Hunter Biden Sought To Avoid Registering As Foreign Agent In Chinese Business Venture, Text Message Shows

Hunter Biden wanted to avoid registering as a foreign agent as part of a deal with a Chinese energy company, according to text messages obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation.

In a message to Tony Bobulinski on May 1, 2017, Hunter Biden also proposed creating a U.S.-based shell company so that the joint venture could bid on contracts with the U.S. government.

A day after sending the message, Hunter Biden set up a meeting with his father, Joe Biden, and Bobulinski in Los Angeles.

He claims that Joe Biden is referenced as an equity shareholder in early documents for the Chinese business deal.

Hunter Biden suggested setting up a shell company to do business with a Chinese firm in order to avoid registering as a foreign agent, and to be able to bid on contracts with the U.S. government, according to documents from May 2017 obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation.

A day after sending the message, Biden arranged a meeting between his father, Joe Biden, and Tony Bobulinski, one of the prospective partners in a deal with CEFC China Energy, a Chinese conglomerate whose chairman had links to the communist regime in Beijing.

“We don’t want to have to register as foreign agents under the FCPA which is much more expansive than people who should know choose not to know,” Hunter Biden wrote to Bobulinski on May 1, 2017, according to a message obtained by the DCNF.

“No matter what it will need to be a US company at some level in order for us to make bids on federal and state funded projects.”

Biden appeared to be referring to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) as well as the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).

Biden did not explain in the messages why he thought the venture with CEFC would violate FARA or FCPA without the buffer of a U.S. shell company.

A May 13, 2017 email written by Gilliar, the SinoHawk partner, makes reference to a 10% equity stake that Hunter Biden would hold for “the big guy.”

Bobulinski said Thursday that “the big guy” is Joe Biden, and that Hunter Biden often referred to his father by that term.

Joe Biden was never listed on any business records for SinoHawk or Oneida Holdings, though messages from the Bobulinski trove show that the partners discussed keeping Joe Biden’s name hidden during business discussions.

“Don’t mention Joe being involved, it’s only when u are face to face, I know u know that but they are paranoid,” Gilliar told Bobulinski in a text message on May 20, 2017.

“They should be paranoid about things,” Bobulinski replied.

The Biden campaign denied in a statement on Thursday that Joe Biden ever invested in his son’s companies.

“Joe Biden has never even considered being involved in business with his family, nor in any overseas business whatsoever. He has never held stock in any such business arrangements nor has any family member or any other person ever held stock for him,” said Biden campaign spokesman Andrew Bates in a statement to The Wall Street Journal.

The campaign did not address questions about Biden’s meeting with Bobulinski, according to The Journal.

A lawyer for Hunter Biden did not respond to a request for comment.

Anthony Fauci, the nation's top infectious disease expert, said on Friday that the U.S. may want to mandate face coverings amid the latest surge of coronavirus cases.

Their main base was the Bank of China in New York. Also (some went to) the Chinese Embassy in Washington, D.C. and to some Chinese organizations. Another 50 people came (to the U.S.) later.” The Chinese government later denied the authenticity of the document.

Guo stated that China has a complete “BGY” plan to control the world. “BGY” stands for, “The plan (which) includes Blue (control the Internet), Gold (buy influence with money), and Yellow (seduce key people with sex). Guo also said that China has a second plan called “3F” and both plans are to ruin the U.S. and to assure that China controls the world.

I think so – I can’t remember specifics but I do remember trauma,” wrote the author, before listing a series of potential incidents, one of which may have included Ashley Biden’s cousin Caroline Biden, as the author says she remembers “being somewhat sexualized” alongside a person named “Caroline.”

The author then wrote that she remembers “showers with my dad” that were “probably not appropriate.”

On page 83, in an entry dated July 22, 2019, the author wrote that she received a phone call from her father, Joe Biden according to our source, who cried on the phone while expressing his worry for her in the days leading up to July 30-31 Democratic Primary Debate.

“My dad cried on the phone saying he has the debate in a week and ‘Now has to worry about [the author],'” she wrote. “And he cried. Maybe he knows what he is doing and it’s worked but my feelings of guilt often are overwhelming.”

In at least two entries, the author explicitly identifies herself as Ashley Blazer Biden.

National File obtained this document from a whistleblower who was concerned the media organization that employs him would not publish this potential critical story in the final 10 days before the 2020 presidential election. As previously reported, a top Chinese official emailed Tony Bobulinski on July 26, 2017 proposing a $5 million “interest-free” loan and possible subsequent loan(s).

The Chinese official asked Tony Bobulinski, “How will the 5 million be used….This 5 million loan is interest free. But if the 5 million is used up, should CEFC keep lending more to the family?”

Less than two weeks later, on August 8, 2017, $5 million was wired from a CEFC-affiliated investment vehicle to the bank account for Hudson West III, which spent the next year transferring $4,790,375 million directly to Hunter Biden’s firm, Owasco, according to Senate documents.

Senate investigators described how the Chinese state owned energy company wired the $5 million “loan” to Hunter’s firm through an investment vehicle — to the bank account for Hudson West III –which then dispersed the money to Hunter’s firm (money laundering).

Tony Bobulinski said he learned from the senate report (in September) that Jim (Joe’s slimy brother) and Hunter Biden went behind his back and did a $5 million side deal with CEFC.

Bobulinski decided to message Jim Biden (screenshot below) about going behind his back and doing a side deal with CEFC, which was outside of their contract.

“You can imagine by shock when reading the report yesterday put out by the Senate committee. The fact that you and HB [Hunter Biden] were lying to Rob, James and I while accepting $5 MM from Cefc is infuriating,” Bobulinski wrote to Jim Biden over Whatsapp.

Greece’s Top Anti-Corruption Prosecutor Faces Removal

The job of Greece’s top anti-corruption prosecutor, Eleni Touloupaki, is hanging by a thread.

Touloupaki has faced an uphill battle to hold on to her position following a change in government in July of 2019, which brought a political party to power that includes several officials she was actively investigating.

Its most recent legislative maneuver may lead to her ousting.

A new bill presented to parliament on Wednesday by the Ministry of Justice attempts to abolish her office entirely, and replace it with the Financial Crime Department. Critics believe the new department will abandon a probe into whether high-ranking politicians may have received bribes from Novartis, a Swiss pharmaceutical firm that is one of the largest in the world.

Novartis reached a US$347 million settlement last summer with the U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act – which criminalizes foreign bribery by companies operating on U.S. soil – in which it acknowledged making illegal payments to Greek healthcare providers and officials.

But the settlement did not explicitly address what Touloupaki’s office has, in cooperation with U.S. authorities, continued to investigate since 2017: whether several high-ranking politicians, including two former Greek prime ministers, were involved in the scandal as well.

The alleged bribery allowed Novartis to boost prescription sales at inflated prices, and gain a more dominant position in the Greek healthcare market, despite the fact that Greece was, at the time, facing a severe financial crisis. It has been estimated that the scheme cost the country roughly three billion euros ($3.4 billion).

The Chinese killed at least a dozen people providing information to the CIA from 2010 through 2012, dismantling a network that was years in the making, the newspaper reported.

The breach was considered particularly damaging, with the number of assets lost rivaling those in the Soviet Union and Russia who perished after information passed to Moscow by spies Aldrich Ames and Robert Hanssen, the report said. The CIA declined to comment when asked about the Times report on Saturday.

This skirmish broke out during a Say Their Names Graveyard Protest in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon.

The National Pulse has also independently verified that the cell numbers used in the text chains belong to Rosemont Seneca HQ and Joseph R. Biden (the former Vice President) respectively. An alumnus of the Obama White House, Eric retains extensive links to the Chinese Communist Party via Rosemont Seneca – the notorious company which partnered with Chinese state-owned banks on a $1.5 billion investment fund and a host of other million-dollar deals with Chinese Communist Party-linked companies. In the texts, Hunter can be seen asking for his father, former VP Joe Biden’s help.

On March 6th, 2019, Biden offers Hunter assistance, texting him “what would you like me to do.” Soon after, Hunter responds with a message describing how Eric was withholding money from him: Eric is holding without any right my checks from investments that somehow went to his address until I agree to give him 100% equity in a business that I own 100% of and fired him from 2.5 years ago. No kidding- he knows that i can’t sue him because I can’t wait that long for the money without creating much bigger problems. Like loosing my life insurance policy of which Kathleen is the beneficiary in perpetuity (insane concession my attorney made). Anyway, Ive refused to negotiate with him. I’m not going to let him do it anymore. I borrowed enough money to take care of obligations like medical for me and girls and taxes and alimony and life insurance. Hunter describes how Eric had been withholding his funds “for three years,” which estimates to be worth “well over $1M”: He’s been doing this to me for three years and not a single person except George and Jeff Cooper know it’s a lie. Joe Biden responds, offering assistance: Yes what do I do to do it Is there a thing called cash app Hunter tells his father to “just ask Richard” to complete the transfer, referencing Richard Ruffner who served as Special Assistant to Jill Biden and a Personal Aide to then-Vice President Biden and during his 2020 presidential campaign. Biden promptly responds, telling his son “Richard sending it right now” and to “confirm when you get it with me.” Corroborating the text thread, an email from Hunter’s account dated March 16th, 2019 at 9:03 pm reveals a Cashapp transaction between “Joseph R Biden Jr” and Richard Ruffner – presumably as reimbursement for the loan.

The people I sometimes refer to as the Zionists are specific to a group known as the Sabbattean or Frankist Jews. These people believe that it is up to them to make the prophecies of the holy books come true.

They were founded and headed by the Rothschilds and other prominent pseudo-Jewish families.

When the Jews of Europe refused to accept financial incentives to move to Israel, these people used one of their family members, a certain Adolf Hitler (Saxe Gotha) to force the Jews out of Europe on pain of death.

Imagine if a group of Chinese people was brainwashed into believing they were the true Franks and that France was their ancestral homeland. At first, some of these Chinese fanatics moved to France and bought land around Brittany. Then when the locals refused to move, they started burning their villages and forcing them out.

In China meanwhile, many of the Chinese Frankists did not want to leave their ancestral homeland to go to France. For this reason, their rulers set up a dictator who started killing them and forcing them to flee. At the same time, the rulers bribed leaders in other countries not to accept them. The only place they could flee to was their “ancestral homeland,” of France.

This is what happened to the Ashkenazi Jews, including members of my Polish and German Jewish family who were either killed or forced to flee their ancestral European homeland by the Nazis (National Socialist Zionists). They opposed the Sabbatteans, saying only God did God’s work and it was blasphemy for humans to try to take on this task. That is why they were persecuted and killed.

The Jews need to understand it was Satan-worshipping pseudo-Jews who were behind the holocaust.The worst part of it is that these are still trying to start a war between Gog and Magog in order to kill 90% of humanity and enslave the survivors.

I did not read about this on some sort of internet “conspiracy site,” I was invited to join them in this plot by representatives of David Rockefeller. I have the tapes to prove it.

There is plenty of other rock-solid evidence showing this plot is very real.The forensic trail shows that the leadership of this cult of death has its headquarters in the Rothschild family complex near Zug, Switzerland.

They are now being systematically hunted down and brought to justice. Another thing the Jews need to realize is that the inhabitants of the Ghettos were not only Jews. The most persecuted group of all were the atheists, who lived in the Ghettos as well.

Another group was descendants of the Carthaginians, who practice child sacrifice. They appear in the Book of Ruth. It was the murder of children by this sect that was often the trigger for pogroms and persecutions.

The true ancestral homeland of the Khazars or Ashkenazi Jews is roughly correspondent with present-day Poland and Ukraine. If the Ashkenazi really wish to return to their ancestral homeland, then that is where they should go.
