No regrow farmer incurs cost on seed n labor cause of no seed set…we were only quarantined during Spring. The peak time for pollination and honey production. We never have depended on the USDA and never will…to many welfare farmers out there….planting 10,000 year after year in arid climate land for insurance money… Don’t regulate our industry cause that’s taxation without representation, n Sunny could stop wasting money on sending us surveys on how many hives died every three months. Or the person that calls non stop that gets ignored to take survey over phone. Them Universities have yet to come up with something for use to use that’s not controlled by big Corp and not expensive. Us backwoods folk had that shit on lock down long time ago. We were raised Catholic as I got older I found so discrepancies in the way they operate. I’d questioned it since I was little. Moms made a priest talk time in my tens. I dint want to do my communion don’t agree on 4 yrs it what ever it was if CCD there work to be done at the farm instead of going to CCD class. Any how I asked the priest why if I dint do my first communion I’d go to hell, Dint know I could not get married later cause if it. Which always has been a good excuse!!! He tells me because by the religion you must complete all your sacraments, if not you go to hell. I asked him well what about those people that live in remote areas of the world and do t do their sacraments but live their whole life by the word without ever even knowing the word they were just humble good country folk. He said that would not happen because the church assured that every person in this world has the option to hear the word and make the choice. I have to lie on my resumes cause I have a masters degree n over qualified for jobs…..

If you want to true criminal reform, you have to develop a playbook. There are many theoretic frame works that address how to develop a strategic, well thought, contingency plan of action. If you need a quick plan to get you out of a bind you address the problem quickly patch it up with duct tape to get you thru and fix it correctly when ample time is available.
A quick solution can have reproductions if a contingency plan is not developed. It’s a quick fix to stop the drip, drip, but if you want to withstand the storm you need to have the playbook. The playbook hives everyone in the team a role, responsibility, job. A great Leader places the right individual in the right place to do the right job!!! Study history patterns, this helps you find the true underlying problem… Ypu put duct tape on you car mirror to hold it up to get you home…. You do t just want to buy another one and put it on. This method is just throwing money at the problem and expecting a quick cheap fix with cheap inferior parts made in China. I would rather make one expense but find the underlying problems that caused the problem to address them all together. Therefore, to identify the problem you need experts that have knowledge of the problems and problems. Identify all stake holders affected or will gain benefit from remediation.
1. You gather educated individuals experts ( not “Sell Outs) vetted by bi partisan individuals. Experts in the subject area of the identified problem(s) that represent every area the problem(s) is prevalent. The Vetting must Asher to set standard such as individuals must be True Patriots, that love their family, Country, no affiliated to the perpetrators or tainted by the identified problem(s) true Industry/profession expert not just in theory but has actually worked/exposed to their expertise area. There would be some standards on type of theoretical school of thought they belong to within their industry or profession and conduct grassroots round table talks to identify [issue:problem].
2. Identify the individuals, or what, who, where is the problem affection. They too need to be part of the round table talks to get their perspective.
For Example Criminal Reform: I don’t see legislators talking to criminals because they are criminals. High School drop outs, oh they dropped they must be dumb and so there input does not mean anything…

This is Case Study and recommendations for reform developed from the study of one affected individual. You would get a good sample size of the population that is affected by the opposing team to help identifying and develop therapies or cures….
You need to hold business and other institutions accountable they are major stakeholders in the unemployment rate.
I’ll give you a case study of a certain individual I know and have studied his life to better understand the barriers he has face in the presumir of happiness. He is Hispanic speaks Spanish graduated HS with honors. In the summer after graduating he was pulled over by a Trooper, he was harassed his car was searched numerous times. He was given a field sobriety test which he passed. On the third time the trooper searched he came back to with an envelop that contained 2 less 3cm in length marijuana cigarettes. He was booked and put in county jail. Had to get bailed out by his poor parents. Till this day he states they were planted and not his. Trust me I believe him! His parents don’t believe him no money for a lawyer and was offer a plead deal. Nobody advices him on his rights, was made scared with time in prison if found guilty thru jury trial. Had seen shows on tv, MSM narrative so he plead guilty. Well nobody told him he was going to have trouble finding a job because of the current hiring practices of Corporate and business managers. If you have a criminal record it’s hard to get a job. A class a misdemeanor that he could have had expunged, after community service with the right attorney or legal representation. We’re was the justice league then and now. He was is a good kid, he figured he go to college to try to get a degree so he can get a job. Currently he had a masters degree and still has trouble getting a job. This goes for other crimes, DWIs. Child Support, etc. I touch on child support next and how the Attorney generals have taken away Fathers rights and made them look like criminals.
So if this kid with a masters degree can’t get a job because of a class A misdemeanor offense. Can’t even join the Air Force because he was told no and recruiter told him they only hire the “cream of the crop” while him holding a masters degree…. imagine those that don’t have an education and a criminal charge that is insignificant. What he had on him is now legal in some states. Yet he has to carry the burden on a dirty cop, planting that on him.
No wonder the US unemployment rate is high, people can’t get hire because of a criminal record. The system was built this way. He’s gone to the State/Fed workforce solutions they promised him to get him a job, which they haven’t. Supposedly the had a bonding program like an insurance that he could pay monthly, and that would get him hired. So the company would be insured if he were to get in trouble… Ain’t that some shit… Imagine others in living desperativy they have no other choice than to commit crime to feed their family or provide for themselves.
Recommendations Minimize/ mitigate Unemployment and Criminal thru reform at Fed level:
- give companies incentives(tax breaKs to hire individuals with minor crime offenses).
- Remove/seal criminal records after a certain amount of time for individually that have proven worth…Almost like they do with patrol.
- Mandatory criminal justice class/curriculum in High Schools so that the next generation knows the law not just Government/Economics.
- A true bi partisan Organization the educates, helps with free legal advice at the state and city level. A hotline for someone to call that can provide free legal accurate advice on individual rights and procedures. A help line to report crimes of race, religion, equality. Either that or revamp Legal Aid cause for the most part they a joke. People know if you go to trial with a court appointed attorney you done for…..
- But most importantly a second chance in the workforce for non violent offenders.
- Job placement thru private partners for paroles, people on probation.
