OK, Anons. Spent hours considering why the [[RR]] version of the IGR did not have that damning Strzok/Page IM and the Clean IGR did.

Since this is a movie, and POTUS is Writer/Director, the reasoning could be:

1. POTUS knew that IM would blow things up almost completely, therefore He had to delay it to a point that Huber is mostly ready?

2. [[RR]] is a Grey or Black Hat but has a deal and is still screwing things around where he can?

3. It was/is important to keep the Cabal/DeepState calm until the right moment that it is too late to move MSM onto blamegaming the Woke in POTUS team and Anons?

4. That to drop that IM before Q connected MSM list of seditious reporters via JA/Wilkileaks was fully revealed would be counterproductive to overall POTUS Movie Script?

This is artifacting from video compression. The background is very close to the shade of his skin, so that would cause artifacting in some frames.
