Has anyone started a dig on these 4 Minnesota people found shot dead in a WI cornfield? They are connected to some Minneapolis gun violence activist named Cagey or K.G. Wilson. The story starts with the sheriff stating the number 33. This guy's granddaughter (6) was shot in the head "by a stray bullet" along with 2 other children ages 9 and 10 that were also shot in the head in the same area within a few weeks of each other. The attached document tells a horror story in the annals of government information and accountability. In August 1974, the Joint Chiefs of Staff destroyed all the minutes and transcripts of their meetings going back to 1947, and in 1978 essentially stopped keeping any such records. Only 30 pages of notes have survived, much to the dismay of military historians and scholars of the Cold War. (Needless to say, we have already filed a Freedom of Information Act request for the 30 pages.)

Four Ex-Police Officers Plead Not Guilty to Violating George Floyd’s Civil Rights

Four former police officers pleaded not guilty to the charges of violating Gorge Floyd’s civil rights in a federal court Tuesday.

In May, a federal grand jury indicted Derek Chauvin, Thomas Lane, J. Kueng, and Tou Thao for depriving George Floyd’s rights protected by the Constitution and laws.

Chauvin was charged with violating Floyd’s right to be free from unreasonable seizure and unreasonable force. Thao and Kueng were charged with violating Floyd’s right to be free from unreasonable seizure by not intervening to stop Chauvin when he knelt on Floyd’s neck. All four former officers were charged with failure to provide medical care to Floyd.

All four men appeared at the hearing remotely. Chauvin was from a room in the state’s maximum security prison. The other three men, who are free on bond, appeared remotely alongside their attorneys.

According to Insider, Chauvin has been held at the Minnesota Correctional Facility at Oak Park Heights.

The three defendants wanted their cases to be severed from Chauvin’s.

Fox29 reported that Thao’s attorney, Bob Paule, said his client is concerned the two rookie officers, Kueng and Lane, would blame the two senior officers, Thao and Chauvin. Lane’s attorney, Earl Gray, said his client’s case should be severed from Chauvin’s because it would be unfair that every single jury pool member will know Chauvin has been convicted on state murder charges.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Tony Leung said he would take oral arguments on that motion.

No trial date was set in Tuesday’s hearing.

The federal case is a civil rights violation case, not a murder case.

Chauvin was sentenced to 22 1/2 years in prison for second-degree murder in a state court in June. His attorney sought a new trial but was denied by a judge.

Chauvin knelt on Floyd’s neck and back for nine minutes and 29 seconds. Floyd complained that he couldn’t breathe and eventually stopped breathing. He was rushed by ambulance to a hospital where he was soon pronounced dead.

Floyd’s death sparked protests and riots across the country. More than 1,000 buildings were burned or otherwise damaged in Minneapolis alone during the unrest.

The grand jury also indicted Chauvin in a separate case stemming from a 2017 incident where he allegedly pinned a 14-year-old boy during an arrest. Court documents alleged that Chauvin hit the boy with his flashlight, grabbed him by the throat, and hit him again, the Star Tribune reported.

The other three former police officers will face their aiding and abetting murder and aiding and abetting manslaughter charges in a state court next March.

Biles suggested the trauma of the botched FBI investigation played a part in her shocking withdrawal from the Olympic team final and several individual events at the Tokyo Olympic Games.

“As the lone competitor in the recent Tokyo Games who was a survivor of this horror, I can assure you the impacts of this man’s abuse are not ever over or forgotten,” she said.

“The announcement in the Spring of 2020 that the Tokyo Games were to be postponed for a year meant I would be going to the gym, to training, to therapy, living daily among the reminders of this story for another 365 days.”

Pennsylvania Senate Committee Votes 7-4 to Proceed with Investigation of 2020 Election

The Pennsylvania Senate Intergovernment Operations Committee met on Wednesday morning to voted to issue subpoenas in the investigation of the 2020 election.

Democrats continue to stand against any audit or investigation of the stolen 2020 presidential election. And the Democrats then blame Republicans for playing politics.

Senate Majority Leader Jake Corman is a member of the committee. It is not clear at this point what type of investigation will take place. Trump Attorney Jenna Ellis is not impressed.

Macau casinos suffer $18BILLION losses in share collapse after Beijing officials unveiled plans for crackdown on industry in world's biggest gambling city

Casino operators in Macau, the city known as China's Las Vegas, saw billions wiped off their value on Wednesday as their shares collapsed.

Shares plummeted by as much as a third, losing about $18 billion in value, as the government kicked off a regulatory overhaul that could see its officials supervising companies in the world's largest gambling hub.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, often under fire for conflicting messages about COVID-19, was adamant, Tuesday, that rap artist Nicki Minaj was spreading “vaccine misinformation,” when she claimed, in a post to Twitter, that an acquaintance suffered from severe side effects including a form of male impotence.

Minaj did not attend Monday’s Met Gala, commenting on Twitter that the event required attendees to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and she has yet to decide on whether to receive the shot.

Biden enlisting Disney, Microsoft CEOs in push for vaccine mandates

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -U.S. President Joe Biden will meet on Wednesday with U.S. CEOs and other top business leaders as he pushes companies to require workers to be inoculated amid a surge in COVID-19 infections among the unvaccinated.

Participants in the meeting include the chief executives of Walt Disney Co, Microsoft Corp and Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc, the White House said.

Biden last week announced here vaccine mandates for nearly all federal employees, federal contractors, and larger companies as the number of U.S. infections continued to rise, hospital beds in some parts of the country filled up and mask requirements returned. After months of trying to persuade Americans to get free vaccinations, the White House is pushing state and local governments, companies and schools to adopt mandates requiring them instead.

Some Republican-led states and a sizable minority of Americans have defied vaccine recommendations from health officials, citing economic or freedom-of-choice arguments. With just 63% of the population having received at least one dose, the U.S. vaccination rate now lags here most developed economies.

Opinion polls have shown a majority of Americans support some form of vaccine mandate.

Biden told reporters here on Tuesday that he had seen "positive support for mandates, by and large," although he conceded that there would always be a small percentage of people who would refuse to get inoculated.

The White House hopes Wednesday’s meeting will serve “as a rallying cry for more businesses across the country to step up and institute similar measures,” an official said, speaking on condition of anonymity.

The meeting involves business leaders and chief executives who have instituted vaccine requirements or are working to implement the new rules, the person said.

The policies announced last week require nearly all federal workers and federal contractors to get COVID-19 vaccinations and push large employers to have workers inoculated or tested weekly. The new measures would apply to businesses with more than 100 employees, about two-thirds of all U.S. workers.

Josh Bolten, president of the Business Roundtable representing employers of 20 million workers, will attend, the White House said. The Business Roundtable has welcomed Biden’s announcement on mandates. Bolten was a chief of staff to Republican former President George W. Bush.

The fast-spreading Delta variant of the coronavirus has sparked a new wave of sickness and death, posing increased risk not just to the country but to a president who as a candidate promised to get control of the pandemic.

Some small employers have voiced frustration with the mandate. Large employers like U.S. automakers General Motors Co and Ford Motor Co and rare-earths producer MP Materials Corp said they are encouraging employees to get the vaccine, but they were quiet about Biden’s executive order.

Bill Gates Aims to Further Expand His Influence by Launching His Own News Publication

A Bill Gates-backed advocacy organization is now going to tell the world everything climate change alarmists want us to know.

A publication called Cipher will debut at the end of September, according to Axios.

Breakthrough Energy, which is bankrolling the venture, says on its website that it “supports the innovations that will lead the world to net-zero emissions.”

The organization describes itself as “building on the proven model of public-private partnerships that Gates has already used to transform health, education, and public welfare around the world.”

“Breakthrough Energy is a network of entities and initiatives, including investment funds, nonprofit and philanthropic programs, and policy efforts linked by a common commitment to scale the technologies we need to achieve a path to net zero emissions by 2050.”

Axios reported that the publication will begin with a weekly newsletter from Amy Harder, who formerly worked for Axios and The Wall Street Journal, and scale up to a full website next year once staff is hired.

The publication will also produce a series of videos.

On its website, Cipher claims it will not simply be a mouthpiece for its funder.

“Cipher editorial leadership has final say over our journalism. We include disclaimers as needed when we cover topics, people and/or companies that are in or connected to the Breakthrough Energy network,” the website says.

However, the publication does have a clear bias.

“The mission of Cipher is to help accelerate the technological transformations required to get to net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050,” the site’s “mission” page says, adding that it will achieve its end through “trustworthy and objective journalism.”

“Cipher means zero, which we at Breakthrough find intriguing because our goal is simple, but hard. Going from the 51 billion tons of greenhouse gases we emit a year today to zero by 2050.

“Cipher also means code. We aim to decode complex topics and make them clear to people at all levels working to solve the climate crisis — and anyone who wants to be an informed, concerned citizen.”

The publication will be free, according to Axios.

3 U.S. Teachers Awarded $185 Million from Monsanto for Chemical Exposure

Three Monroe public school teachers have been awarded $185 million in damages after a King County Superior Court jury found the chemical company Monsanto was responsible for health issues caused by exposure to toxic chemicals in fluorescent lights.

The teachers, who worked at the Sky Valley Education Center in Monroe, said they suffered brain damage from exposure to polychlorinated biphenyls, or PCBs, in the fluorescent light fixtures at the school, according to The Associated Press.

“This is a big step in holding Monsanto accountable for poisoning every man, woman and child in North America,” Rick Friedman, one of the attorneys representing the women, said in a statement. “If politicians won’t make Monsanto clean up its mess, juries will.”

The four-page verdict was reached Tuesday, according to King County Superior Court records. The case was tried before Judge Douglass North. The $185 million award was first reported by The Seattle Times.

The verdict was more than what was requested by Friedman, who had suggested the teachers be awarded a minimum of $10 million each and punitive damages of three times the compensatory damages. Friedman, Henry Jones and Sean Gamble of the Friedman Rubin law firm represented the women.

Kerry Erickson, Michelle Leahy and Joyce Marquardt were awarded compensatory damages ranging from $15 million to $18 million each, as well as punitive damages of $45 million each, for Monsanto’s “reckless disregard of safety” and to deter future conduct by the company and others, the law firm said in a statement.

New Records Show FDA Purchased Aborted Babies’ Heads for $515 Each

Judicial Watch announced today that it received 198 pages of records and communications from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) involving “humanized mice” research with human fetal heads, organs and tissue, including communications and contracts with human fetal tissue provider Advanced Bioscience Resources (ABR). Most of the records are communications and related attachments between Perrin Larton, a procurement manager for ABR, and research veterinary medical officer Dr. Kristina Howard of the FDA.

Judicial Watch received the records through a March 2019 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, of which the FDA is a part (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department Health and Human Services (No. 1:19-cv-00876)). The lawsuit asks for all contracts and related documentation on disbursement of funds, procedural documents and communications between FDA and ABR for the provision of human fetal tissue to be used in humanized mice research. After successfully opposing the FDA’s redaction of certain information from its records, a federal court ordered HHS to release additional information about its purchases of organs harvested from aborted human fetuses – including “line item prices,” or the price per organ the government paid to ABR. The court also found “there is reason to question” whether the transactions violate federal law barring the sale of fetal organs. Documents previously uncovered in this lawsuit show that the federal government demanded the purchased fetal organs be “fresh and never frozen.”)

The records include an FDA generated contract with ABR, based on a “requisition” it issued on July 27, 2012, for $12,000 worth of “tissue procurement for humanized mice,” indicates the requisition was for a “non-competitive award.” Although the initial award was for $12,000, the total estimated amount of funds allocated for the requisition was $60,000. Under “Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition,” the FDA writes:

Scientists within the FDA and in the larger field of humanized mouse research have searched extensively over the past several years and ABR is the only company in the U.S. capable of supplying tissues suitable for HM research. No other company or organization is capable of fulfilling the need.

Costs are estimated [for the fetal parts] at $230 per tissue x two tissues per shipment = $460 plus $95 shipping = $555 per shipment. A total of 21 shipments = $11,655.00.

An April 1, 2013, “Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract” form that shows the FDA purchased fetal livers and thymuses from ABR going back to at least October 2012, billing $580 per liver/thymus set, but later paying a unit price of $685.

A January 1, 2013, “Fees for Services Schedule” provided by ABR to the FDA includes:
