Investigate CDC: Time to Convene a Federal Grand Jury

Two revelations were dropped last week that scream for two things: (1) A federal grand jury must be convened with the target being the CDC and, (2) State Attorney General’s do the same thing except the target is PCR manufacturers, promoters and specific individuals in the WHO.

First. My column last week, International Class Action Lawsuits Against Corona PCR Test Manufacturers, was/is an effort to make known proposed legal action against manufacturers of the PCR tests used around the world to detect COVID-19. If you missed that column it will be helpful to read it and watch the featured video.

The proposed action in the video above focuses on tort lawsuits and eventual classification as class-action lawsuits. A dear friend of mine who is a constitutional lawyer raised the issue of a grand jury. I believe that would be state Attorney General’s convening a grand jury to go after PCR manufacturers and other defendants for fraud. Or, individuals or groups of doctors, perhaps.

In the video above, Dr. Reiner Fuellmich and three others (scientists and lawyers) make up the German Corona Investigative Committee. Dr. Fuellmich states in the video they will provide at no cost all of the evidence they have to lawyers around the world. Don’t know if they would have a problem working with state AG’s in the U.S.

Of course, that won’t happen unless there’s enough pressure put on state AG’s by citizens, state legislators, doctors and scientists who know the truth. So many blasting headlines that the U.S. is doing more testing than the world combined!!! If the testing is faulty or a particular test being used is known to NOT detect that virus, it’s nothing more than a big con job.

As I and many others have written repeatedly over the months, we have NO idea the actual number of cases of that virus because of faulty testing going on all across the country as well as shifty counting. By that I mean a person is tested, then retested and sometimes given a third test. One person, three tests now counted as three ‘new’ cases. What a scam. Not to mention manipulation of death certificates.

As one person remarked about this plandemic, when hospitals receive so much money for declaring patients COVID-19 – even ones not tested – it becomes a business plan.

The figure of $38,000 for each patient hospitalized as COVID-19 has been floating around for months. Try $131,000 per patient in Delaware. The numbers by state are in the video at link above. Officials were all screaming they need money for their hospitals from the federal government while too many hospitals around the country were laying off doctors and nurses due to shutting down elective surgeries, cancer testing and other medical procedures.

Cardinal George Pell meets with Pope Francis for first time since child sexual abuse convictions quashed

Cardinal George Pell has met with Pope Francis at the Vatican.

The meeting was confirmed in the Holy See's daily bulletin.

The Vatican released a photo of the private audience showing Cardinal Pell sitting closely to the Pope inside his office while the pair were filmed by a camera crew.

No further details were provided, but Cardinal Pell told reporters in front of his residence just outside the Vatican walls that the meeting went "went very well".

Cardinal Pell returned to Rome at the end of September after a nearly three-year absence during which he faced allegations of historic child sex offences in Australia.

This was the 79-year-old's first meeting with the Pope since his child sex abuse convictions were quashed in April this year.

He had been convicted of sexually abusing two choir boys in the 1990s and served 13 months of his six-year jail sentence before the conviction was overturned by Australia's High Court.

Cardinal Pell has maintained his innocence throughout the trial and conviction.

When he left Rome in 2017, Cardinal Pell was the Vatican's Secretariat of the Economy, a powerful position in which he oversaw the Catholic Church's vast finances.

Vatican facing financial pressure

His return to the Vatican coincides with anti-money laundering evaluators visiting the city-state over a mounting financial scandal that already has cost the jobs of a half a dozen people, including one of the Holy See's most powerful cardinals, Cardinal Angelo Becciu.

Cardinal Pell and Cardinal Becciu had long clashed over the Australian's efforts to bring greater transparency and accountability to the Vatican's balance sheets.

The Council of Europe's Moneyval team will be checking the Vatican's compliance with international norms to fight money laundering and terror financing.

Moneyval has generally given the Holy See positive to mixed reviews in its periodic evaluations.

Its main criticism in recent years has been directed at the Vatican's criminal tribunal, which it faulted for failing to prosecute many cases despite receiving dozens of suspicious transaction reports from the Vatican's financial watchdog.

Vatican prosecutors last year opened a corruption investigation into the Holy See's investment in a London real estate venture, but to date no-one has been indicted.

The Vatican's secretariat of state has sunk more than 350 million euros (nearly $570 million) into the London venture, much of the money donations from the faithful.

Tens of millions of dollars were paid in fees to Italian businessmen who acted as middlemen in the real estate deal.

Last month Pope Francis fired Cardinal Becciu, who had helped to orchestrate the original deal.

Cardinal Pell congratulated the Pope after Cardinal Becciu was sacked.

"I hope the cleaning of the stables continues in both the Vatican and Victoria," Cardinal Pell said in a statement.

Members of Swiss Guard isolate after positive COVID tests

Cardinal Pell's meeting with the Pope comes as four members of the Swiss Guard, the elite and colourfully dressed corps that protects the Pope, tested positive for COVID-19

The results came in over the weekend and added to three other residents or citizens of the Vatican who have tested positive in recent weeks, according to a statement.

They are believed to be the first in the corps to test positive.

Nearly all of the guard are single men who live in a barracks just inside the Vatican gates, while the commanders and married members live in separate apartments.

All members have Swiss nationality.

The Vatican said all of those who had tested positive had mild symptoms.

They have been isolated and tracing of those they had been in direct contact with is underway.

The Vatican last week instituted prevention measures stipulating that everyone had to wear masks, even outdoors, and practice social distancing.

Feds Seize Near-Record 1.5 Tons of Drugs at California Border Crossing

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers in Otay Mesa, California, seized a near-record 3,100 pounds of methamphetamine, fentanyl, and heroin at a commercial port of entry. The seizure is the second-largest seizure along the southwest border with Mexico in the agency’s history.

CBP officers assigned to a commercial port of entry in Otay Mesa on October 9 observed a tractor-trailer approaching for entry into the United States from Mexico. The driver, a Mexican citizen, presented documents indicating a load of medical supplies, according to information provided by CBP officials in San Diego.

The officers decided to refer the driver to a secondary inspection station for a “more intensive inspection.” Officers utilized a non-intrusive imaging system and noticed anomalies in the cargo area of the trailer.

Officers moved the rig to the dock and a K-9 team searched through the trailer. The K-9 alerted to an odor it is trained to detect coming from boxes.

CBP officials report the officers unloaded the cargo and conducted a physical inspection of the cargo and found many of the boxes contained packages of drugs.

“Officers offloaded the shipment and discovered 1,816 packages commingled with the medical supplies that primarily contained clear plastic pipette tips, spray bottles of surface decontaminate, and calibrated pipette tools (used for sampling and dispensing liquid),” CBP officials said in a written statement

As the search and cataloging continued, officers identified 3,014 pounds of methamphetamine, 64 pounds of heroin, 29 pounds of fentanyl powder, and nearly 37 pounds of fentanyl pills. Officials estimate the value of the shipment at $7.2 million.

“Smugglers will try every way possible to try and get their product across the border and because of the partnership between CBP, Homeland Security Investigations, and DEA, this significant seizure occurred and we stopped them,” said Anne Maricich, acting CBP director of field operations in San Diego, in a joint statement with the partner agencies. “I’m proud of the CBP officers’ dedication to our mission; they continue to stop dangerous drugs from entering our communities.”

CDC Study Finds Overwhelming Majority Of People Getting Coronavirus Wore Masks

A Centers for Disease Control report released in September shows that masks and face coverings are not effective in preventing the spread of COVID-19, even for those people who consistently wear them.

A study conducted in the United States in July found that when they compared 154 “case-patients,” who tested positive for COVID-19, to a control group of 160 participants from the same health care facility who were symptomatic but tested negative, over 70 percent of the case-patients were contaminated with the virus and fell ill despite “always” wearing a mask.

“In the 14 days before illness onset, 71% of case-patients and 74% of control participants reported always using cloth face coverings or other mask types when in public,” the report stated.

Channel Migrant Tsar Claims ‘Vast Majority’ of Asylum Seekers Are ‘Genuine’

The “vast majority” of illegal migrants claiming asylum in the United Kingdom are “genuine”, alleged the recently installed Channel Migrant Tsar, despite figures pointing to the contrary.

On Saturday, Clandestine Channel Threat Commander Dan O’Mahoney laid out the government’s strategy for dealing with the growing boat migrant crisis in the English Channel. The plan included a suggestion that the Border Force may deploy nets in order to disable the rubber boats before they reach British territorial waters.

He went on to say, however, that he feels “sympathy” for asylum seekers, and that he believes the overwhelming majority are actual refugees.

“The vast majority of people seeking refuge in the UK are genuine asylum seekers. And they come from incredibly difficult conditions in the country, some of which I’ve been to and witnessed first-hand, and I have a huge amount of sympathy for that,” O’Mahoney told The Telegraph.

The claim was shot down by Migration Watch UK Chairman Alp Mehmet, who told Breitbart London: “This assertion simply doesn’t stack up. Ninety-eight per cent of those crossing the Channel illegally do claim asylum, but this is hardly an indication of genuineness.”

“In fact, figures for overall asylum claims show that the majority are not. But few of those who fail with their claims are ever removed, which is why the numbers crossing the Channel keep going up. Casting nets over dinghies will do little to stem the flow,” he warned.

Mehmet told Breitbart London that many migrants whose asylum claims are not genuine are still able to find ways to stay — and that the authorities can be “all too ready” to grant asylum or humanitarian protection to people who are really economic migrants, in any case.

According to figures released by the Home Office, in 2019 there were 35,737 asylum applications to the government. Of these 5,453 were granted asylum and a further 583 were granted discretionary leave to remain, humanitarian protection, or other means of staying in the country.

In contrast, 5,829 applications were either rejected or withdrawn by the applicant, meaning that almost half of the decided asylum cases were rejected — a far cry from the “vast majority” government immigration Tsar Mr O’Mahoney claimed.

A further 24,072 cases remain undecided, according to the most recent data.

The figures also fail to reflect whether those granted asylum status were indeed “genuine”, as many asylum seekers are able to make claims despite travelling from safe first-world nations such as France, and entering the country illegally.

“It is illegal to cross the Channel in a small boat and we arrest people for illegal entry on their arrival in the UK, but it is also then legal for them to claim asylum. And that doesn’t feel right,” Mr O’Mahoney admitted.

Politicians and economists love to fantasize about unlimited government spending without restraint. The argument is that the US is so creditworthy that they will never default on their debt (just like the RMS Titanic was supposed to be unsinkable … until it sank on April 15, 1912 killing more than 1,500 people after striking an iceberg.

This becomes even more relevant since Vice President Biden is proposing $11 trillion in new Federal spending (Harris wants $40 trillion in new spending). Of course, both of these will require massive tax increases). But as we know, the wealthy have a cadre of tax accounts to minimize their tax liabilities, so Biden/Harris will have to go after the middle class (the households making under $400,000 per year, the vary households that Biden/Harris and their mouthpieces claim will not see tax increases will of course see tax increases). The rest? MORE public debt!!

And then we have the Green New Deal (or Biden’s Climate “Plan”). The American Action Forum, estimated that the plan could cost between $51–$93 trillion over the next decade. They estimate its potential cost at $600,000 per household. It is unclear whether Biden/Harris are low-balling their true Green spending intentions or not. But needless to say, the Biden/Harris spending fantasies assume that there is no iceberg ahead.

BUT what happens when the US economy strikes the iceberg? Look for taxes to skyrocket, crushing economic growth. Etc. And interest rates to soar.

Maybe The Federal Reserve can take a lesson from Rumpelstiltskin and spin gold from hair, a truly renewable resource.

Mexican Narco-Gun Runner Linked to Australian Drug Shipments

A Mexican drug runner who managed to fly under the radar for years by working independently was linked to large-scale drug shipments to Australia.

Known as “El Playa” or “Compa Playa,” Itiel Palacios Garcia is currently in a Mexican prison facing charges in connection with the murder of a politician in Veracruz. Intelligence reports obtained by Breitbart Texas show the organization run by El Playa sent drugs as far as Australia.

In August 2019, Australian authorities seized 755 kilograms of methamphetamine hidden in a shipment of cowhides. At the time, Australian authorities revealed that they arrested a man who was part of a Mexican “crime syndicate” but did not identify the organization. Mexican federal law enforcement sources told Breitbart Texas the load belonged to Palacios Garcia’s group.

The case in Australia was key for the unmasking of Palacios Garcia, who managed to operate under the radar for years in cooperation with most of Mexico’s cartels. Law enforcement officials linked Palacios Garcia to cocaine shipments that would fly in through Mexico’s southern border. One of those shipments led to a seizure of 250 kilograms by the Mexican military in Oaxaca on a Cessna aircraft with the fake tail number N4553.

Prior to his arrest in early September on murder charges, Palacios Garcia managed to appear as a legitimately wealthy businessman with interests in private security companies including one called “Salud y Seguridad de Occidente” in Jalisco. Playa lived in a luxurious home in the Contry Club [sic] Gran Jardin in Leon, Guanajuato, while maintaining offices in both Mexico City and the border state of Nuevo Leon.

House Democrats’ HEROES Act Is a Huge Giveaway to Billionaires

House Democrats’ latest stimulus bill, the HEROES Act, is designed to lay out the party’s basic principles for coronavirus recovery. Unfortunately, those principles include Democrats being very happy to shore up corporations’ and billionaires’ profits and political control of Washington.

n Friday, House Democrats passed the HEROES Act, a bill meant to outline Democrats’ core principles in their negotiations with Senate Republicans about additional stimulus measures to deal with the coronavirus crisis.

The legislation has some good items. It would help ensure that all voters can vote absentee this fall, an absolute necessity given that COVID-19 isn’t going away. The bill includes another round of $1,200 stimulus payments to individuals, which is less than progressive lawmakers wanted, but at least it’s money that normal people get. Undocumented immigrants would get checks this time. It has funding for hazard pay for essential workers.

But if this indeed is a message bill rather than a final proposal, then the newsiest part of the legislation is Democrats’ desire to send a reassuring message to monied interests — one that deliberately lets corporations and billionaires know that the party is intent on fortifying the industry groups that already control Washington.

Since the pandemic started, 27 million Americans have lost their employer-based health insurance. Instead of covering the uninsured through Medicare or Medicaid, Democrats decided it would be better to pay COBRA premiums through January for people who have lost their health insurance. COBRA is expensive and wouldn’t help Americans who were already uninsured — but the move would deliver more revenue to the health care industry that wants the government to pay top-dollar to keep people on the insurance plans they just lost.

One of the greatest feats of our Republic is the exercise of individualism when these three branches of governing are properly functioning.

Debate Commission Member Tied To Transition Integrity Project, Chinese Communist Party-Linked Berggruen Institute

Antonia Hernandez, who sits on the Commission on Presidential Debates, is affiliated with two entities keen on securing a victory for Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden: the Berggruen Institute, a think tank with ties to the Chinese Communist Party, and the staunchly Never Trump, George Soros-funded Transition Integrity Project.

Hernandez’s position on the Board of Directors of the commission, which has selected a slew of anti-Trump moderators and pushed a debate via Zoom, is curious in light of her ties to the Biden-backing Chinese Communist Party and the Soros-backed Transition Integrity Project which calls for “street fights” to secure a Biden victory.

The highly partisan Transition Integrity Project was first exposed by The National Pulse in early August, after repeatedly making the false claim of non-partisanship, unchallenged by establishment media.

Hernandez’s biography page on the Berggruen Institute site list her as part of the “Berggruen network,” a network which also lists five fellows at Chinese Communist Party-funded universities and two members of the pro-China lobby group and Confucius Institute-sponsoring Asia Society.

And network member Ronnie Chan governs the controversial Chinese Communist Party-led China-United States Exchange Foundation (CUSEF), a controversial foundation registered as a foreign agent that targets American universities with donations often refused by schools often refused by institutions in light of these ties.

But this scratches the surface of the Chinese Communist Party’s cozy relationship with the Berggruen Institute.

The Berggruen Institute hosts the Berggruen China Center and has funneled tens of millions of dollars into state-run universities such as Peking University.

The Berggruen Institute’s China initiative lists a bevy of Chinese government-run entities as partners including the Beijing Academy of Artificial Intelligence, China Institute for Innovation and Development Strategy, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and Chinese Association of Artificial Intelligence.

Dozens of Palestinians injured in West Bank clashes with IDF: report

Fifty-three people injured in Israeli military operation to apprehend three Palestinians

Dozens of Palestinians were wounded Sunday in clashes with the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) in the al-Amari refugee camp near Ramallah in the West Bank.

Villagers in the camp said that the IDF blocked several key roads in the area, before going into the camp in large forces to arrest three Palestinians, outlet Haaretz reported.

Two brothers were detained, Muhammad and Rajab Sana Abu Arab, and the spouse of one of them, according to Haaretz.

The Red Crescent said in a statement that a total of 53 people were treated to their wounds, all in light to moderate condition.

Ten were reportedly injured from live bullets, 13 from rubber bullets and the rest from inhaling tear gas.

Tensions between Israel and the Palestinians have escalated as of late, after several attacks against Israeli security forces were thwarted in early October.

Last week, IDF troops opened fire on three Palestinians who hurled Molotov cocktails at the force, near the Jewish settlement of Einav in the West Bank. One Palestinian was killed as the other two managed to flee the scene.
