After an FBI whistleblower released an Oct. 20 memo to the House Judiciary Committee Tuesday, ranking member, Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, told Newsmax that the FBI was actively “spying” on parents attending school board meetings throughout the country and “tagging” them for possible investigations.

“Just when you think it can't get any worse, we find out the FBI, as we speak is spying on parents,” Jordan said Tuesday during “Spicer & Co.” “Categorizing parents who are showing up at school board meetings, this is scary what they're doing.”

The memo, a joint message from the criminal investigations and counterterrorism divisions to all agents, asked to tag reports of threats or harassment to school board members, administrators, teachers, and others, as “EDUOFFICIALS” to flag such reports for possible investigation by the federal law enforcement agency.

“Q Shaman” Sentenced to 41 Months in Prison For Non-Violent Offense After He Was Allowed Inside US Capitol by Police

In September, Jacob Chansley, AKA, the “Q Shaman” pleaded guilty to one felony charge in connection with the January 6 Capitol riot in a deal with the feds. Chansley pleaded guilty to “obstruction of official hearing” something the left does on a regular basis on Capitol Hill.

The 34-year-old who was seen inside the Capitol wearing a furry hat with horns, pleaded guilty in a DC federal court to obstruction of an official proceeding.

Jacob Chansley did not cause any violence, he listened to officers and he was let in the building by Capitol Hill police.

A video released in May revealed Capitol Police gave Chansley and several protesters the clearance to walk into the Capitol. This was all captured on video.

A federal judge on Wednesday sentenced Chansley to 41 months in prison.

Chansley has already been in solitary confinement for 10 months.

Chansley was originally charged with 6 counts, but 5 of the charges were dismissed in a deal with federal prosecutors, according to court documents.

A recent election review training in Seattle, Washington has revealed several unbelievable voter procedures – including accepting a candidate’s name that is written on a napkin as a write-in ballot – which has left many people questioning how the state could possibly conduct free and fair elections with such lax measures in place.

Video of the training session that was posted online shows King County election officials reviewing examples of ballots that were filled out incorrectly, and it turns out they will accept just about anything as a valid vote.

In one example of a mail-in submission that was shown by the officials, a voter in Seattle’s most recent election sent in an envelope with no ballot, but included a newspaper clipping of Democratic candidate Lorena Gonzalez. Unbelievably, officials said that if the person who submitted the clipping had just circled the candidate’s name it would have been tallied in the final vote total.

“This one is for Seattle Mayor. This voter did not send in a ballot – their envelope was empty, but we did get this part of the voter pamphlet with the candidate statement along with the contest info at the top of the page – ‘City of Seattle mayor.’

If there had been no handwriting at all, we would have just called this superfluous material and wouldn’t bring it before the board – [but] the fact they [drew] what looks like an ‘L’ and a ‘+’ or a ‘V’ and a ‘+’ made us want to bring this forward for you to look at – if they had circled Lorena’s name we would have counted it as a vote, but this is a little more ambiguous for us.

So the question is: is this a vote for Lorena? We want to look at [the election rule titled] ‘writing in the wrong place’ – in voter intent manual page 70 – so really what you need [is] the office and the position number if that’s applicable to call it a ‘write-in in the wrong place.’

For this instance if we thought this [scribble] was an indication that they meant to vote, then this would have everything we need to call it a ‘write-in in the wrong place.'”

After showing the example to the trainees, one woman asks for clarification from the speaker by comparing the newspaper clipping to a voter sending in a napkin that’s been filled out with a candidate’s name and information about the race.

Without skipping a beat the election official confirmed that yes, a napkin would be a proper replacement for a ballot, saying “that would be enough and we would count that as a vote.”

Another trainee can’t believe what he just heard so he questions the speaker about the rule in the elections manual that she is referencing to say napkins and newspaper clippings can be substituted for an official ballot. He points out how the “write-in in the wrong place” rule specifically states that the write-in needs to be “elsewhere on the ballot” and doesn’t say anything about napkins or any other item that can be changed in place of the ballot itself.

British F-35 jet crashes into Mediterranean – MoD

A Royal Air Force (RAF) F-35 jet crashed into the Mediterranean Sea on Wednesday after the pilot safely ejected. It's the first incident reported for the UK's flagship aircraft carrier, HMS Queen Elizabeth.

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) confirmed the crash in a statement, saying that a “British F-35 pilot from HMS Queen Elizabeth ejected during routine flying operations in the Mediterranean this morning.”

The pilot was safely rescued and returned to the aircraft carrier and an investigation has been launched into the incident, with the ministry saying it “would be inappropriate to comment further at this time.”

Earlier in November, the UK took delivery of three F-35 stealth fighters, at a cost of £100 million ($135 million) apiece, bringing the total number in the country’s fleet to 24. The British government has ordered six more jets, which are set to arrive next year, and seven that are due in 2023, with the aim of having 48 active F-35s by 2025.

HMS Queen Elizabeth – the UK’s flagship aircraft carrier – had eight UK F-35s on board, as well as 10 American F-35s. It recently returned to Europe after spending more than seven months on its maiden voyage through the South China Sea and into the Indo-Pacific region.

The Ministry of Defence has not yet recovered the plane, which is believed to have crashed into the sea at 10am GMT on Wednesday, and no other aircraft were involved in the incident. Despite the launch of an investigation, all remaining F-35s and training flights are continuing uninterrupted.

German media reveals jail terms for fake Covid certificates

Those making and knowingly using fake vaccination certificates in Germany could soon face up to five years behind bars, as the country’s likely future coalition government is looking to tighten the screws.

Meanwhile, Berlin authorities are planning to further ramp up restrictions in the city, where, starting Monday, having either a vaccination or recovery certificate is a must to enter restaurants, cinemas, theaters, museums, galleries, swimming pools, gyms, as well as hairdressers and beauty salons. On Tuesday, Berlin Mayor Michael Müller confirmed that authorities want to “have an additional instrument” to contain the spread of the virus. OSHA Suspends Enforcement of Vaccine Mandate After Court Block

The Labor Department’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has suspended the enforcement of the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for private businesses.

The announcement came shortly after a U.S. appeals court rejected a challenge by the Biden administration on Nov. 12 and reaffirmed its decision to put on hold OSHA’s mandate, which requires that businesses with 100 employees or more ensure that workers either be vaccinated against COVID-19 by Jan. 4, 2022, or be tested weekly and wear a mask.

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans stated in an opinion that OSHA’s mandate is “staggeringly overbroad,” and ordered it to “take no steps to implement or enforce the Mandate until further court order.”

The court had previously issued a temporary halt to the mandate on Nov. 6 pending litigation.

“The court ordered that OSHA ‘take no steps to implement or enforce’ the ETS ‘until further court order.’ While OSHA remains confident in its authority to protect workers in emergencies, OSHA has suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the ETS pending future developments in the litigation,” the Labor Department affirmed in a statement in recognition of the court’s ruling.

At least 27 U.S. states, as well as private employers, religious organizations, and other groups, have sued the Biden administration, claiming that it’s exceeding its authority in issuing the mandate.

Covid jab compensation claims soar in Australia

Australia’s government could be forced to spend tens of millions in payouts after receiving more than 10,000 compensation claims from people who suffered side effects and loss of income due to Covid-19 vaccines.

Under its no-fault indemnity scheme, eligible claimants can apply for compensation amounts between AU$5,000 (US$3,646) to AU$20,000 (US$14,585) to cover medical costs and lost wages as a result of being hospitalized after getting the shot. The scheme’s online portal is scheduled to be launched next month.

Official figures suggest, however, that over 10,000 people have already indicated their intention to make a claim since registration opened on the health department’s website in September. If each claim was approved, the government could face a bill of at least AU$50 million (US$36.46 million).

There were around 78,880 adverse events to Covid-related vaccination in Australia as of November 7, according to the Therapeutic Goods Administration, which regulates national health products. The majority of side effects were minor, including headaches, nausea, and arm soreness.

Only people who experienced a moderate to significant adverse reaction that resulted in a hospital stay of at least one night are eligible for coverage under the government’s scheme. Those seeking $20,000 or less have to provide proof their claims are vaccine-related – although there has been no information as yet on exactly what evidence would be acceptable.

“Adverse events, even though they happen to a tiny proportion of people, for the people it does impact it’s really quite devastating,” Clare Eves, the head of medical negligence at injury compensation firm Shine Lawyers, told the Sydney Morning Herald.

Among the adverse reactions covered are the blood clotting disorder “thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS)” linked to the AstraZeneca vaccine and the “myocarditis and pericarditis” heart conditions associated with the Pfizer vaccine. Other reportedly accepted side effects are Guillain-Barré syndrome, a rare neurological condition, and immune thrombocytopenia (excessive bleeding due to low platelet levels).

Claims for over $20,000, including those for vaccine-related deaths, will be assessed by an independent legal panel of legal experts and compensation paid on its recommendations. Nine people have reportedly died after an adverse reaction to one of the three vaccines in the country.

FBI & CDC investigate ‘smallpox’ vials at big pharma facility – media

The FBI and CDC have launched a probe after several “questionable vials” labeled as “smallpox” were discovered in a freezer at a lab near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, according to an alert obtained by Yahoo News.

The 15 mysterious vials were found on Tuesday night at a Merck laboratory, according to an unclassified alert sent to the Department of Homeland Security and seen by the outlet. Five of the ampules carried labels reading “smallpox,” while another 10 were said to contain “vaccinia” virus, the source for the modern smallpox immunization.

The vials were reportedly “secured immediately” and the facility was briefly placed on lockdown. While that has since been lifted, federal law enforcement, as well the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), have opened investigations, which are ongoing.

The CDC is set to take possession of the vials sometime on Wednesday, according to the alert, which also noted that no Merck staff were exposed to the materials.

While it remains unclear exactly where the containers were found, Merck runs two major facilities in Pennsylvania – one in West Point, its largest pharmaceutical manufacturing site, and another in nearby Upper Gwynedd, a 90-acre campus housing a research lab.

Smallpox is a deadly infectious disease caused by the variola virus, which carries a mortality rate of around 30%, according to the FDA, though the agency said that some less common forms of the illness are “usually fatal.” While the last naturally-occurring case of smallpox was recorded in the 1970s, with the disease largely eradicated through global vaccination campaigns, two labs are still authorized to store samples of the pathogen for research purposes, including a site in Siberia, Russia and another at the CDC’s headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.

"The View" abruptly cut to commercial Tuesday amid an intense interview with a conservative guest who was defending her decision not to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.

What happened?

Conservative Jedediah Bila, a former Fox News host, appeared on "The View" to promote her new book, "Dear Hartley." Sometime during the segment, co-host Joy Behar said it was time to "address the elephant in the room."

Behar was referring to the fact that Bila was not present in the studio. In fact, Bila was not permitted to appear on-set because she is not vaccinated, and as Behar noted, ABC has a "very strict policy" that everyone in its studio must be vaccinated against COVID-19.

"Why didn't you get it?" Behar asked, after repeating guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention that people vaccinated against COVID-19 are significantly less likely to be hospitalized from COVID complications or die from COVID.

"I am not a candidate for this vaccine," Bila responded, explaining she has received a medical exemption from her doctor, which she said was endorsed by other doctors.

"I also have sky-high, multi-tier, multi-faceted natural immunity, very, very high, that has also been proven, it has been shown, and it has been substantiated by letters from these doctors," Bila explained. "So, for me, personally, this vaccine poses a greater risk than a benefit. I am also not a risk to any of you."

"My point about all of this is: I am not anti-vax. What I really want is for people to make these decisions for themselves," Bila added. As she endorsed personal choice, audio picked up one of the show's co-hosts loudly groaning dismissively in the background.

"However, I do oppose mandates," Bila continued. "I oppose them on the fact that — let's look at the science. This is a vaccine created to prevent severity of disease and to prevent hospitalization … but the vaccine does not prevent you from getting COVID and does not prevent you from transmitting COVID."
