Final Obama EO Changed Intel SIGINT Rules Right After Trump Won the Election to Expand Russia Gate Spy Ring

On January 12th, 2017, the New York Times reports that "in his final days", Obama expanded the power of the NSA to "share globally interception communications with the 16 other intelligence agencies BEFORE APPLYING PRIVACY PROTECTIONS."

The changes right as he left office put into place procedures that allow the NSA to share certain raw, unminimized signals intelligence information with other Intelligence Community elements, specifically for authorized foreign intelligence and counterintelligence purposes. With respect to the copy of the updated procedures, DNI James Clapper signed these new rules on December 15th, 2016 and Loretta Lynch signed them on January 3rd, 2017.

Prior to this, the procedures were governed by Executive Order 12333. This order permits dissemination of signals intelligence data "only in accordance with procedures established by the DNI in coordination with the Defense Secretary and approved by the Attorney General." Traditionally, NSA analysts MUST filter the surveillance information for the rest of the government—searching and evaluating the information directly, passing on only those portions of emails and phone calls that they determine relevant to colleagues at other agencies, and masking names and other information about innocent Americans using minimization procedures.

The Clapper Changes are as follows:

Eshkol, caught off guard by the tone of the telegram, took seven weeks to assent, and the twice-yearly inspections continued until 1969 when President Richard Nixon ended them.

Also revealed in the trove of documents the NSA posted is the origin of Israel’s oft-repeated credo that it would not be the first to introduce nuclear weapons — a deliberately ambiguous statement that left Israel room to develop the weapons, but not arm them.

Shimon Peres, then the deputy defense minister who later would lead the country as prime minister for two stints and then become president, improvised the statement when he was surprised by Kennedy during a meeting Peres had scheduled with Kennedy’s adviser, Myer Feldman, who also functioned as the administration’s liaison to Israel and the U.S. Jewish community. Unbeknownst to Peres, Kennedy and Feldman had planned the “surprise” encounter.

According to a Hebrew-language Foreign Ministry of Israel account of the April 2 meeting, Kennedy asked Peres into the Oval Office for 30 minutes and questioned him on Israel’s nuclear capacity.

“You know that we follow very closely the discovery of any nuclear development in the region,” Kennedy said. “This could create a very dangerous situation. For this reason, we monitor your nuclear effort. What could you tell me about this?”

Peres improvised, “I can tell you most clearly that we will not introduce nuclear weapons to the region, and certainly we will not be the first.”

The whole point of the creation of nuclear weapons under the Manhattan Project was to destroy the “evil” Nazis who threatened the Rothschild economic stranglehold over Europe. He should have known that the Jews would never accept a situation where they could not only defend themselves, but also threaten to destroy the entire planet if anyone seriously threatened the Jews, and that included their American “allies”, as the Kennedy family discovered not just once, but a number of times. And so this article serves as a “subtle” reminder to any world leaders today not the mess with Israel.

Kristol is by no means an economic conservative. He has openly said he is voting for Joe Biden. He knows Trump is against war and the Democrats will always engage in war if the price is right. Charles Schumer Says Joe Biden’s Denial of Tara Reade Sexual Assault Allegation is ‘Sufficient’

Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer says that Joe Biden’s denial of Tara Reade’s sexual assault allegation is “sufficient.”

Schumer, who just happened to be a fierce defender of the #MeToo Movement during the confirmation hearings for Justice Brett Kavanaugh, commented on the allegation during a press conference on Tuesday.

Reade claims that Biden penetrated her with his fingers while she was working in his senate office in 1993.

“I’ve heard Joe Biden’s explanation. I think it’s sufficient. I think he will be a great candidate. I think he will be a great President and I think he’ll help us take back the Senate,” Schumer told reporters.

Schumer was so outspoken against Kavanaugh, whose accuser had significantly less corroborating evidence.

“Dr. Ford came forward and won America’s hearts. And our Republican colleagues were upset ’cause that might derail their headlong rush to put Judge Kavanaugh on the Supreme Court,” Schumer said during the process. He added that “it’s wrong what our Republican friends are doing, what my dear friend the Leader is doing, is demeaning to Dr. Ford.”

Court documents from 1996 reveal that Tara Reade told her ex-husband about Joe Biden sexually harassing her when she worked in his senate office.

Her ex, Theodore Dronen, wrote that Reade told him she “eventually struck a deal with the chief of staff of the Senator’s office and left her position.”

“It was obvious that this event had a very traumatic effect on (Reade), and that she is still sensitive and effected (sic) by it today,” Dronen wrote.

A former neighbor has also went public declaring that Reade told her about the sexual assault in 1995.

A Jewish pediatrician who was convicted of possessing and distributing some 190,000 child pornography videos and images can serve as a medical supervisor at the Health Ministry’s student health services department, an Israeli court ruled last week:

"Avraham Barkai will be able to pay visits to schools but not treat children in his new position, which a panel of judges at the Nazareth Regional Labor Court determined that he should be allowed to fill, going against the recommendation of the Civil Service Commission.

Barkai was convicted in 2011 of being part of an international child pornography distribution ring and later sentenced to 18 months behind bars. However, the punishment was reduced on appeal to six months of community service, a nine-month suspended sentence and a NIS 20,000 ($5,690) fine.

For over a year up to his conviction, but after he had already been charged, Barkai continued to practice at a Haifa clinic of the Meuhedet HMO after a Health Ministry disciplinary committee ruled that he could continue to see children as long as a parent or nurse was in the room.

The disciplinary committee went on to rule that despite the charges, Barkai did not pose a danger to children as he had not been accused of physical acts against minors. As a result, it ruled that the pediatrician’s license should only be stripped for two years, and by July 2013 Barkai got his license back….

However, senior officials in the Health Ministry have come to Barkai’s defense. In 2014, the Health Ministry’s senior vice president of Administration and Human Resources, Dov Passat, submitted a letter to the disciplinary committee asserting that there should be nothing preventing Barkai from applying for tenders for positions as a pediatrician. The letter was submitted by Barkai as an official position of the Health Ministry to the Petah Tivka Magistrate’s Court, which ruled in 2018 that he be granted an exemption from the ban on employing convicted sex offenders as he does not pose a risk to the public, even if he works as a pediatrician.

In late 2018, a medical board voted unanimously to award Barkai a position as medical supervisor at the Health Ministry’s student health services department in the northern district. The Civil Service Commission subsequently interfered and blocked the appointment, stating in a 2019 hearing that “while the job at hand does not require clinical care for children, its core is oversight of student services and some of its assignments take place on school grounds and during the school day… Taking into account the nature of the offenses of which Dr. Barkai was convicted, [granting him this position] can greatly damage the image of the Civil Service Commission and the public’s confidence in its institutions.” "
