Kremlin Asks US For Ceasefire At Bushehr Nuclear Plant To Get Remaining Russian Staff Out

Russia is seeking approval from the US and Israel for a ceasefire for the Bushehr nuclear ⁠power plant in Iran, RIA news agency reported Thursday. Airstrikes across the country have reportedly been on the uptick in the past some 48 hours.

"The travel routes will be communicated ‌to the relevant authorities in Israel and the United States, and we will use all channels to request strict adherence to the ceasefire ⁠during the convoy’s movement," the ⁠head of Russia’s state nuclear corporation Rosatom, Alexei Likhachev, stated.

Well over 500 Russian personnel were at the site prior to the US launching Operation Epic Fury, and the Bushehr complex has been hit at least three times by airstrikes, putting the complex and area at severe risk.

Likhachev said that a "final ⁠wave of evacuation" of some 200 people is tentatively scheduled for next week. There's been a lot of Russian technicians and personnel there given the plant was undergoing expansion, and it's Russia which first constructed Busherh - and so has technical expertise.

The Kremlin has accused Washington and Israel of putting the whole region in danger, and further of harming the cause of nuclear non-proliferation globally.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova days ago issued statement saying, "The drama of the situation is aggravated by the fact that countries attacking peaceful nuclear facilities in Iran are effectively undermining the NPT, the IAEA's verification mechanisms, nuclear and physical security conventions, as well as the agency's relevant regulations," according to the ministry's website.

"Carefully crafted and internationally agreed solutions are not taken seriously by these states and can be discarded at any moment in favor of their selfish interests and geopolitical considerations," the spokeswoman added.

Zakharova further communicated that atrocities in Iran must cease, and nuclear sites must be safeguarded, referencing the latest attacks in the past days on the complex in Khondab, the factory in Ardakan, and the strikes near the Bushehr nuclear power plant.

"The aggressors continue to raise the stakes in their war in the Middle East, ignoring all associated risks, including the danger of widespread radioactive contamination," Zakharova had said last week.

Colorado Court Affirms Tina Peters’ Convictions But Reverses Sentencing Back to Trial Court, Ignores Trump’s Pardon and Supremacy Clause of Constitution

Another sad day for justice in America.

A division of the Colorado Court of Appeals affirms Tina Peters’ convictions but reverses her sentencing back to the trial court.

The overall point today is that the courts in Colorado have systematically covered up Tina Peters’ evidence that the election numbers in her county changed after an action was taken on her county’s computers labeled a “trusted build” which was mandated by the state.

The Colorado courts ignored that the records had been changed, covered it up, and went after Tina Peters for sharing what she found. She was sentenced to 9 years in prison and is still in prison today.

In addition, today the court ruled that President Trump (or any President) does not have the power to pardon Tina Peters for her state crimes, and that the Supremacy Clause of the US Constitution does not apply to Tina Peters.

The ruling looks like it was written by Norm Eisen – Obama’s Ethics Czar.

During a recent hearing in front of a Colorado court, we learned that, amongst all the wrongdoing by Colorado politicians and courts who targeted Tina Peters, the court sentenced Tina to a felony for a misdemeanor she was convicted of, which led to an additional year in prison.

Vance Anti-Fraud Task Force Suspends 221 California Healthcare Providers Over Suspected Corruption.

At least 221 healthcare providers in Los Angeles, California, have had their operations suspended as of Thursday after the federal anti-fraud task force led by Vice President J.D. Vance found widespread evidence of corruption. The latest total of suspended healthcare providers marks a significant increase of over 215 percent from the 70 providers whose operations were halted last week. Federal authorities, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and SWAT teams, conducted raids early Thursday morning as part of the operation.“The Administration’s War on Fraud once again yields results as more suspensions take place and fraudsters face justice for ripping off hard-working Americans and stealing their tax dollars and social services,” a spokesman for Vice President Vance stated. Notably, the Trump administration has indicated that it expects the number of suspensions to continue to rise significantly in the coming weeks.

Arrests have already been made in the anti-fraud operation, which has predominantly targeted hospice care facilities and home health providers, including two individuals accused of orchestrating $7 million in fraudulent activity. The National Pulse reported in January that President Donald J. Trump revealed he suspects that California is “more corrupt than Minnesota.” Notably, federal prosecutors have suggested the systemic social services fraud tied to Minnesota’s Somali immigrant community could top $9 billion.

Meanwhile, California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) has denied claims of insufficient action on fraud, asserting that his administration has blocked $125 billion in fraud and made numerous arrests. Newsom’s former chief of staff, Dana Williamson, was arrested by the FBI last November and currently faces federal charges for public corruption.

Iran accuses US and Israel of genocide

Strikes have “deliberately” targeted over 600 educational facilities, including the school in Minab where more than 160 children were killed, according to Tehran

Iran has accused the US and Israel of genocide over the “deliberate” targeting of schools and education facilities in strikes on the country.

In a post on X on Wednesday, Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baqaei said more than 600 schools and educational facilities across Iran have been targeted in US-Israeli attacks over the past month, including the Shajareh Tayyebeh School in Minab where more than 160 children were killed.

”This is not an isolated act of cruelty – it is part of a systematic and brutal pattern of illegal warfare against Iran,” he wrote. “The term ‘war crime’ falls far short of adequately describing these atrocities. Given the explicit rhetoric of hostility toward Iranians (as a nation) expressed by US/Israeli officials, these crimes amount to genocide.”

The US-Israeli war on Iran began with massive strikes on urban centers on February 28, including the bombing of the Shajarah Tayyebeh elementary school, which killed at least 175 people, more than 160 of them children. American and Israeli officials initially offered conflicting denials and explanations, with US President Donald Trump even suggesting the attack was “done by Iran.”

However, the Pentagon has opened a probe, and reports claim investigators have already confirmed the US carried out the strike using “outdated targeting data” that misclassified the school as part of a nearby military compound.

On the same day as the Minab strike, a school and sports hall in the southern Iranian city of Lamerd were also hit, killing at least 21 people. A New York Times report, citing footage analysis and weapons experts, said the attack was carried out by the US using the previously untested Precision Strike Missile (PrSM), which detonates above targets and disperses small tungsten pellets.

While the strike in Lamerd drew scant global attention, the atrocity in Minab has sparked condemnation. Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova accused the US and Israel of “cruelty, cynicism, and dehumanization.” Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez both declared solidarity with the victims of the “massacre.” However, the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC) and the UN Security Council (UNSC) both failed to adopt formal resolutions condemning the atrocity.

The US and Israel have maintained an air offensive on Iran for over a month, killing more than 1,340 people, according to official data. Iran has retaliated with drone and missile strikes targeting Israel and US bases in the Middle East.

I am going to very strongly disagree with some of my friends and say that Ron DeSantis should not be the next attorney general.

Recall what he said about the Stormy Daniels case, his weak objections to the lawfare against the president including raid of Mar-a-Lago, and, MORE IMPORTANTLY, his refusal to defend/protect his own constituents being tormented by the Biden FBI/DOJ in the J6 persecution.

Rep. Burchett to Newsmax: Public Has a Right to Know on UFOs

Rep. Tim Burchett, R-Tenn., said Wednesday on Newsmax's "Finnerty" that "the public has a right to know" about UFO-related information, arguing that government secrecy has gone too far and must end.

"We need full disclosure," Burchett said, adding, "the public has a right to know, dadgummit, it's your tax dollars. Let's get it out there."

Burchett, a member of the House Oversight and Foreign Affairs Committees, pointed to what he described as a troubling pattern of secrecy and unexplained incidents involving individuals tied to sensitive programs.

"There are no coincidences in this town," he said. "These folks have disappeared or died mysteriously.

"The only thing that ties them together is outer space, whether it's UFOs or nuclear secrets or missiles."

He criticized what he called entrenched bureaucratic control over information, recounting a closed-door briefing where he was told "the president is on a need-to-know basis."

Burchett said, "I think that says everything. There's an arrogance."

Describing layers of secrecy, he added: "It's just layers of the onion, you peel one off and there's another one underneath, we've got a real problem."

Burchett suggested some of the mysterious cases may be connected, dismissing the idea of coincidence. "I think overall … there is a connection there," he said. "People just do not disappear … not in this day and age."

While declining to directly address explosive claims from former Rep. Matt Gaetz about alleged alien-human programs, Burchett emphasized the seriousness of what he has personally been told.

"I've been briefed by just about every alphabet agency there is," he said. "If they would release the things that I've seen, you'd be up at night worrying about or thinking about it.

"We just need to disclose it all. I'm sick of it."

He revealed he recently received a classified briefing that he believes would have shocked the public. "It would have set the earth on [fire], this country would have come unglued. [Americans] would demand answers."

Burchett warned that information continues to be suppressed as key witnesses disappear. "It just keeps getting covered up and the people that know are dying or disappearing," he said.

He also called for greater presidential engagement, saying, "The president doesn't know the questions to ask … a few of us are going to have to get with the president and tell him what he needs to ask and where he needs to look."

Reiterating his central point, Burchett concluded: "The public has a right to know."
