2. My Chiropractor told me to take 2000 mg of Vitamin C in the morning and the same dose at night. He said it chews through artery plaque and that heart doctors will never tell you this because they want to prescribe you a big pharma drug so they get free golf trips. I saw a story today about Dentists claiming masks are causing periodontal disease which can lead to heart disease/plaques and strokes from same reason. My wife HAD periodontal disease, which have the EXACT same symptoms as Scurvy. So she began mega dosing Vitamin C. Essentially keep taking it until you get bowel upset, farts essentially. When you the squirts stop! Kek. But it completely obliterated her periodontal disease and even grew back enamel she'd lost.

An embarrassed Cowell, who is at the Sandy Lane resort in Barbados with his girlfriend Terri Seymour, says: "I certainly regret what I did but at the time, I had no idea what he'd done, and it was before he was found guilty.

"I certainly wouldn't put up bail for him ever again and I have never seen him since."

There is, however, another twist in this tale because Cowell's generosity did not go down at all well with his spokesman and friend, PR guru Max Clifford.

Clifford famously despises King and was partly responsible for putting him behind bars after three of the pop impresario's victims came to him with their stories of abuse.

Words are powerful forms of consciousness. We may think of a point we are trying to make or say what we are thinking in an accurate and authentic way, but language itself is universal. Many languages spoken throughout the world. But when I see suffering in another non English speaking country and see the people, its in their eyes, I can form the words in my mind in English what they are feeling and empathize with what they are going through. What if spoken words to different linguistics and different languages themselves were a way to prevent us from communicating in the most effective way, with our hearts and our minds. I can love a family of deer, fawns and babes as soon as I see them. I speak to them in a loving way, I look at them in admiration and affection, they do not run away from me, they watch me, observe, they go back to eating grass or plants as if they know I am not threat to them. They know what I am saying without understanding the English language. As an empath I can connect with many people though today being older and wiser I limit my contact with certain types of people and I usually void large crowds, its exhausting. But I was thinking perhaps our way of communicating has been cut down. We can sense or tell if someone is lying by the way they speak, their body language and by looking into their eyes. This truth is state without spoken words. There must be something more we can do to outsmart the low IQ media agents and beat them at their own gain. I try to elevate my thoughts and intentions everyday. I try to communicate without words with humans, some are very in tune but so many have forgotten how to use this gift. It always works with sentient animals and little children. Children just know who loves them and who does not.
