In a rare act for a state chief executive, Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp has referred the audited November 2020 election results in the state's largest voting metropolis to the State Election Board after multiple reviews found significant problems with absentee ballot counting that included duplicate tallies, math errors and transposed data.
Kemp referred Fulton County's risk-limiting audit results this week to election regulators, saying he was not asking for any changes to the declaration that Joe Biden beat Donald Trump but was alarmed by the level of sloppy vote counting in the county that includes the city of Atlanta.
The errors could have skewed the audit totals reported to the state by several thousand votes, according to a 36-item summary Kemp included with his letter. Biden was declared the state's winner by about 12,000 votes.

Kemp's referral comes several months after a Just the News investigative report first raised questions about the audited election tallies Fulton County reported to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's office after conducting a hand count known a risk-limiting audit.
Just the News reported the tally sheets Fulton County used for the audit/recount absentee ballots did not match totals from ballot images, in some cases appeared to include duplicate counts, and used batch numbers that did not correspond to existing ballot stacks.
A separate review conducted by Georgia lawyer Bob Cheeley, likewise, found irregularities this summer.
The referral to the State Elections Board is likely to add fuel to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's push to place Fulton County elections into state receivership, meaning state officials and not county workers would supervise the next few elections.

Kemp wrote he first learned of the problems when a Georgia citizen named Joseph Rossi compared the audit tally sheets to ballot images, and found similar problems as those enumerated in the Just the News article.
Rossi recently referred his concerns to Kemp's office, which did a similar analysis and confirmed there appeared to be serious errors in the final audited tallies Fulton County reported to the state.
Kemp's referral letter identified numerous instances in which batches of absentee ballots appeared to have been counted twice.
For instance, one batch of ballots that awarded 93 votes to Biden and just four for Trump "appears to be duplicated" on the final report to the state, the letter said.
"The batch entry on Row 19676, identified as AbsenteeScanner3Batch 368, nearly matches the same vote count reported by the batch entry on Row 19677, identified as Absentee Scanner 3 Batch 368. The lone exception being that Row 19677 reports an additional vote for Jorgensen. One of these entries appears to be duplicated," Kemp wrote.
Some of the duplicate counts flagged by Kemp were quite large. For instance, one duplicate gave 745 votes more to Biden than the ballot images actually showed.
Sometimes vote tallies were transposed, the letter said. For instance one batch of absentee votes was counted as 76 for Trump and 22 for Biden when the ballot images show it was the opposite tally in favor of Biden.
The Kemp-Rossi review also found two batches of absentee ballots in which all 100 votes in each batch were given to Biden. In fact, the actual images show Biden only got 60 votes in one batch and 78 in the other.
The largest tally of all Biden votes that Fulton County reported was 950 votes for Biden and none for Trump, all apparently from a batch of military absentee ballots.
But when Kemp and Rossi went to the images, the tallies were magnitudes smaller: just 92 votes for Biden and six for Trump, the letter said.
Rossi also flagged several batches of ballots that included misidentified batch numbers for which there were no corresponding ballot images, something that led some experts last summer to worry there were missing batches of ballots.
In fact, Kemp's letter said, it was likely Fulton County wrote down erroneous batch numbers.
"The 36 inconsistencies noted by Mr. Rossi are factual in nature, pose no underlying theories outside of the reported data, and could not be explained by my office after a thorough review detailed below," the governor wrote the elections board.
"The purpose of this letter is to convey these inconsistencies to the Board and request them to be explained or corrected," Kemp added. "To be clear, this letter does not purport to dispute or contest the outcome of the 202O election, but rather to highlight apparent inconsistencies discovered in the RLA Report data."
Kemp's letter ordered the board to force corrections to any vote totals if there were "verified errors" and to "review the audit methodology used in counties across Georgia, and create a prescriptive and uniform set of rules that ensure one process is followed by all counties."

A new legal commentary and analysis concept launched during the Kyle Rittenhouse clown trial. A YouTube channel called Rekieta Law ran a live stream throughout the trial and brought on actual practicing attorneys to provide real-time commentary and education to us non-legal types.
A clip of their reaction to the AntiFa-BLM slime Gaige Grosskreutz' fail on cross, when he admitted to pointing the gun at Rittenhouse first before his bicep was turned into chop-suey, went viral. The clip was shared all over the internet, and the stream took off from there.
At one point they hit over 100k viewers watching the live stream. They may have been implementing this concept previously, but now everyone I know following the Rittenhouse trial was watching it.
The concept itself seems simple, but for those of us who remember the O.J. trial, Scott Peterson, Casey Anthony, and other high-profile court cases, the commentary makes the experience entertaining, and in retrospect after watching Rekieta's stream, I realize we've never had great commentary and analysis beyond a few exceptions that I'm sure I'm forgetting.
The problem with legal commentary nowadays is it all sucks, and it's rooted in fake news and Marxist propaganda. It's watered down crap, unchallenged, and it's not typically done by real or competent lawyers.
The cable TV pundit may be a licensed bar member, and maybe worked at a firm, or maybe even clerked, but usually they've never been in the weeds of actual trials where they stand before a judge and argue a case in front of a jury with someone's freedom on the line, be it as prosecutor or defense attorney.
We mostly get the Gloria Allred types who probably have never seen the inside of a courtroom, but built a career on holding her crying client's hand during a scripted interview, with a box of Kleenex in plain view.
She made a ton of money from it, so it's not like she's bad at what she does, but she's more of a public relations-type attorney who wins settlements (which is not a bad thing). I'm not singling her out specifically, but she's in the mold of the type of television attorney that makes you dumber if you listen to her.
Worse, we get lunatics who did practice, like Nancy Grace, who was a prosecutor in Atlanta. She made the move to TV years ago and covered the famous trials over the years, where she confirmed herself to be certifiably crazy. How crazy? Recently she called Kyle Rittenhouse a teen vigilante.
If you think Rittenhouse wasn't defending himself, then you're too stupid for me to even associate with, and certainly not someone from whom I could absorb legal knowledge. This brings up another point to the low quality commentary on cable TV, where the pundits seem to have literally no idea about the details and facts of the cases they cover.
This is the crappy, low quality legal punditry cable TV has to offer, and until now, the type of which we were stuck, beyond a single independent live streamer who maybe had a few guests on who may or may not be attorneys.

I haven't followed every moment of the Rittenhouse trial, but I watched it in batches, and I've been very impressed with Rekieta's concept.
During the breaks in the trial, the legal discussions where extremely entertaining and educational. I learned a lot from the stream in a short amount of time, and certainly more than I've EVER learned on any legal show in the past.
One point made on the stream is with the Rittenhouse trial exposure, it's stunning how much the media has controlled cases when video feed wasn't publicly available. The commentators on Rekieta's stream are stunned how many people to this day still believe Rittenhouse shot innocent blacks, or that he possessed a gun illegally. If the fake news punditry is all we have, then justice and a fair trial is out the window.
Another point is this feed exposed how horrible the legal process has been. We saw how malicious the prosecution was, and the degree of prosecutorial misconduct has been unreal. How bad is it for trials that weren't open to the public?
Overall, Rekieta's stream provided the most entertaining and informative legal content, hands down.
I've been reading Andrew Branca's articles on Legal Insurrection for a while, and he's great, but he showed up on the stream and dropped some amazing knowledge surrounding the Rittenhouse case. Robert Barnes was there, as was Viva Frei, and even Ron Coleman whom I followed a lot on Twitter. There were many more who came and went as I wasn't watching, staggered throughout the days.
Rekieta's stream is attorneys-only (mostly – he let a few non-attorney's pop in), which is yet another advantage over cable TV crap. During this trial, everyone interested in this case was watching Rekieta Law's stream.
Sadly, Rekieta's channel is based on YouTube, which sucks for those of us avoiding the satanic pedo-controlled platform, but I think he experimented with a streaming tool to distribute to other platforms, but he had some issues with it. I hope he works through the issues and is available for the next trial on alternative platforms. Below are a few clips from Odysee.
In conclusion, Rekieta has set the bar, and cable TV legal commentary is officially a joke. Any future big cases, me, and everyone else, will be watching his channel. The younger Azali now works to persuade Emirati officials to invest in the Comoros, a small cluster of islands off the east coast of Africa with a government that international observers say is plagued by systemic corruption.
Owning shell companies and bank accounts in the UAE, one of the world’s most secretive financial havens, is a growing trend among African politicians and their business allies.
“The UAE is the center of the world,” Nour El Fath Azali, 37, recently told ICIJ media partner La Gazette des Comores.
The Pandora Papers investigation discovered secretive Emirati financial interests of politicians and powerful business leaders from 17 African countries.
The Pandora Papers, a global media collaboration that exposes the hidden financial deals of the world’s rich and powerful, is based on leaked records from 14 firms that help set up shell companies and bank accounts. Among these so-called offshore providers is SFM Corporate Services, based in the UAE’s financial capital, Dubai.
“The UAE, de facto, tolerates illicit flows and trades that other more reputable international financial centers shun,” said Ricardo Soares de Oliveira, a University of Oxford professor who leads a research project on African countries and major financial centers, including Dubai. “In exchange for its acceptance that dubious players and monies be based in the country, the UAE merely asks wealthy Africans to stay out of local politics and stay within the boundaries of local law,” Soares de Oliveira said.

News shouldn’t be a scoreboard that constantly changes.
News is about coverage that includes a statement of facts that does not need to be corrected. But, the liberal media doesn’t do this.

So every single label on Kyle as a ‘terrorist’, ‘white supremacist’, and ‘school shooter’ in the streets of Kenosha, will only ever be withdrawn after the damage has been done.

The priest resumed active ministry, as well as his predatory habits. Eight additional complaints were lodged against him in the coming years by various families, leading to his eventual arrest on sex-abuse charges in 2005.
The priest was Donald McGuire, a former Jesuit who has been convicted of molesting boys in federal and state courts and is serving a 25-year federal prison sentence. McGuire, now 81 years old, taught at the University of San Francisco in the late 1970s, and held frequent spiritual retreats for families in San Francisco and Walnut Creek throughout the 1980s and 1990s. He also ministered extensively to the Missionaries of Charity during that time.

UK Announces Deal To Sell Warships To Kiev, Raising Tensions In Black Sea
Tensions on the rise in the Black Sea. London recently announced that it will be selling warships to Ukraine. The vessels would be allocated in the Black Sea region. The possible deal belies a previous announcement by the British government that it would not sell arms to Ukraine and increases regional frictions between Ukraine, NATO, and Russia. The presence of modern and equipped Western ships in that area will generate a new escalation of instability, unnecessarily undermining international peace.
In a statement this week, UK Defense Secretary Ben Wallace gave a positive signal for heavy weapons sales to Ukraine. The equipment to be traded would be focused on modern warships with high destruction power. The aim is to significantly increase Ukrainian naval power amid a regional context of tensions in the Black Sea. To that end, the British secretary also said that Kiev could pay for the ships using the amount received from the loan taken by the Ukrainian government as part of a trade agreement signed between the two countries in early November. As there is a mutual geostrategic interest in this deal – given the UK’s ambitions to weaken Russian presence in Eastern Europe – there appears to be little concern on the part of the British over how the debt generated by this deal will be paid off.
According to the data released so far, the sale includes the negotiation of two mine countermeasure ships and the joint production of eight warships with missiles, as well as a new frigate. Possible aid from London to Kiev for the construction of a naval infrastructure platform, with the modernization of the weapons systems of current Ukrainian ships, is also being negotiated.
Both Ben Wallace and his Ukrainian counterpart Oleksii Reznikov, commenting on the case, emphasized the fact that the agreement is aimed against Russia, which makes the project a real open affront to the stability of Russia-Ukraine and Russia-West relations. However, in a joint statement, they both tried to be delicate in their words and said the aim was not to make the UK and Ukraine adversary to Russia, but that the move comes amid concerns about Russia’s presence in the border region: “Our governments have no desire to be adversarial, or seek in any way to strategically encircle or undermine the Russian Federation (…) We are concerned by Russia’s military build-up and activity around the borders of Ukraine”.

House Democrats ignored pressure from human rights advocates and Republican lawmakers to reinsert into their $1.9 trillion spending bill a measure that would have blocked federal funds from going to Chinese entities that use Uyghur slave labor.
The Democrat-controlled House on Friday passed President Joe Biden's Build Back Better Act, which greatly expands spending on social programs and climate issues. Democrats stripped the Uyghur provision last week, which generated outrage from human rights groups and Republicans who pressed for the language to be reinserted. Despite adding at least a dozen last minute amendments to the bill, Democrats did not add the Uyghur provision back into the final text.
The original version of the legislation included a provision to stop taxpayer funds from going to any entity that relies on Uyghur slave labor, an ethnic minority group in China that the Communist government has forced into work camps. The situation was designated as a genocide by the Trump administration. The Biden White House has vowed to combat these ongoing human rights abuses.
When the Uyghur provision was stripped from the bill, Republican congressional officials accused Democrats of trying to appease Beijing amid efforts by the Biden administration to strike a climate accord with the CCP. Climate czar John Kerry, who is leading the push for a climate deal, was also said to be lobbying Democrats to oppose separate legislation that would ban the import of all Chinese-made goods that are produced using Uyghur slave labor, a claim Kerry's office denied.
The removal of this language angered the human rights community and prompted Republican foreign policy leaders to accuse the Biden administration and Democrats of turning a blind eye to the CCP's mass human rights abuses. While Republican lawmakers have pressed Democratic leadership, including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (Calif.), to explain why the measure was stripped, they have yet to receive an answer.
"Democrats gave the green light to the CCP to continue their imprisonment and unjust exploitation of over one million Uyghur Muslims by passing their socialist reconciliation bill, which removed protections that prevented our tax dollars from funding entities that use their forced slave labor," Rep. Greg Steube (R., Fla.), a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, told the Washington Free Beacon. "This un-American abomination of a bill is contradictory for progressives who claim to fight for ‘justice.'"
One senior Republican congressional aide told the Free Beacon that he and his colleagues have not been able to get answers as to why the Uyghur provision was stripped, even though it could have attracted Republicans to the larger legislation.
"It's truly shameful that Democrats so brazenly removed a common-sense section prohibiting taxpayer dollars from going to slave labor and seem to have no remorse and no explanation why," said the source, who was not authorized to speak on record.

The left’s reaction to Kyle Rittenhouse being acquitted of all charges was predictable and not particularly creative. According to them, he deserves to die, rot in hell, yadda, yadda, yadda.
But one Democrat is taking things further by calling on the Biden DOJ to consider federal charges against Rittenhouse. Rep. Jerry Nadler, who is chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, tweeted his call for a federal review just hours after the jury’s verdict was announced.

Many on the left, who so nonchalantly and callously dismiss the damage done to people and property by BLM and Antifa, support Nadler’s call for a federal investigation. It could be argued that Democrats are so accustomed to things going their way that they can’t handle it when they lose.
Nadler would be wise to step away from his emotions over the verdict and think about the repercussions of pushing the narrative that Kyle Rittenhouse was a white supremacist who violated the civil rights of his attackers. The government failed — spectacularly! — in making that case and the Kenosha jury decided what most knew all along: it was simply a case of self-defense.
Justice was served today, Dems. Deal with it.
