Besides, Suckless software isn't even any easier to understand than most other software. Lynxchan is widely used, so you'll probably have the best support for it. It is technologically superior but I don't really like it. It also lacks some features older IBs have. Meguca is, well, meguca. The release version is the easiest thing ever to set up, just clone the repo docker-compose. It really comes down to whether you like liveboards or not.
