In other words this White Horse Rider is the ANTICHRIST. He is the "PRINCE WHO IS TO COME" of Daniel's Vision of the "Seventy Weeks," and who will confirm the Covenant for "ONE WEEK," the last or "Seventieth Week," with Daniel's people the Jews. Dan. 9:27. This Covenant will probably be the privilege to return to Palestine and rebuild the Temple and re-establish their sacrificial form of worship, and national existence, in exchange for the financial assistance of the Jewish bankers of the world in his schemes of establishing world wide commerce, and the formation of a gigantic corporation, with its commercial centre in the rebuilt city of Babylon, so that no one can buy or sell unless they have his "MARK," (the "Mark of the Beast," Rev. 13:16-17), for we are told in Dan. 8:23-25, that "through his policy also he shall cause CRAFT (manufactories) to prosper in his hand."
The rise of this White Horse Rider necessarily antedates the beginning of the "Seventieth Week," or the "SEVEN YEARS" of his reign, for he must have reached a position of power to make a Covenant with the Jews at the beginning of the "WEEK," but he does not become "THE BEAST," as described in chapter 13:1-8, until the "Middle" of the WEEK, that is, until after Satan is cast out of the Heavenlies and incarnates himself in him. His rise to power and the rebuilding of Babylon will take time, so the Rapture of the Church will doubtless antedate the beginning of the WEEK by some years.
But while the establishment of the Antichrist's power will be comparatively peaceful, that peace will be shortlived as is evident from the breaking of the "Second Seal."
This "White Horse Rider" will be Satan's "SUPERMAN." The Scriptures clearly teach that there is some day to arise a human being who shall be the embodiment of all Satanic power. He will be known as the "WILFUL KING" because he shall do according to his own will. He will be the Czar of Czars. He will have no respect for sacred things or places. He will cause a throne to be erected in the Most Holy Place of a Temple that the Jews will build at Jerusalem, and, seating himself upon it, he will proclaim himself God, and men will be commanded to worship him; and Satan will give unto him his power and his seat (Throne) and great authority.

A federal judge in Texas on Friday struck down core provisions of the Affordable Care Act, throwing a new round of uncertainty into the fate of the law just one day before the deadline to sign up for coverage for next year.

Obamacare was gutted by a Texas federal judge in a ruling that casts uncertainty on insurance coverage for millions of U.S. residents.

When she tried to leave, he allegedly shoved her into the bathroom and said "Shut the fk up and be quiet. You don't want to fk this up."
She's suing Weinstein and The Weinstein Company. We've reached out to Weinstein's legal team … no word back yet.

While it's fun to poke at a whole group, the fact of the matter is that the good always outnumber the bad, even if the bad have convinced people that evil acts are good, or blinded them to the truth of their actions.
Take all of the churches whose regional levels were tripping over themselves to help the "border crisis" down South. The government had lots of programs to reimburse people who took in these unaccompanied minors.
A nurse I know up in Virgina just popped positive for Tuberculosis exposure. It's from the "undocumented immigrants," who are being trafficked all over the U.S.
People are good and want to help others, generally. We don't want to see kids suffer from the actions of adults, and many people want to put politics aside and deal with the immediate issue of people without shelter.
There are institutions which are ready to capitalize on this desire, who certainly don't want to see the gravy train dry up.
The people who are trying to do good may be helping evil, but they are not evil, themselves. At worst, they are conditioned to pursue payouts compulsively and without much thought. Profit not really out of greed, but out of raw habit.
The same pattern exists for all things. For example, I know a person who now considers himself a satanist because he disagrees with the autocracy portrayed by christian doctrine. I consider him rather foolish, and we were both in the gifted program - so his affiliation means a bit more than simple rejection of autocracy… But even his belief that the smart should rule over the foolish is not rooted in malice. It's an ironic loop in satanic philosophy which results in the creation of the very phenomenon of autocracy they reject - but that kind of exposes what has become of the great religious institutions in its own roundabout way.
By attacking our tribal groups, the hope is that we will rally to the defense of our tribe. Not just we as anons, but we as people in general. Get the wiccans and the christians to fight each other. Get the muslims and anything else to fight each other. Get the russians and the americans fighting each other.
Keep everyone fighting groups of each other and never stop to ask each other what it is we really believe or expect, or why it is we find the other's actions unacceptable.
I don't think our current religious institutions would actually survive such a thing. I don't want to call it a new religion would be formed, but through an understanding of the history of our current religions and beliefs, a sort of 'unified understanding' could be achieved as to why none of them are sufficient for spiritual fulfillment, yet they all are necessary to reach it. If that makes any sense. I lack the proper vocabulary to express what I am gaining a sense of. When you can stand right next to true divinity and ask it questions, much of the institution of religion is not only unnecessary baggage, but deliberate obstruction to hearing the answer.
Of course, that echoes a lot of hermetic beliefs… Taoism, Buddhism, and interestingly similar belief systems of Hermetic judaism, from which we get the Sephirot. Republicans on the House Oversight Committee on Thursday examined accusations of "pay to play" at the Clinton Foundation while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state, as Democrats dismissed the Capitol Hill hearing as a partisan exercise.
North Carolina GOP Rep. Mark Meadows, the chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Subcommittee on Government Operations, opened Thursday’s hearing by expressing concern over recently reported tax documents showing donations to the Clinton Foundation plunged in the wake of Hillary Clinton's loss to Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential election.
The filings showed that the foundation took in $26.6 million in 2017, a 58 percent drop from the $62.9 million it received the previous year.
>“Now several reports suggest that the decrease in donations could reflect a 'pay to play' activity in the years prior to the decline in donations,” Meadows said.
The Clinton Foundation has repeatedly denied all allegations of "pay to play."
Meadows added that the committee sought to have U.S. Attorney John Huber, the prosecutor appointed to investigate the foundation, testify at Thursday’s hearing. But Meadows said the Justice Department did not accept the invitation.
“Mr. Huber was asked to join us this afternoon and update the committee on the operations and progress of his investigation, and unfortunately, DOJ has been unwilling to make him available,” Meadows said. “I find this not only frustrating for me, but frustrating for the American people.”
Meadows told Fox News last week three people have come forward with hundreds of pages of evidence of potential wrongdoing by the Clinton Foundation, including misappropriation of funds and allegations of quid-pro-quo promises made to donors during Hillary Clinton's tenure as secretary of state.
Then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions appointed Huber to lead the evaluation into issues involving the FBI, the Clinton Foundation and the sale of Uranium One, amid calls from some conservatives to appoint a special counsel.
The top Democrat on the subcommittee, Virginia Rep. Gerry Connolly, ripped into Republicans at the beginning of the hearing, accusing them of recycling attacks on the Clintons. Fitton referenced reports of the Clinton Foundation receiving “staggering sums” of money from Saudi benefactors, estimated between $18 million and $50 million, he said. Fitton added: “While Mrs. Clinton was secretary of state, Bill Clinton gave two speeches in Saudi Arabia earning a total of $600,000.”
“There is enough evidence to warrant serious investigations of the Clinton Foundation,” Fitton said.
Fitton, a conservative whose group frequently sues for public records from government agencies, also dinged agencies inside the Trump administration for not doing more to turn over documents.
“It’s unfortunate that even the Trump administration doesn’t want to divulge the full truth about this,” he said.
According to a committee notice, the purpose of Thursday’s hearing was to discuss the management of 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, using the Clinton Foundation as a case study.
The committee advisory said these organizations are “not permitted to be organized or operated for the benefit of any private individual and are only permitted to engage in minimal political activity” and added that when “a nonprofit organization violates these terms, defrauds contributors, or engages in impermissible political activity, the IRS may revoke its tax exempt status.”

We don't actually know what case caused the 5th floor of the D.C. Circuit Court to be sealed off today.
A docket of sealed entries was given, showing the case number and judge and dates of various pleadings. We know the case was just recently filed, and the appeal has gotten to the appeals court very quickly. It appears that it was an appeal regarding some kind of evidence for a grand jury. Presumably the prosecutors wanted to use certain evidence and some other party objected and the matter is being appealed.
We cannot definitively connect the 5th floor closure to Mueller or Flynn. The case could be something else entirely … CF … or something else…

Robert Mueller’s office had until 3 p.m. to get the documents to Judge Emmet Sullivan, who demanded information Wednesday after bombshell information surfaced in a memorandum submitted by Flynn’s attorney’s that led to serious concerns regarding the FBI’s initial questioning of the retired three-star general.
The highly redacted documents included notes from former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe regarding his conversation with Flynn about arranging the interview with the FBI. The initial interview took place at the White House on Jan. 24, 2017.
Anything beyond five business days is a problem, eight months is a disaster
The documents also include the FBI’s “302” report of the interview Flynn had with anti-Trump former FBI Agent Peter Strzok and FBI Agent Joe Pientka when they met with him at the White House. McCabe, who has since been fired for lying to the DOJ’s Office of Inspector General about leaking information to the media, also asked Flynn not to have his lawyer present during the initial meeting with the FBI agents.
The July 2017 report, however, was the interview with Strzok. It described his interview with Flynn but was not the original Flynn interview.
The apparent discrepancies in with the 302s documents of the interview are being questioned by may former senior FBI officials, who state that there are stringent policies in place to ensure that the documents are guarded against tampering.

They said that 0.01% of all donors contributed 80% of foundation donations (this would be the P4P money, no doubt).
They also said it was a "hybrid" of public charity, private foundation, and family partnership. THAT is a no go.
Public charities are what you want to be, IF you can. There are rules (for most folk, anyway).
One of them is that AT LEAST 33% of all donations must come from small donors (meaning each donor contributes no more than 2% of the total donations), and the remaining money can come from large donors. With the CF, that is IMPOSSIBLE.
Since 80% came from just 0.01% of all donors, it is not possible for 33% or more to come from SMALL donors (at most, it could only be 20% from small donors).
ANY charity that does not fit the definition of a "public charity" is AUTOMATICALLY defaulted to a "private foundation."
The fact that the CF cannot be a public charity means that it MUST be a private foundation. No other option (other than, not a charity at all).
The problem with a private foundation is there are rules … lots and lots of rules – AND TAXES.
Not just taxes, but TAX PENALTIES – like 100% type of penalties.
If Bill Clinton used it as his piggy bank, then any money he took out like that is subject to MASSIVE penalties (100%, 200% type penalties).
Somebody posted the CF 2014 tax return, and of all the money that was paid out that year, 5% went to charitable purposes and 95% went to salaries and "other expenses."
It is quite possible that the IRS could take the entire assets of the CF as tax penalties. Plus, all the donors who contributed and got a tax deduction probably did so thinking it was a public charity, which gets a bigger tax deduction than a private foundation. So, those people (or the CF) would have to pay up, too (with penalties).
If CF has $1B+ in assets, that would be enough to pay for the cabal's prosecution without taxpayers paying anything. And all of that is besides any asset forfeiture that goes into effect from Trump's EO.
Kind of like Mexico paying for the wall.

The United States already has one foot in the grave. Any country sufficiently stupid to ally with the US is allied with a dead man walking.
President Eisenhower, a five-star general, warned Americans 57 years ago to no effect that the military/security complex was already a threat to the American people’s ability to control their government.
Today the military/security complex is the Government.
As Udo Ulfkotte documented in his book, Journalists for Hire: How the CIA buys the News - no you can’t buy a copy unless you can find a used copy in German in a German book store, the CIA has seen to that - journalism independent of official explanations no longer exists in the Western world.
Much of the world does not understand this. By the end of the year, Veolia’s coal yard will be emptied — Veolia is converting the plant to natural gas alone. The switch will free about four acres of Missouri riverfront property for redevelopment.“We’re dismantling coal,” said plant general manager Matthew DiGeronimo. “There’s no going back.”But what about the office building restaurant? Hooked up to Veolia’s network, that building won’t need its own cooling equipment on its rooftop, freeing it to be a “clean” or “green” space.And the arena? It’s a Veolia customer and has found that switching from a concert floor to an ice rink or back again goes faster when the building pulls steam or chilled water from the network to power the transition, sometimes in less than four hours. The buried pipelines serve those buildings with district4….. ….. energy, a concept that relies on a central plant to produce steam, hot water or chilled water that is pumped to multiple customers. Those customers don’t need their own boilers, furnaces, chillers or air conditioners to heat or cool their buildings.

Then Veolia, a French company like Trigen, bought Trigen’s facilities around the world between 2005 and 2008.
“We decided to take a more environmental promotion path,” Stordahl said. In addition to getting rid of coal, that path includes stepped-up marketing to try to convince more builders, renovators and managers to connect to the grid.
In the Veolia network, steam and water courses to and from downtown buildings through carbon steel pipes buried underground and encased in concrete. Some of the oldest heating and cooling customers
are downtown’s government buildings, city, county and federal. Other customers include several hotels, some office buildings, the Sprint Center and Truman Medical Center.
“We don’t expand the grid speculatively,” DiGeronimo said. “We run a line if a building wants it.”
One line, extended south under Cherry Street to the Truman hospital, opened the way for more commercial customers along that line. A plan to serve the proposed Hyatt hotel at the Kansas City Convention Center will bring more opportunity on the west side of downtown. “That line, knock on wood, would open district energy up to 20 more buildings along that path,” DiGeronimo said.
Veolia also is talking to Foutch Brothers, which has redevelopment rights for Kemper Arena. “District energy grows in nodes,” DiGeronimo explained. “Kemper could create a new district energy growth in the West Bottoms.”
Already, Veolia has an extension to a Cargill soybean and biodiesel plant in the East Bottoms and a line running north on a train bridge across the river to the Ingredion corn starch plant in North Kansas City.
“We’re just beginning to go beyond commercial,” DiGeronimo said. “We’re putting steam into the Soho Lofts, our first residential development in Kansas City.”
By converting to district energy, a building doesn’t need to own or maintain its own boiler or chiller equipment. And district energy frees building managers from worrying about changes in environmental or refrigerant laws.

The Second and Delaware system, in essence, creates its own microgrid, another way to reduce its energy costs.
In the major renovation of Commerce Tower and an adjacent garage and retail structure in the 900 block of Main Street, the developer is going with two systems. Michael Knight said it worked better financially to go with district energy for the garage and CVS store but use the tower’s own heating and cooling systems in the apartment and office renovation.
Other property managers are unequivocable supporters of district energy.
“We’re definitely saving money with district energy,” said Tom Corso, a property manager with MC Realty Group, which has four downtown office buildings and the big Marriott hooked up to the Veolia grid. “And we’ve never had a power outage.”Corso said one of the old buildings, at 114 W. 11th St., was an early district energy user, then had its own boilers for about 15 years, but “the maintenance was too high.” The switch about five years ago to district energy freed up space when the building no longer needed a mechanical room.Now, Corso said, MC Realty Group is talking to Veolia about bringing a chilled water loop to buildings on the west side of downtown where the network currently doesn’t exist.“Some of these older buildings with existing chillers aren’t cost effective,” Corso said. “And there could be a problem in the future to get the refrigerants.”
District energy also has worked well for the Sprint Center, which saved between $8 million and $10 million by linking to the network instead of installing its own equipment.The arena “is able to utilize several thousand square feet of space on the event level by not having to house the significant amount of chillers, boilers, cooling towers, hot water pumps, etc.” that it would need, said Brenda Tinnen, Sprint Center’s general manager.
Tinnen said the arena also counts on Veolia to keep up to date with state-of-the-art technology and upgrade as needed to heat and cool the arena.

The house has no bedrooms and has almost all glass floor-to-ceiling facing lake. No bedrooms. The bottom floor has an alter with cages surrounding it. The cages have drains. She say the place when it started, and no one was there, then later when complete. She wouldn't tell me what lake it was, so this really sounds like a LARP. It really has troubled me. Journalists were kept away from a secret federal appeals court hearing on Friday in Washington, D.C., as officials sealed off an entire floor for over an hour during arguments in a mysterious grand jury case which some believe could be related to the Special Counsel investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 elections.
The case – known officially as “In re: Grand Jury Subpoena” – has been sealed in its entirety when it comes to public records, as it moved from the district court to the appeals court level in recent months.
Reporters at the courthouse – which is just down the hill from the U.S. Capitol – at first tried to gather outside the courtroom where the secret arguments were going to take place, but then security officials sealed off the entire fifth floor of the building, making it nearly impossible to find out who was involved in the matter.
“We have spread out across the building,” tweeted Darren Samuelsohn, a reporter for Politico. “No sightings yet to report of note.”
The possible tie to the Mueller investigation was reported by Politico earlier this year, when one of their reporters observed someone asking for a secret court filing to take to a law firm involved in the matter.
There are two different sealed cases involving an unknown grand jury which have attracted attention at the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals – as the relatively speedy nature of the cases – and then today’s sealing off of an entire floor – has prompted intense interest.
“To this day, I can’t fathom what the heck it could be that would move this fast and get this much secrecy,” said national security lawyer Bradley Moss.
Here’s the docket on the case – as you can see, it offers little in the way of information.
But with officials sealing off the entire courthouse floor to deal with it – the case certainly raises questions about what’s going on.
And reporters were not able to figure it out on Friday.
