Sidney Powell Hits Back Against Judge Sullivan’s Dirty Political Move to Delay Flynn Case, ‘Proposed Amicus Brief Has No Place in This Court’

Judge Emmet G. Sullivan made a dirty, political move on Tuesday that will delay justice for General Mike Flynn.

It was revealed on Tuesday that Judge Emmet Sullivan was soliciting amicus briefs to allow for public comment on Flynn’s case.

This is a highly unusual, purely political move aimed at dragging out Flynn’s case.

It is important to note that Judge Sullivan in his order gave full discretion on which amicus briefs to approve to himself, which means he may likely approve ones critical to AG Bill Barr and General Flynn.

Flynn’s attorney Sidney Powell on Tuesday evening hit back at Judge Sullivan, citing Sullivan’s track record and AG Eric Holder, “..proposed amicus brief has no place in this Court….It is no accident that amicus briefs are excluded in criminal cases.. this Court, on 24 specific occasions has rejected all prior attempts..to intervene”

“No further delay should be tolerated or any further expense caused to him and his defense.” Powell said in her motion to deny notice of intent to file motion for leave to file amicus brief.

The Justice Department dropped its case against General Mike Flynn last Thursday after bombshell documents released proved he was framed by Comey’s FBI.

Instead closing the case, Judge Sullivan is giving Russian collusion hoaxers another opportunity to smear Barr and Flynn.

A group referring to itself as “Watergate Prosecutors” on Monday filed a brief opposing the DOJ’s dismissal of Flynn’s case.

These are the kinds of Trump-hating, Russian collusion conspiracy theorists Judge Sullivan is allowing to continue to attack General Flynn after it was already proved the FBI framed him!

Britain to extend government furlough scheme till end of October

UK Chancellor Rishi Sunak said that the scheme to pay wages of workers placed on leave because of the Covid-19 pandemic will be extended by four months.

Sunak confirmed that employees on leave will continue to receive 80 percent of their monthly wages up to £2,500 ($3,090).

The official said that the scheme will remain without any changes until the end of July, but sometime in the future employers will “start sharing the cost with the government of paying people's salaries.”

Sunak cited data saying that the job retention scheme has protected 7.5 million workers and nearly one million businesses across the country.

Set up in April, the job retention scheme allows employers to apply for grants to partially cover the wages of any employees they had to furlough because their businesses have been closed due to the nationwide lockdown.

Over the weekend, Prime Minister Boris Johnson proposed a gradual plan to relax quarantine restrictions, expressing hope that some primary schools could be reopened by June 1. A five-level ‘Covid Alert System’ was introduced to inform citizens about the varying degrees of restrictions in different areas.

Britain has had over 224,330 confirmed Covid-19 cases since the start of the outbreak, according to Johns Hopkins University, and nearly 32,150 people have died.

Celiac Disease Linked to Common Chemical Pollutants

Elevated blood levels of toxic chemicals found in pesticides, nonstick cookware, and fire retardants have been tied to an increased risk for celiac disease in young people, new research shows.

According to NYU Grossman School of Medicine researchers who led the study, people with the immune disorder have severe gut reactions, including diarrhea and bloating, to foods containing gluten, a protein found in wheat, rye and barley. The only treatment is a gluten-free diet, with no bread, pasta, or cake, says lead investigator and doctoral student Abigail Gaylord, MPH.

Reporting in the journal Environmental Research online May 12, the NYU Langone team found that children and young adults with high blood levels of pesticides — and with high levels of pesticide-related chemicals called dichlorodiphenyldichlorethylenes (DDEs) — were twice as likely to be newly diagnosed with celiac disease as those without high levels.

The study also found that gender differences existed for celiac disease related to toxic exposures. For females, who make up the majority of celiac cases, higher-than-normal pesticide exposure meant they were at least eight times more likely to become gluten intolerant. Young females with elevated levels of nonstick chemicals, known as perflouoroalkyls, or PFAs, including products like Teflon, were five to nine times more likely to have celiac disease.

Young males, on the other hand, were twice as likely to be diagnosed with the disease if they had elevated blood levels of fire-retardant chemicals, polybrominated diphenyl ethers, or PBDEs.

Study co-investigator and health epidemiologist Leonardo Trasande, MD, MPP, the Jim G. Hendrick, MD Professor at NYU Langone, says further studies are needed to demonstrate that these toxic chemicals are a direct cause of celiac disease. But he noted that all are known to disrupt animal and human hormone levels, which are key to controlling both sexual development and immune defenses against infection.

Previous research has suggested that the origins of celiac disease, which afflicts one in 100 adults worldwide, were largely genetic and passed down from parents to offspring. Trasande, who also serves as chief of environmental pediatrics in the Department of Pediatrics at NYU Langone, and his colleagues wanted to investigate whether a link existed between environmental exposure to toxins and risk for a particular immune disorder directly affected by hormone levels, such as celiac disease.

“Our study establishes the first measureable tie-in between environmental exposure to toxic chemicals and celiac disease,” says senior study investigator and pediatric gastroenterologist Jeremiah Levine, MD. “These results also raise the question of whether there are potential links between these chemicals and other autoimmune bowel diseases, which all warrant close monitoring and further study,” says Levine, a professor in the Department of Pediatrics at NYU Langone.

Trasande says that if further studies show similar connections, such results could serve as evidence that the basis or underlying cause for many of these autoimmune disorders may not just be genetic, but also environmental.

For the study, researchers analyzed levels of toxic chemicals in the blood of 30 children and young adults, ages 3 to 21, who were newly diagnosed with celiac disease at NYU Langone Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital. Test results were compared with those from 60 other young people of similar age, gender, and race. People with genes HLA-DQ2 and HLA-DQ8 are known to be at greater risk of being diagnosed with celiac disease. Other symptoms of celiac disease include diarrhea, fatigue, and anemia.

Bill Gates Says that 700,000 Could Suffer Side Effects From his Vaccine

In a recent interview on CNBC, renowned tech tycoon Bill Gates suggested that 700,000 could potentially suffer from side effects from a new vaccine to tackle the Wuhan virus.

The founder of Microsoft has recently taken up the mantle of fighting off the virus through the promotion of mass vaccination.

Approximately 45 million people were vaccinated in 10 weeks with what became known as the “swine flu vaccine.” The US government abruptly stopped the vaccination program when no swine flu cases were detected outside the military base where the disease originated and when an unexpectedly high number of cases of Guillain-Barré syndrome were reported in vaccinated individuals. The vaccine was estimated to have caused approximately one Guillain-Barré syndrome case per 100,000 persons vaccinated, resulting in 53 deaths. As a result of the association between the 1976 swine flu vaccine and Guillain-Barré syndrome, this condition is closely monitored every influenza season as part of the influenza vaccine safety monitoring in the United States.Indeed, the current Wuhan virus saga is not something to take lightly.

Nonetheless, it does not require such a radical response which involves coercive vaccinations on a large scale.

Not only would this infringe on the liberties of millions of Americans, but it could bring about unintended side effects especially if the vaccine is rushed and a large portion of the population is exposed to it.

Child’s Play ‘Lost’ in COVID-19 Pandemic Fear

Social and community disruptions caused by the COVID-19 restrictions could have a lasting effect on child wellbeing, Flinders University researchers warn.

While health, safety and education responses are the focus of restrictions, the needs of childhood independence, self-determination and play are less acknowledged, Flinders University experts explain in a new publication.

“Play is a key aspect of children’s wellbeing from their perspectives,” says lead author Jennifer Fane. “The closure of playgrounds, schools and the fear and worry associated with being in public spaces has likely had significant impacts on children during this time.

“As children return to school, and life starts to resume as it did pre-COVID-19, focus and attention to children’s opportunities for play – and their ability to exercise reasonable ‘agency’ during this time of significant transition – are two key aspects that can support their wellbeing during this difficult time.”

While everyone’s freedoms have been impacted by COVID-19 pandemic, children’s agency, or ability to make choices and decisions within adult-imposed constraints, has never been more apparent.

“Young children interviewed in the study told us of the importance to their lives of trying new things and having a say about play,” says Flinders Professor of Public Health Colin MacDougall, a co-author on the Child Indicators Research paper.

“As the world takes baby steps to ease these life-saving restrictions, and move into an uncertain future, we must take the time to think about very young children.

“This research can be used to help chart a course for the multiple transitions these children are undergoing.”

Ms Fane, whose PhD at Flinders focused on communicating with preschoolers, says these perspectives can support child wellbeing in future, including as government restrictions on people’s boundaries affects where children play and how much they can have a say.

Pro-NATO propaganda units have broadcasted a new episode of their censorship excuse series.

On May 5th, the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab (DFRLab), published a new piece designed to label SouthFront as official Russian propaganda. (LINK) The article employs a twisted, yet sophisticated, style of mixing words, pictures and public facts in order to support the Atlantic Council’s agenda. It largely attempts to build an association between SouthFront and News Front, and in so doing, relies heavily, if not entirely on guilt by association, to label SouthFront as official Russian propaganda. Throughout its report, the DFRLab fails to provide a single example of any association between the two entities, providing zero evidence.

The DFRLab “hit piece” fully confirms the conclusions reached by our analysis “An In-Depth Look Behind the Scenes of SouthFront Censorship”, published last week. Thus, we would like to extend a big thank you to the team of DFRLab. Thanks to their incompetence, they provided us with overwhelming evidence for the upcoming court case against Facebook and YouTube.

Let’s take a closer look at the DFRLab’s published “report”. As we have already pointed out, in order to label SouthFront as official Russian propaganda, NATO propagandists first identify another media site with a similar name, and then proceed to emphasize the similarity of the two brands.

The name of this organization is “News Front”, which indeed shares the word “Front” in its name, yet the similarities end there. News Front is an official Russian organization that is located in Crimea and publicly pursues an acute pro-Russian patriotic informational agenda for a Russian speaking audience.

During the entire article, DFRLab proceeds to regularly put the SouthFront name next to that of News Front, as if in a crime witness line-up, and yet 90% of the text is dedicated to News Front. The first 12 paragraphs are dedicated to an overview of open data about the founders and editors of News Front. In order to paint a picture of the supposed malign behavior of News Front, the DFLab authors added to the report such names as RT, Sputniknews, Mehr, Press TV. In other words, media sites whose affiliation with state governments is a declared matter of public record.

SouthFront is only sparingly mentioned during this entire segment. For example, the authors added a single screenshot of the deleted Facebook page of SouthFront claiming that “Most of the assets that DFRLab had access to did not hide their connection to South Front or News Front.”

Chinese-manufactured masks on front lines with US health workers exposed as fake

Millions of medical masks, gloves, gowns, and other supplies being used across U.S. hospitals coming mostly from China have been found to be counterfeits. An investigation by the Associated Press looked into a shipment coming into a Southern California warehouse earlier this year from a Chinese factory named Shanghai Dasheng. When going to its website, a sign appears saying, "We don't have any distributors, dealers, or branch factories. Beware of counterfeit!" The masks that came had ear loops, while authentic ones typically have bands that stretch across the back of the head for a tighter fit. The masks apparently had been approved by the U.S. National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, which gives them the safety green light to be used by healthcare workers.

The day before the masks' arrival, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued a warning saying N95 masks with ear loops from Shanghai Dasheng are counterfeit. N95 masks are supposed to provide among the strongest protection from airborne particles, making them the preferred personal protection equipment for most health facilities. It is unknown whether the company is creating its own counterfeits or someone is using the company's certification numbers without its permission to make fake masks.

Shanghai Dasheng is one of the largest manufacturers of authentic N95s in the world, and one of only a handful in China certified to make NIOSH approved, U.S. medical-grade N95s, the AP reports. A separate scenario in Massachusetts led to first responders discovering some of the masks they were using were also fake. This came around the time when the Food and Drug Administration approved the use of the Chinese equivalent of N95 masks, dubbed KN95 masks.

CBS News says they contacted several Chinese suppliers posing as importers and reported some said their respirators labeled as KN95s aren't suitable for hospital use. "I don't suggest you use them," one supplier told CBS. The Chinese government said they would seize 89 million counterfeit masks. The CDC issued a warning about counterfeit masks coming from China. "Counterfeit respirators are products that are falsely marketed and sold as being NIOSH-approved and may not be capable of providing appropriate respiratory protection to workers," the warning reads. The CDC said it will post counterfeit respirators or those misrepresenting U.S.-approved masks on its website.

These may seem like small, necessary steps in the war against the COVID-19 virus, but they’re only necessary to the police state in its efforts to further undermine the Constitution, extend its control over the populace, and feed its insatiable appetite for ever-greater powers.

Nothing is ever as simple as the government claims it is.

Whatever dangerous practices you allow the government to carry out now—whether it’s in the name of national security or protecting America’s borders or making America healthy again—rest assured, these same practices can and will be used against you when the government decides to set its sights on you.

The war on drugs turned out to be a war on the American people, waged with SWAT teams and militarized police.

The war on terror turned out to be a war on the American people, waged with warrantless surveillance and indefinite detention.

Normally Chloroquine is made from Cinchona bark, from a tree in South America originally. Tea from the bark is used to make quinine water. We have research archived on how quinine is a zinc ionopore, like HCQ, but, it looks like it does more.

Recently I discovered that when this bark became scarce, the pharmacists turned to a north American plant called Wild Quinine. (Parthenium integrifolium) (pic 1 related)

Clinton, DNC Lawyers ‘Enlisted Foreign Interference’ In U.S. Election, Not Trump

If you look over the past three years of Democratic statements regarding Russia’s interference in the U.S. election you would think the Trump administration and Republicans had direct access to the Kremlin. It was all lies but the reality is stranger than fiction. It was Democrats and those who supported them that enlisted foreign interference to target the Trump campaign. They enlisted and paid a former British spy, who testified he paid former Russians for the information – now known lies – on President Donald Trump and his campaign.

It was a web of deceit that gathers more and more evidence, more and more players, as Congress, the Department of Justice, Inspector General and journalists pull at its threads.

In fact, it was Democratic lawmakers, the Hillary Clinton campaign, the Democratic National Committee and their lawyers that actually enlisted foreign interference in the 2016 U.S. election against President Donald Trump and the American people.

The evidence is revealed in the back and forth question and answers directed by Congressional members at the lawyers hired by the DNC and the Hillary Clinton Campaign. One of the most interesting and revealing testimonies is that given by DNC lawyer Marc C. Elias, with Perkins Coie law firm, who played a central role in hiring the research firm Fusion GPS and former British spy Christopher Steele to investigate President Donald Trump’s campaigns alleged Russia ties at the behest of the DNC and HRC campaign.

Elias’ law firm appears to be intricately woven into many facets of the FBI’s Russia probe. First, not only did Elias’ firm represent Clinton’s campaign and the DNC, but it also represented Crowdstrike, the private company hired by the DNC to investigate the alleged hacking by Russia into the DNC server. Moreover, it is Elias again, who intervened in the case of Trump’s long time friend and advisor Roger Stone. Elias recently challenged Stone in court and stopped Stone’s lawyers from obtaining a copy of Crowdstrike’s report on its investigation into the hacking of the DNC servers.

Moreover, in the newly declassified transcripts Elias reveals the money his law firm paid on behalf of the DNC and Hillary Clinton campaign to Fusion GPS was going to Steele. Steele’s dossier has now been debunked but “he is a foreign spy who was paid to investigate a presidential candidate and used Russian disinformation to divide the nation,” stated a former U.S. Intelligence official, directly familiar with Steele. “The only real foreign interference in the election was paid for by Clinton and the DNC.”

David Schoen, who now represents Stone but has been outspoken on FBI probe into Trump, told SaraACarter.com said that Elias role and that of his law firm in the Russia investigation must be investigated. In fact, Elias sought approval from Mook to pay Fusion GPS $60,000 per month from HRC and DNC through Perkins Coie. And then Fusion GPS testified it paid Steele $168,000 for his work, which was known to Elias.
