REVEALED: Rep. Adam Schiff Met With Former Chairman Of Chinese Communist Party’s Foreign Influence Operations.

The California Congressman has been a leading proponent of the Russiagate hoax, the impeachment hoax, and now the January 6th hoax. All after he met with a leading Chinese propagandist.

Rep. Adam Schiff met with a Chinese Communist Party official previously responsible for spearheading the regime’s foreign influence operations on a visit to Washington, D.C. sponsored by the China-United States Exchange Foundation, The National Pulse can reveal.

The foundation, known as ‘CUSEF’ for short, has been flagged by the U.S. government for seeking to “influence foreign governments to take actions or adopt positions supportive of Beijing’s preferred policies.”

A key promoter of the Trump-Russia collusion hoax and leading member of the unconstitutional January 6th committee, Rep. Schiff met with officials from the documented Chinese Communist Party-linked foreign influence group in October 2009.

Schiff recently turned his attention to former Trump campaign chief Steve Bannon, a known “China hawk,” raising questions as to whether or not the Congressman for California’s 28th Congressional district is working to neutralize critics of the Chinese Communist Party.

The China-United States Exchange Foundation’s (CUSEF) website reveals it “sponsored the visit” of Chinese Communist Party official Xu Kuangdi to the U.S., including a stop in Washington, D.C.

The former Mayor of Shanghai, Xu also served as the Chairman of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, the “highest-ranking entity overseeing” China’s controversial “United Front Work Department.”

The United Front has been described by the U.S. government as a comprehensive foreign influence operation that Beijing uses to “co-opt and neutralize sources of potential opposition to the policies and authority of its ruling Chinese Communist Party” and “influence foreign governments to take actions or adopt positions supportive of Beijing’s preferred policies.”

Beyond Xu’s leadership role within the United Front, his trip sponsor CUSEF functions as one of several United Front groups weaponized by the Chinese Communist Party to target American elites.

Tennis star Peng Shuai disappears following sexual assault accusations

A Chinese tennis star who publicly accused a top former Politburo official of forcing her to have sex has vanished — as international sports officials demanded her accusations be fully investigated.

Peng Shuai, a onetime No. 1-ranked doubles player, has not been seen or heard from in about 10 days — or a few days after she wrote a lengthy social-media post alleging sex assault by an elderly married former vice premier of China.

Supporters who are worried about the 35-year-old player’s safety have rallied online using the Twitter hashtag #WhereIsPengShuai.

“Yes, these accusations are very disturbing,” 18-time Grand Slam winner Chris Evert tweeted Sunday. “I’ve known Peng since she was 14; we should all be concerned; this is serious; where is she? Is she safe? Any information would be appreciated.”

French tennis player Nicolas Mahut added, “The fact that Peng Shuai is missing is not only the [World Tennis Association]’s problem.

“We are all concerned,’’ he wrote.

WTA Chairman and CEO Steve Simon said in a statement released Sunday that “Peng Shuai, and all women, deserve to be heard, not censored. “Her accusation about the conduct of a former Chinese leader involving a sexual assault must be treated with the utmost seriousness. In all societies, the behavior she alleges that took place needs to be investigated, not condoned or ignored,’’ he said.

“We commend Peng Shuai for her remarkable courage and strength in coming forward,’’ Simon added. “Women around the world are finding their voices so injustices can be corrected.

“We expect this issue to be handled properly, meaning the allegations must be investigated fully, fairly, transparently and without censorship.”

The release of the statement followed widespread criticism of the WTA’s silence up till that time on Peng’s allegations.

Peng has claimed that Zhang Gaoli — a retired member of China’s ruling Communist Party’s all-powerful Politburo Standing Committee — and his wife arranged to play tennis in Beijing with her about three years ago.

Windows 10 is a security disaster waiting to happen. How will Microsoft clean up its mess?

When Windows 10 hits its end-of-support date in 2025, hundreds of millions of PC owners will have four options, none of them good.

In less than four years, Microsoft will draw the final curtain on Windows 10 after a 10-year run.

That news shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. The end date is defined as part of Microsoft's Modern Lifecycle Policy, and it's documented on the Microsoft Lifecycle page: "Microsoft will continue to support at least one Windows 10 Semi-Annual Channel until October 14, 2025."

When a Windows version reaches its end-of-support date, the software keeps working, but the update channel grinds to a halt:

[There] will be no new security updates, non-security updates, or assisted support. Customers are encouraged to migrate to the latest version of the product or service. Paid programs may be available for applicable products.

Ho-hum stuff, right? I mean, this sort of thing has happened before, and the world didn't come to an end. Windows XP got a multi-year support extension before it was allowed to die with dignity at the ripe old age of 13.

Likewise, Windows 7 hit end-of-support at the start of 2020, mostly without incident. Microsoft's customers grumbled but found upgrade paths. Microsoft even offered free app remediation services for enterprise customers who encountered compatibility issues.

But in both of those instances, Microsoft could implore its customers to fix the problem by upgrading to a newer version of the Windows operating system.

Read that part again: "Customers are encouraged to migrate to the latest version of the product or service." That's not an option for customers running Windows 10 on hardware that doesn't meet the stringent hardware compatibility requirements of Windows 11. When October 2025 rolls around, those devices will have no Microsoft-supported migration path to a newer version. The owners of those perfectly functional PCs, some less than five years old, will instead have the following options:

Continue running the unsupported operating system and hope for the best

Retire or dispose of the unsupported hardware

Install a non-Microsoft operating system, such as Linux

Ignore Microsoft's warnings and upgrade to Windows 11 anyway

Option 1 is unwise. Option 2 is unconscionable. Option 3 is unlikely.

That leaves only the fourth option, which comes with Microsoft's own supersized portion of Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt (FUD) in the form of a support bulletin titled "Installing Windows 11 on devices that don't meet minimum system requirements."

That document packs a lot of FUD into just a few paragraphs:

Installing Windows 11 on a device that does not meet Windows 11 minimum system requirements is not recommended. If you choose to install Windows 11 on ineligible hardware, you should be comfortable assuming the risk of running into compatibility issues.

Your device might malfunction due to these compatibility or other issues. Devices that do not meet these system requirements will no longer be guaranteed to receive updates, including but not limited to security updates.

The following disclaimer applies if you install Windows 11 on a device that doesn't meet the minimum system requirements:

This PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements for running Windows 11 - these requirements help ensure a more reliable and higher quality experience. Installing Windows 11 on this PC is not recommended and may result in compatibility issues. Ohio sues Facebook over for securities fraud; Allegations of harm to children

(COLUMBUS, Ohio) — Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost has filed a lawsuit against the social-media giant Facebook for misleading the public on how it controlled its proprietary algorithm all in an effort to boost its stock and deceive shareholders.

The lawsuit, filed on behalf of the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS) and Facebook investors, contends that from April 29 through Oct. 21, 2021 Facebook and its senior executives violated federal securities laws by purposely misleading the public about the negative effects its products have on the health and well-being of children and the steps the company has taken to protect the public.

“Facebook said it was looking out for our children and weeding out online trolls, but in reality was creating misery and divisiveness for profit,” Yost said. “We are not people to Mark Zuckerberg, we are the product and we are being used against each other out of greed.”

Facebook’s scheme was revealed in the Wall Street Journal in September and in internal documents and statements provided in October by a former Facebook employee who blew the whistle on Facebook, underscoring how the company “chooses profit over safety.”

Zuckerberg and other company officials, the lawsuit maintains, knew that they were making false statements regarding the safety, security and privacy of its platforms. Facebook admitted in those internal documents that “We are not actually doing what we say we do publicly.”

In roughly a month, those revelations caused a devaluation in Facebook’s stock of $54.08 per share, causing OPERS and other Facebook investors to lose more than $100 billion.

Yost’s lawsuit not only seeks to recover that lost value but also demands that Facebook make significant reforms to ensure it does not mislead the public about its internal practices.

The lawsuit isn’t the first action that Yost has taken against Facebook, which also owns Instagram. In May, he and 43 other attorneys general sent a letter to Zuckerberg urging him to halt his plans to introduce an Instagram app for kids.

Although Facebook pulled the plug on the app, the whistleblower’s recent testimony before Congress made clear that Facebook never abandoned its goal to expand its user base by grooming kids to use Facebook’s products in the future.

Through this lawsuit, Yost intends to reinforce that such improper targeting of children by the social media giant will not be tolerated.

Yost plans to ask the court by Dec. 27, 2021 – the deadline for such motions – to appoint OPERS as the lead plaintiff in his Facebook securities fraud action. He welcomes other Facebook investors to join him in holding the company and its executives accountable.

There is an existing lawsuit against Facebook with similar allegations that was filed earlier this year on behalf of a retail investor. That lawsuit defines an incorrect time period in which the harm by Facebook’s actions occurred and obscures the damage suffered by shareholders such as OPERS.

Yost is seeking to correct the period of time when the harmful actions took place and give Ohio a voice to hold Facebook accountable.

Second Court Ruling Affirms Halt on Biden Vaccine Mandate, Calls It 'Staggeringly Overbroad'

An appeals court on Friday put the vaccine mandate imposed on large employers by the Biden administration on pause until it can be fully litigated.

A three-judge panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals — the same court that last week cited “grave statutory and constitutional” concerns about the mandate in first putting it on hold — issued its ruling on Friday after consolidating a number of suits into one decision.

The panel includes one judge who was appointed by former President Ronald Reagan and two appointed by former President Donald Trump, according to The Washington Post.

Under the mandate, employers with at least 100 employees must require workers to either be vaccinated against COVID-19 or tested weekly.

The ruling said the stay is required because the private companies suing over the mandate would face severe harm if it is allowed to remain in force as the lawsuits move forward.

“The Mandate imposes a financial burden upon them by deputizing their participation in [the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s] regulatory scheme, exposes them to severe financial risk if they refuse or fail to comply, and threatens to decimate their workforces (and business prospects) by forcing unwilling employees to take their shots, take their tests, or hit the road,” the judges wrote in their opinion.

They also suggested that the mandate was an example of vast federal overreach.

“The Occupational Safety and Health Act, which created OSHA,” the judges wrote, “was not … intended to authorize a workplace safety administration in the deep recesses of the federal bureaucracy to make sweeping pronouncements on matters of public health affecting every member of society in the profoundest of ways.”

The panel expressed doubts that the mandate was constitutional and went on to thoroughly trash it.

“On the dubious assumption that the Mandate does pass constitutional muster — which we need not decide today — it is nonetheless fatally flawed on its own terms,” the judges wrote.

“Indeed, the Mandate’s strained prescriptions combine to make it the rare government pronouncement that is both overinclusive (applying to employers and employees in virtually all industries and workplaces in America, with little attempt to account for the obvious differences between the risks facing, say, a security guard on a lonely night shift, and a meatpacker working shoulder to shoulder in a cramped warehouse) and underinclusive (purporting to save employees with 99 or more coworkers from a ‘grave danger’ in the workplace, while making no attempt to shield employees with 98 or fewer coworkers from the very same threat).”

The panel poked holes in the idea that the mandate was necessary as an emergency measure.

Bayer executive: mRNA shots are ‘gene therapy’ marketed as ‘vaccines’ to gain public trust

The president of Bayer’s Pharmaceuticals Division told international “experts” during a globalist health conference that the mRNA COVID-19 shots are indeed “cell and gene therapy” marketed as “vaccines” to be palatable to the public.

Stefan Oelrich, president of Bayer’s Pharmaceuticals Division, made these comments at this year’s World Health Summit, which took place in Berlin from October 24-26 and hosted 6,000 people from 120 countries. Oelrich told his fellow international “experts” from academia, politics, and the private sector that the novel mRNA COVID “vaccines” are actually “cell and gene therapy” that would have otherwise been rejected by the public if not for a “pandemic” and favorable marketing.

“We are really taking that leap [to drive innovation] – us as a company, Bayer – in cell and gene therapies … ultimately the mRNA vaccines are an example for that cell and gene therapy. I always like to say: if we had surveyed two years ago in the public – ‘would you be willing to take a gene or cell therapy and inject it into your body?’ – we probably would have had a 95% refusal rate,” stated Oelrich.

“Our successes over these 18 months [the duration of the COVID ‘pandemic’] should embolden us to fully focus much more closely on access, innovation and collaboration to unleash health for all, especially as we enter, on top of everything else that is happening, a new era of science – a lot of people talk about the Bio Revolution in this context,” continued the businessman.

According to the McKinsey Global Institute, the “Bio Revolution” is “a confluence of advances in biological science and accelerating development of computing, automation, and artificial intelligence [that] is fueling a new wave of innovation. This Bio Revolution could have significant impact on economies and our lives, from health and agriculture to consumer goods, and energy and materials.”

In addition to gene therapy and a biological “revolution,” Oelrich also mentioned the role his company has, along with other prominent institutions and figures, in pushing contraception on developing countries.

“We also need to focus on what is socially responsible outside of Europe and ensure sustainable action there. We pledged, this past year, to give an additional hundred million women access to contraception in the world. We’ve invested 400 million this year into new plants that are dedicated to produce long-acting contraceptives for women in low-and-middle income countries … Together with Bill and Melinda Gates we’re working very closely on family planning initiatives,” said Oelrich, implying one of the methods of attaining a “sustainable” world is by reducing births, and subsequently reducing the planet’s population.

Oelrich’s words echo a similar agenda as the infamous “Great Reset,” a radical socialist plan designed by globalist elites, gathering at the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland once a year, which “seeks to ‘push the reset button’ on the global economy.”

In the announcement of the Great Reset initiative, the WEF also credited the COVID-19 “pandemic” for putting them in an advantageous position to march towards their global revolutionary goals.

“COVID-19 lockdowns may be gradually easing, but anxiety about the world’s social and economic prospects is only intensifying. There is good reason to worry: a sharp economic downturn has already begun, and we could be facing the worst depression since the 1930s. But, while this outcome is likely, it is not unavoidable,” wrote the WEF’s founder Klaus Schwab in June 2020.

But, “one silver lining of the pandemic is that it has shown how quickly we can make radical changes to our lifestyles. Almost instantly, the crisis forced businesses and individuals to abandon practices long claimed to be essential, from frequent air travel to working in an office,” added the economist.

Klaus Schwab's School For Covid Dictators, Plan for 'Great Reset'

Economist Ernst Wolff believes that a hidden alliance of political and corporate leaders is exploiting the pandemic with the aim of crashing national economies and introducing a global digital currency.

How is it that more than 190 governments from all over the world ended up dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic in almost exactly the same manner, with lockdowns, mask mandates, and vaccination cards now being commonplace everywhere? The answer may lie in the Young Global Leaders school, which was established and managed by Klaus Schwab of the World Economic Forum, and that many of today’s prominent political and business leaders passed through on their way to the top.

The German economist, journalist, and author Ernst Wolff has revealed some facts about Schwab’s “Young Global Leaders” school that are relevant for understanding world events during the pandemic in a video from the German Corona Committee podcast. While Wolff is mainly known as a critic of the globalist financial system, recently he has focused on bringing to light what he sees as the hidden agenda behind the anti-Covid measures being enacted around the world.

Mysterious Beginnings

The story begins with the World Economic Forum (WEF), which is an NGO founded by Klaus Schwab, a German economist and mechanical engineer, in Switzerland in 1971, when he was only 32. The WEF is best-known to the public for the annual conferences it holds in Davos, Switzerland each January that aim to bring together political and business leaders from around the world to discuss the problems of the day. Today, it is one of the most important networks in the world for the globalist power elite, being funded by approximately a thousand multinational corporations.

The WEF, which was originally called the European Management Forum until 1987, succeeded in bringing together 440 executives from 31 nations already at its very first meeting in February 1971, which as Wolff points out was an unexpected achievement for someone like Schwab, who had very little international or professional experience prior to this. Wolff believes the reason may be due to the contacts Schwab made during his university education, including studying with no less a person than former National Security Advisor and Secretary of State Henry Kissinger. Wolff also points out that while Schwab was there, the Harvard Business School had been in the process of planning a management forum of their own, and it is possible that Harvard ended up delegating the task of organizing it to him.

The Forum initially only brought together people from the economic field, but before long, it began attracting politicians, prominent figures from the media (including from the BBC and CNN), and even celebrities.

Thomas Binger is the Kenosha County assistant district attorney.

He is said to have for Michael Graveley, the county’s top prosectuor, for seven years, according to The New York Times.

Binger has also worked in the Milwaukee County prosecutor’s office and for private law firms.

He ran unsuccessfully as a Democrat for district attorney in Racine County in 2016, and told The Journal Times: “In the last two years as a prosecutor, I have won 13 jury trials. I have convicted murderers, rapists, child molesters, drug dealers, drunk drivers, home-invading burglars and men who abuse women.”

Binger is said to have had a number of clashes with Judge Bruce Schroeder in the run up to Rittenhouse’s trial.

Deaths among children in the UK are currently significantly higher than the five-year-average since they were offered the Covid-19 injection, and now an investigation strongly suggests they are being given this injection thanks to a certain Mr Bill Gates.

Because the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is a primary funder of the UK’s Medicine & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, and the Foundation also owns major shares in both Pfizer, BioNTech, and Moderna, suggesting the vaccination of children against Covid-19 has absolutely nothing to do with health, but everything to do with money, corruption, and power.

The Medicine & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) extended the emergency authorisation of the Pfizer / BioNTech mRNA jab in the UK to allow it to be given to children between the ages of 12 – 15 on the 4th June 2021.

At the time, the Chief Executive of the MHRA, Dr June Raine said the MHRA had “carefully reviewed clinical trial data in children aged 12 to 15 years and have concluded that the Pfizer vaccine is safe and effective in this age group and that the benefits outweigh any risk”.

We are left wondering if Dr June Raine and the MHRA have even read the results of the extremely short and small study. If they have then they would have seen that 86% of children in the study suffered an adverse reaction ranging from mild to extremely serious, and 1 in 9 children suffered an extremely serious adverse reaction leaving them unable to perform daily activities.

Just 1,127 children took part in the trial, however, only 1,097 children completed it, with 30 of them not participating after being given the first dose of the Pfizer jab. The results do not state why the 30 children did not go on to complete the trial.

Was ther ever any doubt that the MHRA would give emergency authorisation for the Pfizer / BioNTech vaccine to be used in children when you consider that a certain Mr Bill Gates owns shares in both Pfizer and BioNTech and is the primary funder of the MHRA?

As the push for 5G mounts we are bombarded with compelling advertising campaigns to make us believe that we need more cell towers to provide infrastructure for more wireless devices and wearable devices, even for infants. This is despite the lack of scientific research on safety of this technology and growing evidence of harm.

Although seemingly convenient, there are a host of privacy, security as well as health issues to consider in a wireless world. This is largely a manufactured need. Industry admits that 5G is driven by supply, not demand. The research on harmful effects of 5G has not kept up with industries “Race to 5G”, however, newer articles highlight the dangers. Nasim and Kim (2019) discuss the human exposure to wireless wearable devices that are placed close to the skin and show that “specific absorption rate (SAR) at 60 GHz can exceed the regulatory guidelines.”

Fitness Trackers: Are They Smart…or Distracting and Dangerous?

While many are rushing out to buy the latest upgrade of fitness trackers and “smart” watches, others are retiring them. Providing far more information than just the time, people are finding this technology is distracting, pulling them into a virtually connected world and disconnecting them from the real physical world. There are also real health and security concerns with their use. While there are no scientific studies specifically on extremity wearable wireless devices and links to cancer or other adverse health effects, this technology does operate with wireless frequencies commonly used with bluetooth, Wi-Fi and 3G and 4G signals, demonstrated to be bioactive. Many people in the FitBit Community are reporting dizziness, headaches and nausea when wearing the device. There is abundant research confirming that real risks do exists, including an increasingly recognized condition called electrosensitivity, with similar non-specific symptoms with exposure to wireless devices. Recent and historic scientific research confirms biologic harm from non-ionizing radiation from wireless devices, especially with long term use, thus precaution is indicated. Fitbit Recalled Due to Health Complaints

About 10,000 Fitbit Force users complained to the Consumer Product Safety Commission about wrist rashes, blisters and burning sensations thus promoting a recall of all the Fitbit Force devices according to a CNN report. The company has attributed this to a nickel or other chemical allergic reaction. These trackers are used to improve health.

Defense lawyers have insisted that there's been no undue influence and say the city allows council members to hold outside jobs. The defense has also questioned how it was a crime for union supporter Henon to side with Dougherty and the building trades workers he was elected to represent.

Bitcoin’s mysterious inventor set to be revealed in court

The true identity of bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto, who has been one of the financial world’s enduring mysteries, could be finally unveiled in a Florida court, the Wall Street Journal reports.

According to the media, a lawsuit is currently underway where the family of deceased man David Kleiman is suing his former business partner Craig Wright over control of their shared assets. The assets in question are a cache of about one million bitcoins (worth over $64 billion), belonging to bitcoin’s creator Satoshi Nakamoto.

Wright, a 51-year-old Australian programmer living in London, has been making statements since 2016 saying he created bitcoin. Those claims, however, have been strongly criticized and dismissed by most of the bitcoin community.

The family reportedly plans to provide evidence that Wright and Kleiman worked together since the cryptocurrency's inception. “We believe the evidence will show there was a partnership to create and mine over one million bitcoins,” Kleiman family lawyer Vel Freedman told the WSJ.

The defense aims to prove that Wright is the sole creator of bitcoin. “We believe the court will find there's nothing to indicate or record that they were in a partnership,” Wright’s lawyer said.

Some cryptocurrency experts still remain skeptical about whether Wright or Kleiman actually had the knowledge needed to create the world’s most prominent crypto token.

The identity of Satoshi Nakamoto, a pseudonym for the author of the white paper titled ‘Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System’ in 2008, remains a mystery. Various theories have emerged but to date nobody knows who Nakamoto is.

One of the most celebrated candidates was a 64-year-old Japanese-American engineer from California named Dorian Satoshi Nakamoto. In 2014, he became the subject of an extensive Newsweek magazine report which purported to identify bitcoin’s inventor. The man, however, has denied any involvement with cryptocurrency.

Thousands of Massachusetts Parents Pull Kids From ‘Woke’ Sex Ed Classes

Sex ed curriculum has received $26 million in federal funding

Thousands of Massachusetts parents opted their children out of a federally funded sex education curriculum that teaches kindergartners about genitalia.

Worcester Public Schools this week announced that 13 percent of its students opted out of sex education, including 20 percent of K-4 students. The "Rights, Respect, Responsibility," or "3Rs," curriculum teaches elementary students about gender identity and instructs high school students to act out scenes in which gay and transgender couples decide to have sex. The curriculum's authors include one current and one former Planned Parenthood employee. It is published by Advocates for Youth, a progressive group that since 1995 has received $26 million from the Centers for Disease Control.

Progressive advocacy groups are escalating efforts to expand sex education curricula to elementary schools and cover controversial issues such as gender identity and abortion. Commonly known as "comprehensive sex education," this approach has angered parents, many of whom have flocked to school boards to oppose curricula.

The Worcester School Committee in May adopted the 3Rs curriculum following hours of heated debate between parents and activists. Worcester parents are able to remove their children from sex education lessons through an online opt-out form. Worcester Public Schools did not respond to a request for comment.

One of the parents leading this effort was Shanel Soucy, a single mother of three who had her first child when she was 15 and homeless. She says she opted her children out of the curriculum because it would not have helped her make better decisions as a child.

"We're encouraging sex as being a way to cope in life," Soucy told the Free Beacon. "It's so dangerous. So many of these kids are developing habits that are carried out longterm."

More than 3,000 of the district's 23,000 students have opted out of sex education. Megara Bell, director of Partners in Sex Education, on Monday told the Worcester Board of Health that in her two decades of work on sex education, only eight parents in the area had opted their children out of sex education.

Area religious groups have lined up against the effort. Worcester bishop Robert McManus in September urged Catholic parents to opt out their children. Dozens of Worcester churches provided opt-out forms to their congregations, according to the Massachusetts Family Institute. Elise Almeyda, a Worcester pastor, says the curriculum will confuse children and enrich groups like Planned Parenthood.

"They want to sexualize kids at a very young age," Almeyda told the Washington Free Beacon. "There's definitely an agenda in the decisions being made. This is robbing the future of our kids."
