffer suggested that traditional religious beliefs that homosexual acts are sinful and that marriage is between one man and one woman should be so “taboo” as to disqualify someone from serving on the Supreme Court.

Politico contributing editor Adam Wren noted that President Donald Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett “was a trustee at a South Bend private school that described ‘homosexual acts’ as ‘at odds with Scripture’ & said marriage was between ‘one man and one woman’ years after Obergefell v. Hodges.”

Shadi Hamid, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, responded, “Wait, why is this news? Isn’t this the standard position for any orthodox Catholic?”

Nikitha Rai, deputy data director for Pennsylvania at Biden’s campaign, responded to Hamid, saying, “Unfortunately, yes.”

Hamid responded, “to be fair, it’s the standard position for any orthodox Muslim or Jew as well…”

“True,” Rai acknowledged. Yet the staffer insisted that this perspective must be marginalized. “I’d heavily prefer views like that not be elevated to SCOTUS [the Supreme Court of the U.S.], but unfortunately our current culture is still relatively intolerant. It will be a while before those types of beliefs are so taboo that they’re disqualifiers.”

Houthis Show Documents Revealing Israeli Interference In Yemen During Saleh Presidency

A spokesperson for Yemen’s Houthi-supported army, Brigadier Yahya Saree, revealed yesterday details of the links between Israel and former Yemeni President the late Ali Abdullah Saleh. The extensive but mostly clandestine links can be traced back at least to the year 2000.

Speaking at a press conference broadcast live from the capital Sana’a on Sunday evening, Saree highlighted that the Yemeni nation is confronting a Saudi-led military aggression, which seeks to accomplish the desired objectives of the Tel Aviv regime.

During the press conference he showed several documents indicating that Israeli authorities wanted to secure control over the strategic Bab-el-Mandeb strait, which connects the Red Sea to the Gulf of Aden, Yemeni islands and the port of Hudaydah.

He also cited official documents which demonstrated that Saleh’s government had secret relations with Tel Aviv which included visits by officials on both sides.

Indeed, on 30 March 30 2000 the then president of Yemen, Ali Abdullah Saleh, confirmed that he had met with Israeli President Ezer Weizman after Israeli media revealed the secretive meeting had occurred.

According to Saree, normalisation between the two countries peaked in 2007, when Israeli diplomat Bruce Kashdan arrived in Sanaa to meet Yemeni military and security officials who were relatives of Saleh. The UAE was also revealed in some of the documents as actively facilitating some of the exchanges.

“The Israeli official left Sanaa International Airport on 16 July, 2007,” said Saree. “The visit had been arranged by Yemeni officials, and the UAE played a leading role in it. The Israeli diplomat had earlier visited Yemen on 2 February, 2005.”

During the visit, security in the Red Sea and Bab Al-Mandab was discussed in addition to commercial cooperation and allowing Israeli products to enter the Yemeni market.

Al-Masirah reported that the document also mentioned the signing of an agreement that allowed Israeli civilian flights to use Yemeni air space.

Another document issued by the UAE Embassy in Sanaa, noted that a Jewish delegation visited Yemen and asked officials to naturalise approximately 60,000 Israelis with Yemeni nationality, 15,000 of whom had US citizenship.

The Emirati ambassador in Sanaa, Hamad Saeed Al-Zaabi, in a memorandum to the UAE Foreign Minister in 2004, noted that the “Yemeni-Jewish normalisation” was part of a larger scheme drawn up by the US.

Saree stated that Israel has constantly meddled in Yemeni affairs and continues to do so. “Yemen has long been the main target of US-Israeli plots and the ongoing onslaught clearly proves this. The Armed Forces call upon Yemenis from all walks of life to raise their awareness about the real intentions of foreigners. Our struggle is nothing but a fateful battle for liberation and independence.”

The army spokesperson also claimed that further information about Israel’s involvement in the Yemen war will be disclosed in the future. “We have other evidence of the Israeli military participation in the aggression, and it will be revealed in due course.” LINK

In late August of this year, it was revealed that the UAE occupying forces on the island of Socotra were planning to allow Israel establish intelligence facilities on the strategically located island.

According to the report, a delegation of Israeli and Emirati intelligence officers arrived on the Socotra Island very recently and examined various locations for establishing the planned intelligence bases. The purpose of such a base would be to collect intelligence across the region, particularly from Bab Al-Mandab and south of Yemen, along with the Gulf of Eden and the Horn of Africa. LINK

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton faces allegations of bribery and corruption

Seven high-ranking staff members have accused Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) of inappropriately using his office, alleging in a letter last week that the state’s top prosecutor engaged in possible crimes ranging from bribery to improper influence.

While the Thursday letter to the human resources director for the attorney general’s office does not detail specific misdeeds, the seven officials say they have asked federal law enforcement agencies to investigate Paxton. The Houston Chronicle on Sunday reported that the lawyers are alleging the attorney general used his office to benefit an embattled investor who donated to his campaign.

The letter, which claims that Paxton has been “violating federal and/or state law, including prohibitions relating to improper influence, abuse of office, bribery, and other potential criminal offenses,” was obtained and first reported Saturday by the Austin American-Statesman and KVUE.

Paxton’s office said in a statement to the American-Statesman. “Making false claims is a very serious matter and we plan to investigate this to the fullest extent of the law.”

Despite the lack of clear details, the letter has reignited scrutiny of Paxton’s record and his penchant for controversy.

Paxton, 57, is a prominent supporter of President Trump, national co-chairman of the Lawyers for Trump coalition and a conservative heavyweight in the Texas legal community. He has led a legal challenge to overturn the Affordable Care Act that’s expected to be brought before the U.S. Supreme Court. His decision in the spring to force health-care providers to suspend abortions during the coronavirus pandemic riled many women’s health advocates. And his opposition to vote-by-mail efforts in Texas amid the pandemic has pitted him against other state leaders who have been fighting to allow absentee ballots to be used more widely in November’s general election.

But his controversial past goes back to his first months as the state’s top prosecutor. The attorney general was indicted in 2015 on charges of felony securities fraud just months after he was elected. That criminal case has not yet gone to trial amid numerous legal challenges.

Democrat leadership suddenly changed its mind on holding virtual Congressional sessions Monday after Republican leaders suggested that judge Amy Coney Barrett’s Supreme Court nomination hearings could be held online.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) told media Monday that he and other Democrats plan to use “every tool in the toolbox” to delay Barrett’s confirmation, and will not agree to hold “virtual” sessions of the Senate Judiciary Committee, even though Democratic leaders in the House pressed for remove voting and “virtual” Congressional meetups back in March, amid concerns about the spread of the novel coronavirus.

“The idea of having virtual hearings where no one is with the witness for the highest court in the land for a life appointment that would have such effect on people’s lives makes no sense. A virtual hearing is virtually no hearing at all,” Schumer said in a statement.

Speaking Monday, Schumer added that it is “not safe” for hearings to go forward because at least two Republican members of the Senate Judiciary Committee, who attended Barrett’s nomination ceremony last week, have since tested positive for COVID-19, though neither reports showing symptoms of infection.

Senate Judiciary Committee member, Democrat Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) announced that he was tested for the virus over the weekend, though it is not known if he had reason to believe he came into contact with the virus during the course of his Congressional work.

“If it’s not safe for the Senate to be in session, it’s not safe for the hearings to go forward,” Schumer said, referencing Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s (R-KY) plan to delay all Senate business for two weeks, except for the confirmation hearings, due to start on October 16.

“Schumer said holding the hearings would endanger senators and staff, and he dismissed virtual hearings as insufficient for a lifetime appointment that he said could cast deciding votes on ending abortion rights, protections for pre-existing health conditions and more,” according to Business Insider.

Schumer also accused McConnell of ignoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines about coronavirus testing. McConnell fired back that the decision was made jointly with Democratic House leadership and Congressional medical staff to limit coronavirus testing.
