JUN 2012 shelter vertical poles are black but is there a black box in position? Do the pavers match at the foot of box?

Important to date the pic from the evidence within its frame. Q refer to time guide and to timeframe. Instructions to examine surroundings and updates. Markers.

The pavers changed during the past several years. This serves as a marker for that site. As does the style for the display of the shelter's name, Westminster Abbey. As does the shelter number and the sponsor's label - CLEAR CHANNEL or JCDecaux. Likewise the colour scheme of the structure. These changed. Even the box changed somewhat. These help to date the Q pic itself.

Yes the location is significant. Given the date at which the pic was taken, what else has significance due to that location? Tenants and owners of buildings change, for example. The individuals who might run or operate out of these nearby buildings also change over the years.

In addition, dating the pic and learning the significance of markers may help fit this piece of the puzzle into the rest of the collection of what Q has referred to as the London Pics. Thusfar, this pic has not been linked with the others based on its contents, alone. Nor based on its location, alone.

If you have the time and interest, read back in this and the past several breads for examples of how details within the pics helped to date the scenes and helped to link one pic with others - and link sets of pics with other sets. The London Pics tell a story. Some of it will depend of further guidance or reveals from q. We can work on our part, as viewers and decoders and such, toward a target or targets. Q has said that more help will be provided when targets are discovered - organically.

Myself, I have taken that instruction and promise as a prompt to thoroughly examine these particular pics so as to provide other Anons with the solid foundation to analyze and make connections that lead to the targets.

In sum, there may be an element or elements that seem the most important from a given perspective. And there may be others that are discovered by digging more deeply. Often the surface is mere cover.

The ground over in the Winter Wonderland pics, for instance, dated those as having been taken during the winter of 2013/2014 - not earlier. Details in the changes across the years revealed that those pics could not have been taken later than that same winter season. And the map of the theme park for that season correlates quite remarkably with the key markers in the vicinity of the Embankment pics - those that include Big Ben for example.

Then, still on the notion of cover, in those same Embankment pics there is a rooftop repair underway - under the cover of a shroud - which helped date these pics for the winter of 2013/2014.

Likewise, a construction shroud, very large, was unfurled over the facade of a building that appeared in another London Pic, the one with the Red Bus. That hoarding or shroud helped date that pic to between 31-OCT-2013 and 23-MAR-2014. That cover also helped date the Piccadilly pics.

One marker leads to another. These are not coincidences, in my view, because there are too many to ponder to brush off. One detail in the Piccadilly pics, for instance, pointed at the release of the LG G2 mobile phone and that ties-in on a number of levels in terms of comms. It is a thread that runs through the London Pics.

There is a reason that Q has come to this board to provide these types of drops. Future proves past is probably the way these pics will show how

Yes, now I remember this was mentioned last bread I think. Okay, but what if they just forgot to change the sticker or stickers on all of the bus shelters after Decaux took over the contract? My point is that I think, since we can't prove anything that way, we can only rely on Street View to tell us when those different stickers on the black box appeared and were removed. Another point: From the point of immediate ownership of the bus shelter contract, how long would it take for Decaux to remove all of the Clear Channel bus shelters? I don't know the answer yet, but DID Decaux remove all, if any, of the Clear Channel bus shelters? Here is an important question: If we get a pic of a Decaux bus stop, we need to see if the brackets for the benches are the same as the Clear Channel benches. If different, rule them out. If same, then it's only a maybe, given that just because they should have removed the previous owner's permit tag, doesn't prove it happened. And so, I can only go by StreetView. Unless convinced otherwise. Convince me. All I care about is THAT bus shelter and if either the stickers on the black box appeared, were defaced or removed. All we can rely on is SV for that evidence imho.

Anon, it is not for me to convince you of something I have not asserted, correct? Can go by other pictorial evidence besides SV. SV is one source which has lots of images across many years for this particular site.

The stickers are evidence. When they first appear and when they first are absent in the pictorial evidence provide context. As does the date on which the TfL contract was taken over by a competitor of Clear Channel. Mitt Romney was associated with Clear Channel. That also provides context.

Here is an example relevant to the London pics. The bike hire scheme transition from the blue of Barklays to the red of Santander took about one month in Westminster and longer elsewhere. Now, there are many more bus shelters in London than there are bike hire docking stations and, prolly, bikes in that system, however, you can see that where a company's revenues are at stake there can be rather swift implementation of such changes.

Rather than leave it open-ended and shrug that it could have been a very long time, might we start with something visible on the shelter such as the change of label on the rooftop and on the top of the side panel? Would it then be reasonable to narrow the dating to such changes at that shelter? Of course, the black box is associated directly with the interactivity of the Clear Channel setup. It would also be related to the lighting of the shelter, interactivity or no. And the contact number would be relevant to either vendor, surely. We might err on the side of a switching of the sticker until we can see evidence it was not switched out after the change in vendor.

And, as it happens, you might find that evidence, or at least a hint of it, in the pics posted above where various years after 2015 were captured by SV at that shelter.

We know No-Name collected his version of the dossier as Opposition Research against Trump. But…Trump did not announce his intentions to run for President until, earliest, January 2015. I have thought too, that No-name could be one of the pedestrians in the Embankment pics. But if it is No-Name, what was he doing in the Winter of 2013/2014? Same thing about aLisa Oage or Stzrok. However, look closely at the Q pic. Look for the 'ghost' label demarcated by straight edges that bound an area where dust and dirt had been lifted. The area is about the shape and size of #QANON. And there is no image captured thusfar of the sticker that lies beneath #QANON.

There is in evidence an interval between the images that show items 1, 2, 3 and images that show 4. A second interval is in evidence between images that show item 4 and item 5. And in evidence is the removal of the scuff mark/ residue and straight edges while the other residue and the CC sticker remained. The latter suggests, and does not with certainty indicate, that the scuff mark, from which some dirt had been lifted, was cleaned better than the other gummed areas.

Was that scuff mark area only dirt and no gum? Possibly. Yet there are those straight edges and the apparent lifting of dirt along those edges. Suggests, and does not with certainty indicate, that a sticker had lifted some of the dirt and possibly some gum was left behind. Such a combo would clean moar easily than gum adhered directly to a cleaned metal surface.

No direct evidence of a label having been in that position on that black box. No direct evidence of a moved #QANON sticker. Yet there is evidence to support both notions. That is to say, these notions are not without merit drawn from the evidence at hand.

What ought not go unattended is the pictorial evidence of at least two straight edges - on one side of which the dirt is lighter than on the other side. That does not happen with random splashes or splatter. It is evidence of clear demarcation of a shape and size very like that of #QANON. There is no direct evidence of any other such sticker of that shape and size.

Based on the Q pic, it can be reasoned that there was an interval between #QANON and that sticker that lies underneath it. One lies on top of the other. The duration of this interval is open pending further evidence. It could be hours or months.

Still, the described sequence is sound. What may have occured during that interval is unknown except by way of deduction from what is in evidence within the frames of these images. Nothing moar than that has been asserted.

The top left edge of the underneath-sticker, item 5, is discernible. it appears at about the same height of the back of the rabbit in #QANON. (Note that in previous markup of the Q pic the outline of that sticker was a bit too tall.) So it prolly was not entirely scratched but was mostly covered. Its bottom edge peaks out and it does look to have been scratched rather than weathered. IF so, then, the interval would have been rather short.

Likewise, given that the scuff mark/ residue was removed while the other gummed areas remained suggests, but does not with certainty indicate, that the sticker evidenced by the straight edges had been lifted rather shortly after it had been stuck in that position. As it happens to be the shape and size of another sticker that appeared around the same time as the scuff mark, it is reasonable to deduce that this sticker was lifted and moved to a new position.

Admittedly, it might also have been discarded. But that would not rule out a second copy of the same sticker, same shape and size, being stuck in the positon of #QANON in the Q pic. Either way would account for the 'ghost sticker' that is in evidence on the black box.

While we cannot describe in it full and cannot describe its condition before having been partially scratched and partially covered, we can fairly deduce the sequence nontheless. Will add that the 'ghost sticker' was in that ghost position before most of the splatter as that splatter shows a formation that carries across the straight edges in the pictorial evidence. The 2015/2016 season was a starting point given the Q post that identified that winter as a time guide. And now with the black box pic it looks like 2018 is another season to possibly dig into.

Locations within the theme park in 2013/2014 that are of interest include the Power Plaza around which were situated the Wilde Mouse Coaster, the Double Decker Carousel, the Great Bavarian Hall, Avalanche, Apres Ski Bar, and Power Tower.

Items that help date the pics include the ground cover, the Wilde Mouse sign, the two wooden Towers at the plaza near the sign/guide post that resembles a tree, the cotton candy kiosk, and good views of the lights that adorned the Wilde Mouse on the initial way up and also at the top centre. Kek. Any other interesting bits would be lovely to check out.

For other seasons, suppose that the same features would be of interest if only for comparison with 2013/2014. Views from top of the Power Plaza, Gladiator, Wilde Mause would be kewl. Or the zip line of 2012/2013. Or other views from high. A view that I searched for was of the plaza or of Wilde Maus/carousel from the entrance way of the Bavarian Hall. Or from between those two wooden towers nearby. That was the approximate vantage point from which Q's pics were taken in 2013/2014.

The bus shelter in the Red Bus pic may be a connection, thematically, but is there also a tag of some kind to be found at that or the scene of any of the other London Pics? We would be looking for what amounts to a bridge of some kind.

Previously a connection was made, obliquely, between Victoria Street and the route of buses that head to Bridge Street, or the common route drivers take to Embankment/Westminster Bridge. That was done via an SV image with a roadworks night sign advising to avoid Bridge Street. The sign appeared near the NIOC House and the image dated for 2015 around the time that major work was done on the lanes of Embankiment, including in front of Big Ben. So those would qualify as connections, of a tenuous sort, based on features in Embankment pics.

The interactive advert boards on the bus shelter 'S' might, possibly, maybe, kinda, link to the LG G2 clue in the Piccadilly pics. The London Eye just happens to be looming down the street, too.

Anyway, IDK. Anons, do you see the need to discover a bridge or connection? Do the above possibilities suffice? Or is there something unique about this blck box pic that points to it being the missing link? Are there letter or number clues that combine to provide the basis for a future proves past? On that last one, only time will tell, by the very nature of the question.

Not sayin anyone should stop digging though. But do consider POTUS' 2-day trip in JULY 2018 for the BLACK BOX pic the most likely time for that pic. POTUS team was in town 13 and 14 JULY 2018. Q pic dropped 28 JULY 2018.

Also, I consider the above anon's contribution re the London train strike a VERY important dig.
