John Huber Resigns
WASHINGTON, DC (ABC4) – The U.S. attorney for Utah, John Huber, has announced that he is resigning on Wednesday under the instruction of President Joe Biden.
Huber’s resignation was sent into the President’s office on Wednesday, Feb. 10, and his final day in the position will be Feb. 28.
“ It has been an extraordinary honor to represent the United States of America in the
District of Utah over the past six years. From the time President Obama appointed me, through
President Trump’s administration and up to my final day of service, I have aspired to be
a statesman who prioritizes patriotism over partisanship,” Huber said in his resignation letter addressed to President Biden.
Huber’s full resignation letter can be found below:
“Dear President Biden:
Pursuant to your direction, as relayed through the acting Attorney General, I submit my
letter of resignation, effective February 28, 2021.
It has been an extraordinary honor to represent the United States of America in the District of Utah over the past six years. From the time President Obama appointed me, through President Trump’s administration, and up to my final day of service, I have aspired to be a statesman who prioritizes patriotism over partisanship. I served as an advisor to three Attorneys General of two political parties who each led the Department of Justice with fidelity and steady hands. In addition to my duties in Utah, I have also fulfilled assignments of national interest, striving to offer the integrity and professionalism that has marked my 27 years of public service.
Certainly, our nation is in the midst of considerable discord and strife. Nevertheless, with the
unique perspective as the only United States Attorney appointed by both President Obama and
President Trump, I observe that what binds us together as Americans is so much stronger than
the issues that would pull us apart.
I wish you the very best as you lead our great nation over the next four years and pray

I wish i could reduce videos so easily. Video editing programs reduce videos but nobody sets up programs to reduce videos to under 16mgs - our limit on 8. Sometimes just opening a vid in a program in order to reduce the size seems to add a few megs to the file.

Not trying to be a Debbie downer here but no court can act on it’s own volition-it must first be invited in some way. In other words, there has to be a case filed in order for the court to get involved. Once involved, the court is also limited in terms of what it can do. shoulder gave out. It was a dumb injury. On bike, went to start and chain had somehow popped off but hadn't seen it. so here I had full momentum to get going, and all the kinetic energy gave way in my left shoulder. I need to get to the chiropractor because it was a dual shoulder/neck/back popped out guud. It was the day before I got slammed w/ work. I shit you not. Anyhow yeah just need to work it out, some ranges of motion I am lucky to hold a full glass up. Super weak in ranges in certain directions. Funny thing is I can take my other arm lift this one to where I need it and as long as it is up past say.. 65% I am usually good.
Getting stronger every day but I need to actually use weights and a regime to strengthen it. Gunna start really hitting the weights this year. If I don't I will trash my body in no time. Funny we keep getting older each year. We have been around one another for going on 3+ yrs and wow.. fuck we are damn near neighbors/family at this point. kek

ONE of the MANY ways that Twatter censors people.
Case in point. An Apple MacBookPro using HighSierra as the current version of OS from Apple. The difference between is the first is using a normal browser in Safari. Nothing special, and that is what you get. Twatter is blocking images and certain GUI features.
The second is using the "PRIVATE" browser that is offered in Apple's standard OS (in this case HighSierra) and as you can see, everything is viewable.. you can actually be on the site and navigate without any problems.
Both instances are signed in right now. Both screengrabs were done within seconds of the other. And it isn't because I am logged in with multiple sessions going at the same time. It is legitimately making me sign in with a "private browser" for it to work correctly.
Now to add to this. With Apple at least, you get the same results with an iPhone while trying to be on Twatter. There are times when you have to sign in with private because, like this instance, the non-private normal browser is dial-up speed slow, and when it "loads" there are not any pictures and or GUI is pared way down.
Something to think about in this digital war. Usability is a YUGE killer in that if it is hard to be on a platform, that will discourage 98% of those trying to access it. If they do not understand the Digital War Battlefield, they will just default to: it doesn't work = I don't want to try.
When this habbens the Deep State wins.
We have to be able to show all the ways that the Tyrants of Techno use against us in this fight for TRUTH. Not only can you be "shadowbanned" but you can also experience difficulty with the site by their doing also.. they want you off the site so you cannot be informed.

Two small clusters of deaths after COVID-19 vaccination have been reported among nursing homes in Kentucky and Arkansas.
In Kentucky, four seniors died the same day of their vaccination on Dec. 30, 2020. Three of the four who passed away reportedly already had had coronavirus prior to getting vaccinated.
In Arkansas, four seniors died at a long term care facility about a week after their vaccination. All tested positive for COVID-19 after vaccination.
The deaths are reported in a federal database called VAERS, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System.
Deaths after vaccination don’t necessarily mean the vaccine is to blame. Of those receiving coronavirus vaccines, many are elderly and frail, or already suffering from serious illnesses. That makes it difficult to know whether there’s a connection.

Capitol Police Officers Issue Vote of No Confidence in Acting Chief and Leadership
Members of the US Capitol Police have issued a vote of no confidence in their acting chief and other top leadership.
The rank and file officers passed votes of no confidence in acting Chief Yoganada Pittman, two assistant chiefs, three deputy chiefs and a captain in the Capitol building division.
The vote began on Thursday afternoon and continued for 24 hours, so that three shifts of officers could vote during work. Only officers represented by the rank and file union were permitted to vote.
The chief issued a statement claiming that there has been “progress” since the Capitol takeover on January 6, in which officers were not prepared at all for a large demonstration.
“It’s been just over one month since one of our nation’s darkest days, and the trauma is still incredibly raw and difficult for the many officers who fought heroically on the 6th,” Chief Pittman said in a statement obtained by CNN. “Since being sworn in on January 8th, my executive team and I have made the well-being of our officers our top priority. While progress has been made, more work remains. And I am committed to ensuring every officer gets what they need and deserve.”
Capitol Police officers told CNN that they were left vulnerable on the 6th and that they do not believe the current leadership will be able to properly manage these kinds of situations in the future.

Senate had voted in favor of witnesses in Trump's second impeachment trial, but both sides later agreed to proceed with closing arguments for up to 4 hours

The fifth day of former President Donald Trump's impeachment trial began with a surprise as senators voted 55-45 on Saturday to call witnesses but later moved to closing arguments.
Republican Sens. Susan Collins of Maine, Ben Sasse of Nebraska, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Mitt Romney of Utah and Lindsey Graham of South Carolina voted with Democrats to subpoena witnesses and documents.
"This is a political theater, and I think the House managers were feeling heat on their left flank," Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz said. "At this point, nobody knows what's going to happen."
Trump's defense had up to 16 hours to present their case on Friday but used less than 4 hours. Senators had up to 4 hours to question both sides after Trump's defense presented. The questioning lasted for more than 2 hours.
On Saturday before the vote to call witnesses, Trump defense lawyer Michael van der Veen called on senators to "close this case out today." He said the House managers included 100 people in their case who were arrested after the riot took place. Before the Senate voted in favor of witnesses, van der Veen said he would need 100 depositions and an ample amount of time to do the "investigation" that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi hasn't done yet.
"This entire proceeding is based on rumor, report, innuendo," he said. "There's nothing to it."
Maryland Democrat Rep. Jamie Raskin, lead impeachment manager, said Trump should testify in the impeachment trial. He also said Republican Washington Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler should testify about the statement she issued regarding House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy's conversation with Trump on the day of the riot.
Trump's defense and the impeachment managers eventually agreed to enter Herrera Beutler's statement into trial evidence. Trump's defense and the House impeachment managers had no further motions and moved to closing arguments for up to 4 hours.
In his closing argument, Raskin called Wyoming Republican Rep. Liz Cheney a "hero" for voting to impeach Trump and "resisting" a "retaliatory cancel culture that she was subjected to" when the Republican conference voted on whether to keep her in a leadership role. She was ultimately not stripped of her position as conference chair.
Senators are expected to take a vote of guilty or not guilty on the incitement of insurrection article of impeachment.

School closures, masks until 2022: Biden campaign promises appear increasingly in doubt
President Joe Biden's administration appears to be subtly backing off several key COVID promises Biden made while on the campaign trail, potentially suggesting a re-alignment of strategy amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Biden in December vowed that, assuming "strong public health measures" were in place, his administration would "work to see that the majority of our schools can be open by the end of my first 100 days."
Yet guidance released this week offered a more tempered version of that bold pledge. The CDC's reopening guidelines stipulate that schools in areas of high COVID transmission should consider switching to "virtual only instruction" unless administrators in those areas "can strictly implement all mitigation strategies," including physical distancing requirements and "universal and correct use of masks."
The logistics of ensuring hundreds of students constantly obey hardline mask rules while remaining six feet apart at all times could prove too difficult for many schools. As CNN noted this week, nearly 100% of U.S. students are in high "red zone" transmission areas under those guidelines.
Further indicating a re-assessment of executive COVID ambitions, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki this week claimed that Biden's "goal" is for "the majority of schools, so more than 50 percent, open by day 100 of his presidency."
Psaki clarified that she was defining an "open" school as "at least one day a week," though she conceded: "Hopefully it’s more."
Elsewhere Biden has suggested that the U.S. may continue wearing face masks much longer than he initially proposed. On the campaign trail Biden pledged to "ask" Americans to wear face masks for the first 100 days of his presidency, something he claimed could help bring the pandemic under control.
Data indicate that nine out of 10 Americans already regularly wear masks, but Biden numerous times stressed the importance of his voluntary mask proposal.
Yet this week he indicated that masking requirements may continue for much longer. Speaking to reporters at the National Institutes of Health, Biden refused to remove his mask even though he was standing about 10 feet away from the press, nearly double the standard "social distancing" recommendation.
