Sheldon Adelson Said to Be Favored to Buy U.S. Ambassador’s Home in Israel

Prospective buyers told $70 million property was no longer on the market

Sheldon Adelson is apparently the leading contender to buy the U.S. ambassador’s home in Herzliya.

A few months ago, the U.S. State Department held a quiet auction to sell the house, valued at around $70 million, located on Galei Techelet Street. The house is in the row nearest the beach. The neighboring homes belong to billionaire Teddy Sagi and businesswoman Irit Strauss.

Several people have expressed interest in buying the residence, but they were told about a month ago that the property was no longer on the market and was likely to be sold to a non-Israeli. The buyer is widely thought to be Adelson, a Jewish American billionaire.

Adelson owns the Las Vegas Sands Corporation, which operates casinos, hotels and a cruise business. He also owns the local paper Israel Hayom and an apartment in Tel Aviv’s Bavli neighborhood.

The decision to sell the ambassador’s residence, which is considered one of the most expensive private homes in the country, is an outgrowth of the U.S. Embassy’s relocation from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem in 2018. The ambassador followed the embassy to the capital, making the Herzliya house superfluous.

The U.S. Embassy confirmed that the house is in the process of being sold, but said the deal hasn’t yet been finalized.

Two weeks ago, TheMarker asked Adelson’s staff whether he was the buyer, but they declined to respond. On Monday, the business daily Globes published an article about the negotiations.

The Adelson family’s spokesman declined to comment for this report.

Anthony Crawford spent years playing guitar in Neil Young’s band. He’s toured with Steve Winwood and Dwight Yoakam. His songs have been cut by Kenny Rogers, Lorrie Morgan, and the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, among (many) others. Now, Crawford is making music to support Donald Trump.

“How can you hate a man that’s draining the swamp and exposing all the greed?” he asks in “That’s What I See,” the latest single from Sugarcane Jane, a roots duo comprised of Crawford and his wife, Savana Lee. In the accompanying video, shared first with The Federalist, Crawford and Lee stand side-by-side, wielding their instruments and singing into a single lens.

It’s almost a Zoom-style aesthetic, fitting for a song that expresses an everyman endorsement of Trump, flavored by the angst and isolation of the summer. Crawford and Lee wrote and recorded “That’s What I See” in the same day late last month, at their studio in rural Alabama. “I’ve had enough of standing on the sidelines,” declares Crawford, “gonna get my skin in the game.”

Sugarcane Jane is set to play at an upcoming Trump fundraiser in Florida. “That’s What I See” is the latest single off “Ruffled Feathers,” which came out earlier this month.

Asked about the song’s inspiration, the couple told The Federalist, “This is the most important election of our lifetime. We have three young children that we want to grow up in the same America that we did. Now is not the time to be silent.”

“We felt we had no choice but to come out in support of President Trump,” they continued. “The man has been taking body blows for the last four years undeservedly, yet still continuing to accomplish so much for the American people.”

I wondered what reaction Sugarcane Jane received from their peers in the industry after revealing their support for the president. “We knew by supporting him, we would polarize ourselves with at least half of our fan base,” they emailed, “but we made that sacrifice to support the President and our core values.”

Crawford and Lee said they “were told by multiple music promoters that they would pass on the album, even though they have promoted our previous releases.”

“Clearly their bias and hatred towards President Trump could not be separated from their jobs. The music industry, like Hollywood, is run by the liberal elite,” the couple wrote. “We took a leap of faith and wanted to be counted among the conservative community. It’s the least we could do for our country. Whatever happens with this album, we are proud of it and all it stands for. God bless the USA.”

Mexican Drug Cartels’ Newest Weapon: Weaponized Drones

The newest development in the drug war destroying countries across South and Central America are drones equipped with deadly force such as bombs and nails. The cartels are using the makeshift weapons to take out their enemies at an increasing rate, according to the New York Post.

These weapons have become popular with the Jalisco New Generation Cartel — the group responsible for around one-third of drugs in America, according to a Forbes report.

“This cartel is well on its way to institutionalizing the use of weaponized drones,” Director of research and analysis at C/O Futures, a California-based consulting firm Robert Bunker told Forbes. “None of the other cartels appear to presently even be experimenting with the weaponization of these devices.”

Bunker said drones have been used across Mexico since 2017. According to Mexican paper El Universal, farmers recently found crashed drones with C4 bombs and ball bearings attached to them.

The New York Post also reports about a Mexican government official’s home being targeted by weaponized drones, though no one was home at the time.

So your not really sure about what QAnons are, or what they do?

They are nothing more than regular everyday people that do a lot of fact checking, more or less. These individuals doing research into matters that major media outlets refuse to inform you about. Not only do they fact check, but the reseach they do goes into great details at times. It’s those details that scare most of the politicians at ALL levels of government, Federal, State, and even Local at times.

Many digs have been done on MANY politicians, and loads of stuff has come out into the open because of it. The research that QAnons done on Hunter Biden was being done well in advance of the MSM’s ever saying anything about Hunter Biden’s criminal activities in the Ukraine and China. The Ukraine digs on Hunter also brought about information on other politicans kids as well, for example, Mitt Romney’s son – Willard Mitt Romney & Nancy Pelosi’s son – Paul Pelosi Jr., were just as involved in the Burisma Holdings corruptions as well.

QAnons knew this almost a year, if not longer, before it even made news on any of the MSM’s. This is the kind of research the QAnons are offering to the public, they have no reason to manufacture evidence, documents, or anything else. It’s just pure 100% unadulterated research. They have spent loads of time on the human trafficking front gathering information about those activities and who all is behind them, and those that are letting it happen. That’s right, US politicians on both sides of the house have been allowing this to continue.

Now with the research they do, there are more and more ‘spooks’ watching them and some of that information has been acted upon by government officials and has panned out pretty big for the past few weeks. Go to a search bar and look at just how many were locations have been having huge busts. Human trafficking has been taking hard hits for the past few weeks. Russian FSB Detains Six Individuals Suspected Of Raising Funds To Bankroll ISIS

The Russian security service – FSB detained six suspects who allegedly were collecting money for ISIS militants, it was reported on August 31st.

The special operation took place in Moscow, the Moscow region, Dagestan, the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug.

“Means of communication” and payment instruments were seized from the detainees. According to the investigation, they are associated with a criminal group whose members have already been convicted of financing militants in Syria.

The UK believes that the cell was in operation from 2016 to June 2017. During this time, its members have collected at least half a million rubles, including from persons involved in criminal cases on terrorism.

A case was initiated under the article “Assistance in terrorist activities”. It is not specified exactly when the arrests took place, but judging by the fact that the alleged criminals are not yet in the pre-trial detention center.

As FSB director Alexander Bortnikov reported in mid-June, nearly 160 terrorist attacks have been prevented in Russia over the past ten years, 43 in 2019, and more than 20 in 2020 alone.

The FSB issues regular reports of its activities in detaining suspects who are either bankrolling or planning terrorist attacks affiliated with ISIS.

The study, led by Dr Kris Wyckhuys and including contributions from CABI’s Dr Matthew Cock and Dr Frances Williams on the data collection, unveils the magnitude and macro-economic relevance of biodiversity-based contributions to productivity growth in non-rice crops over a 100-year period between 1918 and 2018.

Scientifically-guided biological control of 43 exotic invertebrate pests allowed for between 73% to 100% yield loss recovery in critical food, feed and fibre crops including banana, breadfruit, cassava and coconut.
