pg 66 of updated usps link also speaks about postage cost. There should be some way to tell if these crooks just printed a bunch of ballots bc I doubt they actually put them through the mail system, then there would be no postal charges on them. Isn't there a record of the charges and how many ballots were recorded as paid postage or how many ballots were mailed out TO the ppl? I know some ppl dropped them off in person but they had to be sent 1 way. Cant we tell how many ballots were sent out?
