Questions of voter fraud after man finds 83 ballots shipped to a single address in his apartment complex

Fears of voter fraud only increased this week, after a California man found a stack of 83 mail-in ballots shipped to a single neighbor's apartment.

Jerry Mosna of San Pedro found the two stacks of ballots on top of his mailbox on Saturday. All of the 83 ballots were unused and addressed to different people, all supposedly living in an apartment he knows to be occupied by a single, 89-year-old, neighbor.

'I think this is spooky,' Mosna told Fox News. 'All the different names, none we recognize, all at one address.'

==So he and his wife Madalena took the ballots to the Los Angeles Police Department, hoping they would investigate.

Instead, police sent them to the post office to report the incident.

Mosna left the police station feeling certain that the ballots would not be investigated and he's now certain that voter fraud is going on.

'Yes, there is voter fraud. We saw it with our own eyes,' Cracchiolo said.==

One of Mosna's other neighbors, John Cracchiolo, contacted the Los Angeles County Registrar's Office, who said they were investigating.

In a statement, the office said: 'We are carefully reviewing our records and gathering information to fully identify what took place. Our preliminary assessment is that this appears to be an isolated situation related to a system error that occurred causing duplicate ballots to be issued to an address entered for a single voter. We are working directly with the system vendor to ensure the issue is addressed and to identify any similar occurrences.'

The spokesman would not say comment on the exact number of incidents that had happened, other than to say 'relatively few'

A spokesman for the Postal Service indicated that all 'improperly addressed ballots had been returned to our office'.

As the presidential campaign has reached its final weeks, Donald Trump has repeatedly claimed that voter fraud could swing the election in Clinton's favor.

Exelon says 'clock is ticking' for legislative assistance

Offering Exelon a separate market to sell power in would likely result in higher energy bills, said Todd Maisch, president of the Illinois Chamber of Commerce. 

“This is yet another subsidy of a business’ assets that are, admittedly by the company, profitable,” he said. “Those subsidies are going to be paid by all of the other businesses that are struggling to survive in today’s economic atmosphere.”

Others warned that lawmakers could mask a significant bailout to the well-connected utility as a green energy initiative.

“Exelon just wants a government subsidy, their rationale being that their profit margins have fallen quite a bit,” said Ike Brannon, senior fellow of the Jack Kemp Foundation and an Illinois native. “By redoing the distribution network, it would increase the subsidies that they give to Exelon. If the goal really is to do something to increase green energy, this doesn’t accomplish that.”

The request comes as ComEd, the utility branch of Exelon, is under federal scrutiny for its lobbying practices in Springfield. In a federal disclosure, the company said it was on the receiving end of two federal subpoenas regarding lobbying practices and its relationship with former state Sen. Martin Sandoval. The longtime Chicago Democrat, who headed the powerful Senate Transportation Committee, pleaded guilty to corruption charges in January. He’s been cooperating with investigators. No one in the company has been charged with a crime YET (inserted YET).

Gov. J.B. Pritzker said the state has more pressing issues when asked about his knowledge of the utility’s push for state assistance. 

“I’ve said that we’re going to make sure that we work on an energy package for the state and we don’t need the high-paid lobbyists to be guiding that for us,” he said at a news conference earlier this month. “I can’t tell you when something will get passed on it. My hope has been that the legislature has been continuing its work in the working groups that have been created for it.”

The exits are taking place as ComEd and Exelon are at the center of a federal grand jury investigation into the company’s lobbying activities. David Fein, who led state government relations for Exelon, left the company in August after a sexual harassment complaint against him surfaced. 

Medina will be succeeded by Paul Elsberg, who has been promoted to VP of communications for ComEd, reporting to Rader, effective on Sunday. Elsberg most recently served as director of communications for ComEd.

FBI DESTROYED LAPTOPS OF CLINTON AIDES IN IMMUNITY SIDE DEAL!

As part of a “side arrangement” made in June, the FBI agreed to destroy the laptops of two of former secretary of state Hillary Clinton’s top aides after granting each immunity – according to a letter House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) sent to Attorney General Loretta Lynch on Monday.

In the letter, Goodlatte alleges that the FBI promised to destroy the laptop of Clinton’s former chief-of-staff, Cheryl Mills, as well as the laptop of her ex-campaign staffer – and deputy to Mills – Heather Samuelson. The destruction of the evidence was agreed to take place after the FBI conducted its search.

Who’s the FBI and DOJ taking their orders from?

It was also discovered from unnamed sources that the covert operation was to take place under strict time parameters, apparently in order to cover any tracks.

“Sources said the arrangement with former Clinton chief of staff Cheryl Mills and ex-campaign staffer Heather Samuelson also limited the search to no later than Jan. 31, 2015,” Fox News reported. “This meant investigators could not review documents for the period after the email server became public – in turn preventing the bureau from discovering if there was any evidence of obstruction of justice, sources said.”

Why destroy ‘irrelevant’ info?

Looking for answers to figure out the true nature of the immunity deals, Goodlatte asked Lynch in his letter for an explanation as to why the Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI agreed to the restrictive conditions, which included the FBI’s promise that it would destroy the laptops at the conclusion of its search.

“Like many things about this case, these new materials raise more questions than answers,” the Republican chairman expressed to the attorney general in the letter obtained by Fox News.

Goodlatte then questioned Lynch on the contradicting accounts that he observed.

“Doesn’t the willingness of Ms. Mills and Ms. Samuelson to have their laptops destroyed by the FBI contradict their claim that the laptops could have been withheld because they contained non-relevant, privileged information?” he inquired. “If so, doesn’t that undermine the claim that the side agreements were necessary?”

The revealed information unfolds yet another page in the Democratic presidential nominee’s ongoing email server scandal that has escalated in recent months.

“The immunity deals for Mills and Samuelson – made as part of the FBI’s probe into Clinton’s use of a private email server when she served as secretary of state – apparently included a series of ‘side agreements’ that were negotiated by Samuelson and Mills’ attorney Beth Wilkinson,” Fox News divulged. “The side deals were agreed to on June 10, less than a month before FBI Director James Comey announced that the agency would recommend no charges be brought against Clinton or her staff.”

According to a statement given to Fox News by House Judiciary Committee aides, the destruction of the laptops poses major problems because it precluded the computers from being used as evidence for future legal proceedings, if changes in the case occur.

Another point brought up by the aides had to do with the side deal. They were confounded as to why the FBI and DOJ would enter into a voluntary negotiation in the first place – especially considering the fact that the laptops were accessible “condition-free” through the use of a subpoena.

Goodlatte inquired in his letter to the attorney general why the DOJ agreed to restrict its search of the laptops to files dated before January 31, 2015.

March 4, 2015 – Hillary receives subpoena from House Select Committee on Benghazi instructing her to preserve and deliver all emails from her personal servers.

March 25, 2015 – Combetta has a conference call with “President Clinton’s Staff.”

February 18, 2016 - Combetta meets with FBI and denies knowing about the existence of the subpoena from the House Select Committee on Benghazi at the time he wiped Hillary's server.

Given this fact pattern, we would be very curious to know exactly when Paul Combetta was granted immunity by the Justice Department. Perhaps that immunity was granted sometime after February 18, 2016, when Combetta had troubles recalling the issuance of a subpoena, but before May 3, 2016, when he seemed to recover from his unfortunate bout of amnesia. Just a guess.

#2: FBI invokes “imminent domain” to seize high-end night vision tubes

The FBI is now claiming “imminent domain” to essentially seize high-end night vision tubes (that power night vision goggles) from distributors in the United States. This indicates the FBI has an emergency effort under way to acquire large numbers of night vision devices in anticipation of some urgent event which will take place at night (possibly another FBI false flag operation like Oklahoma City or the 1993 attempted World Trade Center bombing which was entirely masterminded by the FBI).

As Dave Hodges is reporting from The Commonsense Show, Bob Griswold from ReadyMadeResources.com relates a shocking event where he had already locked in the purchase of 70 night vision tubes from his distributor, and had those tubes invoiced and committed. Within hours, the FBI claimed imminent domain over the tubes, effectively “seizing” them from Ready Made Resources before they could even be shipped.

We reviewed a letter written to RMR by their distributor, confirming that the government preempted the order to RMR and claimed they had ownership over the gear because they were the government.
