Here’s how they crushed Mayor Sobyanin’s vaccine passport – and it was pretty simple.

Moscow residents simply stopped frequenting any business that required a vaccine passport.

The really beautiful thing about this was that the vaccinated people stood in solidarity with the unvaccinated. Business trickled to near zero at all establishments where the vaccine passport was required.

Moscow residents let their hair grow out, skipped going to bars and restaurants, didn’t go to the movies, didn’t stay in hotels or do anything else that required a vaccine passport.

Business owners from all over the city were suddenly calling Mayor Sobyanin’s office to chew his ear off about the vaccine passports. They were going broke, and they were mad as hell about it.

Marina Zemskova, the head of a regional hotel and restaurant association in Russia, said the vaccine passport turned out to be worse for business than a full lockdown. At least if there was another lockdown, she notes, businesses “could count on some kind of government support measures.”

There’s no government support coming under a vaccine passport system. What the not-very-elite elites failed to anticipate about Moscow residents was they would simply not participate in the scam at all.

The business owners were so infuriated with the mayor that Sobyanin made a sudden, surprise announcement on July 19th that nobody needs to use a vaccine passport anymore. He made up a hilarious excuse, claiming that COVID case rates were all better suddenly, as the reason for lifting the QR code passports.

But everyone knew the truth.Moscow residents decided that their medical privacy and their right to travel is more important than whatever the people in charge were telling them.

It was a massive case of civil disobedience – and they didn’t even have to go outside and set things on fire in a big protest. All they did was say, “Any business that wants to see a vaccine passport from me is not getting any of my money.”

A Florida court has sided with Republican Governor Ron DeSantis and ended the pause on the state’s school mask mandate ban. Breaking Friday, the First District Court of Appeals handed down the decision, placing Governor DeSantis’ measure temporarily back in effect, making Florida public schools unable to enforce mandates requiring students wear masks at school.

The ruling grants the State of Florida’s request to reinstate the stay, which had been “lifted by Judge John Cooper’s Wednesday decision, which briefly permitted public schools to reimpose mask mandates, rejecting Florida governor Ron DeSantis’s previous appeal” reports National Review.

Cooper asserted on Wednesday that “it’s undisputed that in Florida we are in the midst of a COVID pandemic. Based on the evidence I’ve heard, there’s no harm to the state if the stay is set aside.”

Governor DeSantis signed an executive order in July placing the ban on mask mandates. DeSantis acknowledged the decision should be at the discretion of the parents rather than school administrators. DeSantis threatened to revoke salaries and funding from schools as a punishment for violating his ban.

The new ruling will likely remain in place until the appellate court can issue a final ruling on the case. “Given the presumption against vacating the automatic stay, the stay should have been left in place pending appellate review. Accordingly, we grant the appellants’ motion, quash the trial court’s order vacating the automatic stay, and reinstate the stay required by Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.310(b)(2),” the order reads.

Judge Cooper’s preliminary decision said DeSantis overstepped his authority; his original opinion stated that Florida law “does not support a statewide order, or any action interfering with the constitutionally provided authority of local school districts to provide for the safety and health of children, based on the unique facts on the ground in a particular county.”

Media outlet Daily Wire vows to defy Biden’s “unconstitutional and TYRANNICAL” vaccine mandate plan

The co-founder and CEO from Conservative news website the Daily Wire, Jeremy Boreing took to Twitter to say he would not comply with President Biden’s vax mandate for companies with over 100 employees:

“The Daily Wire has well over 100 employees. We will not enforce Joe Biden’s unconstitutional and tyrannical vaccine mandate. We will use every tool at our disposal, including legal action, to resist this overreach.”

Boreing stated he personally supports vaccines against the virus as they ‘seem to do a pretty great job preventing hospitalization and death’ adding: “If I were a dictator, I would probably make you get it. But I’m not a dictator, and neither is Joe Biden.”

The Durham Probe

John Durham served as the U.S. Attorney for Connecticut. He was appointed as special counsel by the Department of Justice to conduct an investigation into the origin of the FBI investigation of Russia and its interference in the 2016 presidential election. His investigation includes checking to see if any individuals broke the law and seeing them brought to justice. Mr. Whitaker believes that when the Biden administration took over, they started sweeping it under the rug and are continuing to do so. Durham is no longer serving as the U.S. Attorney in Connecticut and if he is being denied the resources he needs, then he will be unable to do a thorough investigation. The Durham Probe began in May of 2019 and has lasted longer than the tenure of Robert Muller, the special counsel who took over the investigation in 2017. Beyond just examining the involvement of FBI tipsters, Durham is also investigating how the FBI began its investigation with a tip from an Australian diplomat and fueled by accusations from British spy, Christopher Steele who was paid by Trump opponents. The Durham probe involves examining possible criminal charges against several lower-level FBI investigators and the case has led to one prosecution to date. Mr. Durham was required to submit a budgetary report to be reviewed by the Attorney General who would then make a decision on whether or not the probe would be funded to continue. Former Attorney General William Barr who was also skeptical about the FBI investigation, appointed Mr. Durham as special counsel giving him job security into the Biden administration. Although former President Trump voiced frustration that Durham was unable to deliver his results while he was still in office, a lengthy report is expected to come from the probe.

Mr. Whitaker states, “My fear is that it is just going to wither on the vine because … the Biden administration has no interest in really actually getting to the bottom of that and holding people accountable, and I think that is sad for America.” He makes a good point that if the Department of Justice and other officials make illegal decisions, there should be a measure of accountability and the American people should be made aware of it. In the FBI investigation, they knew early on that Trump had not colluded with Russia in any way and so that should have been the end of the investigation. Instead, it was drug out over another two years with lots of money used for it and former President Trump was basically harassed during the entirety of the investigation. In the end, a 400-page report was produced basically saying the president had done nothing wrong. In an Aug. 19 report Fox News reported the latest news on the Durham probe. More than 40 GOP Senators in a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland demanded that the probe be allowed to continue, and the report made public. A statement in the letter said, “The Special Counsel’s ongoing work is important to many Americans who were disturbed that government agents subverted lawful process to conduct inappropriate surveillance for political purposes,” the letter reads. “The truth pursued by this investigation is necessary to ensure transparency in our intelligence agencies and restore faith in our civil liberties. Thus, it is essential that the Special Counsel’s ongoing review should be allowed to continue unimpeded and without undue limitations.”

Postmortem lungs of COVID-19 patients show massive damage

A study of the lungs of 41 people who died from COVID-19 in Italy has revealed extensive damage, persistent distortion of the normal organ structure, scarring of respiratory tissue, and massive blood clotting of the arteries and veins, which may help explain why it takes some people—so-called "long haulers"—months to recover from fatigue and shortness of breath.

The results were published yesterday in The Lancet's EBioMedicine journal. While the researchers also examined brain, heart, and kidney tissues, those organs showed no signs of damage or viral replication.

Led by researchers at the University of Trieste and King's College London, the study involved analysis of the lungs from February to April, finding that all 41 patients had extensive lung damage, while 36 of 41 (88%) had massive abnormal blood clotting in the lung arteries and veins.

Nearly 90% of the lungs showed the fusion of smaller cells into giant single cells with many nuclei. The fused cells, or syncytia, are caused by COVID-19's characteristic spike protein, which the virus uses to enter cells; the protein stimulates the fusion of infected cells with normal lung cells, which can lead to structural changes, inflammation, and abnormal blood clotting. These pathologic changes have not been seen in patients with pneumonia caused by pathogens other than the coronavirus, the authors said.

Persistent abnormal cells

In all patients, the COVID-19 genome was found in respiratory cells, cells lining the blood vessels, and the syncytia—even in the later stages of disease. "Presence of abundant cytoplasmic RNA signals and expression of the Spike protein in the lungs after 30-40 days from diagnosis in our study suggests ongoing replication and postulates a continuous pathogenetic role of viral infection," the authors wrote.

They said that the persistence of the virus-infected cells and unique molecular features of the coronavirus spike protein set COVID-19 apart from other pneumonias. "The findings indicate that COVID-19 is not simply a disease caused by the death of virus-infected cells but is likely the consequence of these abnormal cells persisting for long periods inside the lungs," Mauro Giacca, MD, PhD, of King's College London, said in a college news release.

Ronald Klain, the White House chief of staff, faced criticism on social media Thursday after he retweeted a post that seemed to praise the Biden administration for pulling off the “ultimate work-around” for a national COVID-19 vaccine requirement.

President Biden announced proposed rules that would force private-sector employers with more than 100 workers to either require them to be fully vaccinated or mandate that they undergo weekly tests. Biden referred to the mandate as a “new action plan.” The rules would be enforced by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

Significant pushback has already occurred according to The Epoch Times:

Such mandates will likely create more opposition. A recent Gallup poll found that about 52 percent favored employer vaccine mandates but 38 percent opposed, with 29 percent saying they were strongly opposed.

A number of unions also have issued statements in recent weeks saying they are opposed to vaccine mandates, including some hospital workers unions, firefighters unions, and police unions.

Some other unions have voiced opposition to vaccine mandates. Hospital workers with Service Employee International Union 1199 held a rally in July to oppose a mandate imposed by New York-Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan. Firefighter and police unions from Chicago to Newark, New Jersey, are also opposing mandates.
